samsung s7330 on connect on pcsuite

sir, i have a postpaid connection of bsnl in which i have activated gprs 199 plan. i have purchased a new samsung s7330 phone, when i connected it to pc through pc suite and want to make netework connection i have not shown bsnl as a service provider list. so i can not use it as a modem, when i complaint it to the bsnl they told me to install it to on windows XP, when i installed it to windows xp it doesn't work. please solve this issue....

Outgoing calls barred even after advance payment

I have been a bsnl landline customer for many years without defaulting ever. In the month of November, 2008 we had taken up a broadband scheme after paying a lump sum amount of 5618/- for an year. The broadband plan was 500(C) wherein it would ensure no rent for an year and 175 calls per month were to be provided free of cost under the plan. My Land line Number is 28193546. Due to innumerable problems faced by us in BB of BSNL, we have switched over to Air Tel BB in November 2008. BSNL-Jalgaon-bad coverage

R/sir,

My office is situated beside Rly. Station, Jalgaon (Gold city) in Maharashtra, the BSNL inside coverage is very bad since from begining, In June 2008, BSNL have installed micro B.T.S. at our premises, but from 2 months, it is closed due to some their internal problems, I request the senior officers to look in the matter, since BSNL is loosing their valued customers.

Online Bill payment for landline

I had paid my BSNL landline bill for the current month through net banking from ICICI Bank provided through bsnl portal. But BSNL is yet to honour my payment though they have deducted the amount from my bank account. I paid the bill on 11th march. When I complained to 1500 they are giving me a head ache. I am a resident of North Kolkata and a subscriber of BSNL Landline and Broadband under the Arabindo Setu (2356) exchange which is under the jurisdiction of Manicktala exchange.

No one attending my complaint

This is my worst experience at bsnl. 3 months before i have got new bsnl landline connection. I am residing in HSRLayout, Bangalore.They didnt send my first bill but they disconnected my telephone connection . After big fight and collected the duplicate bill and paid by bill to get the reconnection.
And For the past 3 weeks i am not receiving incoming calls to my landline.

sent and received bytes

Dear sir,
On simply connecting broadband, sent and received bytes keep on increasing by itself till any value and the rate of increase is about 150 bytes/sec without using any internet services.

Similar incident was taking place at one of our neighbours. Finally they disconnected broadband services permanently. Please suggest what to do.

Not getting the desired speed in Bsnl Broadband

Hi.i am from bangalore.from 2 weeks i am experiencing very low internet speed.My BSNL broadband plan is 500C. I called up at call center and told about my problem but they are not giving any responses. I am getting the download speed of just 50Kb/s which is much less then 500C people should get. Means speed will vary between 250 to 280Kb/s.

Delay in getting connection

It took more than 6 months for a BSNL phone connection to get to my home after applying for a broadband connection. After I got the phone connection, I was told that it would take only a weeks time to get the broadband. It has been about 2 months now!! Till date there has been no communication from BSNL's end about what has been done about my Broadband connection.

Whom do I contact in this case? Whom do I escalate this...

unnecessarry introduction of Music station

my no[protected] has been charged without my request ----as "music station" charges
formerly this was done by bsnl for "radio"
is it the hidden agenda of the particular service provder to kick out subscibers from using bsnl...horrible ...these bsnl supporting private service providers are really cheating customers..
Bsnl has to rise according to occation...

poor performance

i've been trying to get my internet/broadband restored(i kept it disconnected for three months as i was going out of country).after almost two weeks of strugle they gave the connection but since then; more than month I've been facing a very poor, faulty and ineffective connectivity. It gets disconnected every other minute, some time it lasts for max. 5/10 mins....

I activate bsnl tune in my prepaid mobile [protected] but on dated 28/2/09, 01/03/09 and 09/03/09 (three times) deducted @ 30/ total Rs 90/- deducted.pl.deactivate bsnl tune from my mobile....

Gurgling sounds or hiss with signal noise

My landline number is[protected] with the BSNL. From the past 10 days, my phone is not wokring well. I am able to get ring tones on all calls, but after lifting the phone from the cradle, I am getting gurgling sounds and hissing noise. I am not able to hear anything from the calling party. I made complaints thrice to the BSNL office in Visakhapatnam. But nobody attended our house till today, that is, on 10-3-09. Kindly take necessary action...

2000 SMS

Dear friends,
In Students Suvidh Scheme, BSNL gives 2000 free SMS. This may be to attract students more. But nobody is thinking about the mis use and spoiling of students carreer. 2000 SMS means around 66 SMS per day. If we calculate the time spend for creating and sending these many SMSs', that student has to spend around 330 minutes (5 minutes are calculated for creating & sending each message). So total 5and a half hours....
