BSNL broadband, applied 2 times in One year still no response

Landline phone not working for one month

My phone no[protected] is not working since[protected]. Inspite of repeated follow-ups, complants to various senior officials and sms complaints to the GM and AGM of BSNL, UP(West) no one is paying any attention to my problem. As the phone is not working for almost the entire month, why should I pay the monthly rent and taxes for the said month when they will send me the bill in February first week? caller tune service activation and customer care behaviour

for the past 3 days iam unable to go to bsnls selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in portal to check my broadband usage and take print out of sep 2009 month. what should i do? The portal is containing virus. My antivirus is blocking the site to open once i typed the address and clicked search. Iam using avast antivirus. what should i do now? Is the problem with website or my antivirus? sir i had purchased BSNL (nic card), from the BSNL office at a price of 2912/- when i installed the software and started to use the device, i came to know that the device is an older one, i mean that the device given to me is already has been used by the authorities of BSNL, i would like to know how to take further steps to get a new device or return my amount please give me the suggestion...

Hi,

I am having BSNL Broadband connection, and for the past few days the BSNL Landline is dead.
And i am not able to connect to internet and my office work is getting affected.

Network Issue, Balance deduction & Sms sending issue

I have subscribed to BSNL Prepaid mobile service in Kolkata (msisdn no.-[protected]), but since the very 1st day i am facing Network Issue, theres no network in my office which is at 19 Park street(1st Floor), Kolkata, have called several times but didnt get any results yet.

2nd Issue- I have been trying to send sms but i am getting the prompt msg sending failed, chkd all the settings in my handset and everything...
