hello,
i have acomplaint regarding balance deduction from my account, on number [protected]
Bsnl subscribes Easy vault like service on my mobile and deducted 25 rs from my account without my confirmation and no request for any VAS activation was sent by me and i have added my number in DND but on daily basis i got so many promotional type messages .so do needfull and revert my money back.

I have made complaint regarding balance deduction from my account on my number [protected] & my complaint number was C17HR2975511 dt. 17/3/2012.I receive a message on 19/3/2012 that complaint has been closed & for resolution status contact local bsnl CCN/CSC to know the reason. I again requested at customer care to know the status, & mobile no. of local BSNL CCN . I was told that I have to approach personally for know the reason /to take refund deducted Rs. 12-/. Bhiwani is at the distance of 60 Km from my residence Siwani & I have to spend more than Rs. 100-/ to take refund Rs. 12- /deducted from my moble wrongly. Plz refund Rs. 12-/ soon to my Number [protected]

      Dear sir, I have purchased a MTS MBROWSE netconnect modem on 29.11.2010.It has one month validity and unlimited free usage.But still I can'not able to install my computer.The number is [protected] in the name of KRISHNAKUMAR.I cotact mts office in KANHANGAD for solution.They asked to me the coplaint is on your system, but I already used an TATA PHOTON WHIZ modem in the same system without any problem.So I kindly want a solution for this problem.My telephone number is [protected] and mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com

        I have complained to BSNL’s local office at sector 23, Faridabad nuber of times through their automated service and verbally but my Telephone number[protected] has not been restored to working condition since a long time now (over 2 Months).

        Even BSNL line man had assured me personally that the phone would be restored to working condition in next 3 days. This assurance was given to me a long time back and a number of times, but the result is the same as any one could imagine.

        The last assurance given to me was a few days before Diwali.

        The record of the period this can be obtained from BSNL’s own computer system. They can note the number of days their have been no incoming and out going calls.

        I was told that there is problem in under ground wiring.

        MY telephone bearing No.[protected]. this number is not working 2 months above. but bsnl services personnel attended one time, but he did slove my problem. please rectify my problem. if they unable to rectify my problem, please disconnect my bsnl land line connection. we faced problem very frequently, if problem is occurred, they took 2 or 3 months for sloving the problem. please slove my problem as early as possible.

        BSNL Landline Connection — irresponsibility of line man

        this is regarding the irrespnsibility of line man who is working in pampady exchange under the kottayam telephone cirle (kerala) . my land line no at home is [protected]. my parents are residing there alone.the mentioned line is in my father"s name (v j joseph)and its ina remote area. as a loyal customer o[censored]r co i was complaining the same to ur office in charge for the past 3 months. bu t the response from the co s side was pathatic.my parents are old and in cause of an emergency how can they contact others. as a loyal customer o[censored]r company, iam requesting ur kind attention to resolve my issue.

        BSNL Landline Connection — Not working since one year

        Dear Sir/ Madam
        I am writing here on the behalf of my father Sri Kala Nand Roy. Our landline has been out of order since last one year. We have complained about this at nearest Exchange many times. But no one came for correct this. Iwe have complained online in March 2009, still we are in problems. But we have been paying bill since last one year.My father is senior citizen, so he cannot go at exhange ferequently. Sir/Madam I would like konw whether this online system really works. We lost our hope. On phone we have been trying to convey prboblem at district exchange, but it keep on ringing one one attend.

        Dear Sir,
        I want to attract your kind attention towards irregularities committed by your BSNL Staff. I applied for the Broadband connection for last 2 Months. After that I visits the BSNL Exchange for 3 times for Broadband connection. They didn't response well. After 1 1/2 months, when I called to BSNL Exchange for the Broadband Connection. They ask me that your connection is running from last 1 1/2 months. I wanna know that is not it the responsibilily of your staff to set the modem & connection. They didn't visit even for a single time after providing the Connection. Last week they connect the Connection of Broadband. But I want to ask one thing that am I liable to pay the Connection Fee for Last 2 Months?

        BSNL — Landline Not working for almost a year

        My Land line telephone[protected] is not working properly for the last 2 years.

        It is not working completely since June 2010 and repeated complaints are unilaterally closed by BSNL with out rectifying the fault. Their is no confirmation system with the customer. The culprits are getting away with murder.

