Respected Sir/Madam,

My BSNL landline number is[protected].I am using BSNL broadband for past 3 years.I changed my plan from Home 250 to Home 500C.But it is clearly mentioned in the plan that we will be getting bandwidth between 256kbps to 2Mbps.But my speed never goes above 220kbps.I have complained many time in my Barabazar Exchange but no action have been taken yet.Its a serious matter.
Hoping that you will look over this serious problem.
Respected Sir/Madam,

My BSNL landline number is[protected].I am using BSNL Home plan from 250 broadband for past 3 years.But before 2 months my broadband connections can not connect them.this issue i can report to pala bsnl broadband officer and frequently complaint to 198 broadband customer number.But unfortunately, cant not solve this problems.so i can not pay the before 2 months phone bill... ( Rs: 110+250 * 2= 720)
sir the field officer can BRIBES them ...but i can not paid... so the officer can not action it...
I have complained many time in my PALA Exchange but no action have been taken yet.Its a serious matter.
Hoping that you will look over this serious problem...

    i am yogesh kumar from punjab district patiala city patran...i want to tell you that i was facing some problems in connection of internet service on 6 feb 2010 near about 8:30 . when i called in customer care center a man (Goutam ) spoke very rudely with me and second thing i noticed that man (Goutam) has no sense how to talk with the customer.And some times customer care employees do not attend the call till 10 minute

    A question always arise in my mind that Bsnl employees must good behave like Airtel company, Spice,voda , other...

    i hope by this complaint my problem will be solved shortly

    sir my name is ashwin from gujarat my complaint many time in last three month on octomber, novenber, and last date is 4 december too bsnl care, i ask why bsnl deducted my money every month 75 rupies, i say please stop any vas services but bsnl customer care is verry rudly answer, reply me to stop but still not stop too diducted my money why i dont no, if you can help my please -this is my number [protected]

      DELAY IN DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

      Sir,
      With kind regards, I have state that we are very much disturbed and not satisfied with booking and delivery of Cylinders from M/s Amit Gas Service, Malda. I describe problem briefly as under:
      1. They used to book Cylinder after 10 days from the date of delivery gas cylinder.
      2. We generally, received cylinder after 20-24 days from the date of booking.
      3. Can you imagine how one cylinder lasting for 30-34...

      I am Awinash having a EVDO card of BSNL from last 5 month, i bought this connection after paying Rs2315 value of EVDO card but from last four month they charged me the rental of the EVDO card and each month i have to go the BSNL office, where people are not listening any request . this month i have paid the extra money as well. kindly help.
      i want to pay my internet bill by internet.how can i pay ? is there any facility to pay bill by online.also i receive very poor connection & very low speed even i am not able to acess the yahoo or google talk.
      kindly help me as early as.

        Sir,
        With due respect,it is to inform you that I had paid the my mobile no. [protected] bill of amount Rs.458/- to BSNL through the internet banking on dated 20/03/09 by my A/C No.[protected] of SBI Rura ,Kanpur Dehat.
        But the above mentioned bill had been paid by SBI 3 days later means on dated 23/03/09 to BSNL . Therefore my mobile service had been disconected and it had reconected with restoration fee of amont Rs.484/-.
        So kindly requesting you to pay my loss of Rs.484/- . I will be highly obliged to you.

          dear sir,

          We wish to inform that, we are having corporate group wide cell one connections. however the bills are generally received very late just before due dates not allowing lead time for payment processing after due verification.

          for cell No.[protected] the bill for dec09 is already paid. however the outgoing calls are barred. we request you to provide reasons/explanations for same and arrange for outgoing call facility immediately since the company work suffers for timely communication.

