This is regarding our land line no[protected] is not functioning since quite long time. When contacted line man Bharat Saxena he is not ready to look into it.
He also challenged that he will not let our phone work.

If you check with other nos in our village most of them are not in working condition.
Please look into this matter.

    Dear Sir,
    My telephone number is 2611255 and i am from bhagalpur. I had a broadband connection of plan HOME 5oo in the april 2008, last year. but in may i turned it to UL 900 PLAN. but due to the laziness of working and some communication problem n the bsnl office, it was never done. We have the correct papers of changing of the broadband bill. Now after 10 months they have sent a bill of 125000 Rs, which is false.

    iF MY BILL IS REVISED FROM THE LAST YEAR MAY WITH HOME 900 UL, the bill will be very low, but the authorities are not doing so.
    Please suggest me what should i do.

    Respected Sir,

    it is second time that me have facing the same bad experience from bsnl.At first time they have took my complaint very seriously and the second time not . The problem is that me using the home combo plan 500 till March 09.Later that me changed into home 250.Butfor the march 09 bill they have added two five hundreds . It is clearly we can got from the detailed bill.So please make sure the mistake that you have made.
    I am getting broadband bill since Sept. '08 together with my WLL telephone bill which i have not taken, pl reverse the same and correct bill. My consumer no. is 707420 and Telephone no.[protected]. I again inform u that I have not taken broadband connection .

      The complaint number 2359150 provided on the just dial site is incorrect. I must say the customer care facility is very bad at BSNL, Upon contacting the response from the lady was too very bad and not ready to communicate and without providing information the phone was banged

      service of bsnl customer care is very poor. recently rs. 30/- was wrongly deducted from my kolkata-99 plan. i contacted with customer care executives several times and they have given me a docket no. 3666439 dated 15/3/09. it seems that customer care executives have no knowledge at all and they dont forward any problem received from the customer in time. till date i have not received my deducted amount. now they dont want to take my call and most of the time they cant give any satisfactory answer and disconnect the call. i am fade up about it.we r suffering a lot. try to return the balance as early as possible.

      The service is very poor. I have asked for shifting . It has not happened over 5 days.I have internal wiring in my house . A line man visited and left saying the lines are not ok. The flat is just two years old and the earlier tenent shifted only two weeks back.
      They are also arrogant.

        When I login to BSNL portal (http://portal.bsnl.in/) and view outstanding bill for registered postpaid cellone connection and try to pay bill online, the site does not redirect me to a proper page and asking frequently to login again with the remark that my session has been expired. I think it should display list of banks with an option to make payment but it just does not display anything useful or displays an error sometime. Since atleast 04 days the Home page of BSNL is not displaying wtih the remark of CANNOT FIND SERVER. Please look at matter and oblige.

          Hi,

          My first bill of Rs 1874/- (which I personally collected from Whitefield department) includes a charge of Rs 624/- with respect to Modem charge. However I had opted for “Own Modem” while applying for the connection and this also is reflecting in the receipt, given at the time of receiving the payment for connection.

          I have made several complaints through Customer care and account desk, but all of them have gone in vain. They have promised to reverse the same in the next bill. However its been 4 months now and nothing has been done.

          Also mailed to [protected]@sancharnet.in but that also bounced back saying invalid recipient.

          This is really frustrating and disgusting. Please address the issue ASAP.

            I am subscriber of your BSNL since 2006, these days I am getting cross connected with threatening calls from the cross connected people. I would like to know whether anyone can tap or conference with my mobile number without my permission by any of the BSNL employee.

            BSNL EXCEL PREPAID SERVICE — A complaint informing of being cheated by BSNL Service provider

            Sir,
            Most amazingly and regretfully I a BSNL Excel prepaid customer with phone no. [protected] would like to inform you that I have been sent an sms from BSNL informing that Rs.20/- has been deducted from the remaining balance, being forty paise only where there should be no provision for call or sending sms to any one else. So the consummate balance stands however Rs-19.60 only. Following this incident I called BSNL`s customer care section in no time and came to know that an account for caller tune has been laid open from where the charges are deducted on monthly basis I copied
            a caller tune by pressing * (star) button as the scheme was given by BSNL service section a few months ago. During that period of time that facility was not activated in my cell phone but they deducted the charge for the month. By that time I made contact with customer care and promised of its immediate activation. But they didn’t do so. Now the sms which I am getting, informing me on several occasion of the fact that the caller tune validity would be expired tomorrow and urging me for renewal of caller tune for the next month.

            Since the caller tune has not been activated despite its charge has been deducted it would be beyond question as to why should I go for renewal. So I did not do anything for renewal.
            Under such circumstances, it is quite evident that I have been completely duped from time to time by BSNL `s Excel Pre paid service .I am therefore looking forward to your justice done to me finding no other alternative even after having discussion with the service provider in order to feel relieved. Please also ensure that none like me should cheated in the likewise manner as I have been.

