i have got mistakely hvideo service from wapsub(58888).this service deductetd Rs.30/-every month without any permetion n sending msgs daily.i tried more to stop this service, but this service not provided any obtion to UNSUB.

I am getting text messages & service message from no 58888 Sub HVideo.

I have send so many complaints to BSNLcustomer care to unsubscribe but still it is being renewed.

It will be renewed the unsub adress is "http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=735" ==== but on logging ; it is showig blank page, not showing any link to UNSUB so please please UNSUB from this service, my number is [protected]

Please UNSUB this service. and I am talking to BSNL Excutive Office.

BSNL is simply deducting money for such invaluable and scorpious messages and blank services

The above Message repeated on 20/08/2013 and today i.e., 27/08/2013 and I have lost Rs.30/- for no fault of mine as I am unaware of what RUBARU or what service is being rendered by this fraudster.

I request the bsnl authorities to initiate action against this fraudster.

          Complaint is regarding my BSNL Sim- of Sumo plan which expired on 3rd of Dec. as per the information, the sim & the plan would be expired if not validated before the expire date+15 days grace period. but i recharged on 4th, it was not validated for the same plan, instead, it was validated for general plan. which i could have got by 100 rs. only. instead i rechrged for 301, of 100 rs. talk time. and that to customer care did not answer me properly, instead they were telling why didn't you recharge on time.

            We are not interested in bsnl games.Since last month it was free but this month onwards we don't want to waste Rs. 200. I can't able to cancel my account through online.

            i hv already sent email thru my personal mail. pls do it imdtly. otherwise the matter will be taken to the higherups.

                i have bougth a bsnl 3g data card from bsnl office. it was running good for 1st nonth. but now from 29/12/2010, it is running too slow. download speed is about 10-15 kbps. i called customer care but they refused saying "server down".so i want to complain against bsnl 3g.

                Sir,
                I use BSNL 3g. I would call it 2g rather than 3g. speed doesnt go after 200 kbps.. i am getting the same speed in airtel 2g for 99 rupees per month with unlimited download.
                please take severe action on bsnl group.

                BSNL — 3g speed slower than 2g

                i have recharged for #g plav of 275
                but i am not getting 3g service
                i get 4 point 3g network out of 5
                even than its not working.
                when i connect to 2g, it gives 5 to 10 kbps
                but no result on 3g
                called many time to customer care
                everytime same response ..please wait
                same problem with me. after connecting the web pages dont even open properly.
                BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

                Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.
                I am frustrating with the bsnl 3g speed. it is less than 20kbps. bsnl call it as a 3g. cheating the customers. I paid 2500 for that device now no other sim will work in that if i decide to change the 3g provider. beware of the bsnl. It is a cheating company.

                  I have not subscribed for BSNL Tunes service but it has been automatically enabled by BSNL on my mobile number [protected]. I have never listened the song tune that has been enabled. I have been charged Rs10 for that. Please Stop that service on my mobile number and help me to get the charged amount back. Please take any action before 15 days bcz the service will be renewed after that.

                    I had taken a land line telephone no 2735045 with internet facility from BSNL Lucknow in august 2009 .But due to unsatisfactory billing I got it disconnected on 29.01.2010.On the advise of SDO Jankipuram Lucknow I handed over telephone set and internet modem to SDO on 02.03.2010. I submitted a written application for refund of my security deposit on 23.3.2010 . I was asked to visit their different offices to get my refund back. Instead of getting my deposit back I was served with a recovery order for Rs 245/- dated 06 10 2010.I have already posted my complaint to concerned officer by post as well as by mail but no action has been taken so far. Neither my letter has been acknowledged nor my email reply has been given. So I am using this forum to put my grievances

                    they are having lot of hidden charges which they do not inform in their application form . The charge the cost of telephone set from us still they want it back at the time of disconnection their billing is such that you can not make out the actual security deposit.

