It being around 10 days when i take bsnl landline for broadband. The bsnl executive told me that my internet will start, when i'll get my pin number and it will take around three days but i m still not getting my pin no.The bsnl executive who is posted in my area he demanded money for that landline, may be because of this my connection is not started yet.(my ladline no is[protected]

    I have a landline phone connection in jamshedpur(my residence).It
    is a local phone. I did not used it for a billing amount of Rs. 400/=
    since its installation. But in Dec. 2009 & in Jan 2010 I got bills of
    Rs. 867/- & 780/- respectively whereas i did not use it for such amount as my average billing for past 3 years is about Rs. 300/-
    only. Due to excess billing I did not paid the bills from Dec. 2009
    onwards. Now my phone services has been suspended but I am
    getting still bills of Rs. 212/- per month since last 2 months.

    Now I want to surrender my above phone as incoming & outgoing
    both calls are suspended from this phone.PL HELP ME IN THIS
    REGARD. THANKS.

    excess bill — excess billing on my phone

    I am getting excess billing on my no [protected] from last two months.from last two -three days i seen that I haven't made any call but Airtel is still billing to me.

    BSNL — Excess billing by BSNL

    I would like to inform you that, i was biiled by BSNL for excess billing ( ISD call for 3.5 hrs agianse a call of 15 min)

    i was persing with BSNL people from last 4 months, but no repsonce
    what will happen now, any one is going to pick up this or just chat
    I think that you have do some exercise first contact to the BSNL TRA section for the call Detail and verify wither calls is made by you.then contact the Account section for Rebate. Best wishes

        My mobile no. is [protected]. I am from Hisar, Haryana. Few years caller tune activated in my number. Now after calling to the customer care ([protected]), they are telling it is not possible to disconnect it from their side and I have to send a sms typing UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700. Even after sending the sms my caller tune is not removed. Even if I have not asked for that why should I have to disconnect from my side? and after 30 days automatically amount will be deducted from my account. I want to close it as soon as possible

        BSNL Prepaid — Unsubscribe hello tune

          I am a BSNL broadband user and currently using 500C+ plan (fixed monthly rental Rs 600.00). According to the plan maximum free download limit (excluding night unlimited) is 2.5GB. Usage calculation is done according to the billing month (ie. 1st of the month to last day of the month). But in my March2010 month, it is taken additional 2 days from the previous month i.e. Feb2010 and the usage of that 2 days is added with the March month usage. Consequently total usage becomes 2788MB which have forced a extra charges of 288 MB...Please resolve this issue urgently and make suitable arrangement so that such type of error do not occur in future..

          BSNL Broadband — incorrect information

          sir at the time of installation j.e of bsnl comes and says that there is no surffing charges but download is chargeable.but no charges to open pages of any site .sdet also says this.now in the bill charges of surffing istaking in the bill because i download nothing that is cheating what can ido
          Dont leave then unpunished... these bsnl guys think they can get away with cheating people... just file a case with concumer forum... and see how quickly they come to ur home begging u to take back ur case... dont get worry about case.. u just have to file a complain about bsnl and rest will be done by court...I did it and those BSNL guys came to my house begging to take back the case...Trust me...this is the only way to teach them a good lesson...
          i give application last week for brodband connection still no respounce till now

          BSNL — Cheating people by giving wrong information

          Some guy from indiagames.bsnl called to my landline and told that since you use unlimited broadband plan we are offering you free online gaming service and asked me to activate but later i found that i was charged though i dint play a single game.

            I tried to Top Up my fathers BSNL mobile from there website through Internet Banking. Now my account is debited with Rs. 110/- and neither the mobile is topped up nor there is any receipt of this transaction. The web site is mentioning awaiting the confirmation from Bank. Bank says they have all ready sent money to BSNL. I am in soup now and lost Rs. 110.

              Sir,
              After complaining to you regarding money is being cut for CRBT and bsnl content renewal etc. which is never subscribed or asked for, it is very poor situation no action is taken. It pauses a question about bsnl credibility. I want an immediate de activation of all value added services to my numbers [protected], [protected].                 I am using BSNL Cellone number [protected]. And I had already activated DND services by sending sms START DND to 1909 on[protected] but I am getting messages and calls in frequent manner. I am very puzzled that no action has been taken yet now.
                After waiting 45 days I have also complained (no. 5259324,dated[protected] regarding the same in customer care,told me that there will be no calls within 2-3 days,but still i am getting the messages and my daily work schedule is affected due to these disturbances.

