from more then 15 days our bsnl broadband is not working
and we made complaints regaurding it so many times but till now no action is been taken. my phone number is [protected].
you are requested to take action as fast as possible oterwise we are bound to go to the consumer couurts.
note- you have taken the modem charges in this months bill. so kindly takr fast actions

I totally disappointed to your service, because my broadband connection completely cutoff from friday. my telephone no is...28436745 .Now 4 days running no one can figure out the problem. if i call to different different no, no one can pickup the call also...i will give you no ok...[protected]/28432198/22448181. So is this your Govt.Service?????? Shameless...If so Then I HATE INDIAN GOVT.
Kindly get me back ASAP . Service is main priority for all business ok.

we are lodging this complain against my ph.no.[protected], we have deposited our bill amt on time but without any reason our line has been not working since last one week.we have already complaint in local level in[protected].but their behaviour was very rude and disgusting .
we have deposited our bill before due date on 22.01.10 by India post(satna birla vikas 485005) bsnl satna m.p 5977.

Pls take stronge action against them and do the needfuf .

This is to inform you that I have a BSNL connection #25435842 but unfortunately I never receive my bills. The instrument is faulty and this complaint has been addressed to your officer in Kammanahalli but with no result not eve to check the instrument. We we go to pay the bill inspite of not receiving the bill we are given two bills instead of one consolidated bill. I would request you to please look into the issue and if this cannot be resolved I would like to surrender the phone and take it from some other service provider.

i subscribed a sms card & instantly i got the message that your account has been credited with Rs.0.00 recharge voucher successfully from [protected] on[protected] at 98:23PM. Ref no.[protected]. but when i did ma message it was automaticaly reduce 0.80Rs from my account. For this i comlined but till now there is no action take place.So i rquest to u please solve this problem as soon as possible.

i have unfortunately applied for bsnl connection and broadband connection on aug 22/09 vide cin:lko0465962
but even after nearly two months have passed i doubt the working of bsnl they are unabale to give the connection. As you are aware all the private operaters give the connection the same day .But i trusted bsnl
so please don"t loose my trust and get the job done immediately without further delay.Not to mention i have visited your several officers of the area and requested the same from but nothing fruitful have accured.

Reference to the above, I had applied for broadband cum telephone connection (HOME 500 –COMBO plan) with deposit Rs.500.00on 05.10.2009. Till date neither telephone connection nor broad band connection was given.
No intimation from your from your local telephone exchange that whether I will get connection or refund.
Kindly request you to see this matter and do the needful.
Note : BSNL junction box is also readily available in opposite house compound wall.

why dataone.in is disable to tell my usage, replying that my:-