          I got new manikjod connection on mobile. my landline no [protected] and my new mobile no [protected]. i lost my mobile and report to call center to block my no. i got the duplicate sim in 2 days time, but my out going call is barred. i complained to call center but 4 weeks passed repeated to call centers i didnot got the out going call . i didnot received the bill of my mobile yet and in email there is no bill.

          i need a quick solution

          Today morning around 10 o clock I paid the bill for and my BSNL mobile phone [protected]. Still they have blocked my out going calls.

            i am yogesh kumar from punjab district patiala belong to city patran . sir , i want to tell you that interent any web sites is not opening from many days . i always use the internet by mobile phone not broandband. If i consult with the customer care centre of bsnl employees not good behave with us and always they always cut our mobile phone while we talk with customer care

            i am yogesh kumar from punjab district patiala but belong to city patran. sir, i want to tell you that i always use the internet by Mobile phone but not broadband ..from many days internet's any web sites is not opening and if i consult with the bsnl customer care employees not good behave with us and some time times they cut our phone..

            second thing is that internet speed is very very poor of Bsnl . opening any site is different thing but at least customer care centre employees should good behave with us my mobile number is [protected]

              I am a victim of BSNL corruption. I have my broadband connection from Bhoirwadi exchange, Dombivli -west.
              No DSL lamp for over a week and the line man shouts angrily over the telephone that I have complained at 198. I made several visits to this deserted office - to get the reply saab aaya nahi! The telephone also was dead in the beginning now the telephone works. I also got some "hint" about "saab ko milo" "Saab log aisa Hai" from the line man with a boast "mera kaam thekko". If you want these services intact you have to make the customary direct or indirect payments other than your monthly rental. I made several complaints to the customer grievance portal of Kalayan Telecoms to understand that it corruption is not a superficial but a deep rooted problem here. Today the "Lord" of this exchange made a visit - rather unnecessary visit to check my computer - at a time I was in my work place (3:30 pm.). He then shouted at me over the phone that now I have to call him to get assistance - an assistance after 14 days - that too the mistake is not in my computer but BSNL machine. When I take the connection it now goes up to verifying user name and password. They have taken the assistance of private operators to harass BSNL customers - to destroy our computers and extract money. It is a very dangerous nexus between government departments and private computer companies to rob and extract money from ignorant BSNL Customers. I got this connection of BSNL broadband after waiting for over 5 years after bookings for it.
              This is not my first experience of disconnection for more than two weeks in two years but the sixth experience. Broadband is a good avenue to extract money better than the old times when BSNL had the complete monopoly over its customers. I do not know what happens in other exchanges but this exchange is totally corrupt. The line man asked me to disconnect the line if I am not satisfied with the services but I am waiting with hope that my grievance will be addressed in the new emerging India and will get justice.

              Due to some unavoidable reason I am unable to continue my broadband connention

              Several times Broadband line disconnected without any reason, complain given to Dusya in punjab. But nobody came for checking or rectifying errors. My business is suffering due to connectivity. So we decided to disconnect broadband line W.e.f 18.93.2010. Telephone Number is [protected]

              Please pass necessary orders to person concern to do the needful, also instruct to the account department to refund my security amount .

                Sir,
                My landline number is[protected]. I have been using bsnl broadband and was able to check my usage. In may 2009, i subscribed iptv on the same connection and got new password and user ID. since then i am unable to check my usage. It says that portal id and password are invalid... How to get the real portal id and password for my broadband connection?? pls help me asap

                  Sir, I have deposited my land line phone bill in your canning street office but the countrt clerk taken the bill Rs.529 /- instead of Rs.532/- moreover the bill meant for Dipen Dey Chowdhury , but he has taken in the name of tarikul Seikh ,Bill / D N No 33198 Exch code cbsh 273574, landline No:88708459 dt 29/01/2010. But my telephone No:ASP 2643993 consumer No: 1072870 Bill No:88703459, the amount was Rs.532/-. My question is how the counter clerk accept the amount without verifying anything? Why the counter clerk have not informed me that your bill will not accept this office as it meant for siliguri,

                  I shall be glad if you kindly refund my amount or adjust the amount with my biil.

                  I have by mistake given a wrong complaint about payment made which may please be avoided and payment has been made to my bsnlland line . The complaint may PL be ignored and the payment has paid to the correct land line of BSNL only
                  PL do not take in to cognisence and this is due to aging as a senior citizen staying on old age home.

                    i recently got GPRS actiavted on my mobile.later i wanted to change to the 230 rupees GPRS plan.for which i topped up my mobile with 400 rupees.then i conatcted the BSNL customer care and asked them for help on activating the 230 plan.they asked me to send a message GPRS230 to 53733.and i sent the message as told by them.but moments after iam getting a message saying activation not possible cos i do not have sufficient balance.where as the bal on my mob is 400.the bal that is needed on your mobile for activating the 230 plan is 300.
                    please advice on this issue

