Landline : [protected]
No incoming and outgoing.
Can't receive or send SMS.
i cant call to customer care. so i dial from my another number ([protected]).
I dialed customer service center and told my problem. A customer care executive asked to hold. After a long time he replied that he's not responsible for this and wait until this complaint will be solved or "if you are in hurry you can take another connection". I asked his number he transferred call to Senior. He also misbehaved .He said to wait more than 7 hours and " you are not only our customer all are waiting why can't you . I never said to take BSNL connection". He said he can cut my connection if he wants. And he threatened me saying he can find my address and will show me.
If he cuts my connection what should i do?

    Respected AP BSNL Telecom Sir, I am recharging 33/- rs. bundle sms offerf pack. but, with out intimation of festival session charge the sms actual charges and customer care center will not be take the lift my mobile. noumber of timings telling this "MA CUSTOMER CARE PRATHINIDHI KARYA NIMAGNULAI UNNAARU, DAYACHESI LINELONE UNNADI".... So, pls rectified these are all and provided the best/gud services in our customers. This is my request and then, this is my mobile no. [protected].

    Prepaid — Sms charges

    Hi,
    My name is Anoop.

    I am holding one prepaid connection with Airtel. This connection was taken on 4th of December.

    Now the issue is, after the activation i called up the customer service to know the call charges and someone informed everything about the same then i asked them how i can reduce the call and sms charges.
    As per the information i did one 65Rs recharge to reduce the call charge and one 29 Rs recharge for getting free sms for one month or 290.

    Period for ending this service not yet come and i didn't sent up to 290 sms but my offer has been discontinued.To day i called up on the customer service three times to know why this happen to me but these people are not giving me any proper feed back.Two of them transfered the call to the senior officer but he didn't pick the call for at least minimum ten minutes then i disconnected it.Both of them are saying that i didn't activated this facility but they can see that i was not charging for sms till 21 of December.
    Then i asked them how this is possible if a customer didn't activate the facility then why he has not been charge.
    Customer service people are asking me apologies about the same but i don't want any apologies from anyone because i am a eligible customer for getting free sms.

    I am really fed-up with service because they are not trying to check why this happen to the customer.Mistakes will be there in all companies but they should rectify it but here i came to know that, this is what happening in Airtel customer service.

    So if anyone can help me out from this issue your assistance will be highly appreciate....

      MY PHONE NUMBER 2743639 IS DEAD FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AND I HAVE ASKED SDO ON [protected] AND ALSO DIALLED TO DE PHONES ON 2322000 AND ALSO PERSONNLY WENT TO KHADRA EXCHANGE ALSO BUT ALL IN VAIN. AND 1988 GIVES THE NUMBER TO IN INVALID AND 1500 IS JUTS NOTING THE COMPLAINS AND ALSO INFORMED ON 231100 AND THEY ALSO JUST NOTED THE COMPLAIN TO PUT ANOTHER PAPER UNDER THEIR PILLOW. IT SEEMS THAT BSNL STILL WORKS THE SAME SILLY WAY AND NO ONE IN THIS GOVT. ORGANISATIO IS READY TO WORK AND ALL ARE DEFENITELY USELESS. I BELIEVE GOVT.       i am having landline phone having no[protected], your dp pole is held with my side wall from which some 10 to 12 connections are being given to my housing members, i am one of them.last saturday your line man visited to solve the complaint of some consumer.i had a talk with him he promised me to get it repaired within 2, 3 days.it is amatter of great regret that he never visited my place.your customer services are poor for that consumers are suffering much.if such aminor work should i go to tslephone exchange? i being a senior citizen having high b.p and type 2 diabities.cant move much.l0oking to my circuMstance pl.do solve my problem.ismaiLpatel.

        I am using BSNL prepaid mobile No.[protected].I received sms today (25.12.2010) at 11.30 P.M stating that the rate cutter and other concessional rate not applicable for 25th, 31st December 2010 & 1st Jan 2011.Today they debiting 90 paise/minute.They are not notified in advance. How can they suspend rate cutters in valid duration?.Kindly treat this mail as complaint, do the justice for the customers like me.

        The service provider without any notice disable the booster service. Normally the SMS booster is blocked during such festivals. Other booster there is no such condition. Moreover even the FNF services were disabled. This amounts to breach of trust. BSNL should come out with some remedy and rectify this act. My name is sriraman and my No. is [protected]
        These acts like disabling booster service for calls( not even private players do) makes me think - these are to make people hate bsnl and move to private players.. Everyone simply lost trust in bsnl by this disabling without prior intimation.. That day we couldn't even reach customercare... BSNL management is favoring private operators but not bsnl...

