Hi,
Every month i am geting my bill,my no. is[protected].But i am unable to get the bill details like how much is my incoming & my outgoing calls.I need every month details of incoming & outgoing calls on my email ID:[protected]@gmail.com.
So i am paying blindly.If you can provide the bill details for all incoming & outgoing call.I will be grateful to you.
I want to pay my bill online but unable to pay that.so assist me how to pay online.I am unable to get any site where i can pay my online bill .All the trasactions or utility paymenrt i am doing online except this BSNL landline payment.

And while talking with phone there is always one sound is coming,so i can't talk with phone.I have given so many complaint in so many times,still there is no response till now.Kindly have a look on it As soon AS possible.
That is why i am not paying my bill for almost two months now.

Dear Sir,

I am a BSNL Internet Customer under Plan 500C under Bhubaneswar Telecom District through my telephone No.[protected]. My customer particulars are Customer Id : [protected]and Account No. : [protected]. I have received and paid under protest the following BSNL bills during the last three months which are defective showing more local / STD calls than my actual usages :

My Complaint

While the BSNL billing for Broadband usages are correct, the billings for the Land Line usages shown in the bills are much higher than my actual usage.

As a result of the aforesaid wrong billing by BSNL, I am loosing the benefit of free Land Line usages (175 calls per month) available under Plan 500C. Rather, I have been constrained to pay for additional usages wrongly billed by BSNL to avoid disconnection.

In view of the above you are requested to :

(1) Please rectify the defects / mistakes in your billing system to avoid any wrong billing in future.

(2) Refund the excess amounts already paid by me including the value for the unutilized portion of the free Land Line usages.

(3) Assure me not to repeat this type of mistakes and cause loss of my time and money.

Dear Sir

I am a BSNL Internet Customer under Plan 500C under Bhubaneswar Telecom District, Orissa through my telephone No.[protected]. My customer particulars are Customer Id :[protected]and Account No.: [protected]. I had taken the Broadband connection in October, 2010 and the Modem is provided by BSNL on rental basis. Since the date of taking connection there is inherent problem in the connection. The status of BB connection goes out in every 5 to 10 minutes duration and needs to be reconnected again and again. I had lodged complaints with your representatives from tome to time through BSNL tool free No. and also lodged complaint officially twice. But, no action was taken by your representatives. Rather, they are avoiding giving some careless reply. Being helpless, I consulted a very senior Telecom Engineer who after examining the connection has confirmed that the problem is due to defective Modem. Hence, I request to please send one of your responsible representative to examine and change the Modem.

    my sms are not going from ny cell phone .when i call the custumer care centre they are not giving me any kind of answer to my problem .they jst give me complaint number when ever i call them .complaint number are c[protected] this is the third complaint number .my messages are not going to any network my all settings are right .so please give any solution to my problem thank you

      i had activated my health tips service last month(exactly date not remembered)
      but few days back i plan to deactivate this service and send UNSUBSCRIBE HT to 51819 according to BSNL customer care...till now service is activated and company charged me again...

      This is to inform you with more n more regret that my mobile no.[protected] post paid connection applied to activate GPRS system on dtd. 10.03.2010 but till date I have not received the necessary file to start GPRS. I have called daily to customer care but no response and told that it will be start within 24 hours. But till date I have not satisfaction.

      So pl call me back on urgent basis on my given mobile no.

      It is very much regret to complain.

      BSNL - CellOne — Unresponsive service

      Sir/Madam,
      I have a BSNL postpaid SIM ([protected]), and i want to switch to another mobile service. However, BSNL - Srinagar does not allow to do so. Hundreds of BSNL users like myself, are unable to call or message on 1900 from the BSNL phones. Customer Care centre executives always assure that the service will resume within 24 hrs, but nothing happens. Kindly intervene into the matter.