                    BSNL — DIFFERENT GPRS PLAN ACTIVATED THAN I APPLIED FOR

                    I AM A BSNL POSTPAID CONSUMER. 9 MONTHS AGO I GAVE AN APPLICATION FOR ACIVATION OF GPRS PLAN 199 WHICH IS UNLIMITED PLAN. AFTER 2 DAYS I GOT THE MESSAGE THAT MY GPRS SERVICE IS ACTIVATED. I PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE PLAN 199 IS ACTIVATED . SO I BEGAN SURFING THE NET. AFTER A MONTH I GOT THE BILL AND WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A BILL OF 4OOO RUPEES OF which 3500 rupees were gprs charges . this happened because they activated gprs plan 50 instead of plan 199 . i went their office and complained that this has happened . they said that you must have opted for this plan and should pay the bill. i told them to show the application i have submitted but they refused . after few days they disconnected the connection. as i have not paid the bill. and after that also they are constantly giving me the bill adding rental and tax for past 9 months . the bill is now more than 9000 rupees. i have not retaine the copy of the application. what should i do. can i get the original application i submitted to them for proof. help.

                    BSNL — BSNL GPRS230

                    I asked for activation of the GPRS 230 on my prepaid mobile in Chennai. I received an email confirming activation. To my shock, though Rs 230/- was promptly deducted from my balance, I am still being charged when I use the GPRS facility. Calls to customer service is not yielding any result.

                    Will somebody please help??
                    sir maine 11.05.09 ko 230 rupéés se recharge kar gprs active karaya lekin active nahi hua.customer care ko complain karne par 17.05.09 se active kiya gaya lekin mere account se påise kate ja rahe håin. Akhir kyon?jab maine 230 de diya to phir normal gprs ki tarah paise kyon katé ja rahe hain?my mobile no.                     BSNL GPRS plan — not sending GPRS sending

                    I have activated GPRS plan on BSNL sim few days back. it just worked for 3 days after that it got deactivated by itself. I called several times to customer care but they showed no results. They said GPRS got deactivated or settings got deleted but after repeated requests they have not send me GPRS settings after giving 48 hours time period.
                    I am very much disappointed from BSNL service

                      Our services is not active since last three months ( Landline No: [protected], [protected]) have complaints a 100 times from bottom officials to the highest post (i.e. Mr. V K Mahendra Bsnl Pune Head) but no action is been taken, called to Mr. Soni assistance to V K Mahendra head Bsnl Pune says its like that we have complains of 1 year in vishrantwadi Pune we couldn't restore how come you so eager to get service in 3 months these the words theofficial are speaking with the customers I don't understand how come they eligible to have the privilege to hold the higher post in first place.

                      Similar is the condition of my phone No[protected]. The line is dead since[protected] and no action has been taken inspite of repeated requests made vide complained No 000214 dated 12/07/2010, 000278 dated 02/08/2010 & 000388 dated 09/09/2010.
                      This office telephone No [protected] is not working since approximately 3 months. So many times complaint submitted to BSNL but no response received. Many times consulted to SDO concern personally but no action found.This is central Govt & Defence office and has important conversation with so many offices, private parties etc.Non working of telephone made us handicap and leads this office to poor performance. Hence it is requested to take necessary action immediately.

                        There is too much disturbances in my BSNL land-line phone, sometimes the line also goes dead. Whenever i have complained about it in my local New Alipore (400) exchange, they have restarted the connection but every time the disturbances continued to exist. Few personnels from the said exchange came & cut the parallel line stating it as the main reason for the disturbances. They also said that the telephone set needs to be changed. But nothing has been done yet! So now my parallel connection is lost & moreover the huge terrible disturbances in the phoneline still exisist. I'm at a total loss. I have been dealing with this for more than 4-5 months but the men at the exchange seem to have put a deaf year to my regular complaints. I hope this complain of mine will not be in vain & will rather re-establish my faith in BSNL & its services.

                          I have a broadband connection on my phone number[protected] running under plan HOME 500 C+. According to my plan HOME 500 C+, BSNL have to provide bandwidth in between range of 256 KB to 2 MB. But the BSNL has locked my bandwidth to 256 KB. Therefore I could not run my internet connection satisfactorily. BSNL should have to give the bandwidth as per their plan.

