I had above Rs. 3000/- in my mobile last November. My outgoing calls were very restricted. I should have balance about Rs.2000/- and above. But without my knowledge the amount has been deducted for services or something else. I would like the loss be recovered and credited into my mobile ID. I feel, I am getting cheated by BSNL. Please do something to restore my confidence in BSNL mobile services.

    My complaint is here about BSNL,I have activated Plan o[censored]nlimited internet extra charge monthly 249 rs in my postpaid card in number [protected]. inspite of activated this plan, i charged extra in my bill using of internet from last two months (that is Rs. 91 and 716)

    when I called first time in customer care they told me the charge will be adjusted in next bill but i charged twice as same,also when i call they dosen't respond me very well and not giving me any right information about this.

          I have a BSNL WLL phone and use to browse internet using it. But the problem is that "I can't connect to internet when phone is charging". No problem with calls, only with connecting to internet. The computer shows there is No Modem Found. Plese suggest a solution.

            I am facing problem with BSNL since many months now.

            They are inducing a heavy bill on us, Our telephone number: 23723991 [STD: 080]
            We have BSNL Home UL 750+ plan and we are not entitled for monthly rental of 180/- as per BSNL Landline tariff and yet since past many months i have been paying the bills of 1000/- and above for which the bill should not exceed not more than 800/- to 820/- a month...

            I am greatly satisfied with Broadband service, but faulty bills are making me wonder and i feel like Bsnl is anonymously making me travel along with the rotation of the earth even 10 times faster then its orbital movement...

            One more specialty of BSNl is that those Dumb- officers who work in there don't even bother to solve your queries, they just say "Submit your query in the form of complaint and in the written format and please forward it to that officer and then that will say to forward another letter to next Nerd and again it goes on and on..., " I feel BSNL is fooling people and just ripping their hard earnings to fill their pockets and get new bra's to their wife's and condoms to their penny's...


            This case made me to disconnect the old WLL [Number: 22724698] [STD:080] which too had internet enabled and yes it was also faulty billed and internet was really making me feel frustrated...

            Ah, i forgot to tell that the connection is in my father's name and the connection was taken when i used to study [College] and now i pay the Bills, well ya this was happening since that time, so i thought let me pay the bills as i am on the job...

            BSNL = Bloody Nerd Limited [AKA] [Boobs sucking network Limited]...

              After seeing BSNL EVDO Broadband Card advetisement given in leading newspapers (Which says speed upto 3.1 Mbps...at monthly rental of Rs.750) I went to buy the same from BSNL Exchange located at Bharat Nagar Chowk,Ludhiana,Punjab. I completed all the formalities and paid the money (Rs. 4245). The modem was out of stock then and they assured me that it will be given to me in few days. Now the modem they are giving me support a maximum speed of 2.4Mbps only...known as EVDO Rev 0 card instead of a modem supporting 3.1Mbps speed...known as EVDO Rev A card. The other companies are giving the Rev A card like Tata Photon Plus/Reliance Broadband plus card.

              Point is why BSNL is cheating on its customers. The older card (Rev 0) will be useless (as BSNL will not take it back) whenever speed is enhanced and I will have to purchase a new card.

              Nobody at BSNL Ludhiana is aware of new card and say.."Advertisement is wrong" This ad is being displayed at all BSNL webpages.

              Offer ends on 31st March 2010...I don't know what to do.

                I would like to bring to your kind attention that every now and then, landline phones around Tibetan library area in Dharamshala gets disconnected because of which a lot of landline phones were surrendered in the past several years.

                I believe that today the landline phones are kept mainly for broadband internet purpose but unfortunately still the phone lines are dead most of time.

                Sir, do you think that making promotional offers on broadband service can attract customers when there is huge problem of phone-line stability and maintenance service?

                Therefore, I request all the concerned leaders of HP BSNL telecom to see whether your employees are carrying their duties properly or not.

                Hope to see better phone-stability and maintenance service around Tibetan library area of Dharamsala by your order and leadership.

                BSNL Landline — Poor service & maintenance of BSNL

                Hi,

                Our telephone ( phone no.[protected] remains dead for 10/15 days at a
                stretch in each & every month .This phone is in the name of my mother .Every month we receive the bill in time & in every bill BSNL charges the call charges , though it remains dead for most of the times.

                Recently post it was dead I have lodged a copmlaint on the first week of May , but
                till date the matter has not yet been resolved & as usual I have received the bill .

                I doubt on your billed amount too . It has been noticied that ,in each &
                every bill they are charging the call charges - my doubt is on that only
                . So please do an enquiry on this too.

