Broadband is not working since 4 days.my docket number is [protected] on 03/08/2011. but there is no action taken. in the meantime today i.e 5/8/2011 in my mobile no [protected] there is one msg came that your complain is closed. my broadband till now not working how your side close the complain. i than contact with 1500 and customer care says that one another docket no. given [protected] and also automatically close the complain and again i gave a complain and docket number is [protected] on 6/8/2011.so kindly request to you that kindly repair the broadband . thanks.

I am a Cellone prepaid customer of Kolkata.My Mobile No is [protected]. Despite opting for DND,
through SMS to 1909 regularly for the past 3 months, BSNL is yet to acknowledge the receipt ofSMSes, as is customary. Meanwhile, I am constantly being pestered through Calls & SMSes from several Telemarketeers, patronized by BSNL, throughout the day.
I am fed up with the service rendered by BSNL.If things do not improve within the next 15 days, I
shall switch to Vodafone prepaid service.

I am facing a problem with sm pack subscription which was subscribed unknowingly and failed to unsubscribed via sms.The portal 56363 has stopped receiving sms from my number. You are requested to kindly stop for deducting @Rs.8/- per week towards subscription of SM Pack and enable me to unsubscribe SM Pack with immediate effect .Mobile No. [protected]

I have got BSNL broadband connection with unlimitted download. On April 24th 2010 my internet stoped functioning and I lodged the complaint on call centre (1504 toll free) on the next day but no action taken to solve the problem and they closed the complaint without solving my problem. After that I again complained 3 times and all the 3 times the complaints been closed without solving the problem after one week I called the exchange office and explained the problem and they assured me to solve the problem within 2-days. But no one came back. I have been calling the office everyday but they are not taking it seriously. Now its been 20 days over after I lodged the first complaint. The problem still exists.
I did not experience kind of service from any service provider till now. BSNL is one the worst service provider, I want to tell please do not opt for any of the BSNL connections, there are other private companies which provides short turn arround for any problem.

Internet is not working properly...But modem shows that the lights correctly running... It works when i restart my laptop once or twice... Anyone knows about that problem.. Plz snd solution to solve to the given mail ID below...

My mob. No. is [protected]. I am using this sim since lat 4 years. Four days before, all on a sudden, it stopped functioning. The connectivity as shown is nil. I changed the sim to another mobile, same - no connectivity. I booked two complaints to BSNL' 1503. To day is the 4th day, no solution. No response even after enquired. I am very much in trouble.

I agree. My outgoing calls has been barred for the past 20 days. As told by customer care centre, i have resumitted my contacts and credentials 15 days ago. But they failed to reallow making outgoing calls.

MY TELEPHONE IS DAD FROM LAST TWO DAYS, THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME FROM LAST TWO THE THREE MONTHS THIS IS PROBLESM OF EVERY TWO MONTHS.

BSNL Landline — telephone out of order since 19.2.2010

My telephone 22470442 is not functional since 19.02.2010 Lodged a complaint on 20.02.2010 Faultman visited the residence on 22.02.2010 and said that it is cable fault and will attend to it on 23.02.2010. But turned up only on 24.02.2010 and quite casually said it will be attended only next week, possibly on 1.3.2010 I am a senior citizen and lodged a complaint through the website of BSNL and also lodged a complaint with the public grievance cell of BSNL. Everyone assured help; but no one took any initiative. ARE WE AT THE MERCY OF BSNL OR AM I ASKING FOR ANY PRIVILEGES, I DO NOT KNOW. It is a pity that BSNL treat its customer of 15 years relation with scant respect and do not do its job. Will anyone accept the responsibility and attend to it.

Since 16.08.2010 my complaint No. 40333 is continuously standing. I am daily making complaints to various officers but of no use. Before 16.08.2010 also the telephone was lying dead and complaints in this regard and their disposal may also be viewed. Can you please in rectifying the fault.

Sector-37, Chd. on 11.10.10 and 13.10.10 but nothing has been done so far by your department, where as my family is suffering due to non-fuctional of Telephone as well as Internet till date. It is also mentione here that a neighbouring House is being demolished and our service line has been disconnected illegally, which needs immediate and permanent solution for our genuine problem.