                      I BOUGHT MY 3G BSNL SIM([protected]) ON 18TH NOVEMBER,2010 FOR RS180. FOR 7 DAYS IT GAVE ME 3G SERVICES. AFTER THAT I AM NOT GETTING 3G SIGNAL AT ALL. IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS NOW THEY STOPPED 3G SERVICES IN MALDA. IF IT WAS TECHNICAL FAULT THEY WOULD HAVE SORTED IT OUT WITHIN ONE DAY. BUT AFTER 7 DAYS OF PROBLEM THEY ARE NOT COOPERATING AT ALL. SEEMS LIKE THEY ENCOURAGE YOU TO BUY 3G SIM BUT DONT PROVIDE SERVICE AT ALL.
                      SO I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THAT MATTER AND SOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I HAVE MY OLD GRANDPA IN UTTAR PRADESH. I BOUGHT THE 3G SIM AND MOBILE HANDSET FOR HIM TOO. BUT I CANT MAKE ANY VIDEO CALL. WHY SHOULD ANY BODY BUY BSNL 3G(3G IS MISSING) FOR RS180, WHERE YOU CAN GET ANY OTHER SIM ALMOST FREE.

I have talked about this service with bsnl customer care and every time they gave me complent numbers but service is not deactivated till now. i have suffered lot of money and time in this service.plz plz plz sir deativate this service from my number . the message of service comes from number 55678 and it charges 8 rupees per week.

                            I am a BSNL Mobile customer from Kerala. I activated the Ring back tone facility in my mobile number and the Provider deducted Rs.40/- on that day . But The BSNL simply plays their tune instead of my choice selected. I complainted twice the days and repeat the same message that wait for 24hours more. Now its three days over and now what can I make a move.

                              My number is [protected] which is a prepaid BSNL connection .

                              There is some music station subscription activated on my number for which I am charged Rs. 19 monthly and which i never opted for . Please deactivate it as soon as possible.

                              note: i have been charged Rs.19/- for september2009. Now i have recd a msg that the music station sbsn will be renewed on 24/10/2009. i want to unsubscribe immediately. pl do the needful. Also i could not find out the way to unsubscribe the same even after calling the Call Centre. the help that they provided was not implementable.
                              The above complaint is just a small evidence of the growing harassment by the service providers.I too on several accounts had to face the same, ultimately i had to quit those numbers and take a new n.o(in lack of the proper information).unfortunately i am again facing the same problem, kindly suggest a solution as how to deactivate the services

                                I have purchased a 3G USB Data card Modem with a maximum speed of 7.2MBPS for last November, 2010. The SIM is not activated till date. I had already complaint the Customer Care Center and also in person. What can I do?
                                BSNL 3G data card is really a bull which you buy paying money.
                                I bought this piece of on 23oct'10, since then I could never browse internet with this, at a speed no more than 50kbps. That too I could browse at this speed only for an hour and then it automatically disconnects. This is happening in home circle itself. And in roaming BSNL promised that atleast 400kbps speed, but it never connects.

                                I am really surprised BSNL is selling these data cards like popcorn, and is not ready to rectify problem?

                                Is there any consumer rights to ask value for money or just buy such and forget, and keep smelling this piece of .

                                  We, Raghabpur villagers are filling "Network Coverage Problem" in our locality.
                                  In a such large locility of Raghabpur has no 'BSNL MOBILE NETWORK'. and I have allrady lodged 4 times complaints in BSNL coustomer care @ [protected] and my 1st complaint number-- '5252276' and last is '6392654' at[protected].
                                  Pls, sir kindly take a early step. We be gratefull for ur kind early necessary solve for BSNL NETWORK problem. My bsnl mobile number is- "[protected]".

                                  i am customer of bsnl mobile from last 6 years .my office is in quadra II hadpsar in pune but i am not getting coverage in office for bsnl mobile but all other network are working fine here.i have given complaint in customer care but no use.i have asked them to give call divert on other network number but which is also not possible in BSNL network which is really pathetic.they say only to bsnl number they can divert call.so please help me..

                                    On 29/11/2010 at 1=26 p.m., I have paid Rs. 55/- (Rupees fifty five only) through on line payment i.e. Suvidhaa Kiosk online facility, whereas same amount not credited to my mobile (Mobile no. [protected]) till date and the said amount is already deducted from Suvidhaa Franchisee through transaction ID:7202847 , SP ref ID:[protected], Service provider name: Euronet. And where as, since from the day one, I made several calls to customer care centre no. [protected], did not get proper responce.They even could not registered my complaint regarding.
