Usage problem

Sir,
I am having the broadband plan of Home 500 Combo. The problem is bandwidth usage is automaticaaly increasing without any download,upload or surfing i.e. in standby mode, bandwidth is automatically increasing. So plz reply the solution for this problem as soon as possible.

Too much delay in activation of BSNL Broadband Connection

Dear Sir:

I have cleared all the pending bills and advance payments concerning activation of my broadband connection through BSNL on first of this month i.e., (31/7/2010), but even today I am not connected to the net and what I am most frustrated about is tomorrow is again Sunday. Though I have been given a user name and password, yet they have not be activated.

Do you think I should wait for more than 3 days...

faulty charging

I have on 09.08.2010 at 6 pm paid Rs.550 for recharging my mobile No: [protected] through Megha Mobile Point, No:9a, Presidium Commercial Complex, ATTAWAR, MANGALORE (KARNATAKA) vide bill No: 609 dated 9.8.10. The shop owner showed me an SMS which reads that my above mobile No: is recharged successfully vide Ref No:[protected]. But no recharge took place actually. Please reimburse me the amount paid to BSNL through the Shop....
