This is Arijita Chakraborty, I purchased BSNL 3G data card(teracom LW272) on 26th oct,2010, from yesterday 8th nov,2010 it was not working when inserted in my computer.. no LED glow..no response. When I took it to the BSNL office they repeatedly charged me as I damaged the device externally..though there was no fracture in the device. now tell me what to do????

Dear sir Rs629 bill come out to me . Before one month my modem was unused due to some problem in exchange office . But in december 29 a bill come out to me that my bill is Rs 860 . How is it possible ? plz conform me .

      These are the details of my phone bill:
      Biller Name : BSNL CALCUTTA
      Utility Number :2*******
      Due Date :27/AUG/2010
      Due Amount :634.00

      The bill was paid using the citi banks online payment utility, which I have been using for a long time to pay the landline bills and other bills also. I went to BSNL office and showed them the bank transaction details, on which they said it was not possible to track the payment for them and if they manage to find it later they will adjust it, which till date have not been adjusted.

        My dombivili East home phone No. 2803126 has not been working for the last 10 days.

        Please attend.

        Also, this type of non-functioning occurs at least once in a quarter. Please depute some experienced line man to check the wiring inside the house for any faults.

        Also, please intimate how does one lodge a complaint from Mulund for a BSNL phone at a Dombivili address.

        Early action and a line in reply will be appreciated.

        bsnl liandline beraring number 23056064 is not working since 2weeks.even after lodging a complaint regarding this necessary action was not taken.we would be thankfull if it is corrected as soon as possible.

            Hi,

            I took a data card connection from BSNL (3G data card model Teracom LW272 usb data card) with plan of Rs. 440/- PM (1 GB). BSNL rep has advised that Data Speed is very good speed as "3.6MBPS", while connecting the same in the internet it shows "Max Received Speed 19KBps" at my home which is centre of the town and speed at Office shows 359kpbs. I have given the written complaint to BSNL customer care, but they were not taken any action as yet. Also one of the officer has advised us prior to take a connection customer needs to check signal is there or not. U/s they are doing the business with false statement.

            Is there any solution for this.

              i have a telephone connection no[protected] since the day one of exchange starts in dayalbagh, and since the day one when broadband start at dayalbagh, have bsnl broadband unlimited home plan. since more then a years facing telephone noise and broadband no link problem. i also send a registered complain to GM office, but no sulution. dayalbagh exchange staff is so non-coperative even they did not see compalin register. i am helpless , how to get rid off this trouble. junior staff ko request kiyaa to kahtee hain BSNL ke peeche kyon pade ho, itnee saree company hain aur koyee connection le lo. pl help me , beeing an retired army person, i dont want to be a consumer of any private tele phone company.

                Here i have 3g bsnl data card as its shown its had a 3.6 mbps speed but its not have a at-least 2xspeed also..its very disappointing me i had given complaint also to bsnl office but its also not gonna be use..its just fake..its just loosing our money..POOR DATA CARD.
                mera data card ke speed 0-3kbps se jayda nahi aati me data card ko urben area me use karta hu
                mane bsnl custumer care me bhi call ker chuka hu vaha per bhi koi solution nahi mela jaldi se jaldi koi sulation kare aur mujhe conferm ker ke solution ho chuka h nahi to me kanuni karvahi karne per majubir ho junga
                hi i have purchased 3g data card with 7.2 mbps speed. my data card never get connected. on request bsnl has changed the data card even than the problem remains the same, while browsing it get disconnected and the speed is too slow. department has changed the data card four times but the result is same.now they start avoiding me and neither refunding the money. suggest wht to do.                   BSNL Co has started deducting Rs 10/- per week for an unwanted service Wap Subscription Service on my Mobile No [protected]. I tried to stop this service through link provided in sms from sender 58888. when i tried to open that link, the page displayed error on that page. then i submit my complaint on india times site but my service is still going on. you are requested to please stop this service at the earliest.

                    I changed BSNL broadband plan from combo600 to 900ULF plan. BSNL never informed there is going to be user ID and password change. I was without net for 3 days. Rang up call centre.No one to answer for 2days what I got was recorded messages and music.
                    Finally when I got the connection the speed was never more than 1.5 mbps (although claimed "up to 4mbps") same as my earlier plan where the speed was claimed to be only "up to 2mbps".
                    BSNL is the worst company which i never seen. It is a "BUDDAS" company. cold blooded old people work in it. They never respond to you in time and they give silly explanations. Most of them don't know there company mail address in which they work. BSNL is a lazy fellows company and those fellows always bothered about there facilities and rights but not there duties.

                    They don't know the meaning is customer support and customer satisfaction

                    These words are un-parliamentary words in their job.
                    They never have a smiley face. Looks like they lost their live by joining in BSNL.

                          It is regarding the Problem with the Portal ID and Password.

                          I have a problem with my Portal ID and Password. When I tried to give my username and password, it says as “Error in the Password”. I have reset the password thru the portal once but even with that password I am not able to login.

