Dear Sir,

The services of BSNL mobile is not at all satisfactory. On 5/4/2010 they have deducted Rs.25/- from my mobile no; [protected] towards Premium Ring Back Tone without any request from me. On the same day I made a complaint to their customer care center on [protected] and they provided complaint no AP[protected] and told me that they will verify and inform me within 24 hrs. On 6/4/2010 I received a call from them. They informed me that PRBT is activated by me through Internet at 11:55 hrs on 5/4/2010 which is not true.

I was in the office on 5/4/2010 from 10.00 hrs to 18:00 hrs and I do not have access to the internet in the office so how can I send request through Internet? I do not use Net in the office hours. Iam totally dissatisfied with their reply and deduction of Rs.25/- from my mobile without my fault. They even said that they cannot credit amount to my account. In these days of Competition if they continues like this then the day is not far away, when their valued customers will switch to other service provider and their rating will go down. Therefore I request the concerned officers to credit Rs.25/- to my mobile number [protected] as soos as possible and request them not to repeat such type of mistakes in future.

BSNL Mobile — CRBT regarding

Hello Sir/Mam,
I have two bsnl numbers [protected] and [protected].Company has activated CRBT (caller ring back tone) at their own. I did not send any request for it.Both the numbers are used by my family members. They do not any procedure to send request for these kind of services.It simply means company has activated without any request.please try to solve my problem.

    BSNL MP use my money for their promotion.
    I have BSNL Pre Paid connection.

    I am using BSNL Callwer tune facility from last few month & for that BSNL is charging me Rs. 37/- per month.

    Caller tune is the facility by which if some one call me on my no. then caller will be able to listen the music as per set by me on Rs. 37 /- rental.

    But BSNL Madhyapardesh, who charged me Rs 37/- per month doing their promotion instead of providing me caller tune for which I have paid Rs. 37/- per month.

    My caller are getting following message when they called me -->

    "Is gaane ko Apni Caller Tune Banane Ke Liye......................... up to 10 second" & till the time i pick up the phone my caller is not able to listen my caller tune.

    I am not paying money for BSNL promotion.

    They can not use my no. for their promotion without informing me.

    They can not use my money for their promotion. I am their customer not vendor.

    Request you to ask BSNL to stop promotional message from my caller tune which is unethical.

    When I called to their cutomer care no. the customer care executive were forcing to continue with the same promotional message which is really unethical..

    BSNL PRBT — BSNL MP use my money for their promotion.

      Sir,

      I am Krishan Lal Khurana. I am the user of BSNL Internet and Landline. From the last 1 week, Internet and Landline were keep disconnecting and was not working properly and now both have stopped working. I have called BSNL office so many times, even I have gone BSNL office to register my complaint there but there was no proper response from them. Even they don't talk properly and their behaviour is very bad. When my grand-daughter called them for the complaint, they have not talked to my daughter mannerly.

      Please help me to get rid of this situation.

      I am Rajesh Kumar from Patran distt. Patiala our landlines are not properly working & on the start of the month they sent the bill & take the money in one monthly only one day the landline is work only for one hour & we complaints many time but they didn't listen any of our complaints. Every month we pay the bill and you can check our phone call list & received calls also. we complaint to the head of that department but there is no response of our complaints

        I have a BSNL Landline with tel no[protected] which is in my Ex husband's name. After the death of my husband i was out of my house for a couple of months to cope up with the loss. I am a 69 year old widow now and i have been visiting the Madgaon telephone exchange for reconnection but they ask me to get an application signed by the holder of the phone i.e my late Husband Mr. Thomas Pereira. Since I am not able to get his signature they asked me to fill uo some forms which have to be notarised by a lawyer. I did the same and went back to them. Now they ask for proof that I am my husbands wife and also an affidavit if I am not able to produce a marriage certificate which was solemnised 50 years ago. I am still without a phone and i live alone in my house which has no proper mobile coverage too.
        BSNL now has posted losses for which the above example is sufficient proof. If procedures of reconnecting a line at the same premises is such an issue. I would like to know how best I can get my phone reconnected.

        I would be writing to the telecom ministry at delhi too about my plight and the harassment meted out to me.

