hi,for 1 month i am suffering from continues disconnection of internet. i cant use the net continuously, so that i have to reload the web pages and also cant download data.
i have notified this to BSNL people but when they come to see the problem they cant find any thing. Also they checked the wires,but nothing. They said they cant do anything!!!!!!!!! saying that this may be due to cold weather.
my friends in my locality have the same problem,they suffer these all..........
May be this is due to the BSNL server problem or may be their HUB problem,but they ignoring this fact and saying they don't know..........
what can i do......,i cant browse normally.
