dear sir i am using ur prepaid connection for last one year [protected] i am happy with your services . i am a retired govt servant and use cell for receiving and calling but for last two month when i recharge my 30 rs cut from recharge so total 60 rs deduct from my prepaid connection. i know from my son in law while he called me regarding activation of caller tune which i had not activated and not interested so kindly waiver off the caller tune urgently and waiver off my 60 rs.

    i have a bsnl mobile my no. is [protected] its validity is expired so i call from my friends bsnl mobile([protected]) to customer care on 12th august 2010 and ask for recharge he told me to recharge of 50 rs and get 6 month validity because you has a lifetime connection then next day i recharge the mobile i get sms regarding this recharge but i don't get balance and validity now i call the customer care he told me to go to nearest bsnl center now you told what i do please help me

      Please refer to the complaint No. 14348 made one month ago. My house comes under Ganapaty Exchange, Gandhimanagar area, Coimbatore-6 and my telephone No. is[protected]. Despite repeated calls and enquiries, bsnl not attended the complaint for the last two months and I am paying broad band charges through ph. bill without restoring broad band connection. Please advise the BSNL, Coimbatore to attend to the complaint and restore Broadband connection immediately. Please also ask them to refund the Broadband rentals collected through phone bill. I have applied for the shift of my telephone on May 28th 2010 and my order has been sent to the corresponding TVS Nagar exchange, Coimbatore on 29th May 2010. But till today (13.08.2010) no action has been taken in spite of nearly 25 calls and so many e-mails to the greivence cell and to the dept. of telecommunications. IS BSNL IS ALIVE? WHY ATTRACTING CUSTOMER'S BY PUTTING TENT (AND GIVING OFFERS) IN THE ROAD SIDE? IF THE CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION IS GOOD, WHAT IS THE NECESSARY FOR SUCH OFFERS?

          Yes, i totally agree with Mr. Suresh. I too am having the same plan of 625/- and i am facing the same problem. The speed is just not constant. It was mentioned that the plan gives a speed of 256 kbps but no, it does not give. It doesn't come closer to even 50 kbps. The highest speed of my broadband is 0.24 mbps according to speed test.

            I am having the broadband plan of Home 500 Combo. The problem is bandwidth usage is automaticaaly increasing without any download,upload or surfing i.e. in standby mode, bandwidth is automatically increasing. So plz reply the solution for this problem as soon as possible.

            hey i has broadband conection ...1st mere pass 250 plan tha .jisse broadband ka bill 8000 aya ...uske baad kuch hi din baad main plan change karwane ki application deposite karwai ..maine plan 750+ lagwaya...uske agle month bhi mera bill 6000 aya..mere father bsnl office gaye toh officers khete hai ki apka plan abhi abhi change hua hai...1 month se bsnl wale soo rahe the kya ...tell me now wat i do now...shall i go to consumer court...

              Hi,

              I am writing with respect to our BSNL landline connectivity which we have taken primarily for Broadband usage. It has been over an year since we have taken this connection. Since then we have not been able to use the broadband for more than a week at a stretch. In spite of regular complaints no customer support attends to the problem. We do not wish to loose the connection as BSNL being a public sector, the bills serve as valid address proof. We are frustrated making multiple visits to BSNL office at RT Nagar Bangalore and raising multiple complaints online.
              BSNL service has been really bad and they are analogous to the fact that no Public sector undertaking with Government of India.

                Dear Sir:

                I have cleared all the pending bills and advance payments concerning activation of my broadband connection through BSNL on first of this month i.e., (31/7/2010), but even today I am not connected to the net and what I am most frustrated about is tomorrow is again Sunday. Though I have been given a user name and password, yet they have not be activated.

                Do you think I should wait for more than 3 days just for activation of the account(I have already had the modem and phone installed).

                Bsnl Broadband Connection — BSNL BROADBAND connection much delay

                Sir
                I am not receiving any broad band connection after one month of receiving modem, from them. My registration is done, official letter has also arrived, I have also received my pass word and ID. So why is so much delay? the service is very much faulty and the officer in charge is not receiving any phone call and I can not access him. So what is the matter going on. show the reason and connect my broad band connection as early as possible.

                BSNL — ACTIVATION OF BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION

                I AM TRYING FOR BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION FROM LAST 15 DAY, BUT THEY ARE NOT AT ACTIVATED, I DON'T KNOW ANY SPECIFIC REASON. I HAVE TRIED ALMOST 50 ALL BSNL NO.

                  I recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs 118 pack (which includes 0.5GB data and unlimited voice calls) on 17 Dec 2020 from Paytm. Reference number for the same is [protected]. Amount was debited from Paytm and recharge was not done at bsnl end.We didn't receive any message from BSNL regarding the activation of pack.