        I have a bsnl landline connection.[protected], which is situated at kothapeta exange east godavari AP the connection not use from last 4months because of pending of 2bills,
        10th of this month i.eAUGUST the pending bills cleared and also give a request letter subbmited at ravulapalem bsnl office for reconnection, they said the reconnection force within 24hours, but know also reconnectin not give our phone several times complaint to kothapeta offce from last two days they said reconnection within one our, I feel very bad for the response of your staff.
        I have a bsnl connection bearing Number[protected] at Chakka, Thiruvananthapuram in the name of Smt. Sacheedevi V.G ( My mother). It was disconnected last year. Several time I have registered complaint for repairing. But even after repeated request The telephone is no yet reconnected. At that time their explanation was there is no staff to repair. Now it is passed one year. I may request to enquire into the matter and please reconnect our telephone.

          I have lost my BSNL SIM (Post paid) with sim card no: [protected]

          Please arrange to block this sim as soon as possible and i would like to continue to use this no in future by getting duplicate sim for this no. but at present some body has started using this no as ring is going on this no.

          So pls help by blocking this sim as soon as possible.

            On 3rd April 2010 I submitted application to change my landline + broadband plan as BBG FN COMBO 600 at Kalyan West Kala Talav exchange.

            The new plans were released by BSNL on 18th March 2010.

            The lady at the counter said that Kalyan telecom is not aware of plan change and I have to select the plan from what is listed on their BLUE NOTICEBOARD.

            I selected HOME 500 C+ which has 2.5 GB / Upto 2 Mbps / Night Unlimted / 50 Free calls.

            The lady give me acknowledgement with request number [protected] which didnt mention which plan I had changed.

            On 5th April 2010 when I logged into the portal 10.240.240.195 using my user id, it showed me that I have BBG FN COMBO 500 plan.

            I was shocked. As this was the older Combo 599 plan which I didnt opt for, this plan has 1.5 GB data limit against my current 2.5 GB data limit.

            If the lady at the counter said was true, my plan should have been changed to HOME 500 C+ instead of BBG FN COMBO 500

            Old : Combo 599 - - > New : BBG FN COMBO 500 (what I didnt want but given)

            Old : Home 500 C+ - - > New : BBG FN COMBO 600 (what I wanted)

            Now I have to live with paltry 1.5 GB limit for the month. If I would not have verified and used more than 2 GB thinking my limit is 2.5 GB then they would have promptly charged me for extra usage.

            BSNL Kalyan billing department and Internet dept are not in sync. They always create these problems.

            I think BSNL KALYAN TELECOM doesnt need customers.

            I am the customer of the BSNL since last 3 years, having number of WLL, the number is located in Vasai district.

            I availed this WLL number by the BSNL in 2008-09. At the beginning the number was working properly up to 10-15 days. But after that it suddenly started giving trouble of no network access / coverage. I had given the complaints to the concerned department at Virar exchange the officer had committed me to clear off this issue immediately. But after lots of follow up nothing has happened by the concerned department on my complaint. Since the problem is not resolved by BSNL, I stopped paying the bills for the same.

            After some time I came to know that it is started giving strong network coverage at my residence. I went to BSNL office and paid the outstanding amount of around Rs.[protected] and asked them about to start my services immediately. But the executive told me that the number is converted to Prepaid number and suggested me to contact Vasai exchange and meet Mrs. Leena Machado. When I went there and meet Mrs. Leena Machado in the discussion I found that the lady is very much rude and irrespective to most of the customers and same happened with me. I immediately left the place and met BSNL office in-charge at Virar exchange and informed him about misbehavior of Mrs. Leena Machado.

            The officer has advised me to complain this matter to BSNL customer care department. I tried to do so but found that mail is unable to reach to the provided email id of BSNL.

            As suggested by Mrs. Leena Machado, I handed over the instrument also to Virar exchange and requested for the new number OR the same number again. But no reply is received by the office Mrs. Leena Machado till date.

            Still awaiting reply from BSNL support team.

            I sent this mail to TRAI, but they replied to my mail and suggested to mark this mail to BSNL concerned department and the action will be taken after this mail is forwarded by the BSNL to TRAI...

            Now its a big joke if BSNL is not at all interested listening customer physically / face to face then how they will froward their mails to TRAI...

            my opinion is that...all because of those FALTU peoples BSNL will be in big trouble in future

            SOMEBODY PLEASE ADVICE...

