1. My phone no is[protected] with brodband .On 19 nov 2009 , i ve submitted an application for change of my broadband plan from HOME 500 C + to HOME 750+ , which is an UNLIMITED downloading plan which was supposed to be activated from 1 dec 09

2 There was no monthly bill generated for the month of Nov 09.

3 Bill for month of Nov - Dec 09 was received in Jan 10 ,with a huge amount of Rs 6383 as net payment .

4 On enquiring i came to know tht my Broadband plan is still HOME 500 C+ and was not changed to UNLIMITED download plan ( HOME 750 +) and thts why bill is so huge.At the same time one more application for previous settlement of bill( for Phone Unserviceable period ) was also given ,which was adjusted in this bill.

5 This fault is purely from the administration and not from my side and hence my bill should be re generated as per Home 750 + plan .

BSNL Broadband — unserviceability of broadband

I have bsnl broadband connection.Most of the times connectivity goes off .It was most harrashed time for me when connectvity was not available from 5 Jun09 & on complaint it was stated that connetvity would be restored by Monday only (sat&sun holiday) Even I had to contact[protected] thrice on 8Jun(mon) to get it connected.Please take appropriate action to aoid reoccurence
wireless broadband connection for laptop and pc are not working

    It has been seen that from last month when i dialled local call , in every case
    the call has been hanged and could not talked but the call charges are counted .

    I HAVE POST PAID CUSTOMER FOR LAST 5 YEARS . MY MOBILE NO. [protected] . LAST MONTH I HAVE TAKEN JEEVAN SATHI AND GPRS CONNECTION IN MY MOBILE. MY NORMAL BILL COME AT 300 - 350 RANGE. JEEVAN SATHI CONNECTION TAKEN FOR RS. 25 RENT AND GPRS FOR RS. 49 RENT. BUT MY BILL FOR OCTOBER SJOWN AS RS. 956/-. I AM SURPRISED TO FIND THIS TYPE OF ABNORMAL BILL. NO BILL RECEIEVED YET. THEY HAVE TAKEN EXCESS AMOUNT IN MONTHLY RENT AND WHAT OTHER CHARGES I DO NOT KNOW?
    I have a similar type of problem with my Cell One bill, and not just me but also some of my acquaintances with whom I discussed the problem expressed similar kind of view.

      Dear sirs I have bsnl land-line tel no[protected] with broadband 512 kbps unlimited with wireless modem connection so far i never get 512 kbps band width averagely I am getting 100-200 kbps only pl do needful thanking u!

      me bsnl brdband unlimited use karta hun...per 10-12 dino se mera brodband start to ho jata hain lekin 5 miniut ke badd disconected ho jata hain... aur modem se internet ki light blanking nahi hoti...to kuch aap meri help karen...plz...

        Ours is a Private Limited Company. You would please observe from the BSNL bills, where the meter reading is NIL how the bills were raised on huge amounts. We have to explain the reasons to our Auditors who help us to finalize our Annual Accounts and Balance Sheet.

        We have received a Notice Ref Prelitigation Application No. 308/2010 dated[protected] from BSNL demanding Rs. 11330/- against their bills which not justifiable in view above circumstances as explained above.

        We here by demand Rs.10 Lakhs for the business loss we have had due to disconnection of PBX disconnection by BSNL.

          sir,
          my modem cannot connect to the server many times.i have connection ed of broadband about 3 months.i have complained in the bsnl office,beawar but they don't carry they are too careless.my land line no is [protected]. and broadband i.d. is nl[protected].my land line phone have also problem.we cant hear clear sound by the phone.many times,net speed become also very slow.so please help me and solve my problem

          SERVER SYSTEM OF BSNL BROADBAND — NO SERVER CONNECTION

            Dear Sir,

            I got concession BSNL broadband with effect from September 2011, but i gave letter
            in Bsnl office only from September 2009. after i asked to bsnl manager(Ramanathapuram) . we
            cannot change the above said problem because of password. He told me to go meet JE and tell
            the problem. i have to tell you before i discovered the sep'2011more than 3 days from bsnl side.
            till they Bsnl people rotating me, no one take responsibility from them side.kindly tell the solution

                hello my name is saurabh and i live in allahabbad up i had purchased a micromax 300g modem for 4000rs and also a 2g sim with 274 plan at date 28th jan 2010 on that day and whole night i got a great speed look the link http://www.speedtest.net/result/[protected].png

                but now it is not catching any 3g signal and the the dislplay shows no service for 3g please tell me the complaint no. and if any one from allahabad facing the same problem please tell me so that we can know


                i also have a doubt that isnt bsnl had changed some settings that 2g sim will not get 3g network or something like that please let me know thanx hoping for positive response thanx

                micromax 300G 3G — problem with speed.