                I have written an email to them , to get the matter resolved , but till there is no output on that .
                Post receiving my email , they have written me a mail, stating that the matter will get resolved asap,but they have not act according to that . Alos the phone nos they have mentioned in their email for me to contact ( Phone – 25558191, 25547373, 25548383, 25559191,[protected] in their email dated May 21,2011 is not at all responding at all ( couple of them are kept on ringing & the rest nos are invalid ) ....

                I am quite surprised with BSNL services & their attitude .....

                I do not understand , how their employees are serving in the industry ??

                Still my phone no. 25468689 is dead , post several followups .
                Do you think that we have to give up our daily jobs & will have to chase at their offices & 'scream' on them to the job done ???? But , I cannot do that , for that reason I have to take the help of proper forum.


                I also principally decided that not to pay the current bill amount untill the matter is not getting sorted out.

                I am using BSNL Landline from past 15 year, from past 1 year we are getting very very poor service, frequent disconnection (twice, thrice in a month), after registering complaint they are taking minimum 1 week to 2 week to attend the issue some time more than that.

                In a month the BSNL Landline is hardly functinal for 10 to 15 days (Some time less than that), kindly lookinto it and give permanent solution.

                  I ,Vikas Kapur, am subscriber of Cellone Prepaid connection & i am using this connection since 2001. My no. is [protected]. As i have 4 more nos of bsnl i.e. [protected] , [protected] & [protected].

                  Sir, I am facing so many problems in the connection such as:

                  1) There is signal problem inside my house Sector-21-b, Chandigarh)
                  2) There is wrong billing problem
                  3) Connection error
                  4) Network problem
                  5) Call drop while talking
                  6) Out of reach problem when its on.
                  7) Even i have change my set from E51 to E 75 but same problem
                  8) Could not access internet & speed is very slow but charges are more than speed.

                  Sir, i want to cut these all connections even my land line also[protected], but as i have circulated my phone numbers every where i could not cut these connections.

                  I have purchased 2 new connection of Relaiance prepaid but i couldn’t transfer my existing calls to reliance no. & it doesn’t call divert to reliance network. My purpose was not solved for taking calls through reliance network.

                  Sir, I am fed up now please tell me what to do now as my business is suffering very badly, I am planning to take BSNL to consumer forum for such a 3rd class service. Half of the amount is debited without calling full minute. I have to go out side of my house to answer any call.

                  Now a days there is so much competition in the market you can check any where, but i could not change my no. because i have circulated everywhere.

                  Now please tell me that how much time i have to wait for improved services or can i transfer my existing no. to any other network which has the strong network.

                  Please reply for my complaint & please investigate & guide me as my patience is over.

                      our telepohone locked for all out going calls.even then we recieved local call bill of 377 calls.
                      So, please check the matter and rectify the same.

                      Against my application for shifting of my landline no. 2331385, the services were discontinued from 15.10.2010 and again my land line no. 2680631 was installed at my residence on 28.02.2011. In between I had lots of follow up with your SDE Mr. B. C. Patel and Mr. Prajapati for early restoration of services of my land line phone and requested them to ensure that the bill shall not be raised for that period in which they were not able to shift my landline connection to new address. But it is the matter of deep regret that even my several requests the phone was shifted after waiting of 4 & ½ months and the height of your department is the bill was promptly raised as the phone line was restored for the period in which services were not given to me and the same is recorded in your system. It seems that this is purely manmade mistake for the reasons best known to them.
                      However, I had paid the bills under assurance that excess billing will be adjusted. From April onwards I am approaching to your different sections and submitted application two times but my all efforts went in vein. Every times I was told that there are two exchange involve in this case. As a customer, I could not understood that what happened if the two exchange are involved. This is my last attempt to approach you as a nodal officer to settle my dues failing which I shall be compelled to discontinue the services of Single Largest Govt. Telecom Company of such a great reputation and will not pay any more bill pending till the earlier excess billing settlement.

                        Sirs,

                        This has refer to the subject matter, I would like to inform you that, I have taken the above mentioned telephone connection in Sulabh scheme – II on 20.06.2007 by depositing Rs. 500/- towards registration fees vide reg. no BEC/GG/ROI/07-08/0062. During the connection time it was expressed to me by your local representative of B. E. College, Howrah exchange that only Rs. 500/- is required towards connection/installation charge followed by the rental charges through monthly bill payment. On 26.06.2007 after getting the connection I have received a bill from your end stating that I have to pay another Rs. 1600/- towards SD and other misc charges. On enquiry at your local office it was told that the amount as stated in the bill has to paid otherwise the connection will be invalid. During that period I was out of station and my father was dealing with the matter. After came back I personally visited your local office and after discussed the matter, I requested them to disconnect the connection immediately as it was not possible for me to continue with the line. On that day only they have assured me that the line will be disconnected. On repeated enquiry regarding the disconnection formalities it was expressed that the line will be disconnected very soon.