              Money Refund&Failure.
              Dear Sir/Madam I Govind Mittal belongs from NEW DELHI City residing in INDER PURI. On 29th Agust 2009 We had booked IPTV Connection Application Number :016596 of BSNL(MYWAY) . We paid them Cheque Amt: Rs 2,000/- and as per their Words Installation will be done by 10th September 09. They even told me that if we are not happy with the Connection they will refund that amount in two days. But till today there is no Connection nor they are refunding my amount.

              My Cheque got realised and My Payment Details as Follows.
              Chq No: 376538Chq Date: 29/08/2009.
              Chq Amt: Rs2,000/-(In words:Two Thousand ONly)
              Bank: IOB Naraina Branch, New Delhi.
              BSNL IPTV Application Number: 016596.

              This is to inform you that my myway Ip conection bearing MTNL number 22302437 was surrendered on 23/9/2010 at CBD Shahdara and the modem and the other accessories are retured to the MTNL stores . The clearence of all are available with me .

              Inspite orf my clear instruction on phone that my connection be withdrawn my cheque was logged and cleared after i got my connection terminated.kindly ensure my refund is made soon as this serious breach of trust and poor buissness practice .Kindly also stop sending me sms to log on for with subscriber number[protected],
              I have also paid the charges to MTNL for prividing the cable connected ETC.

                    It being around 10 days when i take bsnl landline for broadband. The bsnl executive told me that my internet will start, when i'll get my pin number and it will take around three days but i m still not getting my pin no.The bsnl executive who is posted in my area he demanded money for that landline, may be because of this my connection is not started yet.(my ladline no is[protected]

                      I have a landline phone connection in jamshedpur(my residence).It
                      is a local phone. I did not used it for a billing amount of Rs. 400/=
                      since its installation. But in Dec. 2009 & in Jan 2010 I got bills of
                      Rs. 867/- & 780/- respectively whereas i did not use it for such amount as my average billing for past 3 years is about Rs. 300/-
                      only. Due to excess billing I did not paid the bills from Dec. 2009
                      onwards. Now my phone services has been suspended but I am
                      getting still bills of Rs. 212/- per month since last 2 months.

                      Now I want to surrender my above phone as incoming & outgoing
                      both calls are suspended from this phone.PL HELP ME IN THIS
                      REGARD. THANKS.

                      excess bill — excess billing on my phone

                      I am getting excess billing on my no [protected] from last two months.from last two -three days i seen that I haven't made any call but Airtel is still billing to me.

                      I would like to inform you that, i was biiled by BSNL for excess billing ( ISD call for 3.5 hrs agianse a call of 15 min)

                      i was persing with BSNL people from last 4 months, but no repsonce
                      what will happen now, any one is going to pick up this or just chat
                      I think that you have do some exercise first contact to the BSNL TRA section for the call Detail and verify wither calls is made by you.then contact the Account section for Rebate. Best wishes

                          My mobile no. is [protected]. I am from Hisar, Haryana. Few years caller tune activated in my number. Now after calling to the customer care ([protected]), they are telling it is not possible to disconnect it from their side and I have to send a sms typing UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700. Even after sending the sms my caller tune is not removed. Even if I have not asked for that why should I have to disconnect from my side? and after 30 days automatically amount will be deducted from my account. I want to close it as soon as possible

                            I am a BSNL broadband user and currently using 500C+ plan (fixed monthly rental Rs 600.00). According to the plan maximum free download limit (excluding night unlimited) is 2.5GB. Usage calculation is done according to the billing month (ie. 1st of the month to last day of the month). But in my March2010 month, it is taken additional 2 days from the previous month i.e. Feb2010 and the usage of that 2 days is added with the March month usage. Consequently total usage becomes 2788MB which have forced a extra charges of 288 MB...Please resolve this issue urgently and make suitable arrangement so that such type of error do not occur in future..

                            Dont leave then unpunished... these bsnl guys think they can get away with cheating people... just file a case with concumer forum... and see how quickly they come to ur home begging u to take back ur case... dont get worry about case.. u just have to file a complain about bsnl and rest will be done by court...I did it and those BSNL guys came to my house begging to take back the case...Trust me...this is the only way to teach them a good lesson...

