hi,for 1 month i am suffering from continues disconnection of internet. i cant use the net continuously, so that i have to reload the web pages and also cant download data.
i have notified this to BSNL people but when they come to see the problem they cant find any thing. Also they checked the wires,but nothing....

No Connection or link failure

The services of BSNL BROADBAND in Kolkata is worst. Each and everyday we have to face the same problem of link failure(error:678). The complaints done via 1504 (customer care no.) gets attended and corrected after a minimum of 3 to 4 days. Either "server down" or "at maintenance" these are the common excuses of the local telephone offices and executives. Even if they are corrected it only stays stable for 1 day maximum...

parity in charges

I am ten year old cellphone customer of BSNL post paid service.Recently I wanted to change the service from postpaid to prepaid by keeping the same number.I was asked to pay Rs.115 for change of plan.After payment the service started. After few charging I wanted to change to "Lifetime prepaid" service because my usage now was minimal after retirement from service.To my surprise I was asked to deposit another Rs 345 for conversion...

I paid Telephone bill online but not reflected in the billing.

I paid BSNL landline bill today through Online (the amount is 3347/-rs)
amount is deducted from my account but payment is not updated in the site.

the payment i made through ABNA amro bank. and the reference number is ( BSNL Bangalore Payment Ref No.:BSN5278429 )

Charges levied on unbilled amount

I am user of BSNL cellone postpaid from J&K. It is unfortunate that BSNL is charging its customers on checking the unbilled amount (USG to 53333). I smell malafide intension behind it, because when all other service providers like Airtel, Aircel, Reliance and Tata Indicom are providing the service totally free of cost why the BSNL is charging its customers for checking unbilled amount of their usage. 299 combo plan

I took d 299 combo plan 4 broad band usage in August 2009. suddenly i've recieved my jan 2010 bill of 2287 rs. i've been charged 277 for each month as fixed charges since aug. i dunno that scheme didnt specify anythin. i've rcd n payed bill of approx 300 every mnth. so y dese charges. my bb usage has nvr crossed 1gb limit. wat should i do. ?? bsnl call centre ppl have no idea. lekha adhikari says these r being added 2 all bills....

No connection after > 2 months

I registered for a new connection of landline and broadband of BSNL in JP nagar bangalore Details below. I got tired of calling their office and am getting vague reasons all the time. I was told that there was cable shortage and pair shortage while i really checked that a cable of 6 line capacity located next to my house is used for only 3 connections so far. i have taken a new bb connection and i want to check my bb usage but i am unable to check it becouse when i try to logine trough bsnl portal it prompts "EJPAK0004W: Login failed. Please enter a valid user ID and password. " error. so pls tell me how can login through portal so that i can check my bb usage....

I was using Online bill payment facility from Kalyan BSNL website, but from last 1 month this website is not working.
From this website we can see the duplicate bill as well as pay the bill online.

No BSNL 3G coverage in almost all areas in coimbatore

I bought 3G sim card in coimbatore, and it is working only in Gandhipuram. I guess BSNL has equipped 3G in only one tower in the entire coimbatore district. I hope by the end of 2010, 3G services will be available in the other important areas in coimbatore. bad broadband service

dear sir.
i have been using broadband service for the last one year. but sadly, i am not getting the kind of service, i was expecting. frequently i get disconnected while surfing the net. i can not remember the last time i surfed the net uninterrupted for one hour. in every 10 to 15 minute the dsl light on the modem either start bleeping or just goes out leaving me disconnected and as a result frustrated. i am not sure if i could...

BSNL. i have changed my plan from 500 to 750 . They are not responsible to clear our queries of bill they have charged 1742 Rs and i am asking for clarifying why they are transferring call from here to there.

deducting money for wap daily blessing

Since the last four months @ Rs.30/- per month has been deducting from my BSNL mobile being connection No. [protected] for stating to be subscribed wap daily blessings.
