I have a BSNL land line connection installed at our residence C-52, Sector-O, Near Domestic Gas Service, Aliganj, Lucknow bearing telephone number[protected] which is in the name of my father Dr Ram Pratap, who is a Central govt. employee working in CDRI, Lucknow, with a broad band connection installed in the same.

I have lodged the complaint with the BSNL few days back for which the complaint number X 8087 was given to me. After that I have also gone out to meet the SDO at Kuris Road, and got my complaint lodged there too, telling them that my phone has been out of order for the past many days and my internet connection too is very slow and sometimes even not working at all.

The SDO assured me to look into the matter and told that soon services will be restored to normal but till date nothing satisfactory happened. I urge the authorities to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. BSNL must try to improve their services first rather than giving more connections which will only add to the problems of existing consumers.

    I have been receiving messages (Read news) from 55500 for more than six months now. I have tried at least thrice to unsubscribe to this messaging service by sending an UNSUB sms. My UNSUB sms has always been accepted with a reply to this effect but the 'news' flow never ceased. I request you take up the matter with the concerned authorities for removing such unscruplous message providers from the databases of reputed mobile service providers.

    To STOP Messages from 58888 on Mobile No.[protected].
    I have been receiving messages from 58888 for more than 1 months now. and deduct Rs.60/- per month I have tried at least thrice to unsubscribe to this messaging service by sending an UNSUB sms. My UNSUB sms has been pending and I register the complaint on costumer care registration no is that 6156443 on 02.04.2010 but happens that message regularily came on my mobile. I request you take up the matter with the concerned authorities for removing such service from my above mobile no.

          Refund of deposit on surrendering Land Line

On surrendering I filled up a form regarding the place where to post the refund and i gave my home address in kerala. after few months when I enquired about my refund, BSNL replied that they've already despatched it to my PREVIOUS BILLING ADDRESS.           I would like to focus your attention towards WLL Services which you are providing to the rural areas o[censored]ttrakhand. We had applied for landline connection 11 years back and recently you have provided us with WLL connection , at that time we deposited 1000 Rs and the assurance was given that 1000 Rs will be adjusted in our monthly bill but for last 1 and half months your WLL has become a show piece in our drawing room and one thing I would like to appreciate that you are very active in generating bills o[censored]nused services but not the adjustment which your dept had assured us. We informed Mr RAWAT , care taker of that area but I suppose he more busy than our HON. Chief Minister.
          May be you don’t Know the significance of WLL service but ask the people residing in that area . It’s the only mode of communication in case of emergency . (what s the use of 108 without a phone ? ) .
          Hope you will consider my request and please let me know (in writing) what action you have taken to rectify the problem.

          they remove Bharat word from there name its an insult to our country's name

            Dear sir

            I am from karur having board band connection in bsnl. I booked on 20th feb 2010. i received the connection on 25th march. after so many phone calls i did. then they given connection.
            It is home plan monthly rental rs. 750/- for 256mbps. i have purchased modem in BSNL for Rs. 2000/- (wire less) but i receiving 100.0mbps. Not only in peak hours round the clock.

            kindly give us good service. otherwise please don't SMS us about BB or LL for new connections. it is waste of our money & time.

            BSNL customer service is very worst.

            kindly look on this matter.

              Respected Sir,
              My mob No. is [protected]. Bsnl mob. service is very bad
              There is too much troubleshooting in the service. I change my sim bcos i suppose the error is in sim but eventhough the eroor is not clear. A single call takes two to three call cost. Voice is also not continue that mean communication. So there is problem in continue communication. this is my main No. for communication so i can not change is No. So please solve this error as early as possible

                for last 3 months bsnl is charging abnormal cost in my postpaid mobile connection.My mob no is [protected].Its under 249 magic teen plan.They are charging 400rs to 600 rs per month extra amount for a unknown service named "MT sms",when no such sms they re delivering me nt i'm.After the 1st bill i made an complaint at the local exchange through application bt the bnormal bill didnt stop.Suffering 4months with a loss of 1550rs in total i recently stop my connction.now i want t get back my money.Plz help me.

                    I have Purchased Sim Card No. of BSNL having mobile no. [protected] and was activated on 28/02/2010. I opted for the scheme of BSNL named as 1Ps/Sec for which i had message on 53733 on 03/03/2010 at 08.06 A.M. i.e. ACT 1S as required to message for activation of scheme for 1ps/sec call. After that till now my phone is not converted in the scheme opted by me. For this purpose i have contacted BSNL , Indore Office and they have told me to talk to Customer Care. I had talk to Customer Care also about 12-15 times, but always the CC has told me that they are forwarding one no. by way of SMS for activation of the scheme, still it was not activated and i m suffering from irreperable loss by dedcution of my balance @ 1Rs. for a sec. call also, by this way my balance get over and the calling rate applicable to me is very high.

                    Today (27/03/2010) also i have call to CC, but the same answer received by me that, we are forwarding the no. by way of SMS and same will be activated very soon. After 22 days passed this complaint has been launched before the TRAI for solution in the matter.
                    I request you please take the matter on action.

                      I had above Rs. 3000/- in my mobile last November. My outgoing calls were very restricted. I should have balance about Rs.2000/- and above. But without my knowledge the amount has been deducted for services or something else. I would like the loss be recovered and credited into my mobile ID. I feel, I am getting cheated by BSNL.                         My complaint is here about BSNL,I have activated Plan o[censored]nlimited internet extra charge monthly 249 rs in my postpaid card in number [protected]. inspite of activated this plan, i charged extra in my bill using of internet from last two months (that is Rs. 91 and 716)

                        when I called first time in customer care they told me the charge will be adjusted in next bill but i charged twice as same,also when i call they dosen't respond me very well and not giving me any right information about this.

