I had bought a usb data card from bsnl kolkata, circus telephone exchange on 5-02 09 .I find it very tough to connect to any website because the speed is very slow.I have verbally complained regarding the this matter.I also request if they can return my money to which they said the services will improve after march 09.Hope my problem gets solved through this complain.

EC-325 data card — low internet speed

dear sir,
i am having data card ec-325 huawei, but more than 10 days i am unable to open yahoo.com, rediffmail.com, gmail.com
site, i resister complain on 27 Th july, but till now no solution found, initially they assure me we willgive a solution with in 96 hrs, but this prblem is as same again they have taken complain and give another request no and told me we will provide me solution after 96 hrs thus i want to know how many 96 hrs will take for solution other wise i will go some where else. internet subscribe no is [protected]

Yes, I am also facing a lot of troubles in surfing with bsnl Data card. Since five month it has never served
continous internet conectivity. Conectivity signal is also low, data trasfer rate is very fluctuating and most of the time it is zero. No official is even ready to hear the problem.

Hey i have brought bsnl-data-card-huawei-ec325 on 1st - july -2009 and the download speed is just 2 to 4 kbps and also browsing speed is very low ... many times most of the websites do not open at all ...

Moreover Its is Circle based thai is Kolkata Circle Dtatacard cant be use in West Bengal(Other than Kolkata) Circle...and Bengal Circle datacards speed is also very fast...Why not In kolkata Circle...

Hi i purchased my Bsnl Data card in December 2008 and for some days i used to get the speed as around 9 Kb/ps and after that its got so slow that i am not even gettting 2 kbps properly.what is the problem with this huawei ec325 how is it so slow and the problem is i have purchased it or else i can just sell this and get a new EVDO which is more better than this.i went to bangalore BSNL offices also and they dont respond properly for DATA cards.its better if they improve the network and the speed or else its a waste.when i had bought the data card it used to go to the ip thats 192.168.1.1 and it used to ask for password and username but after some days it doesnt even go to that page also.speed of this one is disgusting.thanks

sir, I am also facing similar problem with BSNL HUAWEI Ec 325 since may 09.which i purchased from Jammu (J&K) office. How ur probs can get solved by posting ur complaint here. I have got the same probs even. My BSNL data card gives the same probs and i m frd up of it. Feels like BSNL has cheated us. I have mailed to the top officials in BSNL verbally and in writting, but nothing has happened till date. Y r we yielding here, they r not going to listen, afterall they are government employes. I wont be surprised if they ask u for a bribe to solve the probs. Ghoshhhhhhhhhhhhh...

i think this all complaint is dependent on your network area. i am using data card since a year and i get constant speed of 15 kb transfer rate.
I have bought a data card in KOLKATA long ago when data card just arrived here.
my model no is HUAWEI EC 325. I got a surfing speed averaging 10 kbps & download speed is terribly 2-3 kbps!!! sometimes in bytes also!!! I am totally frustrated with the speed of DATA CARD. I need a solution to increase the speed of the data card to access the internet properly.

i bought bsnl data card from delhi sanchar haat. but its very slow some suggestion how i can get high speed through this plz help me.
i am getting speed of approx 100 to 152 kbps but download speed is only 8 kbps and even using u torrent average speed is 2 kbps. if anyone can suggest any thing to improve speed
i had purchased data card of bsnl.i am very sorry to say that they are making fool.it is third class proudct.

LOWER SPEED THEN SPECIFIED AND FREQUENT DISCONNECTION

I had bought a USB EVDO Internet Data Card from BSNL Kamrup Telecom District on[protected] with D/N No. N273111. I find it very tough to connect to any website because the speed is very slow and I have got frequent disconnection problem while working. I have verbally complained regarding this matter. I also request if they can return my money to which they said the services will improve after complaint. Hope my problem gets solved through this complain.