                            Some guy from indiagames.bsnl called to my landline and told that since you use unlimited broadband plan we are offering you free online gaming service and asked me to activate but later i found that i was charged though i dint play a single game.

                              I tried to Top Up my fathers BSNL mobile from there website through Internet Banking. Now my account is debited with Rs. 110/- and neither the mobile is topped up nor there is any receipt of this transaction. The web site is mentioning awaiting the confirmation from Bank. Bank says they have all ready sent money to BSNL. I am in soup now and lost Rs. 110.

                                After complaining to you regarding money is being cut for CRBT and bsnl content renewal etc. which is never subscribed or asked for, it is very poor situation no action is taken. It pauses a question about bsnl credibility. I want an immediate de activation of all value added services to my numbers [protected], [protected].                                   I am using BSNL Cellone number [protected]. And I had already activated DND services by sending sms START DND to 1909 on[protected] but I am getting messages and calls in frequent manner. I am very puzzled that no action has been taken yet now.
                                  After waiting 45 days I have also complained (no. 5259324,dated[protected] regarding the same in customer care,told me that there will be no calls within 2-3 days,but still i am getting the messages and my daily work schedule is affected due to these disturbances.

                                  I regret to inform you that, Ihave received a SMS from 51234030, saying that Rs 30 has deducted from my ([protected]) account and activated the cricket alert for one month, which has not intimated or authorised by me. Also I have booked one complaint to customer care and got a number P20WB224917 dtd 20 Feb 11. This is nothing but unnecessay harassment to the ubscriber, then how we can rely on "BSNL" which is reliable name to all.
                                  So, if you take necesssary action and refund me the same amount which has deducted, I will be greatful to you.

                                  I am not able to registration for broadband usage. Allways sent me massage "Broadband User ID is Invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in your service" Althought this two are wrong Because I submit this Broadband User Id From my Telephone Bill and my Broadband is ALIVE Example my email .Please take necessary action as I registration for broadband usage.
                                  I regret to inform you that on 21 March, 2012 I received an SMS saying that Rs 30 has been deducted from my ([protected]) account and activated the BSNL tune for Rs 30 and another sms saying Rs12 have been deducted, which I had never asked for. I booked complaint on 23rd March and repeated on 25th also. I was told over mobile that action is under process and I will get my money back. Thrice I reminded over mobile but except assurance nothing has come up yet.This is nothing but unnecessay harassment to a senior citizen. Please, take necesssary action and refund me the amount Rs 42/- immediately.
                                  Secondly, from 1800 hrs on 01 May to 02 May (2359 hrs)server was down at Chakdaha, Nadia. I could not put money in my GPRS account(Recharge) due on 02 May, 2012.till midnight 2359 hrs. It was possible only in the wee hours of 03 May, 2012. I had 4136 MBs balance in my account. It has been my proud possession. It just vanished after 2359 hrs on 02 May, 2012. Your server failed. That is your technical fault but why should I suffer? Please restore 4136 MBs in my said account ([protected])at the earliest.
                                  I am a BSNL consumer since 1993. I had also Broadband connection. My phone no is [protected]. As I have been transferred from Rampurhat to Kolkata I applied for disconnection of Broadband connection on 22/09/2012 to SDE, BSNL Rampurhat. But it seems as per bill received in the month of November that Broadband connection has not yet been disconnected. As the bill includes broadband charges I have not paid the bill and asked for fresh bill for the period 01/09/2012 to 31/10/2012. My account no is [protected]. The bill Number which I received in the month of November is 96307916 dated 08/11/2012 for Rs.1074.00.Kindly send me fresh bill for the said period at the earliest.

                                    Several times Broadband line disconnected without any reason and when i talk to someone from our bsnl landline everytime very distpens in phone line. So we decided to disconnect broadband line W.e.f 08.03.2008. Telephone Number is[protected]

                                    Please pass necessary orders to person concern to do the needful , also instruct to the account department to refund my security amount .

                                      Non-Refund of deposit money for three years

                                      I had returned the postpaid mobile sim with no [protected] in Mar 2007 at the BSNL office in Udhampur when i got transfered from there. Inspite of repeated telephonic complaints the deposit amount has not yet been refunded to me. The TDM and account officers have been giving false assurances of action repeatedly on the matter, with no outcome. My present telephone no is [protected] and am located at Sulur, Coimbatore....