        When some body rings it appears to be working but the the tlephone at my home is dead. this is really embarasing for me as well.

        This no is very familier with my friends, releatives and collegues and I am frustarted at the attitude

        I am boking the complaints for the last 2months, the service man Checks the complaint, but not rectified if the same problem persists
        i am reciving the same complaint. i Booked complaint weely 3 time in Exchange and informed Local AE also and escalated to dgm level
        and sending mail to AGM but still no one not taking any action. i am highly dissatisfied with your service.

        Please suggest me what to do ? I need there any other solution.

              AS PER ABOVE I HAD OPENED THE WEBSITE BUT I COULD NOT SEE ANY TV PROGRAM AS PROMISED. HOWEVER, Rs. 149/- WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE. FOR YOUR INFORMATION I AM USING SAMSUMG GT-S5233A HANDSET.

                Phone shifting from same exchange phonenumber [protected]
                I have applied for Phone shifting on 13-Jul-09 from 1-7-655/A/1 to 1-9-28/4/1/A/1 with in the Ramnagar (Musheerabad Exchange). And it has been told that it will take around one week time. But till now this is not happened. As my brother came from UK and we are in urgent need of phone and broadband, we are fed up with the following up everyday. Whenever we ask they are saying that this may take time as the software is new. If that is the case why it has been told that it will be completed with in one week. Otherwise I would have taken internet from another service provider. I have tried to call the concerned persons Ramayya on [protected] and Arun Kumar on [protected] but they are not even lifting the phone. Such a irresponsible persons are there in bsnl.

                    Dear all , I would like to alert you all how BSNL in Assam circle regularly cheating and looting customer by illegally charging money on the unwanted trouble some pack like mobile radio and deducting Rs25. This very sad and shame on the Govt owned company which looting customers randomly and there is no re-addressal mechanism thorough contact number and detail as per TRAI regulation are given on bsnl web site but non of working and accountable to address your genuine complaint. This is not in single case of mine large number of BSNl subscriber Assam circle are looted and there money is siphoned though there self activated VAS. on 11 Dec2010 on my BSNL number [protected], i got sms from 125555 that you been charged with Rs 25 for subscribing mobile radio, some other a again got a sms that you have been charged Rs5 for masti pack, which both service i never subscribed. When i contacted CC, I was ready to register my complain and stuck on that this service was requested my me. There after the mobile service was deactivated by money was not reimburse, I wrote through email upto top DG Manager Assam but no response is received and money is still not reimbursed. I dnt understand this is regular practice how and whom i should approach to deal with illegal menace. This is also happening with my other colleagues who are using BSL service,.

                    BSNL — ILLEGAL CHARGE FOR MOBILE RADIO

                    I am using bsnl mobile connection. my cell no. is [protected]. on 10th march 2011 my mobile balance was deducted for Rs25/- for activating MOBILE RADIO.
                    As a matter of fact I have never requested them. In last month it has also happened.

I have tried to unsubscribe by all the methods but still with every attempt, the sms charge does get deducted but this service is still continuing and deducting balance every month.

                      I m prabhu narayan gupta from japla jharkhanad. I have an BSNL connection with MSISDN [protected]. I m continually getting MASTI messages from short code[protected] from last 2 month.
                      I was forcefully subscribed for MASTI Pack alert services and Rs 15 deducted from my balance. I have tried calling the customer care at BSNL but I am never able to talk to a customer representative.

                      Hopefully I m waiting for your clarification on this matter and refund of my deducted balance also deactivates the subscription.

                        Hello;

                        I am a customer to BSNL for mobile service.
                        About 2-3 months back I recieved a sms from company stating some money deduction from my BSNL account for subscribing CBRT service ( call back ring tone )
                        Actually I have never registered for same
                        Now on start of each month about 30 to 50 rupees got deducted from my account for the same

                        I have tried to complaint for same through Customer care no.
                        But even after several trial they have never received the call
                        They have a system that announces that if we cut the call during that announcement then they will call back shortly , but till today I didnt get any call from them


                        Can you help me

                          I have applied for a BSNL land line at the following address.

                          Himayath Nagar
                          Hyderabad - 500029

                          Telephone instrument has been given and number was informed as[protected]. But, even after a lapse of about 20 days, the phone is not activated.