                i live in secunderabad and m having problem with the speed. The max downloading speed is 1.3 kB/s - 3 kB/s. I hav purchased this device in september and i have bean told that airtel will launch 3G by november. so i take the 999 plan but with this plan and this kind of speed it's realy screwed my mind. I feel lik Im wasting my money and time. Do something and when 3G will start??
                Hey.i m amit n i live in Ballia uttar pradesh.i was very much interested in the modem so i went through all d features n gt to knw dat within 7 days bsnl will provide all there users a software for using 2G sims in this type of modem so it is better to contact ur retailer.hope u all got the satisfyin feedback.
                hi amit thankx for reply but there was no new software launched by bsnl but now i am getting 3g network in my area but the speed that i mentioned above is now restricted to 25-30 kb/s but it was 1mb/s in the first day did all o[censored] guys are getting this much slow speed now

                Yes, I am going through same problem.
                For First month i got I got the maximum speed by using 2g sim with 3g network in micromax mmx 300g modem.
                But there after i am getting very slow speed with same 2g sim with 3g network.
                I am quite helpless . I am assuming that my Rs 3700/- get waste.

                I have a Micromax 3G hsupa Modem last few days i have problem with this.                     i have again and again requested to BSNL regarding to sms messages which i keep getting, not to allow them. but despite my request i still keep getting unauthorised sms messages.
                    i am getting so fustrated, i don't know what to do. i wish they will stop them as soon as possible, otherwise i will have to take a realy serious action.

                      1 I ve submitted an application on 19Nov 09 for change of Broadband plan (from existing Home 500C+ to Home 750 + ,which is Broadband Unlimited usage) at office of Commercial Officer ,Shahdra Ex, Ghaziadab .No bill was generated at the end Nov 09
                      2 Bill for Nov -Dec 09 was generated in Jan 10 ,with a Amount of Rs 6383.
                      3 On inquiring at same office ,i came to know tht my old plan ( Broadband Home 500C+ ) is still in progress and its not changed to new plan ( Home 750+) There was no intimation to me .
                      4 My usage was according to UNLIMITED plan but they ve charged as per old plan , and thts why bill is so high.
                      5 kindly change my plan at the earliest and charge me as per Home 750+ from 01 dec 09.

                        I have paid my BSNL billno: 88703459 consumer No:1072870 telephone no: 2643993 on 29th Jan 10 in your canning street BSNL office for Rs 532/- but sorry to inform you that Mr.Tarikul Sekh who is accepting the payment has taken Rs.529/- instead of Rs.532/-, moreover it has been observed that the payment has not gone through my account.

                          today ( 30.1.2010) i tried to make online payment for my bsnl broadband. while making the payment, i received an alert informing that an encrypted page is requested and third parties may misuse my details. so i cancelled the transaction in grounds of safety. but still i found that the amount of RS. 829 has been credited from my KARUR VYSYA BANK ACCOUNT. and further this payment has not been confirmed by BSNL

                            To block the sim card

                            I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at new delhi railway station. My mobile no. Was [protected] and sim card no. Was[protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

                              sir,
                              I have taken a new BSNL Broadband connection this month on 6th of JAN. For viewing my account details the local exchange BSNL employee told me on phone to register my Broadband account on the site http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in//. i have done as they said. i have registered my Broadband account on the site with a user name and password. the user name and password worked only for that day, since then i could not open my account on the site with the same user name and password that i provided before. i have been repeatedly complaining to the customer care, they say that, your request has been added, you'll get a call from the BSNL in 24 hours max, but even after 24 days i didn't get a call, i think my complaint has not been taken into consideration, my problem has not been solved. as my broadband is a limited usage one, i need to check often to see how much i have used, just to be careful not to exceed the limit. This time it could go way beyond the limit just because i couldn't check my Account. This may also be a cheap trick on the part of the company to extract more money from the customer

                              I request you to take necessary actions on this company for providing useless services with a faulty site for the customer.

                              i am a user of bsnl-broadband under 250 plan.i cannot access my account details. whenever i enter my portalid and password, it is informed that they are invalid.please send me the necessary solition regarding this problem or take necessary actions.