                  Yesterday I recharged an amount of Rs. 386/- but service was renewed. Screen shot attached.
                  I recharged the bsnl number followed by [protected] just now of Rs 21 and the amount had been deducted for the same but the recharge service is not activated . I acknowledged the details of recharge resolve the issue or refund the amount back to my bank account.

                    Sorry that i forgot to mention the mobile number of mine in the previous complaint.

                    I dont know when i subscribed for the devotional messages from bsnl. I might have done it by mistake but when i wanted to unsubscribe those messages i couldn't do it.
                    I am getting devotional messages from 12555 which i coudnt unsubscribe it after two futile attempts. Monthly 20 rupees are being cut for those messages which i dont even read.

                    First time i called for customer service but i coudn't remove it (they asked me to sms UNSUB GETHA to 12555) but message is not at all reachihng them)

                    Second time i directly went to bsnl center where a woman noted the complaint but nothing happened and its almost a month since that incident. Thank you.

                    Plzz provide a solution for that.
                    I have been try by custmer care. According to his advice i have call on 12555 but there was no any option for unsubcribe the bsnl devotional service.
                    So plz stop bsnl devotional service from my mobile no.[protected]

I think Initially it was free of cost, I'm not sure because I have never noticed the deduction from my account. But now a days I'm noticing the deductions as Rs. 3.00 per day. I receive the message as - call charges to [protected] are Rs.3.00. I just want to get rid of this service. Just stop this service from immediate effect.

                        BSNL Broadband — INTERNET CUT

                        Dear Sir,
                        i request to kindly help me in solving my regular problem. we are facing every second internet cut

                        BSNL — excessive bill and cutting of connection

                        i have a connection of bsnl broadband connection at my home ( phone number [protected]) , i had taken the plan of rs 250 in which there was a limit of 1 GB download . The bill was coming normally
                        Rs 250 for internet connection for 5to 7months and then abruptly they started giving bill of in excess of Rs 4000 for internet connnection without giving any appropriate explanation . After this i had taken airtel broadband connection and was using it and not using bsnl broadband then also they keep on sending me bills of broadband in excess of 4000. i submitted them also but now they have cut our connection and are balckmailing us to submit RS 9000 for the month of november inspite not using any bit of bsnl broadband , they are mentally and economically torturing us and are asking us a ransom by doing this. please help us in getting the broadbans connection cut and restarting our bsnl landline and help us in getting our money back which they have taken away illegally. actuaaly these bsnl people had problem in their system an to evade that they are illegally forging these bills and making life difficult for a common man lile me . please help me as for past few month they are continuously cheatin me.

On today also the situation has not improved , but to my utter surprise when I enquired about the complaint status , voice response is coming" No complaint is pending against this telephone". Finding no other alternative I have lodged another complaint today i.e on 10.8.2010 vide id No.[protected].

                            I have on 09.08.2010 at 6 pm paid Rs.550 for recharging my mobile No: [protected] through Megha Mobile Point, No:9a, Presidium Commercial Complex, ATTAWAR, MANGALORE (KARNATAKA) vide bill No: 609 dated 9.8.10. The shop owner showed me an SMS which reads that my above mobile No: is recharged successfully vide Ref No:[protected]. But no recharge took place actually. Please reimburse me the amount paid to BSNL through the Shop.

Now we are shifte to paldi even after one month , we are not in receipt of connection of landline phone. i have visited esslisbrider ahmedabad telephone exchange , staff has given reference no.                                 sir iam BSNL landline customer but LL is not working with in one year i give so many compliants to nearest office and also i register the compliant in online also no is[protected] and other no is[protected] there is no response my LL no is [protected]. Every month bill will send to home we are not using the minimum call .sir i requst you to solve my problem thankingyou sir..........
                                due to virus, i format my laptop, after dat i create an connection...then, whenever i use internet after 5-10 min, net dont work but status says it is connected...i need to restart my laptop to use again...
                                or when i use my laptop in my office(airtel connection)...it works very good...no error comes
                                when i complaint of dis to customer care...i recieved cal from technical person...i discuss with him about the problem(Network Attack...Error comes INTRUSION.WIN.DCOM.EXPLOIT)...he simply said this problem are also facing by BSNL employees...so i[censored] get the solution...then plz tell us...