        Our telephone and broadband connections are not working, we have given a complaint to our local exchange (KORATTY), about 5 days before. they agreed to come and fix it but untill today no one take any action to our complaint. we tried to call them several times now they are not picking up the phone. please help me, to take a proper action on this issue,

            I have [protected]@49 plan of bsnl prepaid.I have sent several messages to activate excel power on my mobile but the service is not activating even after confirmation of recieval of request.
            I called up cutomer care to activate the service but they said this facility cant be activated on this plan. But I checked on bsnl website, it clearly states that excel power can be activated on [protected]@49 plan.

              Dear Sir,

              My BSNL Landline number is[protected]Indore), well i am holding the Broadband & Landline service from last 7 years, due to poor billing i am troubled many times, this time in my bill of Jan'09, i was unnecessary charged 4000 rs approx, this was corrected by accounts managers & they committed me that your extra amount will be redeemed in Feb, Mar & Apr bill , but now again no redeemption has been done & the Customer service officers are telling me that this will be redeemed from next month.

              Please help me in this & suggest me the better resolution.

                I am Ram from Aadambakkam in Chennai. I got bsnl broad band connection 750+ unlimited home plan.They installed me on 18/02/2010. I paid deposit Rs 500/- and i have own modem too. the first month bill is RS 1010/- the format on the bill is

                  Hi, I am presently posted at Nainital and using BSNL SIM card since last 5 months, but there is a voice clarity problem, I have complaint so many times but the problem is still exists. A new problem regarding voice clarity is started since last week that when the person on other side picks up my phone he or she is unable to hear my voice, but I can hear his or her voice clearly. I complaint to the BSNL customer care centre, but they are also unable to hear my voice and disconnected my call so many times saying that they are unable to hear me. Sir, suggest me how can I register my complaint when the service centre of Service provider is unable to hear my voice on the same network.

                    I wanted to reach MP BSNL customer care for my father's SIM lock issue. The BSNL websites states as "[protected]" as the All-India Customer Care number, but when I call this number, they say its Kerala's help line. They gave me a number for MP's help line, which after trying almost 50 times also, says "Number not in use". When I call back again on the first number, even after selecting English as my language preference, a lady speaking Malayalam picks up and says "I not understand your speak". I ask her to connect to somebody who knows English, and she is like "English. Ok. You tell.". Frustrated I cut the call and called again hoping I get somebody who speaks English. This time, the lady was better in terms of English, but she was not able to comprehend my issue, she asked me to hold for almost 4 mins, and then says add a '0' in front of the MP help-line number. I am like.. I not so dumb madam, I have put 0. I ask her to connect me to MP's help line number and she is like, please call the number. I said "Madam, I have called more than 15 times, the number is not going through, can you please connect me from your side." and she cut the call. What kind of a customer care is this. Its by far the worst customer service I have ever found.

                    How am I supposed to contact the customer care to get my issue resolved?

                    Sir,
                    I want to inform u that I had recharged for Rs 31 on 30th november, 2010. According to this offer i should get 2000 local sms & 1000 STD sms free. but i got only local smses free. On 1st dec i paid Rs 1.50 for std sms at bangalore.
                    i made a complain that day itself and the customer care representative told me that it will be rectified shortly but not yet done. I paid today 1.50 also while sending std sms no [protected] & i made a complain today also complain no 6612256, they said the same...but i don't think anything will be rectified..as i lost my patience i am complaining against BSNL... ..My no is [protected]. it is a prepaid connection from bishnupur, bankura, WB, pin-722122. i took it apprx on 29th aug 2010. that time also few money had been cut from my main account, i had given complain but nothing has been rectified. they were saying all money will be adjusted at your main balance but i am not benefited...so i feel they are not giving any attention of customer's problem.
                    i need your help very much..
                    Therefore, I am requesting you to look into the matter and do the needful and i will remain highly obliged. I will be waiting for your reply. my no is same as above. call me any time.