            Really, BSNL is cheating its consumers as a service provider.I used to receive unsolicited recorded calls from different numbers.Even, when I disconnect these calls, I am treated as a subscriber to one type of package or the other and a specific amount of talk time is deducted from my balance.
            Despite my best efforts, one subscription service or the other is being imposed on me and substantial amount is deducted from my balance.I feel there is no alternative left to either discontinue BSNL connection or to go to the Consumer forum.
            I have the same type of experience in the past from AIR-Tel.

              There are always huge problems with BSNL Ghaziabad.
              Bill generated on 1st of every month is still not recieved on 17th.

              If I try to see online duplicate bill on: http://www.upw.bsnl.co.in/ghaziabad/

              Then most of the time their website is down, else it displays that No Duplicate bill available.

              BSNL do not understand that they are legally bound to provide monthly bills to customer.

              But thus sarkari company think that they are doing charity.

              Please advice how to see my bill.

              I had a WLL connection No. 2909319 at my residence at H. No. 141, Gyan Khand-III, Indirapuram. I gave an application for getting a land line connection in liu of this WLL connection. Thankfully after lot of written and verbal communication, land line connection No. 2607379 has been started. However, despite of my mentioning of disconnecting the WLL connection No. 2909319 in my original application while giving me the regular land line connection, my WLL has still not been disconnected despite of repeated written as well as verbal request.

              I had also brought this matter to the notice tyhrough this website. Nothing has been done so far for disconnectiong the WLL connection No. 2909319.

              I hope this time it would work and finally WLL connection No. 2909319 will be disconnected.

I'm residing at Ghaziabad & using BSNL Broad BAND Facility.The Concern isthat Internet Charges are no where mentioned with details. they just charge Amount against DEBIT ref. BSNL Should Provide Following Facility asap :
              Clearly Breakup of services & Charges in the Bill Detail.
              Should Mentioned at what rate they are charging VAT.
              On Line Bill Payment Facility,
              Online Duplicate Bill for Previous Months/Year .
              Hope if BSNL is able to provide these Services, then this will attract more n more coustomers.

              I fully agree with the complainant. There is hell lot of problem with BSNL Ghaziabad. My telephone 2606236 is also frequently going out of order. No body cares for the complaint. It appears that there is anarchy in the BSNL. Whether any body is answerable in the BSNL Who will take the responsibility. I even do not receive the bill on time. Every time I have to run to BSNL office for the bill. How long it will continue.

Nagar, UP informing that i am having landline phone is 2673845 and the same is not working from last four days and due to this I am having lot of problems. I am also to inform that my said telephone number is always out of order for which I have made complaint so many times in our Hero Motor Exchance and yout site lineman has attended the complaint but my said telephone has again and again not working after a period one or two days.

              In this regard you are therefore requested to kindly look into this matter and suitable advice to site engineer for attending necessary complaint so that my telephone may run smoothly.

              In addition to above I am regratted to inform that if in case my said telephone will not run smoothly in future I have no option to surrender the telephone and cancel the connection immedialy.

              This may be taken on Top Priority as I have facing lot of problem due to non- availablity of connection in existance.

              Dear Sir,
              Refer my earlier complaints reg. my WLL Phone No.[protected]. We have never received bill from your office.I had to collect duplicate bill from your office personally or through I/Net. But July/Aug 09 bills are not getting from your offices or thru I/Net. On contacting Kaushambi/Indirapuram offices
              SDEs told that they are helpless in this regard as server has been shifted to Chandigargh and they are not able to tell even amount of my phone.Sir, it is my official phone and getting payments from office.
              2. UPS of my phone is also U/S for the last appx one year. Back up sys o[censored]PS is not working.Your office Kaushambi/ Indirapuram SDEs told that no spare working with Back-Up facility UPS are not available. As you know the power position in GZB area is worst hence when there is no power this phone does not work.

              It has been very difficult to generate on-line duplicate bill of the BSNL telephone. The regular bill sent through DAK or otherwise is very erratic and opftenly not receive4d.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                My phone number is[protected]. It is subscribed in the name of ADP Private Limited, Residence of Vipul Agrawal. Flat # 201, Shibas Manison, 10-3-70, 15, Teachers Colony, East Marredpally, Secunderabad. I have the Rs. 999/- unlimited plan.

                The Broadband gets disconnected many times in a day. Apart from the irregular day time disconnections, every night it is disconnected at about 11:30 PM and then might be getting connected during the night some time.

                I have been complaining about this for almost a year now. The complaints are generally closed without the problem getting resolved. Also, if we talk about the Broadband issue the personnel from BSNL would come and insist that there is a problem in our phone and then we have to tell them that the problem is not in the phone but in Broadband, that is the time the complaint gets closed.

