I want to subscribe for Ring back tunes provided by the above service provider to my mobile No.[protected]. But before subscribing I want to view the caller tunes thro their bsnl.onmobile.com powered by onmobile Global. But if I select, the window is not playing. This happens several times.

BSNL, TAMILNADU — Even after repeated reminders BSNL not cares to set right the problem

The telephone alongwith broadband is not working frequently and various mails and personal calls have been made to the deparment. They never cares to rectify the problem. Wheres the bill request alone is prompt in service except the connection. Can anybody help me to recitfy my problem. My BSNL No. is[protected]. Mobile[protected].
I totally agree with it. BSNL and public sector companies employees and management does not have the shame that they get the money paid as salary and would not be ready to provide the service to the public. Even after I send this mail I sure that they would not respond, because their brain is full of . Better BSNL be privatised. That will be the only whip to make them work. If they do not produce good output cur their salary just like what the government do. If they are not able to provide good services (which is much easier than manufacturing or research) let them keep their face to the sand. It is both the employees and the management which is responsible for this. Shame on you worthless beggars looting public money and do not give them back.
only when you are treated like 'daily wages' person then only you will understand. You should get money only when you give the best output. lest go to hell.
Mistake in my writing. 4th line intead of 'government' it is to be taken as 'private'. I am pretty confident the shameless beggars, thigh shakers will not reply to this comment. If they have got the guts to prove themselves let them come out and comment for my post.

    I am Pawan Nagori from Pali Marwar Rajasthan.
    I purchase EVDO data card from Bsnl In August in 2009.But bsnl dont have this service in my area so i complain on bsnl then there officer said that we check there if there is not working well then we refund your money back after they come to my place and check and give result in that the service is not there so we refund your money back.
    Now till date they not refund my money back Please Tell Me what to Do.

      My landline Number is 22485035 coming under Pammal Exchange Chennai. My telephone is not working for the past 3 days. My compliant Docket No is 56044508 and 55501538. No action has been taken so far. Whenever I phoned to them, they never bothered to lift the phone and even if it was lifted they will hear as if it is for the first time. After making several complaints they are not rectifying the fault causing great hardship
      to the customers. No result even after my complaint with GM BSNL Telephones Chennai. I am totally donot know what to do further.

      my lend line no. is[protected], the telephone is not proper work, humming problam is continew at the time of work start. we are so many complents to local SDO AND LINEMAN but no one salved this problem.
      regarding this subject please help me and salve the p[roblam otherwise return our deposits and take the services.

        We have 3 land line connections in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. The numbers are 23402824, 23402476 & 23411171. We have not received the bills for these land line for the past one year from BSNL. They are saying some absurd amounts have to be paid without giving any duplicate bill for us to check the calls. Is there no one in this country who can mend the ways of these government officials. They are so rude when we ask for the duplicate bill as if they are doing us a favour but still not issue any bill and ask us to just pay the amount what they are mentioning. What kind of a service is this?? Just pay whatever they say without getting any proof o[censored]sage.
        Can some do anything about this. We will not pay till the bill is issued to us.

          My BSNLtelephone no 2562915 is dead since[protected]. Broadband is installed on this number. I have booked the complaint on 198 on[protected]. Docket no. 74584. No response from BSNL. I tried to contact Shankarnagar office. After trying hecticaly for 2 days I could hear some voice. I explained the things to him. He said he will send the line man. But nobody came. I tried to contact SDE. He gave me the VALUABLE advice to contact Shankarnagar office. I then sent the FAX to DGM on the number indicated in the directory requesting him to direct the workers for urgent action. But nothing has been done. Either the FAX has not reached to him or he dont have the time for such SMALL and useless complaints. He is very busy in increasing the number of connections so that he proudly declares in the press that he has achived the target on paper hiding the number of consumers who have disconnected their connections.
          I dont know whether this complaint will restore my connection or it will remain on this server for years without any action

          BSNL — Unavailability of Telephone connection

          I am living in main city area "Jeevan Jyoti Nagar" of Kishangarh, Distt. Ajmer. I have applied for a BSNL telephone landline conncetion, but was unable to get it, reason as said by the company is that the connections are full in the area. On consulting one of telephone lineman in the area, i got to know that there are 4 poles with DP all nearby my house, but none is having the free line. On further investigation i got to know that there are very few connections in the area & only the possibility is that the DP could be damaged.
          BSNL says that they will attach every village with Telephone & broadband. but how can they, if they are unable to provide the connection in such a big city & in the main city area.
          Please sort out this problem