We have purchase one Micromax bsnl data card on 01/07/2010 which model no.MMX310G & IMEI no.[protected] from Minarva Ranjan Pattanaik(agent of bsnl 3G data card Mob.no [protected]). After purchasing we have face the network problem in this set & we have complained mr.pattanaik about this problem but he was not taken it seriously.Then after one week we have complained in bsnl office about this problem they checked & told there was some problem in this set & suggest to replace it through agent.we have again contacted with mr.pattanaik & told this problem.mr.pattanaik checked it & sent it for replacement on 21/08/2010 through the service station of Micromax in bbsr (3s Enterprises, 54 B/c, Ashok Nagar Bhubaneswar Ph:[protected] which Customer Job Card no.444710.Dt.21/08/2010.We have contacted regularly but they have not respond properly & still we have not receive our data card. Please take necessary action for wcich act of your kindness we are remain oblized.

I had purchased the BSNL EVDO card during September 2010 from BSNL Noida in UP and at that time I was told that we can get speed upto 3.1 mbps but I never got the speed above 400 kbps and most of the time the site were not opening or was taking more time. Really sorry for having selected this card. Even no one is bothered to give a prompt response from BSNL. If anybody could provide a solution to this please do so ([protected]@in.com)
i bought Vodafone data card today after a demo but while using my one it gives 1.4 kbps to o bps, although signal is showing excellent. pls help what to do now?
Your problem will never solve because evin bought bsnl data card and not getting enough speed to conect any website..

BSNL HUAWEI DATA CARD — The product is purchased but they showed on rent.

Sir, I had bought the Huwai DATA CARD from BSNL regional office but they said that it is not purchased it is on rent but i bought it with the Bill of Rs.3200/-. Every time when i start to activate the data card they always tell me that it is on rent so you have pay for it , i have shown the bill also but they say go here go this bsnl office so how can i transfer it from rent to purchased mode. Please help for doing this.............

My Data Card is PCMCIA Type and the connection no. is [protected].

The speed of the data card is very slow. It is pathetic to browse any website. The internet speed is abnormally slow and gets disconnected frequently. I am facing this problem for last 10-11 months. I am unable to do any work in internet. Each month, I am paying for monthly rental charge for internet which is a total waste since the speed of the internet is slow.
Request BSNL, Kolkata to kindly take necessary actions to rectify the problem.

      I have purchased BSNL prepaid lifetime card for Rs 49 from Parbhani (MS). Whenever some one calls me on my number ( [protected]) he will get a dial tone but i am not able to receive the call alert. So there is no incoming to my mobile. My mobile handset is working well with other SIM cards.

      BSNL — Not received the topup amount in my mobile balance.

      I have refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile (maharashtra circle) using ICICI online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Top-Up Facility Through Internet Banking and refill of Rs 50 on 20th April 2009 and haven't received any refill as yet. Amount of Rs 50/- already debit to you from my ICICI saving account.

      BSNL Prepaid — Charges for BSNL Tune

      Dear Sir,

      My mobile no. is [protected] and I got a message from BSNL (56700) by SMS to download BSNL tune and I pressed the button for cancellation but unfortunately the BSNL tone was activated and immediately some Rs.10/- was deducted from my prepaid amount. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation, but it is not accepting and the services were not deactivated. I called customer care, they are also not responding properly and there is no body in BSNL to help me. Can any body help me to get rid of this type of consumer exploitation by BSNL? Without the prior approval of the customer why BSNL is deducting some amount, why BSNL is sending these kind of messages continiously?.

      i charged my mobile connection no [protected] on 18th July 2009 with Rs. 230.00 voucher for unlimited internet surfing for one month. it was working smoothly but on 27th july message came from operator to load new settings for gprs, and after installing that settings, now, the surfing charges are being deducted from my account. i lodged my complaint thrice on customer care & talked to the customer care persons more than 10 times but no solution has come out till now.the complaint nos. lodged by me are 1.         Genearlly the srivice from BSNL is not satisfactory.
        The Mobile service (Voice quality) so bad for the past few years I am unbale to complete any of my calls.
        Thinking 3G serivice will be better, I switched to 3G service. The quality continues to be same or worse.
        No one in BSNL bothers about quality of voice calls. They are busy in enrolling new customer only.
        AS soon as the number portabilty is enabled, most customers may shift to other vendors.