                        But quite surprisingly, after that, on regular basis I used to receive the monthly bill from your end followed by two nos letter stating that the outstanding payment has to clear immediately, while the line has been already disconnected and the cable/wire has been removed by you. Also on 27.07.09, I received the last bill from your office regarding the rental/monthly charges of the telephone. I am really surprised and shocked to get such bill after expiring two years time when I am not using the telephone and also the connection has already been disconnected. It is really unfortunate that this has happened from a reputed and esteemed concern like you.

                              The BSNL telecommunications for the bhubaneswar circle is creating a lot of nuisances.It doesn't provide the bills in proper times and thus if it does there is a great delay.I run every month to the regional office of bbsr circle and issue the duplicate bill and pay it off.This has been running since nearly about one year.I am also getting the same result in spite of repeated complaints.I don't know how long this dilemma will continue.Hope all the viewers will view this and those facing the same situation will render comments.

                              I also have similar kind of problem.The monthly billing is not regular.Also the detail billing was not provided for the missing month & delay charges are added for the late payments due to mistake by BSNL itself.

                                  I am a customer of BSNL, Orissa Circle under Bhubaneswar telecom district. My landline No. is[protected] under Jagamara Exchange, Bhubaneswar. My UID No. is [protected].

                                  I have not received telephone bills for Feb and March 2010. When I collected a duplicate bill from Central Telegraph office, PMG, Bhubaneswar, I found a bill claim of Rs.1031/-!

                                  My telephone bill never exceeded Rs.200-300/- per month for close to a year. So this sudden hike is perturbing. Without bills, I do not know the details of claim. I hardly use this land line as I have three mobile connections. Yet this huge bill claim!

                                  I wrote an email to CGM, Telecom Orissa. The address was available in BSNL website ([protected]@bsnl.co.in). Strangely, the mail bonced back! BSNL is creating a farce. This is why BSNL is losing business to private operators. BSNL's service quality, grievance handling, customer care have gone to dogs. No surprise, this organisation is fast getting obliterated!

                                  I am one of your customers for the last 25 years or so. At present I reside at Plot No.1080/2762, Jagamohan Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751 030. My land line phone number is[protected] under Jagamara Exchange. My UID Number is [protected].

                                  I always make it a point to pay the phone bill on time. Whenever I get the bill on time, I clear it. My payment records will reveal this.

                                  I have not received any bill Feb' 10 and Mar'10. Naturally, I have not been able to pay the same till date.

                                  Meanwhile, my outgoing calls have been barred. I contacted Central Telecom Office, PMG Chowk. When asking for duplicate bill I was utterly surprised to find a claim of Rs1031/-. In this era of Mobile phones, I hardly use the landline. Besides, in Feb'10 I was at Bangalore for 12 days (17th-28th). My bills never exceed Rs 200-300/- for last 6 months. I don't know why this sudden jump in bill amt. In the absence of detailed bill, I am unable to know the reason.

                                  Kindly, pass orders to concerned Officers to send me the detailed monthly bill for Feb & March 10 alongwith numbers called from my phone so that I can ascertain the reason of sudden hike in bill amt.

                                  Kindly note that I shall not be able to make payment in absence of detailed bill. If the outgoing call facility is not resumed or phone service is disconnected, I shall be constrained to surrender it. I repeat, this facility is no more essential because of very negligent attitude of BSNL staff. A simple problem like setting right loose wires at DP box causing disruption in case of heavy wind has not been attended to for months in spite of written complaint.

                                  BSNL is losing ground to private operators. But, still its service quality remains extremely poor. I hold on to this lanline just out of loyalty to BSNL. I don't want to severe 25 years relationship with BSNL and surrender the phone.

                                  Kindly appreciate the issue and direct concerned people to do needful.

