I had placed a request for broadband connection on 22/09/2010 and the same was made available on the 24th Sept 2010. I was given a modem for purchase costing me Rs 1100.00/- + (taxes).

I had learnt from your website and your advertisements over various channels that there was a offer of free unlimited download for 15 days for any new broadband connection between 15/9/2010 – 15/11/2010.br...

From 29 October'2010, problem facing in BSNL broad band connection(no connection available) onTelephone N0.[protected], also customer care personnel are not receiving any call where one can inform the problem,and one time undersigned customer faced misbehavior from service provider personnel. Currently I m facing lot of problems with this service, Initially I was in 256 KBPS 750/- home plan and I changed my plan to 256 KBPS 625/-. The day from when I got changed my download speed almost 0.3 KB only. I raised number of complains but I did not get proper response. Again they asked me to change my plan to 512 KBPS 750/- plan, as per there request I changed but still facing the same problems. No technical team...

I am Manoj suffering a lot with the ignorance of BSNL service provider and dealer.
I have taken one BSNL SIM around one month back and SIM got activated next day itself.
It is deactivated after 10 days (Without any prior information), then i approaced to the de4aler from where i bought the SIM Card. He told me that it happend due to document unavailability. Same day i submit the xerox of my passport...

This is Arijita Chakraborty, I purchased BSNL 3G data card(teracom LW272) on 26th oct,2010, from yesterday 8th nov,2010 it was not working when inserted in my computer.. no LED glow..no response. When I took it to the BSNL office they repeatedly charged me as I damaged the device externally..though there was no fracture in the device. now tell me what to do????...

I am very fedup with the services of ([protected]) bsnl mobile no. I am facing intermittently problem enable to receiving and making calls. Also loged complaint (K[protected] on dated 7th November2010.Till today unableto get a single call.Already replaced SIM & MOBILE HAND SET but problem remain same. Plz do the needfull.........

The bill was paid using the citi banks online payment utility, which I have been using for a long time to pay the landline bills and other bills also. I went to BSNL office and showed them the bank transaction details, on which they said it was not possible...
