Dear BSNL Group,
I am a residence of thakurganj and i am getting improper service from BSNL . Firstly before i had activated a caller tune. My money was cut but till now i did not receive my Caller tune.
Secondly I had purchased a prepaid service of bsnl.My service was till 7th february 2009 i reacharges it on the 9th of a top up of Rs.225 it was a lifetime sim.I got a days validity.Now neither can i call nor can i receive...

sir i set bsnl tune on my cell, previous month, i want to stop the tune it is not been done, please stop it....

I have a BSNL land line connection with Bradband facility in Batlagundu, My No is 04543 – 265676.Today I received the bill for the month of January 09.Immediately after getting the bill I was shocked, because they made a claim Rs.1664/- for purchase of Modam.In my application itself I clearly note that I have my own instrument. Fact is like so, I don’t know how they send the bill like this manner....

sir, my telephone, connection,[protected], is, outoforder, for few days, complaint was, lodged with bsnloffice, at, farrukhabad, u.p.personal contacts nd visits, have not yielded any fruitful results.kindly do the needful in the matter....

I have applied BSNL Broadband+Newline connection on 3rd Jan 2009 in BSNL Mela. At the time I have been assured of providing servive with in 10 to 15 days. Till today (since 40 days) I have not received telephpne line. If I personally or telephonically contact them they will give a standard answer 'It will be done tomorrow'. Govt. department are most useless. I dont know where to complaint?...

If you call in working hours no one will pick the phone are u will get the voice message - subscriober is busy at the moment please call after some time for past one month - i think BSNL employes works through the phone :-)

Right from day one, I have been having problems with their connection.
I was informed that I would be charged a montly rental for the modem however I was charged the entire price for the modem in the month of December 2008 which I have paid on the due date.

Inspite of docketting, about 2 weejs have been passed, nothing is done to repair the dead line of my telephone no 25739660..A scope for docketting through internet may be helpful to all, when telephone is dead and arrangement for docketting throuh telephone is there....

Iam U.P Gorakhpur after a long struggle a BSNL Land Line with Broad Band Connection was installed, but after four days of functioning from the very begning og this year i.e. from 1st January till date it is lying dead. Though in this connection several direct complaint and approches have been made but all in vain.

My BSNL landline phone[protected] has not been working since 5th February 2009. No dial tone is heard when I pick up the receiver to make a call. I live in Marathahalli and many of my neighbours are experiencing the same problem frequently. i have activated gprs on 1 feb 2009 on my handset n tried to test it. i have surfed for 10 mins after that n have just opened yahoo mail site to see my account n also orkut site to see if i got any new scrap.
when i have disconnected it i saw that my balance from 1270rs was reduced to 1014 rs just for 10 min browsing where i have not downloaded anything.
the charges was 5paisa per 10 kb. when i called customer care they put...

My profile is being updated to H500C plan on 2 jan which i had seen on my profile, so i make unlimited download from 02:00 to 08:00 but its was actually been updated to 7 jan .. so that i make 6000mb downlods which was TOO much...as told by the officers that its was bangalore servers problem this is clearly not my fault .. plz look into this matter...

I am K.K Nigam from Kanpur PhNo is 2534972. I have taken a new BSNL broadband internet connection in last month but still facing alot's of issue but from last 2 weeks it's not working so i am facing problem everytime my phone line dead and my internet is not working. I talked with bs BSNL guy but no body respond.what's problem going on i don't know. i have given a complaint and personally visited many times...

hey friends and new broadband users-if you are planning to get a new broadband connection and receving the connection any way in between a month ie after 05 of that month beware.


The billing is strange they will squeeze you and get a whole sum amount from you. you will be charged proportionate of your land line connection and broadband connection, ...then usage is also proportionate you cannot use as per your plan charge...
