From NOv 08 BSNL Phone line in Baner Opposite Sadanand Resort Pune is not working, BSNL is giving same answer verytime that it will be done. It's really frustatating and top of that they are sending bills.

When I see there advertsiment on TV BSNL Connecting, i Really get angry.

I havemade few calls to BSNLtoll-free no.s 1500 &[protected] which are listed on BSNL portal, still they have charged for tha same.

My number is not working since 15 days [protected] we complaint lot but no action and answer we are working but there is no end to it. Now we have to pay month bill without using phone. Also, we are not able to use internet as phone is dead we are paying 750/- for that but no internet. Can some on care about this in BSNL baner if not we will close after 5 days.

Our complaint number is 9 registered in bSNL office can some one care?

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Regarding : My BSNL Braodband connection misguided in the MODEM device option. It is disconnected, pls REFUND my money.

      I have been misguided in taking the MODEM type. So after discussing with BSNL officer in BASAVANGUDI BSNL office on 3rd of Jan 2009 he gave me the options either to continue by taking MODEM, else disconnecting the connetion by raising an complaint.
      I have complained about this BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION and i requested them for Refunding of my DEPOSITS. Where in it's been disconnected by 27th Dec 2008.

      Pls find the COMPLAINT posted in the BSNL office on 3rd Jan 2009, and took the signature from the officer.

      Details:
      1. Total Amount to pay to BSNL Broadband connection till 31st of DEC 2008 + including Deposits, Rent, MODEM, TAX - Rs 4576/-

      2. I have paid all with Monthly rentals + DEPOSITs - Excluding MODEM rate - Rs 2372/-

      3. I have to get REFUND of Deposits paid - > 500+750+500 = Rs 1750/-

      I have been waiting from JAN & FEB 2009 months for my Money REFUND.
      I would like to request to REFUND my money as the earliest.

      I have a BSNL broadband connection since 2005 Pratapgunj, Vadodara -390002. It is through my phone[protected].Since last few days there is no internet connection. There is no specific phone number I can use to enquire about the problem. What do i do?

            I APPLIED ON 05.02.2009 FOR CONNECTION OF BSNL FOR IPTV. I WAS TOLD THAT CONNECTION WILL BE EXTENDED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. I DISCONNECT THE CABLE CONNECTION ALREADY INSTALLED AT MY HOME AND WAITING PERIOD STARTED. I CONTACTED A NUMBER OF PEOPLE OVER TELEPHONE AND IN BSNL OFFICE. STRANGELY FOR THE LAST TWO SUNDAY IPTV ENGINEER PROMISED ME TO COME IN MORNING AND I REMAINED AT HOME FOR THE WHOLE SUNDAY, WASTED MY ONLY WEEK END ONLY TO HAVE CONNECTED WIRE WITHOUT SETUP BOX BEING PROVIDED TO ME. EVERY LATE EVENING WHEN I COME BACK HOME FROM EXHUSTED ROUTINE, I HAVE TO FACE THE MUSIC AT HOME AND THE BLUE COLOUR BRAND NEW WIRE ADD OIL IN MY BURNING HEART. I FEEL THAT BSNL AND THE AKASH AGENCY WHO HAVE BEEN EXTENDING IPTV CONNECTION IN CHANDIGARH SHOULD BE SUED IN THE COURT FOR THEIR CASUAL APPROACH.

            I have ur iptv connection. it is informed me that whenever i need i recharge my account. same i did in the month of jan. i did not reharge in december. so i recharge in january and no money of december was deducted. but in this month i recharge my accout with coupoon of 500/-(250 each) anow my current balance is only 61/-. I did not recharge in march due to vacations of my daughters and both of we are working. so kindly confirm me why it happen and also refund my money. i am very grateful to if you kindly do the same and take some action.

              this site is not available, hence i am not able to change my password.
              i am having phone no.[protected] activated this month. I applied for a broad band connection. but sing a week i am not getting any response from the bsnl regarding password and id for my connection. please let me know the procedure to quit the connection and opt for other provider.

