International sms

Hello Sir,

I have been facing issue with international sms. My number is[protected]

Initially, i could send international sms, but not receive any international sms.

After registering complaint and no satisfactory solution, now, i can neither send nor receive any international sms.

As per the bsnl, mere refreshing the message centre number in the message settings is the solution.br...

No connection at night time

Sir,
I don't know why the BSNL exchange people simply took more than 20 days to solve the problem. My broadband is not working from evening 6 to morning 7. The DSL blinks through out night time. My complaint no. 622655. The BSNL people says that my modem is fault now, but I checked with 3 other modems with my line, the same problem occurs. But the BSNL modem works fine through out a day & night. Now they force me to buy...

I have tried to topup/rechatge my BSNL prepaid mobile[protected] from internet banking of ICICI bank. I wanted to top up my mobile as I have validity upto July 2009. I recharged with voucher of Rs.112 and the amount had been deducted from my account but I got only Rs. 30 in my account. The Detail of transaction is as follows:

usage checking in 500 plan

I am not able to check my usage even though i enter my portal id and password in the usage checking portal


i called the bsnl guys...they say its ok here...but i cant ...when i tell them to see my usage and tell me...they say they cant do it

thats it...its really irritating..when u wont get the service u were promised...

No Service from next day on installation

We Subscribe BSNL IP TV service on 24/01/2009 and we paid Rs 999/- for this.
On 28/01/2009 19:00 BSNL Installed IP TV setup at our home now this time we paid Rs 380/- for cable wire (Rs 20/- per meter for 18 meter cable) and connector (Rs 20/- two connector) and they don't give receipt this time.
After installing this IP TV its works fine only for 4 to 5 hrs that's it. Next day 29/01/2009 when we start our TV this...

Not surrender of my tele 2518448

I have given application on dt 27.12.08 at Panigate office for permanently clouser of my tele, 2518448, but on dtd 31, 1.09 your office had not close my telephone. Your office said you have free WLL instrument surender but I have no any other WLL instrument. You are requested to close my telephone immediately. I am not liable any bill from 27.12.2008....

I am use bsnl broadband from last four month.
First my plan 250, Next time i changed it and take 500c+ . For this i give a application to it .
But when my bill com, i check that my bill come with 750 plan (unlimited plan)

I pay extra 199 rs amout .
So Please tell me solution about this.

unauthorised cut of a/c balance

I am using bsnl prepaid connectin with this no.[protected]. for the
last two months my balance was cut by Rs. 60 monthly so complaint about this in customer care. compaint no. is RA2301563 & IA0517177. but problem continues till today no messages from company about this.

Account usage site not available

My landline number is 22495035 coming under Pammal Exchange, Chennai. Account usage site is not available to-day. To-day is 29.1.09, only two days are left for the consumption of allowable limit.When the site is not available for the consumers to plan their usage, it is highly regrettable to note the pitiable condition under which the site is maintained by the biggest ervice provider.I wonder why the authorities are keeping quite to allow...

non-receipt of internet bills

I am not getting internet bills from the date of connection -from Sept. 08. After disconnection without sending bill, I made payment of 1st bill by inquiring at tel exch Anekal. 2nd bill I downloaded and paid it. In between I made this type of complaints at each occasion. There was a mail replay stating billing fault was rectified. But I am not getting bills even for this month.

Why Is BSNL so much careless towards its Customers?...