                          I called to the Call Centre of BSNL but there is no proper response in it.

                          It is very much needful to us to keep track the account details.

                          Could you please let me know what to it further?

                              I am individual landline domestic customer with broadband service.I shocked when I received invoice period 1/8/2010 extra recurring charges ie; Rs 585.65 on account of LANDLINE TOLLFREE FACILITY.I availed only landline call waiting facility through BSNL Self Care login portal Which is free.. I don't know how this facility modify on my number [which is useless for domestic customer].
                              Confirmation about this modification was not done by BSNL Customer Care.I visited SDO Kalka, he removed this facility from my portal dated 26/10/2010.
                              During this period ie; 76 days charges recurring from me.

                              I requested to BSNL please remove above charges as absoluttaly failure of BSNL CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE............

                              even i m facing the same problem . i m scked when i recived the recuring chagers 3308 i m a student cant pay such a huge amount
                              too received a bill today with additional 360/- as recurring charges, this is relatively new on mu bill as I never paid anything like this before (since past 16 years after taking my landline number), neither did I start any new service, nor did I have any outstanding payment. I am going to take it legally if they stop looting people by unnecessary add on charges.
                              I also received a Rs 486 Recurring Charges ... Its is totally a hidden charges BSNL is taking from all the costumers now... Really very sad news for BSNL customers ... :(

                                Bsnl India Online Games offer of one month free PLAY is nearing end.I am unable to play any game as none of the games open and always show some errors.I tried the toll free no . Either there is no response or they are unable to help directly and i am told that their BOMBAY Office will contact shortly but nothing happens. I tried to cancel the account but failed.

                                Bsnl India Games — said to be free,then thrusted upon to pay 200/-pm

                                BSNL Games were logged in only once by the child in Aug.2010. but after that we are paying 200.00pm in our telephone bill and never played the so called games, we want to stop this immediately

                                  My telephone number [protected] had not shifted to my new address within the same exchange from Lohegaon to Nagpurchawl ( Just less than a km from exchange) since 28 Nov 2008. I need it for using my broadband internet connection.After so many times complain to JTO I am fade up with this organisation.

                                  I change my residence from uppal to Nacharam Kartikeyanagar and applied for telephone shift with broadband.I applied in the last week of Novermber and it is registered under no.NH84161 on December 3rd 2008.Still the phone facility is not provided to my new residence stating that there is cable shortage.Now what to do How you will help me in getting the connection.
                                  Please see that I get the phone connection at the earliest as I am badly in need of it with broad band facility.

                                    my telephone no. is[protected] , I stay at VIM-634, Sailashree Vihar, Chandrasekharpur , Bhubaneshwar-751021.

                                    I had given application for change of my existing broadband plan from 500 Home combo to 900 UL combo. I had confirmed the change of my plan from BSNL Customer Care by dialing .1500. they gave the confirmed news of plan change to 900 UL . I had applied the "plan chane form" , the Bhubaneshwar Telecom Head Office provided me the reciept of plan change. But the bill generated for the month of Oct 2010 , bill no 25108936.,is Rs.1,975.24, which is impossible for usage under BSNL home 900 ULf. I have got no outstanding bill left before . The landline and broadband service is registered under my fathers' name ARUN KU. BOSE.

                                    When I inquired about this with BSNl Customer Care , they said "we dont' know about this , refer to Bubaneshwar telecom Circle a/c section about this". If BSNl is not able to provide clear, transparent and satisfactory service , it shoul closed all its operations.

                                      My mother's mobile phone (LG) bearing bsnl sim No. [protected] was stolen from pandalam , pathanamthitta district of kerala circle on[protected]. The matter was reported to the customer care to block the sim and trace the phone. They informed that the sim was blocked on the day of complaint itself. But on[protected] one of my relatives who called in this mobile heard a man answering the call. But on enquiry he didn't reply properly/ was reluctant to answer the questions arisen by him.                                         I have had just purchased a new bsnl data card worth of rupees 3000 however the speed of the dongle is very slow i am regreting that i have not made a wise decision plz dont ever buy bsnl data card.

                                        I am totally agreed with Mr.Divakaran. Actually i am also using bsnl 3g with micromax 300 datacard from last three month but from October first week i dont know what happened, all thing went wrong.. and the speed is touching the ground. I am only getting the 2g speed max 136 Kbps but I am using a 3g no and 3g tariff plans.. i am very disappointed to bsnl 3g service...actually i am using a Orissa no in delhi...

                                        I purchased BSNL 3G Data card. The claimed speed by BSNL is 7.2 mbps. it is too far from reality. I am getting download speed of average 30 kb and sometimes goes upto 70 kb. It is quite below what BSNL claims for this type of card.

                                        Is there any way I can register official complaint for this with BSNL?