            We're a Bsnl Broadband Consumer and our connectivity to internet is very poor and the speed is very slow, Thats some 15Kbps for the promised 2Mbps Speed. We're facing this problem for the past 4 months and inspite of many complaints filed no action has been taken place.I've also attached the proof as a picture.               I've purchased a BSNL prepaid mobile, initially it was on monthly recharging basis then i've purchased the Life time card, after using it for more then 1.3 years, recently it was not working when enquired with BSNL customer care they informed that sim is having problem so have to change it, then approched BSNL office they told us to fill in one form & pay 112 for the new card, after paying the amount & replacing the sim still it was not working for one week in the mean time customer has given many complaint numbers then after one week they informed you should contact the same office from where it was was purchased, when we reached there they informed us that this number is not in use, so you have to take new connection & pay for the new connection .

              please help me in this BSNL customer care is hopeless & nobody is helping properly kindly take this matter & resolve or tell me where to complaint for it

              i purchased a BSNL mobile prepaid power pack sim in december 2008, it worked properly till march 23.From that day onwards i am not recieving the incoming calls & incoming messages.After complainting to customer care center i am getting incoming calls But, i am not getting incoming messages.I make complaint on this on 24th march and the complaint number is 439455.They said that it will be rectified in 24 hours.But it had not happened.And i called customer care center on 26th march they said that the problem is rectified at 1:30pm but till now that is 27th march 1:30pm i am not getting incoming messages and another problem raised that no outgoing messages are going from my mobile from yesteday onwards.

              I am a proud pre-paid owner of BSNL mobile (No.[protected]) since 2003.Today at about 11.09 am I made a call at Rajasthan (BSNL mobile) for 1.10 min. After the call, the call summary was 1.10 min and account balance showed Zero balance. Prior to the call, I had checked regrding the last balance ( Rs.1078.00 ) . I called up on the Customer care several times and listed my problem. I don't know how it happened.I used to make big recharges for my convenience.
              Anyway, the customer care adviced me to wait for rectification of the problem.

When I registered to get Broad band, no any kind of acknowledgement i got though personally requested for. I wait almost four to five month to get Broadband. When technician connected Broadband he disconnected my private cable internet.Land line dead at least twice in a Month. When complaints, no response, sometime yes stating reason that wires got stolen??.Got message about twice that your landlines is disconnected due to non payment However I paid in time all bills online with receipts. Experienced cross connections twice and now can not get Broad band service as most of time landlines dead. This is not complaint, its request to tell me, what is procedure to disconnect & get deposit money back to rid-off from No-1 Service providers.

                                SUB: COMPLAINT REGARDING THE NON DELIVERY OF THE NEW INSTRUMENT FOR THE NEW PHONE NO.22374952 AT THE TIME OF INSTALLING THE NEW CONNECTION AND ALSO THE PHONE IS DEAD FROM THE PAST 25 DAYS. COMPLAINT NO.5903.

                                I AM THE BSNL CUSTOMER FROM THE PAST 20 YEARS AND I HAVE GOT MORE THAN 6 BSNL PHONES. BUT THESE DAYS I FIND LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH BSNL PHONE LINES AND IT SEEMS THAT THE BSNL PEOPLE ARE UNWILLING TO LISTEN OUR COMPLAINTS.

                                REGARDING THE NEW PHONE INSTRUMENT: WHEN THE PERSON WHO HAD COME TO MAKE NEW CONNECTION, HE HAD COME WITH THE NEW INSTRUMENT, BUT TAKING THE UNDUE ADVANTAGE HE HAD TAKEN BACK THE PHONE AND UPON REQUEST WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED VERY SOON. SO I REQUEST YOU TO RETURN THE MONEY FOR THE NEW INSTRUMENT WHICH YOUR PERSON / ENGINEER HAD TAKEN BACK AND I REQUEST YOUR DEPARTMENT TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE UNDUE ADVANTAGE.

