sir,
i am not able to asses onlinesbi site and eztrade through broadband services.
i tested my cpu in other broadband connections and found to be ok.i also coplained to the local exchange but they have not rectify the problem till now.
please rectify the problem.my land phone is [protected].thanking you.

Even I can't access the OnlineSBI site since the past one week.. Using BSNL Broadband in Lucknow, UP.
Please take care of the situation.
same here my friends. i am frm chandigarh. unable to access onlinesbi.com, statebankofindia.com, sbi.co.in &eztrade.co.in since last 4 days. i had complained at bsnl broadband toll free no., nothing has happened till now.

    I am a resident of Kalathur villiage. Udupi taluk and Distric. My home landline telephone is not working since last two years, Telephone no is 2540018 comming under Paniyur sub exchange and Padubidri telephone exchange.several written and verbal complaints given to BSNL . Everytime they are giving one or other excuse.But line has been not repaired so far. Not only my telephone other all landline phones are also not working in that area.Every consumer including me are paying regular telephone bills for the service not tendered by BSNL.I am trying to get broadband intertnet connection from BSNL, due not non working of telephone line I am unable to get internet.I am working abroad and my childrens are studying higher education internet is the necessecity now a days.Please go through the matter and do the needfull.

    bsnl hebri is now not friendly with customer they not interested at all to repair complainng about phone is now become a joke

      I had taken BSNL Pyari Jodi Sim No. [protected] on 4th Dec'2010 from Bagnan Exchange. I had requested to BSNL to activate the facility of calling from my BSNL no. i.e [protected] to other three BSNL mobiles @20p/min.Since that day I am requesting BSNL customer care daily for the same. But no action taken yet.

      yet my sim ( [protected]) was not activated since[protected] till[protected]. Regardig this i told to j.e., clerk of tq. umarkhed, dist- yavatmal office. but there is no responce from them. what can i do now
      my sim ( [protected] ) was not activated till today. this was taken on[protected]. The officers as well as the clerck give a rubbish treatment to me. Beaing a sinear citizen lastly i take a decision to coplaint the B.S.N.L officers o[censored]markhed, Dist- Yavatmal (M.S.) to central telephone cabinet ministers. Thank you.

        Hi, My name is sudhir yadav. I had applied for new land line connection in august 2009 and gave all proper doucments photo and deposited 500Rs. At that time they promised for a connection within 1 week. Now It took total one year and neither they gave me connection nor they are returning my money back. I went to BSNL office at least 50 times. They are sending me from one desk to other. No one is clearly telling me why this kind of delay is happening. I met from JTO subedarganj(Lal Chand), SDO. they always promise for next week and nothing happens. At last I asked for refund. but even then they are not returning my money back. Kindly reslove my issue.

            Yesterday i had bought one 3g sim card from bsnl office for my nokia 5800. They said that the sim card is pre activated.. But a first recharge should be done to it.. So after buying the sim i went to home,and in the evening i went to one small shop to do the first recharg. Out of 3 recharge options (rs 46, rs 56, rs 120), i did the 56rs recharge. The shopkeeper did it. It showed recharge successful in his mobile.. Then when i came back home and inserted the sim in my phone it didnt show the bsnl logo.. No tower also.. Then i searche manually it showed cellone cmd other providers there. When i selected cellone manualy it showed no network access.. Then i took it to automatic network.. But no network displayed.. What to do? The sim has not been activated from the bsnl exchange office ?

            I subscribed for a BSNL 3G connection No. [protected] on 14/06/2011. But till now my services are not started. I received the SIM from BSNL 264, Jessore Road Kolkata centre. Today i.e. on 17/06/2011 I approached the BSNL marketing Manager ( Mr. S Nabdopdhaya) in the same centre. He tried the SIM in another Handset but the same result. He said that there is some technical problem in My SIM so it has to be replaced. But at the same time he said the he doesn't have a 3G SIM. So he asked me to take a 2G SIM which is as good as 3G SIM. But this 2G SIM also didn't work.

            Kindly help.

              It is regretted to say that BSNL IPTV is not working properly from the last 15 days. Even the complaint no. 10016135 has been registered on BSNL NO. 1500 and we have also met personally to THE RELEVANT authority of BSNL PTA. PUNJAB regarding problems mentioned above.No person has come till now to check the problem of IPTV.May be the reason is that it is a GOVT. DEPT. and not a private sector.It is requested that the fault may kindly be detected and removed.

