BSNL Broadband — cancellation of game on demand plan
Dear Santosh,I had spoken to you on phone on 10/5/2010 reguarding cancellation of game on demand connected on landline number [protected].
You had atended he complaint and had done the needful. As discussed with you afe giving the broadband connection the game on demand was cancelled on phone in the month of August2009, but hey are charging us for game on demand in our telephone bills as details given below,
1.) October, 2009-bill - Rs.148
2.) November, 2009-bill - Rs.200
3.) December, 2009-bill - Rs.200
4.) January , 2010-bill - Rs.200
5.) February, 2010-bill - Rs.200
6.) March, 2010-bill - Rs.200
7.) April , 2010-bill - Rs.200
I kindly request the details above and verify the same and kindly refund me the charges for game on demand. Total amount as Rs.1348. I hope you will do the needful. Thanking you for your service.
