Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

I am an Electrical Officer in Western Railways. This is my official land line phone at my residence. Phone no.[protected] is dead for last 6 days. Complaint is lodged immediately and after a span of last 6 days nothing has been done except promosing to attend the fault. Complaint phone no at vasai road no[protected] is either not responding or giving busy tone. Dont know what to do?

My BSNL Landline no. is not working since last 45 days I have visited Kaushambhi Telephone exchange and given the complaint and they have noted the same in the complaint register. BSNL Bradband poor connection from Mannargudi (Thanjavur). I'm not receiving any Internet connection from BSNL. I just got very good connection for twelve days only, now no more, every mounth this is the situvaion, waste of money even BSNL saying this much service only we can provide. BSNL providing verygood offers but we are not able to use them because of poor service. Please take a action for a good service from BSNL Bradband....

Mr.Parihar, employee of BSNL in Singrauli Exchange, is mostly unavailable in the office, during office hours. The security guard or other staff are unable to give any information about time of his availability.

This complaint is being placed after several observations, and sufferings, as I had to miss my office to submit my request and get acknowledgement.

Recently I purchased bsnl 3g modem ,a Teracom product and got a 3g sim with it and it worked properly for 2 days then when I would press Connect Tab it showed message"The PPP link control protocol was terminated." I have applied for BSNL broad band connection from[protected], and paid rupees 1664 for W1-1664 type modem and got new modem and conection. On[protected] the modem is not working and the dsl function is out of oder. so I reported to my service exchange, Nambali in Nagercoil telecom district and the authorities asked me to wait for one week, after One week I approached to the same office and I got the same one week extension...
