Dear sirs/madam,

one month back bsnl offered free online games. i.e bsnl india games for onemonth free plan,at that time they gave me a user id,password but unfortunately i have forgotten that id,now i would like to cancel india games registration,regarding that i spoke to bsnl office to cancel the games but they have said call to toll free number 1504,still nobodies are attending the call.so that i tried to cancel this way.i[censored] r not cancel the games i will not pay the bill for current month.

Please follow the below mentioned procedure to deactivate the Games on Demand account.

1. Go to http://bsnl.indiagames.com and login with your Username and Password.
2. After you login Go to “Home" and then click on "Account". Please click on “Unsubscribe”.
3. Once you click on “Unsubscribe”, Please fill up the feedback form that would open and then click on “unsubscribe” to cancel the service.
4. You will get an Email confirmation regarding the same.

I am shailaja.Atluri, from bangalore-south, we stay in girinagar, my phone no:26756901.
I kindly request you to disconnect india games for my phone number,which was activated with out my acceptance. i have worked enough to get this service disconnected, but it did not happen, since 4months i am unnecessarly paying Rs.200 every month. please, kindly disconnect this indiagames for my number, if this contionues i will not be able to pay the bill from march.added to this i have forget my password to cancel this through internet.

i also register in this plan today..but im feeling so stupid now..india games told me that i have to give 200rs for only one month..bt when i would get a ph cl for confirmation i have to say that i know this 200rs is for each month!!!i asked them again and again why should i tell lie when u told me this 200 rs in only for one month!!that fellow told me to trust him and see in the bills if the 200rs comes each month or not..

i also have another complain.he didnt tell me that this free is only about downloading games.im not interested in any games..i dont play games...he told me any download is free for lifetime if only i subscribe this..is that true?i feel so cheated..
please tell me what do i do?

      The above complained was given on 01/11/2010, One person has came and told that he has not known the line from where it is comming and gone back.
      Till date the complaint in not rectified. As per the BSNL policies, if a complaint is not attended within 7 days the Rent must not be deducted. So, my land line rent may not be deducted for the last 11 days. If the rent is deducted means BSNL is violating the Customer service rules. And taking the money from the customer forcefully. If i should write to the higher authorites means, pl. send the e-mail id. Now a days BSNL service is very worest. Even after such incident, i am keeping a Landline because of my old aged parents, they have not known to operate cell phones. But BSNL is not satisfy their valuable customers. I never expect such a practice from BSNL b'cause its a Public sector ltd., but not satisfy the public. Pl. arrange to rectify the fault immediately.

          Hi Team

          Currently I m facing lot of problems with this service, Initially I was in 256 KBPS 750/- home plan and I changed my plan to 256 KBPS 625/-. The day from when I got changed my download speed almost 0.3 KB only. I raised number of complains but I did not get proper response. Again they asked me to change my plan to 512 KBPS 750/- plan, as per there request I changed but still facing the same problems. No technical team came to see my connectivity.

          The BSNL customer care people said there is problem in 625/- plan, then why you people are allowing customers to use this plan. When we are paying almost 2500/- including modem and advance payment. Later you guys come up and say go for 750/- plan. As a customer we look out for best one. I personally suggested almost more then 25 customers to avail BSNL Broadband, If this problem continues then we need to look out of best options in other services also.

          I am facing with connectivity problem from the last 3 Months. I am complaining to the BSNL BROADBAND on regular basis from last 2 months. each day i am reciving the conformation massage that my circut has been restore but not a single day has been gone when the connection has not failled 40 to 50 times. the connectivity ios getting discconected right with in few mins and i have to connectt again . when ever i am connecting the error 678 is showing. i am totaly fedup with this services. Can you suggest me how to claim My refund of the Monthly rentals for these three months.
          I have a broadband connection from BSNL in Amalapuram,East Godavari District,Andhrapradesh. From the last two days I was not able to access certain servers especially US based servers. The problem started on Friday night and still persisting. I am unable to find any contact numbers on BSNL site. There are some numbers but we can call them only from BSNL lines. Unfortunately I dont have outgoing for my line.
          joining with B.B of BSNL i am facing this problem in that many time DSL link is not responding .so please solve immediately.

          Broadband connected to my telephone line[protected] is not functioning properly. Very frequently I am facing connectivity problems. When ever there is a problem, I use to lodge online complaint but no one bothers about it even weeks togather. The problem is, when ever i switched on the PC & Modem, internet get connect for about 5 minutes and goes off. continuous breaks in the connectivity. Complaint No. 07554 / 11.11.2009 is not yet attended and it is already 5th week. Request immediate attendtion to resolve the problem once for all.