                BSNL/Broadband — HIgh Billing and disconnection there after

                My Broadband bill for a month has been generated as 3000 rupees. During the period mentioned I was not in town and I did not use broadband. On asking for details no response is recieved.

                Broadband was disconnected without any intimation.

                  1. it is stated that in nov 06, I had Taken a postpaid sim with no. [protected] from Dealer Nisar, Dangiwacha (Rafiabad).In jan 07, I had lost the sim and mobile and a FIR for the same was made at dangiwacha police station and a copy was sent to bsnl office, sopore and bahu plaza, jammu.

                  2. since last 15 months, no action has been taken by BSNL to block the sim from generating monthly bills.however outgoing and incoming had been debarred from feb07 onwards.

                  3. I kindly request you if you could send me the bill for all outgoing calls from that no. I ll pay the same to you and whatever minimum you can charge as since last 15 months, monthly rentals are coming on that number.

                  4. Do reply back the details to me at the earliest and let me know if you could help me in this regard.

                    Online cellone bill payment through portal

                    My telephone no. is [protected]. I have paid online the cellone bill for Jan 2009 thorugh BSNL portal. After successful deduction of money from bank, the web page could not redirect me to the proper page of the portal. Also it is not showing the payment status.                     i would suggest you that if you have not get your iptv till now then its very good because i faced similar problem for one and a half month and thereafter its not working at all.
                    No on is trying to correct the fault.
                    So i would suggest you to not get it otherwise you will suffer a lot just like me.
                    Past 10 days complaint was made for not receiving by iptv . The message comes always "Can't connect to server". BSNL says their side is ok as well as net connection is ok. IPTV says there is a connection problem. No one take this problem seriously from both side.

                      I am using BSNL EXCEL ANANT LIFE TIME PREPAID. Normally after every six months, we need to recharge the card for min Rs.56. But this time I forget to recharge. Hence both incoming and outgoing calls has been disconnected.For that i approched Bsnl call center to reactivate my sim. They suggested me to buy Rs.225 bsnl excel anant reconnection coupon and then it will work as usual. I followed the same, i brought that reconnection coupon and i tried to activate the sim.                         I had made online billpayment to BSNL Gujarat cirle through their portal for the month of Dec.2008 for Rs.1778/- three times as the payment was not sucessful on two occasins. However my account has been debited Rs.1778/- for three times i.e Rs.5334/- though it should have been only Rs.1778/-.
                        Now I have recieved new bill for the month of Jan 2009 where the excess amount paid i.e.Rs.3556/- is not credited. This payment was made by ICICI Bank through INDIAIDEAS.COM. On enquiry from the bank it was clarified that payemnt has been done Rs.5334/- to BSNL Gujarat Circle.
                        Requested to take up the matter and reverse the excess payment made for Rs.3556/- to my a/c.or adjusted in Jan 2009 bill.

                        The bsnl gujarat site, after completing the process of payment a message is displayed saying that the payment is unsuccessful .. we try again not once but thrice .. again the same message. These trials led to successful payments to bsnl - via credit cards - without our knowledge. infact if the payment is already successful, any repeated payment efforts should not be entertained at all. I have paid the amount not once but five times. The last one was the one where the message of successful payment was displayed .. that too with delayed charges. I would like bsnl gujarat to address the grievances by crediting the excess amount debited by my bank Union Bank Of India - vesu branch, surat to my account.

                          In some of the BSNL Prepaid sim cards, account balance and last call charge are coming as a message alert just after the call. In my mobile this does not happen. Since it is a useful feature I would like to enable the same in my mobile. One of the customer support employee at BSNL said that this facility will available only for few series of mobile numbers. I don't think this is not genuine answer. Please advice how I can make available this feature in my mobile.

                            i am using BSNL broadband internet using wifi modem on plan Home500C+ which has free net usage between 0200hrs and 0800hrs.Phone no: [protected]. Last month i got a bill of Rs 3500. Most of my net usage was during the free hours.On verifying at the usage details account portal of BSNL, i could find that a portion of my free download was also metered as chargable. It is clearly shown in the website that on many occassions, usages upto about 0230am are charged. On approaching BSNL customer service office, i was told that this occurred since i was continuosly browsing before the free hours started. and that i should have switched of the modem and restarted after 0200am. BUT this explanation sounds foolish as BSNL has nowhere told about this before. If this is the case, then BSNL is making undue profit by decieving customers like me. Can anything be done to reslove my issue? kindly help.

                                  i am using a internet connection from BSNL in my personal computer at my home.but since from some last 5 to 6 day i could not opened my company site for weekly reporting and my calings are facing the same problems at rajkot and i am in baroda.my company site name is http://mail.molekuleindia.com.
                                  when we went to another places like cyber cafe from that place we have opened our company site and made reporting to my company.so this problem we are facing only at our home with our personal computer connection with BSNL broad band.so i am kindly requsting you for take some action on my compalain.