              why dataone.in is disable to tell my usage, replying that my:-
              "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

              i am not able to view my internet usag through the site bbservice.bsnl.in so kindly inform your new website or my usage through my mail id or tel no [protected], [protected]
              I am unable to check my BB usage as the bbservices.bsnl.in site is unavailable from June 2009.Kindly help me out for BB usage check

                I have Bought a Topup recharge card for RS.225/- from BSNL Franchisee located near Ayodhya Mandapam in West Mambalam on 28th Feb'2009. When I tried the nos. given for recharging my cell it says it is not possible. When I enquired about it the person in the franchisee told me that he has instructed the Girl in the showroom not to issue RS.225/- card and issue only Rs.220/- Card as value has been changed, but the bloody idiotic Girl/Lady in the show room has issued the Rs.225 Card. He added that since BSNl is updating the software it will get charged on 1st march 2009, but in vain even after several attempts.

                It is very clear that Most of the Cheats are bloody Girls/Ladies.

                Card No. is 4491 1031 XXXX XXXX X7

                The bloody thing is that they do not even give a receipt for that. One has to very careful with BSNL.

                    However since 21st February 2009, I am unable to access the GPRS facility on my handset. My handset model number is Samsung SGH-D900i. I have called your customer care many a times over the past one week to register my complaint. Every time I call up they suggest me to select the network manually, switch off the handset and again switch it on after a couple of minutes and then try to access the GPRS. I have tried the above procedure a number of times, but with no success.
                    If the company is unable to rectify the problem, then why should I keep paying my monthly rentals. I should rather disconnect my GPRS facility. I am not able to access the GPRS facility anywhere in Guwahati city. As far as my handset is concerned, the GPRS settings are perfectly fine as I have myself countered checked it from the customer care. In the same handset, when I put an Airtel sim, I am able to access GPRS. Thus implying that my hand set is working perfectly fine.

                    Please resolve my problem at the earliest or otherwise withdraw the GPRS facility on my number so that I don't end up paying Rs 199/- as monthly rental without even using the facility.

                        But unfortunately no one has come yet till now...having horrible experience of customer service department.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have the BSNL NIC Card with unlimited usage for Rs.250 per month + Service Tax. The speed is 144kbps. I use it in Baroda, Gujarat. However, if I go out of Baroda to Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad or outside Gujarat, I get the message "No Network". The purpose of a datacard is the ablity to use internet on the move. This basic facility is not available on this service. I want to know whether there is a problem with my card or this service is limited to the local limit of my city Baroda only.
                          even i use nic card . its very slow and i dont get network outside my state.
                          this bsnl nic card is useless. very slow. bsnl should improve its performance in assam state.
                          I can't use this NIC conection in Manipur district, Churachandpur...Can u pls tell me the reason???

                            I paid an amount og 1950/- by cash as modem & connection charge.
                            There was no response since 2.5 months.
                            When i approached bsnl office in my area they informed me that the line is not feasible & hence connection cannot be given.
                            My poiny: WhyBSNL takes money when it is not suitable to give service.
                            Then i approached central office in city & they told me that your request for conenction has been cancelled.
                            BUt there is no refund of money. When i asked for money i was informed that i have write to accounts opfficer & when the fund will be available i will get the money.

I may receiv call from that number but when I called, it was stated that" please check the number". I personally visited Telephone Exchange Allahabad. The Staff of bsnl solve the problem.The same problem I faced in other cities o[censored]P. No connectivity. I may receive but can not call. Since 26.2.2009, I am facing the same problem in Allahabd. It appears that Vodaphone digit start with 904 has not given connectivity in UP East.

