i have a telephone connection no[protected] since the day one of exchange starts in dayalbagh, and since the day one when broadband start at dayalbagh, have bsnl broadband unlimited home plan. since more then a years facing telephone noise and broadband no link problem. i also send a registered complain to GM office, but no sulution. dayalbagh exchange staff is so non-coperative even they did not see compalin register. i am helpless , how to get rid off this trouble. junior staff ko request kiyaa to kahtee hain BSNL ke peeche kyon pade ho, itnee saree company hain aur koyee connection le lo. pl help me , beeing an retired army person, i dont want to be a consumer of any private tele phone company.

Please follow the below mentioned procedure to deactivate the Games on Demand account.
1. Go to http://bsnl.indiagames.com and login with your Username and Password.
2. After you login Go to “Home" and then click on "Account". Please click on “Unsubscribe”.
3. Once you click on “Unsubscribe”, Please fill up the feedback form that would open and then click on “unsubscribe” to cancel the service.
4. You will get an Email confirmation regarding the same.
