Very-Very-Very Low speed!

I'm very upset with the service of BSNL Broadband!
I'm Rajiv kumar shah, S/o Lakshmi prasad shah, a Student of Fashion design, and for the same per-pus I,took the BSNL Broadband connection For my studies, and my plan is 750plus Unlimited.
The Problem is that, SIr/Mam- I'm getting the speed of my Broadband connection like 1.5kbps, 2.00kbps, 2.9kbps, 3.5kbps and so on....

I am Anil ( [protected]) and I have to remove my bsnl caller tune. I have tried to remove it by sending SMS to your customer number but to no avail. So I request you to remove it....

receiving unauthorised message from bsnl cellone galaxy and my balance deducted by rs 5 each day

each day i receive a push message as
"FHM video of the day-jan 10 2010 wap.galaxy.mauj.com/sf/sub3/psrv.php?subid=1454&spl=10756"

and in the evening my balance is getting deducted by rs 5...
then i receive a thanks message from 70090005 mentioning as
"thanks u for subscribing for 00:15:19 from cellone galaxy @ 01.10.10 00:15:19
you have been chargeed rs 5.valid till <-s2->"br...

Phone is not working

We dont have any bills overdue. But whenever we make a call, it says - "Your telephone charges are overdue".

Excess bill and not responding

Res. Sir,
I am a regular customer of BSNL landline since 1996 bearing phone no.[protected] residing in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
I was satisfied with the services of BSNL until suddenly I received bills which were almost double of the routine bills I use to get.

no solution to repeated complaints

Repeated sms has been going out from my MOBILE no. inspite of delivery report showing message waiting. First the customer care told me to make some changes which i tried to no positive outcome. Finally even changed my hand set, still the same problem persits. its been more than a month now .This is causing additional expense to me and mental agony to me and my contacts to whom i send the sms to....

NON-CREDITING OF TOPUPPED AMOUNT RS 55 IN BSNL MOBILE PREPAID NO. 9402240342

On 27th October 2009, an online payment of amount Rs 55 was done through net banking (SBI) for TOPUP of BSNL PREPAID MOBILE NO. [protected]. However, the said amount was deducted from my account after online payment and the TRANSACTION ID received was TXT[protected]. But with much regret to say that till today the amount was not credited to the aforementioned mobile number.

Discrepancy in Bill

I have taken bsnl broadband connection recently... am unable to change my password and tried to open the site...www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in is not at all working.. how can i change my password???
Also i have received a bill No.7040105 dt.06.12.2009 for Rs.2199 for the month of November 2009. Bill shows gross usage charges Rs.2259.45 and duration as 147 Hrs. which is not at all correct. Our monthly consumption is not more than 30 Hrs....