          I am user of Mob No [protected]. It is noticed that Rs 10/-on account of HUMSHAKAL service has been deducted from my mob on weekly bassis from last three months without activation of this service. I have two times requested for DND service but still no action has been taken till date.May I request you to kindly instruct Custmer Care or HUMSHAKAL SERVICE to refund my deducted money and stop further such type of theft to other custmer also.
          am user of Mob No [protected]. It is noticed that Rs 1/-on account of MASAL JOKES service has been deducted from my mob on daily bassis from last two months without activation of this service. I have to you to kindly instruct to customer care to stop such type activation immediately. If possible then inform me for stop of activation.

            My BSNL CEL NO; [protected], Since from last month they are deducting Rs.15 per week for love sms. But I haven't asked that service, more over i am not getting any sms related to that. whenever I am calling customer care on 123 immediately line is disconnecting.

            My BSNL CEL NO;[protected], Since from last month they are deducting Rs.7 per week for DATING7 service and Rs.5 for model of the day services. But I haven't asked that service. Moreover i am not getting any sms related to that. I am not requiring any kind of this cheating service in future.

              Hi, my sim numbered [protected] ( Karnataka) is getting a message "sim card registration failed" in between some times. At that time, who ever calls to that number will get a message that the number has been switched off. Can you please solve this issue>

                I am Rajesh patel from Indore .I bought EVDO from BSNL .According to advertisement speed of INTERNET should be 2.4 MBPS but this is too slow around 128 KBPS. Please take some action.

                Yes thats right its true BSNL is so bad, some one have to take action on it they said 2.4 MBPS on advertisement and speed so slow 128 KBPS, really bsnl sucks and i am from orissa and 2 yrs ago am using EVDO and i had paid every month Rs : 607 but now it hiked to Rs : 707 what is this and still same speed no change ? It means No Speed but more price how can any one adjust with this situation ? Please take some action about it.

                    Dear sir/Madam,

                    This is to bring to kind notice that I have paid my BSNL telephone bill Rs.2648/- online with my SBI Visacard through HDFC gateway on 15/05/2010. By mistake I have paid twice on the same day and it has been debited (please refer SBI card May 2010 statement which is attached herewith). Till date it is not been credited in BSNL account(please refre attached BSNL bill). During that bSNL was changing there servicer and they have informed me that the amount may be credited if the new server is updated. I have visited many times to BSNL office and found one day that they have not received the amount. They asked me to contact HDFC bank. Then I written to HDFC bank on 16/11/2010 and expecting some favorable reply from them. Yesterday I came to know that HDFC cannot help me in this regard and asked me to contact SBI Card.

                    Please do the needful as I am running after this for last 7 months. I am attaching the letter to BSNL, SBI card statement and my BSNL bill for your ready reference.

                      but it get worst as it is getting bigger and bigger as bsnl.

                      the worst thing is now airtel is the only company charging its customer to talk to their customer care helpline, and its amazing that even appalite level person is also not having any responsibility..

                      I have rounded to mobile store wasai (E) three times to submit my doccument but everytime the doccument were rejected & at last my documents were rejected on the basis of stamp unclear on photo at my residential proof, ask somebody what is the importance of stamp on photo on residential proof.

                      one more amazing thing is that my same doccument were accepted for another numbers as [protected]


                      no one is having any knowledge of doccument processing, then why the hell the customer care is established, if no one is knowing any thing


                      each time i call to customer care they told me to re-submitt the doccuments abd that solved nothing happens till date..

                      every one is unaware of question what doccuments& how to submit and how many times it have to be submitted,

                      even i only called to appelite for talk to them but even i was not attended by anyone for more than 1.5 hour for three times but then, also they charge me over Rs.100

                      if some bdy can make me know where i can make can complaint against appelite also.




                      it is my final complaint & after that i will make an FIR against Appelet about useless charges & no response to my previous compaints.

                        This is NAGA SAMPATA RAO KATEPALLI, I applied for broadband connection online on October,2010, after 1 month they called me for the connection, I said its not required now. They didn't say anything, they said ok. But 22 December,2010. I got the bill with my name and address amount of 1300 rupees along with making call details and the number they allot for me is[protected]

                        My problem is, even now i don't have the BSNL land line in my home. why they are sending the bill to my address and I do not know the process with out having my documents and with out giving any connection, how they make to allocate a number for me and send the bill for that.