                          After lot of enquiries, I was given telephone no. 27660065/27612062 to complain as the phone pertains to Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad. But surprisingly, I am continuously getting no reply.

                          Please get the connection activated immediately.

                            We had applied for a BSNL Broadband connection on 25/09/10.Request No:51441468.
                            It has been 3 months since we have not got the connection yet.The person(Mr.Bhubneshwara Rao) who is providing the connection here is delaying the process and is asking for money which he is not liable,.
                            We are calling him up, but he is giving excuses one after the another.
                            Our locality is in Kanathur, district-Kancheepuram,pincode-603112
                            I am working as Assistant Engineer in 110 kv/33-11kv sustation, TamilnaduEelectricity Board, Irungatukotai sipcot, Sriperumpudur.Our office ph.no.is[protected].The above number is not working past three days.I am triying to contact with Irungatukotai sipcot and Sriperumputhur
                            [[protected] ].but no response.This substation feeds electricity supply to Industrial and Domestic areas.In case of any electrical accident occurred nobody couldn't able to contact this telephone. I request You that kindly advice concerned BSNL officer to response complaints through phone. I want BSNL higher officer contact number for this area.My mobile no.is [protected].

                              respected sir/madam,
                              i am Dr. Vihang and i have a bsnl 3G data card with mob no [protected]. my monthly validity is over so i recharged my no online using BSNL's online recharge facility. i recharged 606 Rs. voucher whose Receipt Number is [protected] and Transaction No is TXE[protected]. The said amount is deducted from my bank account but still i have not got my mob no recharged. when i tried to talk with customer care then they said that it is not possible to recharge online when i had done online recharge for my friend yesterday and it had worked out well. then he said he will transfer to a senior executive and put me hold. i kept phone on hold for an hour still nobody answered. i don't know where to complain as they are not picking up on customer service. please help me.

                              BSNL SERICE IS WORST IN INDIA THERE IS NOTHING AFTER SALE SERVICE THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND NON CO-OPERATIVE THEY NEVER TAKE CALLS AND VISIT IN PERSON ALSO VERY ARROGANT
                              I recharged my prepaid 3g data card for 400/- on 9.11.2011 around 5.p.m. but till now no credit is shown and am unable to connect the internet. Also I recharged the validity of my data card for rs.50/- on 10.11.2011 this has been deducted without making any calls from my phone. my data card u sim number[protected]. I made complaint to customer care center as well as by the PCO person who recharged the 3g data GPRS through EC charge. No fruitful result has been received till now. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and credit the amount to my data card immediately. my mail ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                              I used to recharge with Rs.403 bsnl 3g data tarrif. but it failed on showing its amount.

                                There has been an issue with Bsnl about bill from jan2010 to june 2010.during this period my landline was totally dead and complaint was being registered in jan 2010 which remained pending till june 2010.But the company issued the bills of these months.I even wrote an application to gmtd Jammu twice for deduction of bill but till now no action has been taken from their side.The company has been famous for their nawaabi attitude.So,therefore,i request you to take some action.

                                  Dear sir/ madam, please stop d services u r providing 2 my mobile, namely cricket service and chat messenger service.                                     even i agree pls take severe action against bsnl. they are taking proper actions for our complaints.
                                    Every month i get problems with my connection, but it has become severe this month from 8th dec 2010. my device when i try to connect often shows as device unavailble or disconnected. people in bsnl are not able to detect the prob and provide proper solution i hav gone to bsnl office twice in the mean time. yet no use my problem has not been solved. when i try to reach the customer care i always hear the same words " ur in queue pls wait".
                                    i'm not able to connect to my webpages. pls help for u might know how frustrating when u pay such high tariff to be not able to get connected
                                    BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                                    I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                                    I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

                                    Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.

                                      Im jaswinder singh from chandigarh. my mobile no is [protected]. but from last 2 months BSNL activate the service of CHAT MESSENGER SERVICE to my no an charging rs. 15 after every 15 days. but i never activate this service. i'l complaint for it many times but no action will be taken. after this now i can't use BSNL COUSTOMER CARE SERVICE becouse the block my service to talk to customer care. plz help me to resolve this issue.