                                REGARDING THE PHONE IS DEAD FROM THE PAST 25 DAYS: I MUST HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FOR THE PHONE WHICH IS DEAD FROM THE PAST 25 DAYS. WHEN WE CALLED UP, WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE IS CABLE FAULT. I WANT TO ASK YOUR DEPARTMENT THAT HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE CABLE FAULT TO BE RECTIFIED? IF IT WAS ANY OTHER TELECOM COMPANY, THEY WOULD HAVE RECTIFIED WITH IN 24 HOURS. SO I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE THE IMMEDIATE, SO THAT OUR COMPLAINTS SHOULD NOT BE ON DEAF EARS. I ALSO REQUEST YOU TO WAIVE THE RENT FOR THE TIME BEING TILL THE PHONE LINE IS PUT TO NORMAL.

                                  there is no specification about that how this plan is unlimited with downloading or charchable!!!
                                  then after you use bill is not proper & more big of amount!!!
                                  not any response from customer care center & not any specification about whole information of this plan cahrchable or not(unlimited!!!).
                                  and also i cannot know about my postpaid message counter to know about howmany messages i can use as free.

                                  I want to know about GPRS Plan 199 - Under this plan customer call center people says only browsing is free and downloading charges are separate. So I want to know the downloading is free or it is chargable. Pleas let me tknow.

                                    bsnl broadband service(kamakshipalya vijaynagar exchane KHB colony magadi road)
                                    BSNL service is the dumbest service i evr seen in my life
                                    it has fatal server down evry time when i open my server
                                    i will face frequent server down msgs on my screen
                                    just imagine a service where my server went down for 6 times when i ended previous line...
                                    customer care executives are so rude they wont respond to any quiries (not all but most of)
                                    they will just say tht its not our issue visit office
                                    ahhh office its other hell to be seen you have to wait minimun 10 mins to hear a word from them
                                    most of time it will be "naaleno nadidho banni nodona..."
                                    hectic pls take action regarding this ...

                                      Hi,

                                      The outgoing calls for my telephone[protected] has been stopped. The reason told that payment due. But, I did pay Rs. 1114 instead of Rs. 557 for Nov-2008 payment via Bangalore telecom district website. The extra amount which I paid is not given back to me. I thought that the same amount will be carry forward to next month bill payment. So, I didn't pay for dec-2008 bill as I already paid the same amount along with Nov-2008 bill payment.

                                      Please register a complaint on this.

                                      The outgoing is disconnected for telephone no.[protected] for which payment is due / since its the first bill in this house which was recently shifted so still not recieved bill but telephone connection disconnected for non - payment..

                                      pls help out for bill or reconnect the line again..
                                      Since last two months I am not getting the Phone bill[protected] which I was getting regularly since last 1 year in the same address.For which the payment was late . Despite the payment was made on the basis of duplicate bill up to date the out going call has been barred in my phone.

                                      It may be mentioned here that the phone has been provided by my Organisation as my service is an essential service i.e Legal Deptt.and the payment is being made by my organisation as per my entitlement.

                                      It is requested to allow out going calls immediately and send my bill in my e-mail ID if possible simultaneously through postal regularly in order to avoid delay payments. For which I shall be thankful.

                                      My land line Telephone No.[protected] having Broad Band facility, remained dead from 4/12/08 to 6/1/09 and again from 2/2/09 to 24/3/09 (Complaint docket No.0486 dtd 5/12/08 and 19 dtd 2/2/09 respectively). Written request/application for rental rebate & Broad Band charges for above periods was submitted to Commercial Officer, Yelahanka on 15/4/09, who in turn submitted case to O/O A.M.(North) during May, 09 for implementation. The rental rebate/Broad Band charges case is not yet implemented and reportedly pending with the AM(North), s office.