              BSNL — poor service of bsnl & IPTV

              IP TV — Unsatisfactory service

              I have applied for a IP TV connection paying Rs.2000.00 (Landline no. 25552817, Prepaid CAF No.[protected] in middle of March,2010. I got the connection from 16th March. Till that date it become a painful experience for us whenever we start watching.
              Problems are as follows :
              1. After the very first day of installation, I found no signal in TV. Later a plug found defective.Your personnel repaired it after next day of complain.

              2. During watching an IPL match, in a crucial moment IP TV picture became freeze. Later it starts working but the match had already ended.

              3. During watching Cartoon network same picture-freeze problem in time to time happened.

              4. Last day, during a movie watch in "movies on demand" section after 20 min. of playing the picture became totally freeze with no other operation left for me except switching off.

              5.The operating procedure is too much difficult with respect to existing cable network. Especially for my old parents, as they are the main viewers. Even after a week they are unable to adapt the new system.I am facing their complains regularly.

              6. My TV set and computer is in separate room. There is a problem of approaching computer room in any time, so watching TV is not feasible for us in any time.
              Sometime it takes 5 min. to start TV and its accessories even if I want to watch for 5 min.

              After all it has become a headache to watch TV and also humiliating .
              I have not yet even receive the Free bag as per their promise after a months pass.

              BSNL — IPTV

              my IPTV is a disaster to watch
              i had complained most of times in ajmer
              60-80 % of time there r no signal
              the page could not find is coming & waiting for signal is BIG BIG problem
              if some thing is runnig then video/audio cracks
              so i am TOTALLY UNHAPPY with ur service
              DO WHATEVER U CAN DO

              so called iptv in udaipur is not working properly 100% it shows no signal or this page is not found for now last 3 days cant watch world cup football . when complaned mr. sanjay says technical problem can happen because he is running private cabel network also.

                I had applied for plan change of from BB Home UL 750 to BB Home Combo ULD 1400.
                Its has been 2 months now and is still not be changed, this change in plan was guaranteed to me in 8 to 10 working days.
                I am tired of talking to bsnl people as they all divert me to some different person which up-till now is helpless.

                The only problem I know is that my cable port was allocated wrong at the time of installation in p2 which should have been in p3. (Reason given by BSNL)
                If this is the problem changing port and reallocating the IP address should not take more then 2 to 4 Min.

                What can i do to over come this ?????

                    I am Amit Jana,a customer of bsnl landline & broadband. I have got my broadband connection on october 2010. But i donot have my bill for the months of october & november yet. I use the Rs.150/-plan(1 gb usages monthly). I want to know my usages(extra) & if there any process to get backup of my usages of internet. I want to get the bills regularly. I am under the chaipat exchange but I donot get any co-operation from them & even from the Ghatal exchange. My landline no is [protected].

                        my phone no is [protected] had initially applied for a braodband connection with rural250 plan on which i am supposed to get 100 calls and 1.5gb.whereas i am getting only 75 calls as a free calls and also charged with 55.00rupees monthly rental instead of zero rental because i had applied for annual subscription of 2500/- which i had already paid in advance while applying for connection with wi-fi modem. so total amount i paid is 4506/-(2500+2006for modem) so kindly solve my issue to get a monthly bill without rental of 55.00 if i am using within the above provided limits.RAHUL

                        initially i had applied for a broadband landline connection with plan of rural250 for which i can avail 1.5gb and 100 calls and in addition to that if i am opting for annual one time prepayment i had to pay only 2500.00 rupees only .so,I had paid an amount of 4506.00 for new modem+annual payment inorder to avoid monthly bill payment if i am using with limits, but till date i have been charged with monthly Rs.55.00 for no extra calls and the no of calls also reduced to 75 instead of 100. so pl solve this above issue and help me to avail better services.
                        Sir, we have installed 02 landline telephones with broadband facilities in KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA AIR FORCE STATION NALIYA(KUTCH BHUJ ) i.e.[protected] Plan) and[protected] Business plan ULD) for which we are paying appox. amount of Rs. 4800/- Per month to BSNL so that we could smothly work but we are not satisfied with the kind of service provided by BSNL as Services of net connectivity are very poor. Many times we have lodged this complaint to our local BSNL office ie. Naliya for checking of our line and do the needful but they have not paid their attention to sortout our Net connectivity problem. As our complete work is fully depends on online owing to this our day to day work is being held up and we suffer a lot. We totaly depend on broadband services in a remote place like Naliya.

