Your approach of resolving this matter is very inconvenient to us.

My father has been asked to move to various desks now. He is already very weak in health and this attitude of your office asking him to visit different offices is definitely not appreciated at all.

Since nobody is taking responsibility to see through this problem, I suggest your authorities either confirms that they are unable to arrive at a solution or have it resolved on priority with an apology to my father.

Was very happy with your services earlier but lack of support from your competent local authorities has got be into this discomfort zone.

Please revert and confirm on your actions taken so that I may proceed accordingly.

    we are using BSNL telephone services & Broad band services from 2years but in these years we have faced lots of problem with BSNL the biggest problem is "they do not register complaint, 2) if complaint noted then do not take action before 2 or 3 days. very poor response on phone. in this area other land lines services are not existed otherwise BSNL services will be disconnected . We are so frustrated with BSNL services.
    it is just kind of harrasment, they shold closed their serviced if not able to handle their work.

      meter reading system of bsnl kannur is again faulty. when I dialing 1962 the tone lasts upto one minute and call automatically disconnecting.

        Sir, to whom so concern, i purchased a new BSNL sim 15 days back, i asked GPRS connection setting they told me to to send sms to 53733 GPRS PRE, ok i have sent nearly 50 messages, but the answer is (your request for GPRS activation received,pl wait for confirmation message from message centre [protected]), and once i met offciers in person but the behaviour is like going & begging form their house and they dont answer properly to any cutomers, one of the staff of your office also requested they behave like that only forgive them, and the fun is till today i have not got gprs settings to my phone my mobi no is [protected]

          Sirs,

          I bought much publicized BSNL- Chennai Telephones "en nanban super GSM SIM" issued on the basis of my BSNL Landline number on 13.11.2010. It has been activated on the same day. After four days i.e. on 17.11.2010 all outgoing call and sms services has been barred. I register complaint in BSNL call center on 24.11.2010 and been given docket number CH[protected]. For next two days nothing happened. While contacting the same call center, (call center number 1503), they asked me to contact nearest customer care of BSNL. I contacted Chrompet customer care over phone and they asked me to submit fresh application enclosing my identity and address proof. I submitted the same on 27.11.2010. They assured me that my problem will be sorted out within two days. After waiting for eight days, I impatiently went to customer care center on 06.12.2010 and encounter a Junior Telecom officer, there. She simply said that my resumitted application piled up in record room for action and assured me to sort out the same within 6 hours.

          Till this writing, I didn't get any remedy. My attempt to contact GM-mobile services or other nodal officials over phone didn't materialize. I don't know what to do next.

          Pathetic service of BSNL.

          Sub: Problem in sending SMS from Mobile Nos. [protected] & [protected]


          Sir,

          I have two BSNL SIM Cards the GSM Nos. of which are given above. Out of the above
          two, [protected] is a post-paid one and [protected] is a pre-paid one.

          Whenever I sent SMS to other countries from both of these numbers, always Rs.5/- was charged. But within a few minutes I used to receive the message, ‘message sending failed’. So far SMS was not delivered to some of the countries, particularly to South Korea.

          When I contacted the Customer Care Centre regarding this, they advised me to approach the local Telephone Exchange to do the needful. Accordingly I approached the Telephone Exchange at Ambattur. But I could not get any help. Therefore I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful to set right the problem.

            This is Ansuman Panigrahi, A BSNL subscriber (BB & LL) bearing Phone N[protected].
            I have got my new connection in the month of Sep 2010. From the day of connection my broadband service does not work properly for a single day. Upon logging a complain the issue was diagnosed to be link fault by the BSNL technician & I was promised that this will be rectified at the earliest. Unfortunately this never happened.

            I have logged several complains with the BSNL customer care and the outcome as below

            Complain Number==> Out come

            0910/923 ==>closed by BSNL without even attending the problem
            1010/218 ==> Problem Diagnosed as connection Link fault & Closed without rectifying.
            1110/1378==>Ticket is closed by BSNL without attending the problem.
            1210/1721==> Open Again to try my Luck

            I had been to the local BSNL office several times to follow up the problem personally .But Every time I was given only promises without any outcome.

            With this my dissatisfaction level has gone very high with this poor Customer services as I was charged Rs 750 +taxes every month without the service. I’m looking forward to some kind of support from you to get the problem Fixed at the earliest.