                I regret to inform you that, Ihave received a SMS from 51234030, saying that Rs 30 has deducted from my ([protected]) account and activated the cricket alert for one month, which has not intimated or authorised by me. Also I have booked one complaint to customer care and got a number P20WB224917 dtd 20 Feb 11. This is nothing but unnecessay harassment to the ubscriber, then how we can rely on "BSNL" which is reliable name to all.
                So, if you take necesssary action and refund me the same amount which has deducted, I will be greatful to you.

                I am not able to registration for broadband usage. Allways sent me massage "Broadband User ID is Invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in your service" Althought this two are wrong Because I submit this Broadband User Id From my Telephone Bill and my Broadband is ALIVE Example my email .Please take necessary action as I registration for broadband usage.
                I regret to inform you that on 21 March, 2012 I received an SMS saying that Rs 30 has been deducted from my ([protected]) account and activated the BSNL tune for Rs 30 and another sms saying Rs12 have been deducted, which I had never asked for. I booked complaint on 23rd March and repeated on 25th also. I was told over mobile that action is under process and I will get my money back. Thrice I reminded over mobile but except assurance nothing has come up yet.This is nothing but unnecessay harassment to a senior citizen. Please, take necesssary action and refund me the amount Rs 42/- immediately.
                Secondly, from 1800 hrs on 01 May to 02 May (2359 hrs)server was down at Chakdaha, Nadia. I could not put money in my GPRS account(Recharge) due on 02 May, 2012.till midnight 2359 hrs. It was possible only in the wee hours of 03 May, 2012. I had 4136 MBs balance in my account. It has been my proud possession. It just vanished after 2359 hrs on 02 May, 2012. Your server failed. That is your technical fault but why should I suffer? Please restore 4136 MBs in my said account ([protected])at the earliest.
                I am a BSNL consumer since 1993. I had also Broadband connection. My phone no is [protected]. As I have been transferred from Rampurhat to Kolkata I applied for disconnection of Broadband connection on 22/09/2012 to SDE, BSNL Rampurhat. But it seems as per bill received in the month of November that Broadband connection has not yet been disconnected. As the bill includes broadband charges I have not paid the bill and asked for fresh bill for the period 01/09/2012 to 31/10/2012. My account no is [protected]. The bill Number which I received in the month of November is 96307916 dated 08/11/2012 for Rs.1074.00.Kindly send me fresh bill for the said period at the earliest.

                  Several times Broadband line disconnected without any reason and when i talk to someone from our bsnl landline everytime very distpens in phone line. So we decided to disconnect broadband line W.e.f 08.03.2008. Telephone Number is[protected]

                  Please pass necessary orders to person concern to do the needful , also instruct to the account department to refund my security amount .

                    Non-Refund of deposit money for three years

                    I had returned the postpaid mobile sim with no [protected] in Mar 2007 at the BSNL office in Udhampur when i got transfered from there. Inspite of repeated telephonic complaints the deposit amount has not yet been refunded to me. The TDM and account officers have been giving false assurances of action repeatedly on the matter, with no outcome. My present telephone no is [protected] and am located at Sulur, Coimbatore....

                    after lodging several complaints i am highly disappointed as i can not enjoy services properly. and customer care representatives are showing irresponsibilities as they are settling new nos of my complaints in every time while i am asking for my status of my previous complaints. it became so irretating to me and i became helpless in the last time also. my both incoming and out going calls are disturbing too much and i am fade up kindly give me proper services as early as possibles.

                      we are using student plan of BSNL sim.In the student plan we got the facilities like UNLIMITED LOCAL SMS FREE,BSNL to BSNL 40p call & BSNL to Other 60p call.This sim is only issued to the students.Students gave their proof (residential) as well as a copy of certificate(of any class after +2).This sim gives us many facilities so every student bought this sim.but now BSNL resets all the sim cards to the general plan.Now our Call rates are same as the previous one's but sms are not free.10p per sms charges are there.Now what is wrong with bsnl company?when we have to buy a new sim we have to sign on their form that we will accept any type of change without any confirmation.Sir, this doesn't means that we accept everything.If they 'll make 1 rs call charges tomorrow then what can we do?we have to sign on the form ,if we don't then don't give us sim cards.sir please bsnl services by yourself and please make them as previous one's.every student want to complain about this.we can't change our numbers because its very difficult.If govt. make these type of changes then how can i trust on the private network sim cards?

                      bsnl student plan — student plan is not working like it is since last 4 days

                      i have got a bsnl student plan...and during last 4 days its been working like a simple prepaid plan i.e. i m being charged for sending local sms.. and when i tried to call bsnl customer care on [protected] and [protected] its saying that both d nos. do not exist...
                      worst customer support service ever...