                                    I am Anil Saini and I belong to Yamuna Nagar in Haryana.My Mobile No. is [protected]. On 11th April without any cause I was lost Rs50/- from my Mobile & I also registered my complain on customer care on 13th April. But till now I do not get any information about my complain. I was too much worried about your poor service.

                                    Hello,
                                    4 months ago, I got BSNL Broadband connection. Till now i am receiving problem like disconnections simultaneously, sometimes loss of dial-tone and loss of link twice a week. Everytime the BSNL line person demands Rs.50/- for the service charge. I gave many complaints to the officers, but till now i didn't get any response. This becomes a stupid thing, but I pay the line person because i am doing online web designs . So, i need the connection without any disturbances.

                                    Any one give me the solution for the problem. Thanks in advance...

                                    respected sir my broadband connection regularly from connection loss problem
                                    please look at it ,,,,, b'coz after every 2-3 min the connection is lost and i have to again login every now and then....
                                    This is a sincere complaint abt the huge amount of internet bill i received for the month of june 2010, almost gross amount of RS 5248, i had a 250 plan, changed it to 750 unlimited offer, still i cant get to understand hw do i get such a bill and if at all i need to check my internet usage, the sites are forbidden, no-one of the links given by BSNL works.
                                    The service isnt dat good too in terms of connection, downloading or even uploading ...keeps disconnecting...and in return we receive huge bills for no proper service
                                    some stern action has to be taken in this matter, for people who suffer with huge bills.
                                    want people to gather up and raise their voice to demand for proper billing and service providers online, instead of just making up huge bill with taxes added to it and other miscellanoues service charges and deposit amount taken.
                                    so people who have faced similar problems, do join hands and post ur comments .

                                      DOUBLE PAYMENT OF Bill No - [protected] IN JAN 2009 FOR DEC 2008 BILL
                                      CONSUMER NUMBER [protected] : TELE Number 25816095


                                      Sir,

                                      I have registered my self for payments of my telephone number 25816095 through credit card payment service of Citi Bank, Pune.

                                      My consumer number is [protected].

                                      I had made a payment of Rs 2050/- on 23 Jan 2009 for the payment of Dec 2008 bill number [protected] through my direct debit service through Credit Card of Citi Bank.

                                      But as till 28th Jan 09 the payment was not reflected, I made another payment on 28th Jan 09 by cash in Khadki Post Office fearing that my connection will be disconnected and I was told in case of double payment it will be adjusted in next bill.

                                      I have checked from my Citi Bank and they have confirmed me that a payment by Credit Card for an amount of Rs 2050/- was made by them on 23rd Jan 09 to BSNL Pune but when I received the bill for the month of Jan 2009 in Feb 09 which was generated on 8th Feb 09, I found that the double amount paid by me ( Rs 2050/- twice in Jan 09 ) once through Credit Card debit by Citi Bank and second time in cash by me has not been adjusted.

                                      Kindly after checking your records please confirm me if BSNL has received this double payment or not and if has received it twice then adjust the same against my unpaid payment or else let me know which mode of payment they have received in January 2009 by me i.e by cash or credit card for the bill of Dec 2008 for Bill number [protected]. So that, I can take necessary action to trace the excess amount paid by me at my end.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      My land line No is 28190939...Consumer No...[protected].
                                      My monthly Bill is generally i didnot recieve properly. If i compalint to the account officer, he/she divert to the postal department.Postal department recieve the complaint & replied fastly that the your's bill was delivered.
                                      I am a consumer I said that Not recieved the bill.Officials said No, "we were delivered" Who Is correcrt? or Who is false?.If officials as a consumer what he to do.?
                                      I will sure some thing is be wrong by letters delivering the systems.Pls try to solve this problom.
                                      I SUGGESTED THAT USING WITH COURIERS SYSTEM DELIVERYING BILL BY GET SINGNATURE FROM CONSUMER.As other private communications companies are using & also confirming by phone DID U RECIEVE THE BILL FOR THE MONTH OF...SO & SO.

                                      Pls take care this matter study well, To serve to public, THEY ARE BE A HONESTY CITIZEN.

                                      This cannot be considered as a complaint...it is a mistake from my part...My family paid the same BSNL bill twice..one through icici direct debit from an account and another by automatic bill pay from another account. so what will happen if i have done this payment twice...how will be the excess amount taken in to account?? please reply

                                      I'm using bsnl broadband plan 625 and include taxes my bill is 690 but this month bsnl sends me doublw bill of 1379 and i don't have any last due payment.officers at exchange not have my excuse.call center person can't pick my calls what can i do pls help me.............