                        And my question is They did not collect any documents from me and did not sign any application form, How they do this. Same things i talk to the Customer care people, they are saying first I need to go to WhiteField along with the bill and i will take the letter from the Officer and Again will go to Indira Nagar, show all the relevent documents for cancelation of my BSNL.

                        My question is, It is not my fault and this is how our BSNL people are working. why i need to go for all the offices with out having anything (LANDLINE, BROADBAND).

                        I Request you please give me the solution

                          I have recharged SMS booster value Rs.13 during 5th November it worked upto 4th December per SMS 1 Paise charged I have sent around 250 SMS. When i tried recharge the same booster in the 2nd week of december it was blocked. Then i recharged Rs.31 booster on 21/12/10 which is also SMS booster for 2000 free local SMS and 1000 National SMS. But it is not working for each SMS i send Rs.0.50 is getting detected from my account.

                          Kindly helpme to resolve this issue. I am not getting the proper service for the money i paid.

                          The detail of confirmation message i received is as follows :

                            REQUEST TO CHECK THE BRAOD BAND USAGE. I DOUBT THAT THE USAGE METER HAS BEEN JUMPED OR THERE IS ANY OTHER DISCREPENCY IN BILLING---INFLATED BILL.

                            1. I have been using my BSNL Broad Band connection of 500-C Combo plan, Now I want to opt for Annual Unlimited UL 750 Plan. Kindly adjust my advanced deposited in the 500-C Plan and send me Demand Note after getting adjustment for the annual plan o[censored]L 750 Plan

                            2. I want to connect with wireless router to my Lap top. As I have Wi-fi Modem but the said Modem is not working in operation of two sets at a time.

                            3. That the service Engineer Mr. Sushil from Phagwara Telephone Exchange 210555 could not rectify the problem. Kindly get the problem fixed.

                            4. That as my Sony Laptop has latest features of Wi-fi Software so it can be connected to any Wireless router but due to the faulty Modem the Lap top is not connected with the said Wifi Modem at a time.

                            5. That the procedure to check the Broad-Band usage has been changed. But the consumer has not been provided the information regarding the change of check of Broad-band usage. I have doubt in my BSNL Broad band usage charged from last three months from the date the procedure of billing has been changed. I request the Hon’ble officials to kindly check the usage as my usage has never been jumped so much as it has been from the last three-four months.

                            PRAYER:

                            1. Kindly rectify the inlated bills sent in the last four months as the usage of Broad band has been miscalculated.

                            2. Wi-fi connection is not working.

                            3. Speed of Broad band connection of the consumer is very Slow.

                            4. Change plan from Limited to Unlimited plan.

                                Respected sir/madam,

                                Our residence landline number[protected] was provided with STD facility. We used to make STD calls by dialling "95" code instead of "zero". From the time "95" code was banned, we are not able to make STD calls.

                                I had contacted the BSNL office several times. But the secret code option they give to unlock or lock STD facility is not working in our case.

                                Kindly restore the STD facility for our telephone number.

                                My BSNL phone with the number 24768145 chennai is not working for the past three months.. i have complained 4 times but in vain.. i have given a written complaint to the JE incharge(Porur Chennai) but no action has been taken.. when i spoke to him today he responded vrudely.. If phone not rectified in time i will have to go to consumer court.. my recent complaint number to BSNL is 85157451..                                   Although I have repeatedly complained, and even gone to the telphone exchange there seems to be action being taken.

                                    MUSIC ON DEMAND HAS BEEN ACTIVATED ON MY PHONE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.THEREFORE ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF RUPEES 149.00 ARE ADDED IN EACH BILL. PLEASE DEACTIVATE THIS AT THE EARLIEST.
                                    I am also using BSNL broadband for the past 12 months. My BSNL landline number i[protected] Last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.175/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com and it is one time charges. I didn't contact for this service and the service was activated without my knowledge or approval and i didnt get the activation details for this service.

                                    Even though its not my fault i was generous and paid the bill, but this month also the same amount added again bill as one time charges.

                                    It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this, as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

                                    I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this and how to get them punished.

Esme telephone rent nahi lagata. Magar sept.2010 ke bad BSNL ne mera bina mange hi one India plan kar ke 180 Rs. telephone rent ke Monthly LOOT rahi h.