          BSNL Ajmer — non functional landline number

          telephone number [protected] had a noise developing on use . on registering a complaint the phone has become non functional with a response that it will be done posrt President's proposed Ajmer visit

          As mention in subject, we are leave in Kalmeshwar Dist:Nagpur (Maharashtra) that Our Land-line telephone is Dead from last 1 year. We make the complaints to Kalmeshwar BSNL office but the officer does not respond to us they just give excuse to us and say that "CABLE ARE BREAK, CABLE ARE THEFT, ROAD CONSTRUCTION IS GOING ON THEREFORE CABLE ARE BRAKE" and does not solved our problem. Main reason is that they does not provide proper service to us. and also officer are not come to office in time. All day they come to office around 12.00 or 12.30 pm. Our Telephone No. is[protected]

            My phone is dead from 12th january & when i asked for refund in rent they said to me if your phone is dead for more than 3 days you can get refund of rent. Yester day after 7 days the phone is started for 5 hours and then once again dead this is for not giving me the rent refund. now what to do?

              Hi,

              I am using a BSNL Post Paid connection [protected] since September 2003. Now that its been nearly 6 years, the current SIM card is giving me problems by not detecting BSNL network even in areas of high network availablity. At times, my calls get disconnected after short durations or even on receival of calls.

              I have noticed that these problems have been occuring after the 3G introduction. I do agree that my SIM may be old to support the 3G facility. Hence I would want my SIM to be replaced.

              Please help.

                my connection gets dissconnected every two to three hrs and i have reenter my user id and password in the bsnl portal to access the internet.my complaints have not showed any response.please do something about the problem.

                My telephone No.[protected] with Broadband facility, Broadband plan Home Unlimited

                Since 29/5/2010, the broadband on the above telephone is not giving proper service, the same permanently out of order from 29/5/2010 to 21/6/2010, thereafter when it was got repaired after a long chase the same is still not giving uninterrupted service, some time DSL link is not available some its light on modem is blinking, sometime even link available but internet not working. I am very much upset. Thogh a good infrastructure has been there with BSNL but the service provided is very poor.

                Kindly do something to solve my problem.

                I have a complain regarding BSNL Broadband services. In spite of complaining again and again, no action hasbeen taken. I pay full payment on time (somtimes in advance).

                Action taken by them: 1. They only call without any remedy. 2. Sometimes they suggest to configure modem and go the them and they do also, but no remedy i.e situation is as usual. 3. I approached to concerned SDO office but no body is ready to help.

                Sir, in this regards, I would like to mention that it ia an implied contract between the BSNL and me. I have to pay the fee/charges levied by BSNL and the BSNL will provide service to according to the plan promised.

                Sir, I am paying monthly charges regularily .

                My grievance:--1. Is spite of full payment Why not the BSNL is not providing service?
                2. I am facing this problem during entire month Nov 14. Will it wave the monthly charge on account not providing services?
                3. Will compensate the loss occured during this period?

                  Bsnl Bhopal has not provided online bill payment facility for using internet by NETWORK INTERFACE CARD (NIC, WLL) till date.When I searched for paying internet connection bill online through bsnl portal no such facility are available for Bhopal consumer.This facility is only provided for the consumer of Dewas, Ujjain, Indore, Gwalior but as a state capital Bhopal lack behind these growing cities of Madhya Pradesh through MPONLINE.GOV.IN.

                  since morning i am calling them to restore my service after paying my dues i am your costumer since last five years, do you want that i should change service network, just for this cause.you can confirm from your person mr.rajeev available on call centre who has refused to talk me to your group leader today.most importent due to this problem only bsnl is loosing its coustmer base, being the launcher of the service.i dont except any positive responce from bsnl but bfor record my self has posted.

                    BSNL- Indrayaninagar, Bhosari Pune.
                    I renewed my broadband internet service by paying @ 5700 in Dec 2007. After using the service for few months, my phone line (and so internet also) becomes DEAD (March 2008). There was no communication from BSNL about this. We launched the complaint through phone.

                    After few weeks we heard from neighbors that all the BSNL lines are dead in Indrayaninagar area.

