Dear sir
i have availed the land line faclity just two month back, the day one the phone was working
Very next day it had problem on instrument, regading this matter i have send email and
informed through telephone dept staff.
Till date no one turned up, Why Such type of service still with bsnl,

I am also having a similiar problem with the broadband connection which is never stable at all.The link gets snapped at every 25 to30 minutes and if one is lucky ypur connection will be restored by attempting reconnection.Otherwise you will have to keep your fingers crossed, waiting for the link to get restored.THERE IS ONE SO CALLED HELPLINE FROM WHICH NO HELP WILL BE FORTHCOMING AT ALL.YOU WILL BE ASKED TO WAIT INDEFINITELY, THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN YOUR LINK WILL BE SNAPPED.QAT TIMES WHEN YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET CONTACTED YOU WILL BE GIVEN A STANDARD REPLY THAT YOUR COMPLIANTS WILL BE ATTENDED WITHIN24 HRS.I really got fedup with the incompetent service personnel and sub standard equipment added with unfriendly helpline.
Its one week since I complained about my faulty telephone.no action has been taken.

NIC Card Phone No: 29085250

I got connection for NIC internet CARD at Porur Telephone Exchange rental basis on March-2009.
They told I can purchase this card in future if I satisfy with the service by paying the Card amount.

I have decided to "purchase the card instead of rent basis. From May-2009 onwards I am requesting for the same, still now I am not getting the solution and also no proper reply from the staff members.
They themself don't know what to do for this.

Genearlly the srivice from BSNL is not satisfactory.
The Mobile service (Voice quality) so bad for the past few years I am unbale to complete any of my calls.
Thinking 3G serivice will be better, I switched to 3G service. The quality continues to be same or worse.
No one in BSNL bothers about quality of voice calls. They are busy in enrolling new customer only.
AS soon as the number portabilty is enabled, most customers may shift to other vendors.
My broadband telephone number is 27960289.i have obtained the connection 25 days before and i feel sorry for myself because it hardly works for 10 days .some days the the line works simply as land line but could not connect with net because broadband connectivity not there.for the past four days the line gone dead.even after repeated complaints no responce from BSNL persons.the staff and Engineers feel the consumers like us as nuisance and that is the pitiest condition.the staff have a attitude to throw us from bsnl network.after making many complaints and numerous phne calls only they may turn up .i was deeply hurted .

My landline no[protected] is not working for the past two months. i have complained in customer care also but still my prob not solved. i have checked and found there is No telephone wire junction line. which is connect from ground to my telephone wire (block wire). and i asked tea shop, they told last month engineer has came for painting the street lamp that time they have removed all wires. this is problem which iam facing but the telephone department they dont know what is going and they are generating bills for evey month. i have taken some photos in that photo we can see the phone wire (which is coming from house) hanging some were, and there is no identification gound telephone wire has coming.

Several complaints were given to my Telephone No.26341811 requesting to rectify the noise it makes while connected to other phones through the ear phone, We find it very difficult to speak in the noise. I request your goodselves to clear the noise.

Last two months our landline connection is not working and I have given complained to my nearest telephone exchange still my problem is not solved. Kindly take a proper action and solve the problem soon.

Note: We are facing this problem regularly if our Land line works for a month properly then it will not work properly for more than 3 month, so my suggestion is if telephone exchange staffs are unable to solve the problem then they can say openly, so that we can and take an action and we will withdraw our connection. Why should we pay the bill without using the connection.

      We're a Bsnl Broadband Consumer and our connectivity to internet is very poor and the speed is very slow, Thats some 15Kbps for the promised 2Mbps Speed. We're facing this problem for the past 4 months and inspite of many complaints filed no action has been taken place.I've also attached the proof as a picture. The speedtest was conducted by the very own speedtest tool of BSNL DATAONE.

      Please Consider this and try to make some improvement.