                                  I am a Broadband customer of BSNL since July, 2010. My Land line No. is 0674 – 2585581 under Mancheswar Exchange. But it is very sad that I have not yet received a good service from your internet service. I have not yet received a good signal from your internet service. I have made several complaints to your Dept. through your Toll Free No. – 1500. A noisy sound can be heard from the receiver of your Land line. At that time, I came to know from one of your staffs that the problem is due to CABLE FAULTS. After several requests to SDO, Mancheswar Exchange, the problem was solved after one month of my complaint. At that time I gave thanks to Mr. SDO, Mancheswar Exchange. But now from 25.10.2010 again the same problem has been occurred. Now I repent that why am I go for BSNL Broadband? Again I came to know that the underground Cables are so old that it crossed the time limit of expiry of those cables. And also BMC in the name of development of roads & drainages, they have damaged the Cables. Now I think what the solution of poor customers like me is as I am paying approx. Rs.900/- per month towards your Broadband Bill. Your service is so poor that BSNL is losing business to private operators. BSNL’s service quality, grievance handling, customer care have gone to dogs. No surprise, such big public sector of India is fast getting obliterated. But, still its service quality remains extremely poor. I hold on to this BSNL Broadband just out of loyalty to BSNL & it is an indigenous public sector of India. But now I think I will surrender my connection which is full of problems & it gives headache to me because of negligent attitude of BSNL staffs. So it is clear that BSNL is losing its business & ground to private operators.
                                  I have registered several complaints during this period Till date the problem has not been resolved and I am not sure whether the problem will be rectified or not. Please help me and let me made aware of the status-how long will I have to suffer of having a Broadband connection without any signal or very poor signal.
                                  I came to know from your office that there is a severe cable problem in this area. They told me that, my Broadband connection should have the following volts/ohms.
                                  L3 – should be 0, but it is 21.5,
                                  L5 – should be 1016, but it is 40 only,
                                  L6 – should be 1016, but it is 88 only,
                                  L7 – should be 1016, but it is 120 only.
                                  Now you can guess how my Broadband is running.
                                  So I request you to be kind enough to take necessary immediate actions to change the Cables or which will be the best reason to solve my problems as soon as possible.

                                  I had given application for change of my existing broadband plan from 500 Home combo to 900 UL combo. I had confirmed the change of my plan from BSNL Customer Care by dialing .1500. they gave the confirmed news of plan change to 900 UL . I had applied the "plan chane form", the Bhubaneshwar Telecom Head Office provided me the reciept of plan change. But the bill generated for the month of Oct 2010, bill no 25108936., is Rs.1, 975.24, which is impossible for usage under BSNL home 900 ULf. I have got no outstanding bill left before . The landline and broadband service is registered under my fathers' name ARUN KU. BOSE.

                                  When I inquired about this with BSNl Customer Care, they said "we dont' know about this, refer to Bubaneshwar telecom Circle a/c section about this". If BSNl is not able to provide clear, transparent and satisfactory service, it shoul closed all its operations.

                                  I have lodged repeated complaints as the dockets are being closed without attending to the complaints. Of course I protested before the JTO concerned and since then my docket has not been closed. On personal contact the Junior Engineer-in-charge Mr.Pratap Kumar Sahu told that it can not be done now and at least ten to twelve days will take to attend to the complaint. I feel that we are at the mercy of such officers as they provide service to customers at their will. His higher authority, the SDO Phones Mr Kailash Chandra Maharana, when contacted over telephone tells that he would like to see to it, but without any result. It seems as if there is nobody to listen to the grievances of the customers. How can they close the Docket without attending to the complaint. Why should a customer wait for any unspecified and unlimited period for restoration of service when there has been no calamity or disaster and when a specific time limit has been prescribed by the TRAI. In the website of BSNL it has been mentioned that the Nodal Officer for Bhubaneswar SSA under Orissa Circle is Shri J.K.Majhi AGM(OP) and his e-mail address and telephone number is [protected]@bsnl.co.in and[protected] respectively. I lodged my complaint through email on 28.9.2011 but even after three days I was not allotted any unique complaint number within the specified period. Hence I enquired from the Call center and I was told that S.N Padhi is the Nodal Officer, his email ID is [protected]@gmail.com and his telephone number is[protected]. I sent a fresh complaint in his mail address on 7.10.2011. But I was not given any Unique complaint no. After three days of continuous attempt I could get him over the above telephone. I requested him to allot me a unique complain no. but he expresses his helplessness. He appraised me the following.
                                  1. He has not been provided with any JTO or staff. He is provided with only one chair, one table and one computer
                                  2. The Sdos’ being his same rank do not listen to him.
                                  3. No Unique Complaint number can be provided by him. I should use the Docket no. before Appellate Authority.
                                  4. The procedure of grievance redressal through Nodal Officer by BSNL is nothing but a farce and he has no such power to redress the grievance.