                      Iam srinivas surpur my mobile number is [protected], as iam the costomer of airtel postpaid co, my plan is Rs 499. as i already have 200 sms free and iam not satisfied with 200 sms as iam student i want more free sms, if you have any packeges about more free sms please inform me,

                      BSNL — no new schemes in student plan

                      Im a student doing B.Tech. student plan was launched few months back by BSNL in which msgz were totally free. Now due to some amendment they have started charging 10 paisa/msg. They are neither launching new schemes nor giving any facility to overcome this problem. Especialy in student plan, no remedy given..This is the complaint on the behalf of all victims(students).. plz help us in any way..

                        i have a landline connection of your company.I apply a broadband connection last 23/2/2010 but no any response by your company. when i contact the bsnl department i have no response.the lineman said me that" JAB HOGA APNE AAP HO JAYEGA AAP APNE GHAR JAIYE".abhi landline connection ko 1 month hua h usme bhi 18 day tak phone band raha.or ab instrument hi kharab ho gaya h aaj jab m use change karwane gaya to mujhe kaha gaya ki abhi sahab nahi h fir bole ki storkipper nahi h aap ise wapas ghar le jao tab mene kaha ki kab tak change ho jayega to lineman bola ki jab hoga ho jayega.....so please give me some solution sir. my landline no is [protected] and mobile no is +91-[protected],

I have received a SMS from BSNL Prepaid Service Provider "BSNL HAS INTRODUCES 50% EXTRA TALKTIME ON TOPUP VOUCHERS OF MRP 300/- TO Rs 1000/-. THE OFFER IS VALID UPTO 31ST MARCH 2010 ONLY." than i have recharged with Rs 330.00 topup on 31/03/2010 at 08:25 PM with reference no.: 57639607.

                          now my problem is that i have received balance of Rs 260.00 in place of 450.00

                          i have lodged complain to bsnl customer care also many times but no any satisfacory responce find from bsnl customer care.

                          so plz provide us balance of Rs 190.00 earlier from bsnl.

                          BSNL Prepaid Chhattisgarh — very bad service

                          The bsnl tower fix in village-tamta,tahshil-patthalgaon,dist-jashpurnagar(c.g.).the bsnl give very bad service in our area.the tower is not not working good, but the tower signal is up/down.the phone will be disconnected is 5 second.we complaint bsnl SDO and BSNL JUNIAR ENGENIER,but the problem is not solved and provlem is over of old position.thebsnl SDO and BSNL JUNIAR ENGENIER is not entrested in solve this problem.

                          The bsnl tower fix in village-tamta, tahshil-patthalgaon, dist-jashpurnagar(c.g.).the bsnl give very bad service in our area.the tower is not not working good, but the tower signal is up/down.the phone will be disconnected is 5 second.we complaint bsnl SDO and BSNL JUNIAR ENGENIER, but the problem is not solved and provlem is over of old position.thebsnl SDO and BSNL JUNIAR ENGENIER is not entrested in solve this problem.

                          here is a big difficult problem it is coverage problem. here is two bsnl tower . it's location is Jawalpur & Balouda. these tower are always not working in 3-4 days in week. So we suffering from coverage problem always. and all bsnl custemers are belongs to other private service provider.

                            15 DAYS BACK, WE RECEIVED INTIMATION FROM BSNL THAT OUR BILL IS DUE FOR 3 MONTHS FOR 2006, I.E. 4 YEARS BACK.                             Same case happens for me. Two months back I transferred my connection from Perambur to Choolaimedu. As they said if any due available they wont transfer, I paid the due for January though the bill not generated. But now the new number is disconnected and they said ur january bill is on due. I am really wondered how they transferred to another connection when there was a due..

                              we have applied for landline connection on 14/8/09...but still no connection provided...all your staffs are lazy workers...not providing any info...this is what bsnl?...

                                Sir,
                                I'm a medical graduate.I have net connection in my home and the connection is getting disconnected since 2 weeks i.e, from 21st march .After making sure that the problem is not due to any virus we have filed a complaint in local exchange. we have availed the facility of 2.5gb plan with night 2am to 8am net browsing free. So due to net connection is not proper we have lost this offer and it was month ending we can no more avail the memory offer. We have to pay 600- monthly rental for the plan. So now i'm in a great loss. It has been taken 2 days and still the problem is not rectified. They have just called twice to the land line and asked the problem which is the DSL bulb is blinking continuously or not at all and lot of my time is being wasted and i cannot a have retrieval of valuable information from the net and my sister who is doing M.E project and for whom net is a vital source for gathering information .

                                thy suck big time.. mine is not repaired sinc a week . i 'm plannin to shift to airtel . the service is worst! thy only call but never get it repaired. now their cell is also switched off.. i HATE BSNL!!!

                                      but they told there was no such offer at all and when i went with proof they told yes but the offer is over and when i argued with them they never remembered when i came.
                                      and they are cheating the costumers all the time.