      Yes, Even I have the same problem with this DATA ONE service of bsnl. The speeds are to low and this specially happened when I upgraded from their 500 plan to 750 plan. Even their Customer service and complaints people are least responsible and hardly interested in their jobs, which they do at their own leisure and sweet will. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER COME ACROSS!

        Hi,

        I've purchased a BSNL prepaid mobile, initially it was on monthly recharging basis then i've purchased the Life time card, after using it for more then 1.3 years, recently it was not working when enquired with BSNL customer care they informed that sim is having problem so have to change it, then approched BSNL office they told us to fill in one form & pay 112 for the new card, after paying the amount & replacing the sim still it was not working for one week in the mean time customer has given many complaint numbers then after one week they informed you should contact the same office from where it was was purchased, when we reached there they informed us that this number is not in use, so you have to take new connection & pay for the new connection .

        please help me in this BSNL customer care is hopeless & nobody is helping properly kindly take this matter & resolve or tell me where to complaint for it

        i purchased a BSNL mobile prepaid power pack sim in december 2008, it worked properly till march 23.From that day onwards i am not recieving the incoming calls & incoming messages.After complainting to customer care center i am getting incoming calls But, i am not getting incoming messages.I make complaint on this on 24th march and the complaint number is 439455.They said that it will be rectified in 24 hours.But it had not happened.And i called customer care center on 26th march they said that the problem is rectified at 1:30pm but till now that is 27th march 1:30pm i am not getting incoming messages and another problem raised that no outgoing messages are going from my mobile from yesteday onwards.


        So, please rectify this problem.

        I am a proud pre-paid owner of BSNL mobile (No.[protected]) since 2003.Today at about 11.09 am I made a call at Rajasthan (BSNL mobile) for 1.10 min. After the call, the call summary was 1.10 min and account balance showed Zero balance. Prior to the call, I had checked regrding the last balance ( Rs.1078.00 ) . I called up on the Customer care several times and listed my problem. I don't know how it happened.I used to make big recharges for my convenience.
        Anyway, the customer care adviced me to wait for rectification of the problem.
        Your kind help in this direction will be highly appreciated.

          we are not receiving telephone bills on time & for getting duplicate bills we have to reach bsnl office, which is very far from actual city, & no advance itimation is given for subscribers, does it justify bsnl to make senior citizens run for bills. last june'09 bill was also not received & bsnl has disconnected the telephone. & now the same case july'09 bill is not received and outgoing telephone is disconnect without any advance intimation & no bill has been received. my telephone no. is[protected].

          With deep belief I took BSNL Land line to get Broadband. but plenty of shock and surprise to me. My land line is[protected] under Kalyan Gokhiware Evershine city Cirle . I registered to get Land line in Oct 2009. However after continuous effort line man connected line, I understand, In Address there is mistake about building name. When I registered to get Broad band, no any kind of acknowledgement i got though personally requested for. I wait almost four to five month to get Broadband. When technician connected Broadband he disconnected my private cable internet.Land line dead at least twice in a Month. When complaints, no response, sometime yes stating reason that wires got stolen??.Got message about twice that your landlines is disconnected due to non payment However I paid in time all bills online with receipts. Experienced cross connections twice and now can not get Broad band service as most of time landlines dead. This is not complaint, its request to tell me, what is procedure to disconnect & get deposit money back to rid-off from No-1 Service providers.

            Dear Sir

            I was wrongly billed for the broadband usage on[protected]. I had submitted complaint letters for rectification so that I can pay the actual usage available in the dataone.in . I was told that billing is to be rectified from Pune. Then, what is the duration required to rectify a single bill. Months has passed. No improvement.

            what the hell is this the broadband in dimapur is useless, this is my second day of cennection to bsnlbroad band n am tell all my friends obout its uselessness. come on ur the Govt. cum up with some compettative attitude.there are many private links coming up.
            I am from Kashmir (India). I am not to able see the bill of my EC325 on internet. i am not having any perfect web adress so that i may be able to see the bill of my EC325 at my home with out going to srinagar exchange .