                                I am facing problem with BSNL since many months now.

                                They are inducing a heavy bill on us, Our telephone number: 23723991 [STD: 080]
                                We have BSNL Home UL 750+ plan and we are not entitled for monthly rental of 180/- as per BSNL Landline tariff and yet since past many months i have been paying the bills of 1000/- and above for which the bill should not exceed not more than 800/- to 820/- a month...

                                I am greatly satisfied with Broadband service, but faulty bills are making me wonder and i feel like Bsnl is anonymously making me travel along with the rotation of the earth even 10 times faster then its orbital movement...

                                One more specialty of BSNl is that those Dumb- officers who work in there don't even bother to solve your queries, they just say "Submit your query in the form of complaint and in the written format and please forward it to that officer and then that will say to forward another letter to next Nerd and again it goes on and on..., " I feel BSNL is fooling people and just ripping their hard earnings to fill their pockets and get new bra's to their wife's and condoms to their penny's...


                                This case made me to disconnect the old WLL [Number: 22724698] [STD:080] which too had internet enabled and yes it was also faulty billed and internet was really making me feel frustrated...

                                Ah, i forgot to tell that the connection is in my father's name and the connection was taken when i used to study [College] and now i pay the Bills, well ya this was happening since that time, so i thought let me pay the bills as i am on the job...

                                BSNL = Bloody Nerd Limited [AKA] [Boobs sucking network Limited]...

                                  After seeing BSNL EVDO Broadband Card advetisement given in leading newspapers (Which says speed upto 3.1 Mbps...at monthly rental of Rs.750) I went to buy the same from BSNL Exchange located at Bharat Nagar Chowk,Ludhiana,Punjab. I completed all the formalities and paid the money (Rs. 4245). The modem was out of stock then and they assured me that it will be given to me in few days. Now the modem they are giving me support a maximum speed of 2.4Mbps only...known as EVDO Rev 0 card instead of a modem supporting 3.1Mbps speed...known as EVDO Rev A card. The other companies are giving the Rev A card like Tata Photon Plus/Reliance Broadband plus card.

                                  Point is why BSNL is cheating on its customers. The older card (Rev 0) will be useless (as BSNL will not take it back) whenever speed is enhanced and I will have to purchase a new card.

                                  Nobody at BSNL Ludhiana is aware of new card and say.."Advertisement is wrong" This ad is being displayed at all BSNL webpages.

                                  Offer ends on 31st March 2010...I don't know what to do.

                                    I would like to bring to your kind attention that every now and then, landline phones around Tibetan library area in Dharamshala gets disconnected because of which a lot of landline phones were surrendered in the past several years.

                                    I believe that today the landline phones are kept mainly for broadband internet purpose but unfortunately still the phone lines are dead most of time.

                                    Sir, do you think that making promotional offers on broadband service can attract customers when there is huge problem of phone-line stability and maintenance service?

                                    Therefore, I request all the concerned leaders of HP BSNL telecom to see whether your employees are carrying their duties properly or not.

                                    Hope to see better phone-stability and maintenance service around Tibetan library area of Dharamsala by your order and leadership.

                                    My tele connection No [protected] is not working from last 20 days. Complaint No against No 16 Oct 1383869, 19 Oct 1384818, 20 Oct 1385226 & 21 Oct 1385882, I have also complaint at Shimla on 23 Oct 2010 at No 1094 and Dharamsala on 30 Oct at No [protected]. But there is no response till date.

                                    BSNL Landline — Poor service & maintenance of BSNL

                                    Hi,

                                    Our telephone ( phone no.[protected] remains dead for 10/15 days at a
                                    stretch in each & every month .This phone is in the name of my mother .Every month we receive the bill in time & in every bill BSNL charges the call charges , though it remains dead for most of the times.

                                    Recently post it was dead I have lodged a copmlaint on the first week of May , but
                                    till date the matter has not yet been resolved & as usual I have received the bill .

                                    I doubt on your billed amount too . It has been noticied that ,in each &
                                    every bill they are charging the call charges - my doubt is on that only
                                    . So please do an enquiry on this too.

                                    I have written an email to them , to get the matter resolved , but till there is no output on that .
                                    Post receiving my email , they have written me a mail, stating that the matter will get resolved asap,but they have not act according to that . Alos the phone nos they have mentioned in their email for me to contact ( Phone – 25558191, 25547373, 25548383, 25559191,[protected] in their email dated May 21,2011 is not at all responding at all ( couple of them are kept on ringing & the rest nos are invalid ) ....

                                    I am quite surprised with BSNL services & their attitude .....

                                    I do not understand , how their employees are serving in the industry ??

                                    Still my phone no. 25468689 is dead , post several followups .
                                    Do you think that we have to give up our daily jobs & will have to chase at their offices & 'scream' on them to the job done ???? But , I cannot do that , for that reason I have to take the help of proper forum.


                                    I also principally decided that not to pay the current bill amount untill the matter is not getting sorted out.

                                    I am using BSNL Landline from past 15 year, from past 1 year we are getting very very poor service, frequent disconnection (twice, thrice in a month), after registering complaint they are taking minimum 1 week to 2 week to attend the issue some time more than that.

                                    In a month the BSNL Landline is hardly functinal for 10 to 15 days (Some time less than that), kindly lookinto it and give permanent solution.

I have done many complaints at Panchrukhi (Palampur, Himachal Pradesh Exchange) on telephone No [protected], But there is no response till date. Very poor landline service in Panchrukhi Exchange.