                    I want to inform u that I had recharged for Rs 200 on 22th Dec, 2010. at that time my main balance was Rs. 285.xx Rs. but when I call some body for 2 to 3 minutes in the morning on 23th Dec, 2010 my balace is displaying Rs. 234.xx. please solve my issue.

                      I have a 'fast' intenet connection(claimed by BSNL) via BSNL WLL set. The speed shown on is 230 kbps,but the actual speed comes to 8-30 kbps, Many a times the online payment sights such as ICICI Bank, IRCTC are closed due to idle speed. In my area BSNL telephone lines are not there, so I cannot opt for broadband connetion. I made complaints .BSNL gave a new inscrument,but the speed remains the same. What is the remidy for this ?                       Airtel Mobile — intenet speed

                      Sir,
                      I am mukesh kumar dixit and i am using Airtel mobile office from 1 week.it's downloading speed is the poorest of any of the Internet service.i am getting downloading speed in between 560bytes-2.2kb/sec. In this service I even could not download a content of size 2-3 MB, since either it take 5-6 hour to download or it gets disconnected during downloading

                        I have a BSNL WLL connection.On the back of the bill it has been stated that the bill can be paid online through www.bsnl.co.in.
                        But actyally the bill is not being accepted saying that the tel.No.is not in existing.I have tried it several times. On enquiry with the authorities ,they say that WLL bill cannot be paid online.My this time bill No is[protected] Dated 04/03/2010 .I have already complained to the concerned authorities.Kindly help me to solve the problem. U have been charged Rs. 8/- per week." i have already lost 16 rupees for it. i have never subscribed for the service and i also donot get any service for Rs 8. it is irresponsible of BSNL to allow such kind of theft.
                            considering the amount of customers who have been wronged..there can be lacs of rupees stolen frm people collectively.
                            I would like to get the reason for this security breach and there is no way to recover my money but, it should not happen to others!

                              we have applied for broadband internet connection in december but havnt received the connection yet with our new bsnl landline from last 4 months

I have applied for userid password to check my usage since a month ago but i have not received any userid password till now, two weeks ago i received a call from your CSE theydid verification & said they said they are sending userid password I think your CSE has sent that on wrong email address.Kindly look into this.Pls send me userid password immediately.

                              I have booked Tele.No.[protected] with Incomming facility for purely Broadband service at virar(E).My telephone is working but I could not get any broad band conncection due to non-avaibility of port.For that
                              only I am paying bill for waitlist for broadband.

                              For Broadband I already spoken with GM BSNL Kalayan shri OZA, PGM Kalyan, also CGM BSNL, Area Manager Vasai, Shri Phadke, DE CVirar Shri Rampure, but they are giving only promise to provide the broad band connection since Jan-2010.

                              So when I should get my Broadband connection?

                              Pl look into matter urgently and let me know about connection of baroadband.

                                I relocated my telephone from Ramesh Nagar (Indira Nagar Exchange-Old No.[protected] to Kundanahalli gate (Brooke Field Exchange-New Ph No[protected]. The phone got installed on 10th Feb 2010, I been given lots of complaints, and went to the exchange personally. No response.
                                I'm working in an MNC, since I don't have net connection I was not able to attend the conference at late night. Most of the time I need to go to office and attend the calls.
                                I purchased the type II modem from BSNL by paying around Rs.1800.Hence I'm not in a position to take another service.
                                BSNL is trying to grab new connection by giving lots of sales promotion. But there is no effort on retaining the existing customers.

                                brodband connection was workink well for ten days after
                                activation on 31/10/2008, then another connection was given to my neigbour house from same line box, since then till date -30/11/2008, despite daily calling customer care, internet noy restored/

                                Sir 2 days before also i have registered a complaint that since last week of Feb., 09 my broad band connection on phone no .2711889 is not working, i have talked many many times to 1957 and also to local office regarding this comnplain. but no action has been taken yet.
                                People sitting in office use to given us suggestion to repair it ourselves, whereas nobody from dptt. has been send to sortout the problem..!!
                                now the thing is if da connection is not working for whole month (as you can see in your account) why should i pay the rent of BB.
                                Plz suggest me what to do from my side... shall i go to consumer court for this matter or you will suggest me something...!!
                                I request you to repair/sortout the problem of BB and charge my rent for the days my BB coneection worked for in a month.