                I did not apply for any comedy portal. I want whatever deductions have been made is to be refunded.

                    Customarily the Landline phone is not functioning from preceding One & Half Month.

SO I REQUEST YOU TO RETURN THE MONEY FOR THE NEW INSTRUMENT WHICH YOUR PERSON / ENGINEER HAD TAKEN BACK AND I REQUEST YOUR DEPARTMENT TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE UNDUE ADVANTAGE.

                              bsnl broadband service(kamakshipalya vijaynagar exchane KHB colony magadi road)
                              BSNL service is the dumbest service i evr seen in my life
                              it has fatal server down evry time when i open my server
                              i will face frequent server down msgs on my screen
                              just imagine a service where my server went down for 6 times when i ended previous line...
                              customer care executives are so rude they wont respond to any quiries (not all but most of)
                              they will just say tht its not our issue visit office
                              ahhh office its other hell to be seen you have to wait minimun 10 mins to hear a word from them

                              Most of the BSNL employees are "KAMCHORS" ... bloody fools don't even attend us if we go to the office neither the customer care number answers ... is there anybody to take action against these "kamchors"..."THE WORST BROADBAND SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED"...

                                Hi,

                                The outgoing calls for my telephone[protected] has been stopped. The reason told that payment due. But, I did pay Rs. 1114 instead of Rs. 557 for Nov-2008 payment via Bangalore telecom district website. The extra amount which I paid is not given back to me. I thought that the same amount will be carry forward to next month bill payment. So, I didn't pay for dec-2008 bill as I already paid the same amount along with Nov-2008 bill payment.

                                Please register a complaint on this.

                                The outgoing is disconnected for telephone no.[protected] for which payment is due / since its the first bill in this house which was recently shifted so still not recieved bill but telephone connection disconnected for non - payment..

                                pls help out for bill or reconnect the line again..
                                Since last two months I am not getting the Phone bill[protected] which I was getting regularly since last 1 year in the same address.For which the payment was late . Despite the payment was made on the basis of duplicate bill up to date the out going call has been barred in my phone.

                                It may be mentioned here that the phone has been provided by my Organisation as my service is an essential service i.e Legal Deptt.and the payment is being made by my organisation as per my entitlement.

                                It is requested to allow out going calls immediately and send my bill in my e-mail ID if possible simultaneously through postal regularly in order to avoid delay payments. For which I shall be thankful.

                                My land line Telephone No.[protected] having Broad Band facility, remained dead from 4/12/08 to 6/1/09 and again from 2/2/09 to 24/3/09 (Complaint docket No.0486 dtd 5/12/08 and 19 dtd 2/2/09 respectively). Written request/application for rental rebate & Broad Band charges for above periods was submitted to Commercial Officer, Yelahanka on 15/4/09, who in turn submitted case to O/O A.M.(North) during May, 09 for implementation. The rental rebate/Broad Band charges case is not yet implemented and reportedly pending with the AM(North), s office.

                                  Deactivation of Caller Tunes.

                                  I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on January 22, 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th February. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted....

                                  there is no connectivity of broadband since 19 feb 09.dial tone is there, but at taskbar it shows limited or no connectivity.

                                  dear customer care executive i am regular user of our connection data one and my user id as follow bli_rita357 from yesterday it am unable to loge in with internet and i am in big problem with out internet connection so kindely immediately solve my problem thanking you.

                                    I have been complaining for not able to receive sms from Vancouver. But I am able to send. I am able to receive when I use AIRTEL, AIRCEL, or others except BSNL.Kindly help me.

                                    BSNL — no sms incoming from Vancouver

                                    Dear Sir
                                    I had complaint many times for not receiving sms from Vancouver. I can send from my BSNL number. [protected]. I can receive sms immediately from vancouver when I use other operator's SIM card.

                                    Why the problem is not solved till date. Who ever I contact could not give me the right technical answer.