                Herewith I inform you that my BSNL Landline Bill payment has made thro SBI bank ECS payment . Past 4 months through ECS mode by both SBI & ICICI Bank (from Aug’10 to Nov’10).Has been Double payment made.
                The ICICI debited amonut details are given below.
                Pls arrange to adjust the Excieses paid amount in my monthly BSNL bill.

                  I booked a BSNL landline connection and paid the deposit on 03/11/2010. the work order number is JDP/N/GG/10-11/0473 Dt 03/11/2010. The instrument was delivered within five days with a promise that the line will be activated next day.

                  Today is 06/12/2010 - no connection as yet. In between I personally went to BSNL Office at Ranikuthi. Got assurance that it will be done soon. I spoke on telephone to the concerned persons. They were all surprised about the delay and assured connection at the earliest. 33 DAYS HAVE PASSED - PHONE IS STILL DEAD AS A DODO.

                  I was even allotted a telephone number[protected].

                  When the customer base of BSNL is eroding, a person still opting for a new bsnl connection, possibly deserves a better service and attention. Seems BSNL is still having the hangover of the old monopolistic days when a customer had to run pillar to post and boot lick/palm grease down to the line man level to get a connection or a complaint attended.

                  Will BSNL act please and activate my telephone?

                      I am a resident of Village Bhoranj, P.O. Bhoranj, Tehsil & District Hamirpur , Himachal Pradesh. I have a landline connection[protected] in my name (Kishore Chand Azad written wrong as Kishar Chander Azad on bills inspite of severel requests for correction). Presently I am at Shimla therefore I deposited (Bill No. T[protected] Dated 05.07.2010, Unique ID HPHMR107621) Rs. 2228 in Shimla G.P.O. vide receipt No. BSNL Shimla: EP04799, Trans. Date: 14.07.2010, 13:59:45, at Counter No. 1, OP-Code:PA3, for Phone No. 266428, Bill Type: DNOTE, Total Amount Rs. 2228 within due date. My telephone services were disconnected by BSNL Hamirpur with the plea that the bill amount has not been deposited. Although my services were restored after my pleading that I have deposited the due amount at GPO Shimla. But to my surprise the deposited amount has not been credited in my account as per invoice No. [protected] dated 22.11.2010 (invoice period 27.08.2010-30.09.2010 due date 13.12.2010) and again the bill for Rs. 2728 has been issued by BSNL Hmirpur in my name.
                      I am not able to understand the system of both the department, why the amount deposited could not be credited in my account. As a result I had to suffer a lot. My services were discontinued. Why I am being harassed while I am not at fault.

                                Complaint is regarding my BSNL Sim- of Sumo plan which expired on 3rd of Dec. as per the information, the sim & the plan would be expired if not validated before the expire date+15 days grace period. but i recharged on 4th, it was not validated for the same plan, instead, it was validated for general plan. which i could have got by 100 rs. only. instead i rechrged for 301, of 100 rs. talk time. and that to customer care did not answer me properly, instead they were telling why didn't you recharge on time.

                                      i have bougth a bsnl 3g data card from bsnl office. it was running good for 1st nonth. but now from 29/12/2010, it is running too slow. download speed is about 10-15 kbps. i called customer care but they refused saying "server down".so i want to complain against bsnl 3g.

                                      I use BSNL 3g. I would call it 2g rather than 3g. speed doesnt go after 200 kbps.. i am getting the same speed in airtel 2g for 99 rupees per month with unlimited download.

                                      i have recharged for #g plav of 275
                                      but i am not getting 3g service
                                      i get 4 point 3g network out of 5
                                      even than its not working.
                                      when i connect to 2g, it gives 5 to 10 kbps
                                      but no result on 3g
                                      called many time to customer care

                                      same problem with me. after connecting the web pages dont even open properly.
                                      BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                                      I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                                      I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

                                      Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.
                                      I am frustrating with the bsnl 3g speed. it is less than 20kbps. bsnl call it as a 3g. cheating the customers. I paid 2500 for that device now no other sim will work in that if i decide to change the 3g provider. beware of the bsnl. It is a cheating company.

                                        I have not subscribed for BSNL Tunes service but it has been automatically enabled by BSNL on my mobile number [protected]. I have never listened the song tune that has been enabled. I have been charged Rs10 for that. Please Stop that service on my mobile number and help me to get the charged amount back. Please take any action before 15 days bcz the service will be renewed after that.