                                        I Dr.G.Zion Eluzai, Professor in a Medical College In Mahboobnagar dist.Of Andhra Pradesh want to get to your attention that I feel betrayed by your 3G DATA CARD service which I have tagen on 24/11/2010 and my plan is Rs.572 with 2Gb./month.Sir to my utter disappointment I feel that it is just a wast of money to go for 3.6 Mbps 3 G card when the speed I am getting a maximum speed of only 30-40 kbps and the download speed is only 10-20 kbps. Sir it is just like dupping the people that this service is started .I tried to contact the customer service 1503 for my problem but I did not get any response.

                                        bsnl sucks thats what i can say about bsnl 3g. i am in kanpur & i too get speed of hardly 48 kbps but sometimes there is no speed with bsnl 3g sim. better bsnl stops this 3g service rather making fool of 3g services. bsnl should never had got 3g licence as it cant even give a gpsr or edge speed. the minimum speed of 3g should be 384 kbps & the minimum speed of edge is 236.8 kbps. but bsnl gives speed of 48 kbps which is too not consistant . so better wait for other private companies to launch 3g services to enjoy the 3 g speed . BSNL SUKS

                                        BSNL — low speed of bsnl 3g

                                        bsnl is saying that we will give u lightning fast of 2 mbps of speed but i am getting only 9 kbps of download speed
                                        BSNL 3G data card speed is very low, i am not sure how to get refund of the money paid, please let me know if it is possible, i have taken 7.2 MBS data card thinking it would give atleast 2 MBps, but it hardly gives 40-60 KBps being in bangalore. I am feeling BSNL really bettrayed its customer by providing such a bad service, looks like BSNL 3G is also a BIG SCAM... from government officials.

                                        I got the 7.2 Mbps data card and i get download speeds around 550-600 Kbps depending on the time of the day.

                                        Around 1 at night the speed even touches 700 Kbps which is roughly a connecting speed of 5.5 Mbps.

                                        The data card supports both 3g and 2g networks.
                                        In case u dont have a 3g signal near u, u would connect with 2g, which has a max connectivity of 144 Kbps.

                                        Check what is the tower status displayed for u..
                                        If it shows HSDPA/UMTS then it means it is 3g
                                        If it shows EDGE/GPRS then it means ur connected in 2g.

                                        BSNL 3G — Extremely Low Speeds

                                        I had purchased a 3G sim from BSNL on the 13th of January (mob no. [protected]) from Nainital and had subsequently recharged it with the Rs. 4200 data recharge which gives unlimited internet pack for 6 months. However, the speed (browsing as well as downloading) is way too pathetic.. Sometimes the websites dont even load properly.(not even 3-4KBps!!) Speeds dont go above 20 KBps and hover around 10-12KBps. This is even less than EDGE. and yes I use a 3G data card and when i swap my bsnl sim with an mtnl sim the speeds are always above 60KBps. So it is definitely a problem with BSNL.
                                        My balance is above Rs. 50 and its connected through the 3G network and signal strength is above 75%!!
                                        I have been CHEATED! I demand I be refunded the money as soon as possible!

                                        I'm also facing the same problem. Same plan, same problem. For about 10 days the speed was good. Then suddenly it never went above 60Kbps.. I too feel cheated. Whats the problem with you BSNL?

                                        BSNL 3G DATA CARD — no connection or very low speed

                                        purchased bsnl 3g data stick- 7.2mbps in jan 2011 from BSNL Annanagar , chennai - [protected] - Rs 2500/- unlimited 6 month data plan - rs 4200 /- agter first two days havin problems - speed is very low 20 - 50 kbs only - sometimes get message data card not available - cannot use the card at all - when queried the staff throw up their hands and state that they have been receiving a number of similar complaints in recent past -

                                        i have earlier purchased a 3g mobile card - [protected] - initially it was good now i can use it as a phone only - when i try internet connection is so slow that it gets timed out -
                                        BSNL Wired broadband is good - cant they make up in wireless - specially after they after taken upfront money
                                        BSNL 3G DATA CARD IS SLOWER THAN WE THOUGHTS
                                        Ok One day i got a micromax BSNL 3G dongle, I started using unlimited plan of
                                        Rs 274 (didnt knew it was 2g plan) and i got about 250 - 300 Kbps download speed
                                        but after a month it suddenly went to 4-5 Kbps (This was shocking) .Any how
                                        Important part of the story is We can use 3g speed on 2g plans any how speed falls after a month so the hack is i brought another sim with 2g plan and again I got speed of 250 - 300 Kbps .After a month or two it slowed down but !!! my old card again served me with a speed 250 -300 kbps and a bravo
                                        I now parchased three sims, used 2g plans but now 1st month I use sim 1, then 2nd month sim2, and 3rd month sim 3 but 4rt month sim 1 again (in short i circulated the sims) and the trick works to some extent and speed used to be good .

                                        The moral of the story is if BSNL fails to satisfy us after such costly 3g plans
                                        then we should suck BSNL (atleast justify buying such costy dongle) !