                                i have been facing lots of problem from the time i got this connection, this is third time for me, phone is out of order, i gave complaint on 10/11/2009, still no response from bsnl, i have called local exchange, i spoke to JE there he os not responding properly,
                                my land line and my internet is not workin...pls do needful

                                BSNL — NO ONE RESPONSE FOR COMPLAINT

                                PHONE / INSTRUMENT ( NO:[protected] IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. INITIALLY WE MADE COMPLAIN FOR INSTRUMENT AND THEY COME & REPLACED WITH SOME OLD PHONE EVEN WITHOUT CHECKING FROM THEIR SIDE. FROM INSTALLED (OLD) PHONE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY CALLS. REGARDING THIS I MADE TELE. COMPLAINT ATLEAST 6 TIMES AND MEET JE / BSNL- ZILLAPARISAD-VIZAG & GIVEN WRITTEN COMPLAINT TOO.
                                AFTER THAT ALSO, LAST 15DAYS NO ONE REVERT BACK. WE WENT TO CHECK JE OFFICE & GOT REPLY JE WENT ON SOME TRAINING PROGRAME.
                                POOR RESONSE & IRRESPONSIBLITY OF JE SHOWS THE BSNL UNDER POOR LIGHT.
                                NOTE: ALL MY TELE COMPLAINTS ARE CLSOED WITHOUT ACTION & WITHOUT COMMUNICATION TO ME.
                                I HOPE, BSNL DO GOOD AT OTHER PLACES.
                                REQUEST TAKE ACTION IN THIS CASE IMMEDIATELY , OTHER WISE INFORM ME , IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE SERVCE.

                                BSNL — no proper response

                                bsnl has worst cheap third grade customer care service , mobile plans(as they are only valid for 90 days 180 days etc), as well as third class network(not in sense of coverage but problems), there are no young and dynamic workers as seniors who can take care of it properly. if the managers and the seniors change and become caring towards customers then no doubt it will be no 1 in our country but!!!!!!!! bull it now its the worst i have ever experienced. i shifted to docomo. it has best customer care response also good network and internet speed . good bye for bloody slowish irritating bsnl.......

                                BSNL — no proper response from bsnl

                                I am senior citizen and i am using bsnl landline and my no is[protected] .The phone got repaired several times a year and when they come for repair they ask for money.and now the phone is repaired and i called the customer care of bsnl and got no proper response i even send a letter to the vellore division senior office and also there is no response..but they asked me to pay the monthly bill without even using the phone ..
                                MY BSNL PHONE IS DEAD .I APPORACH CHAVARA EXCHANGE.BUT THE JTO THERE ASK ME TO APPROCH KOLLAM OFFICE.THE JTO IN CHAVARA BRACH IS AN IRESPONSIBLE PERSON.SHE IS USELESS THERE.SO PLS TAKE AN ACTION IMMEDIATELY
                                I raised a complaint regarding frequent of broadband connection and noisy landline voice. My complaint number is [protected], but my complaint has been closed without any response. My problem was neither resolved nor any one even called me regarding that. I waited four days but got fooled. I called to customer care and explained what happened to me, the person booked an another complaint "[protected]" and cut the call. Its been four days since I booked the complaint but still no response.

                                I subscribed for unlimited plan and I have to pay the full bill regardless of all these problem. No one cares whether I have the proper connection or not. Even after raising complaints no one cares. If I dont pay the bill then my connection gets disconnected automatically.

                                I wont care much if I had problem in watching a movie or for entertainment using internet. I am not able to do my job because of this problem and I am not able to study as well since I have to relay much on internet.

                                Being in India and using a national network seems to be a problem. Country's situation is pathetic.

                                  I am Nitin Malhotra from Ludhiana using BSNL Prepaid SIM. My mobile no. is [protected]. I have got msg from[protected] which contains Thanks for downloading Javagame at[protected] & 50 rs. has been deducted. But I havnt download any type of java game in my mobile. no new game is downloaded or install in my cell phone. I have complaint to Customer care on 30/07/2010, they give me complaint no.G30891688 & says your problem will be solve in 48 hours. today is 09/08/2010 but my problem is similar stand & they are not waive my deducted balance. Please take a effective action in this regard.

                                    service vide transaction Id no[protected] on 08/08/10 at about 2145 hours
                                    but the amount not credited into my prepaid mobile. The same may be credited imdtly.........

                                      i have not able to receive call on my nokia mobile when i was using GPRS THROUGH BSNLLIVE on my bsnl nokia mobile
                                      .this problem is from last 2 months.but i did't get any respond for this.
                                      service provider first told me to change ur handset and after that they told me to renew ur sim.but this problem is still accured .
                                      i have complaint about that many times to our nearest bsnl custmer care center (ABOHAR)
                                      but that told me that we can't do anything we can only post ur complaint to ferozepur
                                      so plz help me or send me any no.where can i complaiant about that