                                Dear Sir,
                                Its reminder mail, to our supporting team, as I have given my previous complaints, non of BSNL team is respond to my complaint.I do not know what is going at your end.
                                My land line phone is not working since Feb 20th on wards, I raised 3 to 4 complaints, though I didnt get any response, because of that I am loosing so many important phone calls.and I am remaining you people I am 15 yrs old customer, even though you people are not at all giving proper response. I thought all of you are thinking that, we are in Village, we dont have hurry burry / Important like that you people might feeling.

                                and now I regreat to inform you, If you people are not able to respond with in 24 hrs please let me know through mail(ramakrishna.[protected]@hotmail.com) or my mobile(+91-[protected]), then I can look on to further solution.but kindly respond to my complaint.

                                And I observed that BSNL team members are always not putting wires in proper way, they are dragging phone wire line on Electric wire lines and because of that over electric lines into my home its giving always problem, and our phone wire lines are always burning and also this time even it has given elictric sparks too.
                                So, Kindly look on to that issue, and I believe BSNL will do favour to customers.

                                This is Infrom you that we have a landline phone conection in my
                                home, its number is[protected].From last one Year its was working
                                only 15days in a month.With havey noice.So many times we are
                                complaning about our problem, Telecom Department persons are come to
                                our home & make temporary repairs, After that Phone will be same
                                condition.
                                so we are requested to you, please give the permanent solution regarding
                                our land line phone.Please do this needful as early as possible.

                                  MY MOBILE NO IS [protected]. I HAVE ACTIVATED MISSED CALL ALERT BEFORE SOME DAYS, AND NOT GETTING THE SAME, MOREOVER WHEN MY MOBILE IS SWITCH OFF, AND MY NUMBER IS CALLED IT SAYS THAT THE ' NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST'. I HAVE COMPLAINED AND REPORTED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR MORE THAN 16 TIMES WITH NO RESULT. IT IS REALLY FRUSTRATING TO CONTINUE THE USE OF BSNL MOBILE. I WILL BE COMPELLED TO APPEAL THE CONSUMER COURT IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED IN 2 DAYS.

                                    My name is Gaurav Shukla. I am from uttar pradesh at kanpur. I have taken bsnl broadband connection. And my number is[protected]. And my plan is 500C where u have get 1.5 GB in every month. And i did not cross my access limit of broadband. I have checked in portal id it shows that u have 1296mb limit. But i got a mail from dataone department u have cross ur limit. How is it is possible. And this plan night 2am to 8am unlimited downloading u can do. So if i want to download any file so i can download in nght so plz take action aginst this . This is totally fraud. plz take action against this

                                    DATAONE BROADBAND — .08 mbps speed on my 500c plan

                                    sir, i have a 500c home plan. and speed is .08kbps . i am very upset with this speed plz do something argent.
                                    the site to check BSNL broadband usage i.e., selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in doesnot open in browsers other than Internet Explorer...

                                    Im using Ubuntu 9.1 and it doesnt provide IE with it...
                                    i have to be using only Firefox and Chrome browsers...
                                    So, how can i check my data usage now???!!!

                                      I have BSNL Broadband connection at home. For the last 1 month or so, I am facing an issue where the internet keeps getting disconnected very often.

                                      Like for example - I connect to internet and checking my indiatimes mail. Suddenly it gets disconnected. Then I login to the MODEM address which is http://192.168.1.1/ and notice the message that "ADSL Link Down" or "PPP Down".

                                      I lodged a complaint and checked with the exchange. They came back saying there is some problem with the line/cable even though my phone was working perfectly fine. They said the line has a problem for the internet data and not for phone voice!! After sometime, the lineman called me and asked me if the phone is working fine... !! I kept on saying "I don't have a problem with phone.. but I have problem with Internet connectivity". The guys never understood... between all these the internet started working fine.

                                      However just after few days (4-5 days), I again had the same issue and I again lodged the complaint. This time nobody from the exchange bothered to check on this complaint :(. From last 1 week, this problem has increased so much that I am unable to connect to internet at all not even for 1-2 minutes. Please do something. My phone is[protected].

                                      BSNL — keep disconnecting and cant check usage

                                      HI there i m very disappointed with you guys service as broadband is keep disconnecting after 10-15 minutes and for some reason i cant check my account usage i was given this website when i rang them :0-bbservice.bsnl.in/ this website doesn't open at all and i have only given PAR password, when i go to main BSNL website to check usage it ask my user name and password which they didnt give me, i mean please we are paying you for this so please as you guys should give us the best service so that i could recommend you to others, Thank you