                    We waited few months after learning from others that BSNL is setting up new exchange for Indrayaninagar.

                    Nothing happened after 4-5 months. So I went to BSNL Bhosari main center with a written complaint and asked them about the status. Same reply- "It will start in few weeks or month".
                    I waited for few more months. NOTHING happened.

                    I reached BSNL office again with old and new complaint letter and this time asked them to refund the amount I paid for the internet 8 months back. The manager signed the complaint and gave me back. NOTHING HAPPENED.

                    Today it is Jan 2010 and I heard that still BSNL officers there, gives same reply to the people of Indrayaninagar that the lines will start in a month or so.

                    I have not yet got the refund, neither apologize letter, neither regret letter, neither any notice and any other communication from BSNL on this issue.

                    Can anyone look into this?

                    the broad band server is very slow as it result in disconnecting of the server and also gives slow speed to my computer so i humble request you to please take an action soon .................telephone no. [protected]

                      I tried to send sms from way2sms to new bsnl numbers (series-9476)but the sms is not delivered when i contact with customer care they said bsnl does not support this free service but i send sms to the other bsnl number (series upto-9475) and the sms is instantly delivered sir plz do something

                        My brief details:

                        1. I have been a BSNL data one broadband home plan post paid service user since the beginning of broadband services in Solapur by BSNL, in fact I am the first customer to book for broadband service in Solapur. I use landline numbers one at residence with internet (No. 2626305) and other at my office[protected].

                        Brief details of internet connection problem:

                        2. I use internet through my home landline number. But since 11/01/2010 to till day I faced following problem while connecting to the internet:
                        • On attempting to connect internet several times a day of 24 hours, at one of the attempt I get connected to the internet then I use it after that I disconnect through menu. After few hours I again attempt to connect internet but could not be connected instead various messages are seen on my PC monitor such as error No. 676, 619, 691, 678 etc. Some times no DSL signal, some times good DSL signal but other errors even though I never changed my user name and password (As I saved them and connect from automatic short cut link from desktop) error No. 691 is displayed on my monitor. Strange fully when again at some other attempt it get connected automatically and easily. For example on 13/01/2010 in the morning I got connected, but in the afternoon I could not get connected and faced the above error messages (even error no. 691 too) but strange fully I got connected in the morning on 14/01/2010 again after 11.30 a.m. I could not get connected and faced the error no

                        691, even though I never changed my username and password. Thus, connecting problems and getting different errors at different attempts.

                        Brief details of my attempt to solve my problem:

                        3. First I got all my PC System, peripherals got checked from my hardware vendor and there was no hardware problem.

                        4. Then I lodged my complaint and explained the above problem:
                        • to the officials on the following phone numbers:
                        198, 2621555, 2721721, 2722181, 2721111, 2316799 etc.
                        but all in vein.
                        • On lodging complaint on 198 ( Docket No. 44681 dt. 11/01/2010), one Mr. Narote visited my home and inspected and declared no problem on 12/01/2009.
                        • On some numbers I got the reply of “Line is Ok”, “Tested found OK”, “Your internet connection has been reset or parameters have been reset” etc.
                        • On lodging complaint through 198, and personal visit/request Mr. Joshi from Chati Galli Bali Ves office has visited my house inspected my PC /modem etc. and declared there is no problem in the hardware and he too faced the same problem of error No. 691 etc as detailed in Para No. 2 above.
                        • But my problem has not been solved.

                        Brief Details of Complaint against Mr. Chatuphale working in CTO Sat Rasta, Solapur Office of the BSNL:

                        5. Then I decided to meet Mr. Chatuphale personally. I visited the Sat Rasta Office but I found Mr Chatuphale’s cabin /doors are locked at 5.20 p.m. on 11/01/2010. No body was present to listen to my problem. One Mr. Pathan who sits opposite to Mr Chatuphale’s wing/office met me whom I explained my problem. Thanks to Mr Pathan who respectfully guided me and requested me to use 198 and see Mr. Chatuphale on the next day if required.