          I am a new user of bsnl broadband, and i am suffering from the day when it installed.
          Sometime it doesn't connect for whole day.and if connected then disconnect very frequently.

          it does not give any confirmation or disconfirmation alert.
          Your complain no 1500 also get disconnected after dialing 1500-2-9

          I am very upset with that kind of service.Please look at that asap.

          My Broadband No. is[protected], Sin ce the installation, we are facing the LINK failure problem, i.e. 678 error is showing. Every time we are complaining over phone and subsequently the lines get restores, only for a while, again the same problem is surfacing.

          With all this problem unattended, we have to effect payment towards their bills every month, which is taking a toll on us, since neither we are able to surf the internet nor getting any feed back from their helpline.

          Please do the needful & oblige.

            I Sri Kasinath sahu , a BSNL Landline telephone and Broadband internet consumer with Telephone number –[protected] , Customer Id – [protected] and Account number – [protected],
            here I have stated the story in following points.

            I have applied for unlimited broadband internet connection for my home. BSNL department people connected the internet at my home and given me one Modem, internet ID and Password to connect internet but didn’t provided any tariff plans or other service details those were activated for the internet uses. They told all the services are same as that I have applied for.
            The problem is when we got our monthly bill it was unbelievable with excess usage charges and some service charges , I am surprised how is it possible with my unlimited plan internet service.
            When i inquired the bill with BSNL officials they told that it was not unlimited plan so it has excess usage charge and charged with 60 paisa per MB.
            I got the bill amount for the month of August is Rs. 4063.75 and September is Rs. 7761.89 that is terrible where I expected my monthly bill near by 700 plus as I have applied for unlimited plan.
            I just get confuse when I have applied for an unlimited internet plan why BSNL department have activated such other internet connection plan for me without prior information to me and who will be responsible for the excess billing?
            Recently US president Obama speak about E-panchayat development in our Indian Parliament meeting and our leaders clapped with the fake news which in real life is like our situation. Many people now want to get rid of their internet connection in our locality.
            Another thing is India is now developing very fast where as The BSNL department sucking the developing people like us and call my home repeatedly to pay the money.
            For more details i have attached my monthly internet bills here i hope you can have a look to understand the varied monthly charges where my plan was unlimited plan.

            i am sathish living in a rural place near vellore (15KM away),for the past 3 months i am trying to get internet connection thro BSNL rural scheme....i tried lot. there is no response from single staff.
            simply they are saying it wont possible in that place.What my question is, then why the government spending money for the RURAL SCHEMES.........! finally i came to know, no body is ready to work at all. all are lazy......stil am waiting...

                I am Manoj suffering a lot with the ignorance of BSNL service provider and dealer.
                I have taken one BSNL SIM around one month back and SIM got activated next day itself.
                It is deactivated after 10 days (Without any prior information), then i approaced to the de4aler from where i bought the SIM Card. He told me that it happend due to document unavailability. Same day i submit the xerox of my passport and 1 photograph, he assured me that service will be start within 4 hrs. But till date SIM Card didn't get activated. I am loosing my money (As i had opted 500 plan).

                  Sir,
                  I have requeted for shifting my BSNL landline no : +[protected], from Kacharkanahalli to Kamanahalli ,mainroad (Withi 1.5 km). Firstly, I visited 2 to 3 time only to submit the application, as it was not clear which office to submit the application. After doing so I was told that the shifting will be done within 1 week of time. I was happy with the progress and a line-man from BSNL came and did a inspection. I waited for about 2 weeks , I went to the BSNL office again and contacted a lady, and she called the line man and told that it will be done within 1 week. Now when I call the line man he tells me that he has reported to the office that the cabels are faulty in that are and should be replaced.
                  However the officials havent taken any action and instead asked the line-man that why are you so concerned about the connection did you get any money
                  Now, thats a sad part, the gentleman (the line-man), was just doing his job and he is being let down. About the connection I can easily go for a private connection and it is just a matter of hours that I will be having a new connection.
                  Kindly look into the matter,

                    I have mobile phone number [protected] and there is no radio in my instrument. I have not pressed any button of yes to onmobile radio but they have charged Rs. 25 as subscription
                    my mobile number [protected] and i dint activated onmobile service even i dint get any call or msg tto activate without my interference its avtivated automatically they charged 5rsand 1rs. i went to bsnl office and i complaint about this and ther said call to bsnl call center and i made call to them so many time they dint received the call and msg recorded as complaint its nearly two month i got any response from them its a worst service provider in our country.
                    My Mobile No. [protected]. From Past 4 months My balance is deducted with Rs. 5 or 10 in second week of every month. I never activated for and Mobile Radio Service. Some times I receives SMS that "your MRadio Pack has been renewed". The Customer Service personals are not giving proper response to this. Hence Please Deactive this service.