                                My broadband connection is not working from 1 month I registered the complaints so many times and now my landline has some noise so I'm not even able to book the complaints to the customer care could not able to hear anything over the phone.

                                Employees of BSNL doesn't have any manners they come to site for retifying but never attend the faults.
                                They ask money for attending faults if we don't give money next time when we book complaints they never come and attend faults.

                                Today BSNL employees has come to my street for some other complaint when my mom called them, they have said I can't come and attend your faults and his behavior was too bad. This is not the way behave with the customer we pay him every month.

                                  Hello Sir,

                                  I had subscribed for BSNL broadband Unlimited -750/- rental on 10 th march. My bsnl number is 25221370.
                                  The line man asked for money for installing it, what I denied to give as installation charge will come in first bill. Because of this he cut the connection from pole and after compalaint on 12 march, no body listened to me till march 15. I visted the BSNL office thrice for knowing the problem.

                                  They give me the line man's number[protected]. This person now telling me that you are doing some internal problem in system. There can not be any problem out side. He is talking rudely and telling "you can compalint whom ever you want my working hour is till 4.30, if I will get time then I will come and if you would be at home then I can repair, I can not inform you before coming, its your duty keep waiting for me."

                                  I told the situation to the concern person for challaghatta region in BSNL Ofiice named Venugopal Nair[protected]. but its also of not much o[censored]se. I am suffering from 10 march to till now no body cares.

                                  I am putting this complaint in public concern to know How BSNL is working.

                                  He also taken 100/- for one box (some instrument) connected before splitter. when I visted the BSNL office I came to know that it is being provided By BSNL no-need to pay to line man for this. He cheated me here.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    We have at home our BSNL land line connection of[protected] for nearly ten years. But surprisingly the phone is down from January 2010 and even after repeated submission of complains, no measure has been taken.

                                    In fact, some of the BSNL staff has told us that there is permanent damage to the underground wire and the line will never be connected. We could never imagine such an irresponsible comment from a professional service.

                                    In this circumstances, let us know what we should do? I was planning to get BSNL broadband service at my home. But without the land line connection that is not possible.

                                    We have even paid the rent for one year for this line in advance. But there is no formal communication from BSNL to explain the reason for discontinuation of service.

                                    As this is a very old phone number for our family, it is extremely inconvenient for us to manage without this phone.

                                    We are expecting your help on this.

                                      My IPTV executive had collect Rs.1500/- from us on NOV 2009 with the commitm ent that they would give BSNL - IPT^V connection within a weeks time, however after the cheque submission in our bank, the IPTV executive nor any officials had communicated with us nor any response as to the instllation nor the problem.

                                      On our frequent calls to their customer care their exe had confirmed that their technical team wud contact us , however this also had not happened, again after a week we started making no. of calls the same response stating that there is a technical prblem on our landline and our Modem to be replaced and all stories. More so they didnt inform us that we may hv to pay another 1600 rs to BSNL for change of modem, in DEC bill BSNL had charged us Rs.1600 for change of modem.

                                      Even though it is more than 5 mnths no one is taking any responsibility to either commit us on our refund of our money nor abt the instlln, we wisht o inform all that pls do not go for My IPTV - BSNL connection the response and service is very poor and bad.

                                        The internet connection (BSNL Broadband ) is not working since last 3-4 months. I have followed with all tel exchange people on phone nos [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
                                        On all complaint nos the answer is pl give complaint on another no.
                                        I am following with these people from last three months but till the internet is not working but I am paying regular bill of broadband .