                        6. Inspite of contacting many persons (of course Mr. Ashte, Mr, Talikoti, Mr, Joshi, Mr. Narote, Mr Shaikh from MDF) my problem has been till persisting,

                        7. Then finally I decided to meet Mr. Chatuphale at his office at CTO Sat Rasta, Solapur. I visited his office at about 1.30 pm on 14/01/2010 and explained my problem and requested him to help me but instead of guiding and helping me Mr. Chatuphale behaved with very rudely and breaking all the protocols as detailed below:

                        Replies by Mr. Chatuphale are given below:

                        1. “ Mr, Kadadas your problem is in your hardware as they are more than 3 years old, you please buy new hardware from a vendor known to me thus your problem gets solved forever ”.

                        After my humble refusal to Mr Chatuphale he replied me as:

                        2. “ There are 9000 customers I cannot solve each and every body’s problem
                        and I am helpless ”.

                        I again explained and requested my problem then Mr Chatuphale replied me:

                        3. “ Most of the BSNL customers are facing the same problem, please do not
                        disturb me as I (means Mr Chatuphale) am studying for examination ”.

                        Again I humbly requested to help or guide me to solve my problem then Mr. Chatuphale replied me as below:

                        3. Mr. Kadadas this is BSNL you (Mr Kadadas) better leave BSNL and go to
                        some other ISP, and do not disturb me as I (Mr. Chatuphale) am studying in cabin alone. Please leave my cabin. Of the 2.36 lac landline connections 1.39 lac are disconnected, it does not make any difference if you leave us. Mr. Kadadas you may file a complaint against me and do whatever you can do against me.

                        8. After getting frustrating replies from Mr Chatuphale I decided to meet Mr. G. Ramesh (DGM) at Telephone Bhawan, Chati Galli, Bali Ves, Solapur (at about 3 pm on 14.01.2010) but in vain as he was not in office (out of station).

                        9. Then again I requested Mr. Ashte who with respect directed me to contact Mr. Talikoti who was sitting in MDF section ground floor beside Mr. Shaikh. Thanks Mr. Ashte and Mr Shaikh who spoke to me responsibly

                        10. Mr. Talikoti assured to solve my problem within 2 hours. Thanks to Mr. Talikoti who by changing port and password solved my problem (temporarily) from Chati Galli office.

                        11. Mr. Chatuphale’s rude, autocratic, non-coperative, irresposible etc. behaviour has compelled me to make this written complaint. Your are therefore requested to look into this.

                        12. My problem is till persisting & lodged complaint through 198; docket No. 45003 date 16/01/2009 time 10.55 pm.

                        BROAD BAND NOT CONNECTED — ERROR 691 & 678

                        Our telephone no is 24863800. We registered a complaint with 1500 on 29.04.2009 and from bsnl technical we got a call and tried to connect the broad band. and then we have been informed that bsnl technical person will visit our premises to solve this problem.

                        We have been informed to call 248600 and we called today (04.05.2009) at 10.45 AM and been asked to call 24861001 where the concerned JE is there then we tried three four times but that number is repeatedly ringing nobody is lifting then we informed this to 248600 and then asked to call again they will inform to lift the phone then we tried repeatedly but no body is lifting the phone.

                        Nobody visited so far and we have the problem to be solved till today kindly do the needful at your end to solve this issue.

                        Home/Residence — Internet services not (Broadband )not commissioned

                        Inspite of registering a request with BSNL Madipakkam for a Broad Band coneection,the same has not been provided,till date.kindly expedite the same as soon as poossible
                        BSNL' s broadband service is not up to the mark. They hardly heed to the complaints made to them. They are reluctant to solve the problem and do not care about the consequences that we may face because of their service.
                        Error 678 has been appearing for quite some time area in the laketown, kolkata area. All they say is the problem will be taken care of. But the net result is null n void. I am at a loss now not being able to establish contacts and carry out my regular work which is hampering me in a bad way...BSNL seems to be least bothered.

In last three year my internet speed very weak/poor. always error 678. in current month july 2012 my phone is dead 3 times. always phone is dead twice in a month. i pay bill reguraly. SERVICE IS VERY BAD OF BSNL. Please note that above think and take a action as early as possible.

