Sub : Restoration of BSNL BroadBand and BSNL Telephone Line[protected]

Respected Sir/Madam,
I (Apharnashri Srikanth) a subscriber of BSNL phone from Bangalore - Phone number[protected]. I understand that my telephone line and Broadband connection has been disconnected. As I am out of the country, I would want to retain the landline as well the brandband with the bearest minimum of net hours available. So kindly restore the same asap. Kindly consider this letter as a personal one and would request you to take action on this as soon as possible.

i have activated gprs on 1 feb 2009 on my handset n tried to test it. i have surfed for 10 mins after that n have just opened yahoo mail site to see my account n also orkut site to see if i got any new scrap.
when i have disconnected it i saw that my balance from 1270rs was reduced to 1014 rs just for 10 min browsing where i have not downloaded anything.
the charges was 5paisa per 10 kb. when i called customer care they put my call on hold for 2-3 times n after that they registered my complaint at 1:17 pm...later i daily called them asking why they have deducted my money n they didn't resolve it. on 4th of feb at 9:21 pm i recieved a sms telling my docket no. 2852724 has been resolved. after that also i din't got my money back.
askiing for reason they say its for gprs n when i talked saying that i haven't utilised that much kb's so charge me 256 rs approx. they didn't answer n now i m calling they put my call on hold saying we r transfering to our seniors...my complaint according to them is solved but they r neiither refunding my money nor answering on what bases they have deduced my 256 rs. for ten min simple surfing...

i have a bsnl landline phone no.[protected], the problem is on 07/02/2009 we received our l bill of Rs/ 3334, bill no-T[protected], our consumer no-[protected], normally we had bill for 810 to 840 but when such amount of bill came i asked for call details, ...

My profile is being updated to H500C plan on 2 jan which i had seen on my profile, so i make unlimited download from 02:00 to 08:00 but its was actually been updated to 7 jan .. so that i make 6000mb downlods which was TOO much...as told by the officers that its was bangalore servers problem this is clearly not my fault .. plz look into this matter...

I am K.K Nigam from Kanpur PhNo is 2534972. I have taken a new BSNL broadband internet connection in last month but still facing alot's of issue but from last 2 weeks it's not working so i am facing problem everytime my phone line dead and my internet is not working. I talked with bs BSNL guy but no body respond.what's problem going on i don't know. i have given a complaint and personally visited many times but still these non-technical bsnl guys are unable to resolve my issue.

Please Help me if anybody know.

hey friends and new broadband users-if you are planning to get a new broadband connection and receving the connection any way in between a month ie after 05 of that month beware.


The billing is strange they will squeeze you and get a whole sum amount from you. you will be charged proportionate of your land line connection and broadband connection, ...then usage is also proportionate you cannot use as per your plan charge for that first month..if you the whole down loadable limit of your plan then...ur fallen in the mouse trap... after there strange calculation o[censored]sage for that month the rest you used will be billed extra and end up in a very big billl. so mind blowing.

example in our home i got a combo 500 c plan...i applied months back but they were kind enough to give a connection after 5 months .(my sister was pregnant 7 months when we applied for connection, we got connection after her delivery, it was for her to chat with her husband during that period, but got connection after her delivery ) on 12 of a month we got new connection...500 c home with a download limit of 1.5gb...so what we brothers done we used the whole 1.3 GB according to the plan.to our next month a huge bill of 500 (advance collection of one month bill)+250 (installation charge ..even though modem was ours, not from bsnl)+370 (broadband charge for that rest of the days after 12th of that month ..they calculated proportional instead of 500 plan charge for a month) + additional broadband usage or 700 rs (my usage they calculate as 700 MB for that month which i thought was of 1.5 GB as per my 500 combo plan so the rest 700 MB they billed as extra usage so 700 clean in bsnl big dads pocket+ phone rental of 90 rs + phone usage of 120 rs (there is 150 free calls in 500 combo plan) so everything came to be a huge total of (250+370+700+90+120) +* 12.33 % tax on this amount + 500(deposit) =2290 rs for that month which i expected to be 500 rs as per my 500 combo connection ie four times more ...so beware of taking a connection before 5 th of any month .



Many of you had this type accidents i know so i put this for the others to be cautioned BSNL is highly Commercial..like a private company ...Airtel, Tata, Ashianet are not really bad i realize now

I think this is the BSNL which is india's no 1 Telecom leader but the leaders in BSNL are not really leaders. They are not really working what they have to do in the sack of customers interest.
From Sept 27th 2008 I have been waiting for a land line connection and also I had moved here and there in BSNL office (Indiranagar Main Office)more than 4 times and called up many times but no response.

What is this? If BSNL is not interest to offer good service to customer then BSNL should tell this at the begining means during of the applying time. After visiting BSNL office 5-6 times I got WLL set (Phone no[protected] last month that is 27th January but still now I am waiting for instalation of WLL. I had called up BSNL office many times and got the response that today they are going to install it. And for last 4 days when I have been trying to call that same number[protected], I am getting response that it is a wrong number and this is not BSNL office.

Last week I had also written 2 grievances to Office of the Principal General Manager, BangaloreTelecom District, Telephone House, Raj Bhavan Road, Bangalore-1.through online but no result.

My connection has been fixed by your technitian yesterday. It has been found that my phone has become unusable as long as there is power provided to the modem (type 2) installed yesterday. Though broadband function is ok the phone must remain free. But this has not happened.

Sir, I booked a BSNL land line connection at DLF qutub enclave Q4/1 on
20/07/89 vide demand note no.P 12/09532/grg.for Rs.800 and I
surrendered all my original documents at your office on 19/06/2008.for
refund of my Rs.800. and a copy of these documents also sent to Sh. Om
Prakash Ji at Gurgaon BSNL Office. After a call received by u to me in the
month of September and assured me for the refund, Now I want to know
the status of my grievance.Recently I received a call from your office
by tele.no.2060650 but all efforts are useless. So I request u to look
into the matter as early as possible.

I am being harassed by 55888. Without my consent they are deducting Rs 20/month for astrology service. This is being done for last 4 months. I twice lodged the complaint against it at BSNL office, Bokaro Steel City but still they are deducting the money and sending sms at odd hours. I tried to take help from customer care of bsnl but even they were not effective. I am so annoyed and feeling helpless by this that i am thinking of discarding the BSNL sim itself. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

I had sent a request - "GPRSPRE" to 53733 as per instrcutions on the BSNL site on 22/1/2009. I got a receipt msg asking me to wait for confirmation msg. It didn't come till today - 06 Feb 2009. I called up the customer service [protected] and told them about my problem. They asked me to send the GPRSPRE msg again. I did that and this time, I didnt get the recipt msg either, eventhough, the SMS was sent....

I have a BSNL land line in Lucknow bearing phone number[protected] which is dead for almost a month now, I have registered my complaint 02 times last time I lodged my complaint on 198 and I got the complaint number M1510, BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TILL DATE the phone is still not working.

Please note that my Tel No.[protected] is dead since yesterday. This problem occured in last month also.

Sir,
I had applied for a new Bband Combo 299 connection on 3.1.09 .After great pursuance a landline connection was made nearly 2weeks later.the modem connection for Bband was made subsequently after1week.But even after my almost daily pursuance it could not be activated till date.always I am told that there is some code/password problem from Bangalore.
I request you to please look into the matter so my Bband connection is made at an early date.