After use of about 4 months I got a SMS from BSNL to contact a mobile number and provide documents to avoid disconnection. I tried to contact but the mobile phone was switched off. Again, I got anohter SMS to contact an other Mobile number but nobody responded. Again, I got a SMS to come to room no-7 and produce papers to avoid disconnection. A state run Company is showing such attitude towards its cusomers which is definitely a matter of concern.
                                  My landline telephone number[protected] has been dead since 15th February, 2012. i have registered the complaint through the computerized registration system as well as informed the JTO Jagamara and SDO Baramunda several times but the telephone is still dead. Suggest me what to do next.

                                  My experience with BSNL is also very bad. My telephone Number is[protected]. It goes out of order evey now and then. The telephone man comes and advises to change the instrument. If the instrument is out of order they should replace it and take the faulty one. Instead of that they say you go to so and so office and give it for repair. I am an office goer, do I have the time to run to their office to get it repaired ? I also cannot advise my wife to do this leaving aside her household jobs. It may happen repeartedly. Who can afford time . If the instrument gets okay and the line is dead, they say the wires are too old or it has joints in so many places, the deptt is not issuing new wires what to do ? . The BSNL people find many such excuses every time for any kind of fault.

                                  Please help in bringing this matter to BSNL authorities.

                                  2. I reported this matter in SDOT office thrice. I would not meet the SDOT since he was not present in office. His asst. available has noted the phone number and talked to some body in my presence but to no use. Even last time he told the line man that “I am sitting on his head”.
                                  3. Next, as I am a senior citizen of India, I complained to 1500 thrice vide compliant no [protected] dated 27th June 2016. No-[protected] dated 30th June 2016 and No-[protected] dated 4th July 2016 but not to any use too.
                                  4. This is clearly understood that staff of BSNL are how much active to attend the faults reported by the consumer. Further it may be noted that I am a consumer of this BSNL since the Kerang Exchange established and regularly paying the bill.
                                  5. In view of above your good office is requested to guide the staff concerned to tight their belt so that Govt.’s spending on this establishment reaches to the grass root. Alternatively the telephone may be disconnected.

It is very vulgur and I have time and again sent messages to stop sending me such messages. Even though I have never asked for such facility I have received a message stating that 'Thanks for using service, You have been charged Rs. 30 at 10.43 AM on 16/04/2011 for more downloads log on wap.handygo.com. I want to know as to how I have been charged without ever using this facility. I have also sent several SMS to ' UNSUBVIDEOBAR' at 55678. The message I am receiving is as follows. 'Temporory problem ! pls try after some time. I am really disgusted to note as to how these people are allowed to operate. Is there no mechanism to book such senders. Please let me know or else I shall be constrained to take legal action and change my service provider. I request some competent authoritys intervention pleae. I have also personally handed over a letter at BSNL office at RTC X Rodas. I once again request you to kindly bar all messages on my mobile.

                                    Whenever I want to send unsubscription message, like(UNSUBVIDEOBAR) to 55678 reply comes of "temporary problem".

                                    My BSNL prepaid Mobile Number is [protected]. I am very upset, because of duducting rs. 30/- and Rs. 60/- every month by handygo videobar. Many times I will send the unsubscribe message to this service. but service is continued. I this is happen next time I will discontinue my BSNL service.
                                    Same type of massage came to my number. My mobile was switched off for more than a week, I switch on at afternoon around 2 pm, after 1 hour massage came that i subscribe for spicy jokes on same day at 5.32 am and to unsubscribe send massage unsubspicy to 5567899.I call to customer care and ask that any service is activated on my number, I was told that non any type of service activated on my number.I think that this is fraud massage if anyone response this massage than balance is deducted and if no response is taken than balance remain untouched.

                                    I have a BSNL pre paid mobile number. Phone no is [protected]. My balance is being deducting every week by 8/- for handygo service though i did not subscribe the service. I have tried several time to unsubscribe the service but unable to do that. please help

I have charged Rs 30/- and much more rupees from 55678, i got message from 55678 from every month that "Thanks for using subscriotion service, You have charged Rs.30 .I am not using this service . Please unsubscribe this service immediatly.

                                      cannot topup my new bsnl number [protected] & not responding the officers of cosumer no i.e.[protected]

                                      all the numbers of new series are not working properly.

                                      isske bad maine 07.07.11 ko phir se request lagayi hai airtel me port in ka message aaya hai lekin aur koi message nahi aaya kya meri request phir se cancel ho gayi hai mera no. ka MNP process kyun nahi poora ho raha hai kripya hamein batayein aur agar meri IIIrd request cancel nahi hooyi hai to MNP ka process poora karayein aur mujhe sucheet karein mera email ID [protected]@gmail.com hai.