My complain is that I availed a GPRS facility by recharging a voucher of Rs. 99/- (which is a plan o[censored]nlimited accessing for one month), so I recharged it on 16.07.2009. It was disconnected on 26.07.2009 without any prior intimation and a sum of Rs. 100/- was deducted from my main balance. When I complained it to the customer care, then they booked a complain on this issue and they gave me a complain No. 3632605 and said that if it is a technical problem than the deducted amount will be added to main balance. From the date of complain I lodged to till date I dialled several times and asked them about my complain, then they uses to reply me that it has been forwarded and your problem will be solved within short period. When I asked them, within what period the problem will be solved, than they ignored, by saying that it is not possible to give the exact period of time. Till date I have not received any reply. Please, help me and suggest me what should I do, my.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I had applied for a basic telephone and broadband connectivity at my home address D301, Jaipuria Sunrise Greens, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.I am greatly offended by the state of affairs at BSNL indirapuram.

                                    My phone was connected around 30th Jan 2009.The lineman connected the phone in the port provided by Airtel (my other number which I wanted to replace with BSNL after ascertaining its service).The internet wiring was disconnected without informing me.While the phone started working, no modem was connected.After somedays I discovered my Airtel broadband was not working.On complainting to Airtel they came for repair and only then I discovered that BSNL person has wrongfully removed the existing line and connected theirs. I made a complaint to BSNL SDO Mr.Pandey (perhaps) on [protected] and was told that it shall be rectified immediately.No body turned up for a week. I called again.He refused to pick up my phone.After a fortnight some body came and connected the modem but this time lineman was not there to reconnect the BSNL landline independently.When I returned home from office I found that phone and modem was still not working.I disconnected everything packed it and requested the person who had come home earlier to take back the set and instrument after returning my Application and annexures and Rs.100/- fee.No body responded. A week back suddenly some persons came for attending the faux pas but I refused to let them in since I was totally exhausted by the way the Indirapuram office attended to customer complaints. When starting is so dismal, what can one expect in future.Nevertheless its your problem and look out.
                                    I live in a society which has 1104 flats and we wanted BSNL to replace Airtel but now we all feel that Airtel is far far better than BSNL in service front even if their tariff are higher.BSNL govt staff are not bothered or accountable.Who could justify their non inclination to capture our society market before Airtel stepped in.Infact I personally had initiated the move last year even before the residents started coming in this society.At that time BSNL said they did not have broadband service. Now they have but are compalcent with their poor service since they are protected by the state.Anyway my wish to reduce my phone bill by using services of BSNL need not be met.

                                    Thanks anyway.Please do the needful as desired and take back your instruments after returning my documents and application fee.

                                    I was applied for Home500C annual, but they gave me Home500C+ annual. I reported that time and cancelled the bill, they gave me the bill of 5626, I paid that immediately. but after that I am receiving monthly bill in every month. previously my address was wrong, thats why I did not having any bill in my home. When my Brond Band Became disconnected, at that time I know about the above mentoined problem. At present I have to go regularly to adjust my bill, but I allready pay for it. In every month my connection become disconnected, beside I pay for it at a time.
                                    Now I decide that either I surrender my BroadBand or I will take action, that I am a Physician, this disconnection make me moneytary loss as well as it harm my clinic time. and why my connection become disconnected beside I already pay for it.

                                      I am having one BSNL Broadband connection in telephone number[protected] under Unlimited Home Plan HOME UL 750 PLUS since last two months. From the very beginning I get very poor internet
                                      service at almost 8-10 kbps speed against 256kbps promised, sometimes boradband frequently disconnects . Most of the times it'svery difficult to visit any site or even checking of mails.Downloading is just impossible.Even it can't be compared with dial-up connection.As a customer it's my bittermost experiance about BSNL broadband service. I have contacted local BSNL authority at TEZU under Lohit district of Arunachal Pradesh, and myself have been informed about the technical problems.I am spending my hard earned money for a value added service from BSNL but regret to say that it's just a

                                        I would like to point out here that the broadband charge is not calculated on daily basis but on monthly basis and hence no question arises of the offer being applicable with special reference to the date of the month. Since I submitted the request in the month of January and the bill for January is prepared only in February, my claim may be considered valid from the month of January itself, as was done by BSNL Nagercoil in my colleague’s case.
                                        I request you that my just rights as a consumer be protected and that the reduction of 20% on broadband charges may be considered applicable in the bill from the month of January itself. I hope you will consider the matter and do the needful.