                      This is Arijita Chakraborty, I purchased BSNL 3G data card(teracom LW272) on 26th oct,2010, from yesterday 8th nov,2010 it was not working when inserted in my computer.. no LED glow..no response. When I took it to the BSNL office they repeatedly charged me as I damaged the device externally..though there was no fracture in the device. now tell me what to do????

                          Utility Number :2*******
                          Due Date :27/AUG/2010
                          Due Amount :634.00

                          The bill was paid using the citi banks online payment utility, which I have been using for a long time to pay the landline bills and other bills also. I went to BSNL office and showed them the bank transaction details, on which they said it was not possible to track the payment for them and if they manage to find it later they will adjust it, which till date have not been adjusted.

                            Please attend.

                            Also, this type of non-functioning occurs at least once in a quarter. Please depute some experienced line man to check the wiring inside the house for any faults.

                            Also, please intimate how does one lodge a complaint from Mulund for a BSNL phone at a Dombivili address.

                            I Sameer.M.Puranik stay in Pune, Surobhi township, B-201, Near father michael soc, Tingre nagar, Pune-411015.In our society there is a franchise named as ACE communications appointed by BSNL .It provides us landline as well as intercom facility but very often landline stops working.Sometimes landline is dead for 3 to 4 days .I had contact BSNL officials but always they give false promises so please help me out .The monthly rental is around Rs142/- Even after paying bills on time, the BSNL is cheating with no of customers.There are around 40 connections.So please help me out also, take strict action against the respected officials.My landline no is[protected].
                            My BSNL Landline[protected] is Dead since July 15th 2009. Complaints have been made and a reference number have been received through SMS but no action is taken so far. (Complaint No. [protected]). No Pending bills are due so far. I request the authorities to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                Hi,

                                I took a data card connection from BSNL (3G data card model Teracom LW272 usb data card) with plan of Rs. 440/- PM (1 GB). BSNL rep has advised that Data Speed is very good speed as "3.6MBPS", while connecting the same in the internet it shows "Max Received Speed 19KBps" at my home which is centre of the town and speed at Office shows 359kpbs. I have given the written complaint to BSNL customer care, but they were not taken any action as yet. Also one of the officer has advised us prior to take a connection customer needs to check signal is there or not. U/s they are doing the business with false statement.

                                Is there any solution for this.

                                  i have a telephone connection no[protected] since the day one of exchange starts in dayalbagh, and since the day one when broadband start at dayalbagh, have bsnl broadband unlimited home plan. since more then a years facing telephone noise and broadband no link problem. i also send a registered complain to GM office, but no sulution. dayalbagh exchange staff is so non-coperative even they did not see compalin register. i am helpless , how to get rid off this trouble. junior staff ko request kiyaa to kahtee hain BSNL ke peeche kyon pade ho, itnee saree company hain aur koyee connection le lo. pl help me , beeing an retired army person, i dont want to be a consumer of any private tele phone company.

                                    Here i have 3g bsnl data card as its shown its had a 3.6 mbps speed but its not have a at-least 2xspeed also..its very disappointing me i had given complaint also to bsnl office but its also not gonna be use..its just fake..its just loosing our money..POOR DATA CARD.

                                    hi i have purchased 3g data card with 7.2 mbps speed. my data card never get connected. on request bsnl has changed the data card even than the problem remains the same, while browsing it get disconnected and the speed is too slow. department has changed the data card four times but the result is same.now they start avoiding me and neither refunding the money. suggest wht to do. I tried to stop this service through link provided in sms from sender 58888. when i tried to open that link, the page displayed error on that page. then i submit my complaint on india times site but my service is still going on. you are requested to please stop this service at the earliest.

                                        I changed BSNL broadband plan from combo600 to 900ULF plan. BSNL never informed there is going to be user ID and password change. I was without net for 3 days. Rang up call centre.No one to answer for 2days what I got was recorded messages and music.
                                        Finally when I got the connection the speed was never more than 1.5 mbps (although claimed "up to 4mbps") same as my earlier plan where the speed was claimed to be only "up to 2mbps".
                                        BSNL is the worst company which i never seen. It is a "BUDDAS" company. cold blooded old people work in it. They never respond to you in time and they give silly explanations. Most of them don't know there company mail address in which they work. BSNL is a lazy fellows company and those fellows always bothered about there facilities and rights but not there duties.

                                        They don't know the meaning is customer support and customer satisfaction
                                        &
                                        These words are un-parliamentary words in their job.
                                        They never have a smiley face. Looks like they lost their live by joining in BSNL.