                        Please do the needful at the earliest.

                          I Dr.G.Zion Eluzai ,Professor in a Medical College In Mahboobnagar dist.Of Andhra Pradesh want to get to your attention that I feel betrayed by your 3G DATA CARD service which I have tagen on 24/11/2010 and my plan is Rs.572 with 2Gb./month.Sir to my utter disappointment I feel that it is just a wast of money to go for 3.6 Mbps 3 G card when the speed I am getting a maximum speed of only 30-40 kbps and the download speed is only 10-20 kbps. Sir it is just like dupping the people that this service is started .I tried to contact the customer service 1503 for my problem but I did not get any response.
                          Sir my phone no is [protected] IMEI NO: [protected] of the 3 G data card.
                          And when I want to download some file always the line seems to be busy and I feel that my I p number is being used by some other members it come as as the Ip No: 218.248.84.86 is being used by some other member for downloading. Sir seing all this thing I feel I am cheated by the Bsnl people.

                              we are using BSNL telephone services & Broad band services from 2years but in these years we have faced lots of problem with BSNL the biggest problem is "they do not register complaint, 2) if complaint noted then do not take action before 2 or 3 days. very poor response on phone. in this area other land lines services are not existed otherwise BSNL services will be disconnected . We are so frustrated with BSNL services.
                              it is just kind of harrasment, they shold closed their serviced if not able to handle their work.

                                  Sir, to whom so concern, i purchased a new BSNL sim 15 days back, i asked GPRS connection setting they told me to to send sms to 53733 GPRS PRE, ok i have sent nearly 50 messages, but the answer is (your request for GPRS activation received,pl wait for confirmation message from message centre [protected]), and once i met offciers in person but the behaviour is like going & begging form their house and they dont answer properly to any cutomers, one of the staff of your office also requested they behave like that only forgive them, and the fun is till today i have not got gprs settings to my phone my mobi no is [protected]

                                    I bought much publicized BSNL- Chennai Telephones "en nanban super GSM SIM" issued on the basis of my BSNL Landline number on 13.11.2010. It has been activated on the same day. After four days i.e. on 17.11.2010 all outgoing call and sms services has been barred. I register complaint in BSNL call center on 24.11.2010 and been given docket number CH[protected]. For next two days nothing happened. While contacting the same call center, (call center number 1503), they asked me to contact nearest customer care of BSNL. I contacted Chrompet customer care over phone and they asked me to submit fresh application enclosing my identity and address proof. I submitted the same on 27.11.2010. They assured me that my problem will be sorted out within two days. After waiting for eight days, I impatiently went to customer care center on 06.12.2010 and encounter a Junior Telecom officer, there. She simply said that my resumitted application piled up in record room for action and assured me to sort out the same within 6 hours.

                                    Till this writing, I didn't get any remedy. My attempt to contact GM-mobile services or other nodal officials over phone didn't materialize. I don't know what to do next.

                                    Pathetic service of BSNL.

                                    Sir,

                                    I have two BSNL SIM Cards the GSM Nos. of which are given above. Out of the above
                                    two, [protected] is a post-paid one and [protected] is a pre-paid one.

                                    Whenever I sent SMS to other countries from both of these numbers, always Rs.5/- was charged. But within a few minutes I used to receive the message, ‘message sending failed’. So far SMS was not delivered to some of the countries, particularly to South Korea.

                                    When I contacted the Customer Care Centre regarding this, they advised me to approach the local Telephone Exchange to do the needful. Accordingly I approached the Telephone Exchange at Ambattur. But I could not get any help. Therefore I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful to set right the problem.

                                      This is Ansuman Panigrahi, A BSNL subscriber (BB & LL) bearing Phone N[protected].
                                      I have got my new connection in the month of Sep 2010. From the day of connection my broadband service does not work properly for a single day. Upon logging a complain the issue was diagnosed to be link fault by the BSNL technician & I was promised that this will be rectified at the earliest. Unfortunately this never happened.

                                      I have logged several complains with the BSNL customer care and the outcome as below

                                      I had been to the local BSNL office several times to follow up the problem personally .But Every time I was given only promises without any outcome.

                                      With this my dissatisfaction level has gone very high with this poor Customer services as I was charged Rs 750 +taxes every month without the service. I’m looking forward to some kind of support from you to get the problem Fixed at the earliest.