I applied for a land line telephone at BSNL Pathankot and accordingly on having been allotted telephone No.[protected] I paid DEPOSIT CHARGES on 15 Feb 2011 vide BSNL cash receipt No. PKT[protected] against D.N. Our office landline BSNL telephone No. 2659876 and 2659875 installed at our office at Corporate Bhawan, Plot No.4B, 2nd Floor, Madhya Marg, Sector 27-B, Chandigarh is lying dead from 04.07.2011. Since 04.07.2011our complaint No. [protected] is continuously standing. I am daily making complaints to various officers, but there is no response from that numbers. Our Office is attached to High Courts of Punjab, Haryana and H.P. and the higher authorities used to call on our numbers officially. But due to these dead phones we are facing lots of troubles as the caller calling from some other numbers listening a ring, showing call is going to our number, but here on our landline set no ring is coming even it remain dead. Also calls are coming from Ministry, Delhi office. It is, therefore, requested kindly make arrangements to rectify this big problem of dead connections, failing which we will complaint about the same in higher authorities.

It is shocking to note that the concerned bsnl authorities are not at all appear to be concerned about the problems of customers they come across when telephone line remains dead for days together.This is also about telephone no2650079 lying dead since 25/3/2012 even though complaint was lodged with complaint no [protected] dated 27/3/2012 but no action despite repeated reminders through phone/mobile subsequently.

I am from Kerala.-KOLLAM DISTRICT-KADAKKAL PANJAYATHU-VELLARAVATTOM TOWER-
1.The tower is not working properly, When power lose the tower also lose the signal.
2.Now during calls under this tower lose only money because of bad noise on call, we cant Hear any thing from the caller only Hear Some TUP-TUP sounds,
3.And another one is not about our tower, But about BSNL, KADAKKAL is a good place for BSNL company because of sim usage, but no 3g in range, so lot of people going to Port there sim to Idea .
4.Actuali what is the use of bsnl CUSTOMER cares? No response from them At any time.we are waiting hours but not answering.

It is in Trivandrum district. we are facing a huge problem of mobile tower. we already have a mobile tower in our place.now BSNL also want to launch one more tower in our junction. i am kindly request you people to help us from launching the tower.

In our area KWAKTA BAZAR DIST BISHNUPUR manipur 795133. Here when there is ellectricity problem we do not get network. Generator is there but not using no battery back up for the tower after complaning several times the problem is not solved is there any authority to look into this matter or we have to stop using bsnl network kindly help

Hi Sir/Madam,

I was trying to purchase ITC card online from BSNL's portal (https://portal.bsnl.in/itc/aspxfiles/login.aspx). I entered my HDFC account details and the payment went through onHDFC payment gateway. While I was being transferred back to BSNL portal, it timed out !!! I logged in again and checked under "View Transactions" it showed none. I then logged in to my bank account and found that Rs. 221 had been deducted. I would request BSNL to either refund the charge immediately or provide me an ITC card PIN.

Hey ..Any luck with this yet? The same thing kinda happened to me :/

Yes, i totally agree with Mr. Suresh. I too am having the same plan of 625/- and i am facing the same problem. The speed is just not constant. It was mentioned that the plan gives a speed of 256 kbps but no, it does not give. It doesn't come closer to even 50 kbps. The highest speed of my broadband is 0.24 mbps according to speed test.

i cannot see my broadband usage from "www.bbservices.bsnl.in" website.Please solve this problem as soon as possible...

hey i has broadband conection ...1st mere pass 250 plan tha .jisse broadband ka bill 8000 aya ...uske baad kuch hi din baad main plan change karwane ki application deposite karwai ..maine plan 750+ lagwaya...uske agle month bhi mera bill 6000 aya..mere father bsnl office gaye toh officers khete hai ki apka plan abhi abhi change hua hai...1 month se bsnl wale soo rahe the kya ...tell me now wat i do now...shall i go to consumer court...