                        u can do one thing.dial a no(ur own no) from ur lan dline which u use for internet and keep busy ur phone line n after dialling u can hear a engage tune.the call can not be connected because u r calling a no from the same no.after dialling do not keep the creddle in the right place.i mn hang the phone thn may be ur internet line will be okay n can connect.i have faced the same prb tht time i used to do tht thing n i can connect easily

                          On 3rd Jan 2010 the broadband connection in the phone no +[protected] got disconnected. The complain was lodged on 4th Jan 2010 on the IVR 198 and in the telephone exchange on 7th jan 2010. It is yet to be rectified despite getting assurance from the concerned SDO that it will be done soon.
                          BSNL charges Rs 750 /month for the broadband connection and my connection is being down for 14 days now, In the bill it wont be reflected that the connection was down and I will be charged for one month despite the connection being down.
                          The people of the concerned telephone exchange as they are working in the public sector doesnot report in the office until 11am and I had to wait from 10 till 11.30 to lodge the complain. No one pays serious attention to the problem and to make the matter worse, no one comes despite assuring on the phone that they are sending people.
                          I hope some actions will be taken as such inconvenience has cost me a lot of time.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have registered Complaint to BSNL Customer Care on[protected] Docket No 3497806 for Wrong Deduction of Rs.6. I have called Number of Team Leader there Name are Mr.Hamat, Mr.Mahadevan, Miss.Arti, Mr.Sikandar and Mr.Sikandar assured me that they will solve my complaint within 24 hours but he fail to solve and after ward he assured me that his head will call me at 7.00pm today but once again he fail. So i request kindly find out what is problem and please take proper action against this type of team leader.

                                    I,Nanduru Mallikharjuna Rao,am a customer of BSNL prepaid mobile services bearing the number [protected].Sorry that i am unable to provide the exact dates in this complaint.My complaint is that last year in the month of december(I am unable to recollect the exact date somewhere around 1st 2 weeks i received a sms from the voice services 12555 regarding one LEARN ENGLISH pack for which we called the number and subscribed the pack for which Rs20/-was deducted from our balance, but the same day felt the need to unsubscribe it and called the bsnl customer care for its help in unsubscribing it for which we were guided to send an sms by typing in CAN LEARN ENGLISH to 12555.we did the same but with no result.This month on[protected] when i recharged my account it automatically got deducted off Rs20/- from my account.I called up customer care for their assistance and they provided me with different versions.1)the first person asked me for the number from which the sms was forwarded to my number and i mentioned that this time in the sender's field it was present as ONMOBILE but no number can be elicited.He took my complaint and said that he will forward it and it will be rectified in 24 hrs.2)i checked out that the number from which i first received the sms was from 12555 and called the customer care for the second time for which she checked the data base and asked me to call 1255530 and follow the instructions to unsubscribe the pack.I did the same and the result was that the ivrs service declared that i wasnt subscribed to any of the packs.for this the call charges was 30ps /min.3)the third time i called up the customer care to convey the same message and this time he asked me to call 1255580 and i did the same,but this time the call charges were Rs5/min,i called the number twice so that it can be of any help but i had to part with RS 50 nearly for all this hopeless venture without any result.4) for the 4th time when i called up the customer care to decide whether it was upto their reach /not finally the answer was to go to the nearest BSNL office and try for the solution.
                                    this is all my anguish that as a customer i have faced for subscribing the voice service accidentally and left with no solution to unsubscribe it rather than parting my money every month for the service which i am no longer or have ever used.
                                    Please provide me your help and suggestions in this regard so that i can retrieve my money back or atleast be saved from departing Rs20/- every month from my account.

                                        All the customer of BSNL EXCEL PREPAID connection please be aware with their balance amount and check ur balance amount after each call specially in kolkata,westbengal. Bcoz BSNL is manipulating the call charges. In my case, I've bsnl connection with promo that gives me the facility of call to any local bsnl with 5paise/min and local non-bsnl 50 paise/min. Today morning my balance was Rs.52 after a non-bsnl local call (about 2 min) my balance is become 47 paise. I've talked to the customer care but they just logged complain but no solution,no refund. Even they don't want to say why the Rs. 50 has been deducted. After 12 hours my problem is remain unsolved. Please careful with your bsnl prepaid/postpaid connection.

                                        Your complain has been analyzed in details. Call details have been taken from two sources - IN SCP and MSC. It has been observed that a call from your number to [protected] was made on 14th Jan, 2010 at 9:13 hrs and continued for 2400 sec i.e. 40 min. Call charge is 0.50 per min to other operators according to your mobile plan and amount deduction was 40 x 0.50 i.e. Rs 20. Balance before the call was Rs. 20.47 and after call was Rs. 0.47.
                                        We don’t find any wrong charging has been done in this case. The SCP CDR is attached below.