                            1. My phone no is[protected] with brodband .On 19 nov 2009 , i ve submitted an application for change of my broadband plan from HOME 500 C + to HOME 750+ , which is an UNLIMITED downloading plan which was supposed to be activated from 1 dec 09

                            2 There was no monthly bill generated for the month of Nov 09.

                            3 Bill for month of Nov - Dec 09 was received in Jan 10 ,with a huge amount of Rs 6383 as net payment .

                            4 On enquiring i came to know tht my Broadband plan is still HOME 500 C+ and was not changed to UNLIMITED download plan ( HOME 750 +) and thts why bill is so huge.At the same time one more application for previous settlement of bill( for Phone Unserviceable period ) was also given ,which was adjusted in this bill.

                            5 This fault is purely from the administration and not from my side and hence my bill should be re generated as per Home 750 + plan .

                            BSNL Broadband — unserviceability of broadband

                            I have bsnl broadband connection.Most of the times connectivity goes off .It was most harrashed time for me when connectvity was not available from 5 Jun09 & on complaint it was stated that connetvity would be restored by Monday only (sat&sun holiday) Even I had to contact[protected] thrice on 8Jun(mon) to get it connected.Please take appropriate action to aoid reoccurence
                            wireless broadband connection for laptop and pc are not working

                              It has been seen that from last month when i dialled local call , in every case
                              the call has been hanged and could not talked but the call charges are counted .

                              CELL ONE POST PAID — EXCESS BILL

                              I HAVE POST PAID CUSTOMER FOR LAST 5 YEARS . MY MOBILE NO. [protected] . LAST MONTH I HAVE TAKEN JEEVAN SATHI AND GPRS CONNECTION IN MY MOBILE. MY NORMAL BILL COME AT 300 - 350 RANGE. JEEVAN SATHI CONNECTION TAKEN FOR RS. 25 RENT AND GPRS FOR RS. 49 RENT. BUT MY BILL FOR OCTOBER SJOWN AS RS. 956/-. I AM SURPRISED TO FIND THIS TYPE OF ABNORMAL BILL. NO BILL RECEIEVED YET. THEY HAVE TAKEN EXCESS AMOUNT IN MONTHLY RENT AND WHAT OTHER CHARGES I DO NOT KNOW?
                              I have a similar type of problem with my Cell One bill, and not just me but also some of my acquaintances with whom I discussed the problem expressed similar kind of view.

                                Dear sirs I have bsnl land-line tel no[protected] with broadband 512 kbps unlimited with wireless modem connection so far i never get 512 kbps band width averagely I am getting 100-200 kbps only pl do needful thanking u!

                                me bsnl brdband unlimited use karta hun...per 10-12 dino se mera brodband start to ho jata hain lekin 5 miniut ke badd disconected ho jata hain... aur modem se internet ki light blanking nahi hoti...to kuch aap meri help karen...plz...

                                  Ours is a Private Limited Company. You would please observe from the BSNL bills, where the meter reading is NIL how the bills were raised on huge amounts. We have to explain the reasons to our Auditors who help us to finalize our Annual Accounts and Balance Sheet.

                                  We have received a Notice Ref Prelitigation Application No. 308/2010 dated[protected] from BSNL demanding Rs. 11330/- against their bills which not justifiable in view above circumstances as explained above.

                                  We here by demand Rs.10 Lakhs for the business loss we have had due to disconnection of PBX disconnection by BSNL.

                                    SERVER SYSTEM OF BSNL BROADBAND — NO SERVER CONNECTION

                                    I have paid my dues and even after 10 days I cant get the landline reconnected is that what you guys do to satisfy your customers ?

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I got concession BSNL broadband with effect from September 2011, but i gave letter
                                      in Bsnl office only from September 2009. after i asked to bsnl manager(Ramanathapuram) . we
                                      cannot change the above said problem because of password. He told me to go meet JE and tell
                                      the problem. i have to tell you before i discovered the sep'2011more than 3 days from bsnl side.
                                      till they Bsnl people rotating me, no one take responsibility from them side.kindly tell the solution
