THE PUBLICITY IS TOP MOST, BUT NAM BARAY AUR DERSHAN CHOTAI . I HAVE STARTED BSNL UNLIMITED @ 750/- MONTHLY THEY ARE PROMISING THE SPEED WE WILL GET 256kbps,
but the speed is only100kbps, SO WHAT TO DO IF WE COMPLAIN THEY SAY FROM THE LOCAL EXCHANGE THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE THE SEROVER IS IN BANGLORE, NO CHANCE TO IMPROVE. I HAVE USED THE INTERNET OF IDEA ALSO THE SAME PROBLEM NO SPEED INSTEAD OF 256KBPS THE SPEED I WAS GETTING 56KBPS...

I submitted an application to BSNL on 20th January 2009 for availing the promotional offer for the government employees on BSNL broadband connection. I expected a reduction of 20% on broad band charges from the month of January onwards. But I received the January 09 bill from BSNL without any deduction...

I had bought a usb data card from bsnl kolkata, circus telephone exchange on 5-02 09 .I find it very tough to connect to any website because the speed is very slow.I have verbally complained regarding the this matter.I also request if they can return my money to which they said the services will improve after march 09.Hope my problem gets solved through this complain.

im using power pack offer of bsnl and i have no gprs and ring tone offers but my mobile went in to neagative balance from twent days alomost i lost two hundred rupees plesase rectify the problems in the power pack offer...

We're a Bsnl Broadband Consumer and our connectivity to internet is very poor and the speed is very slow, Thats some 15Kbps for the promised 2Mbps Speed. We're facing this problem for the past 4 months and inspite of many complaints filed no action has been taken place.I've also attached the proof as a picture. The speedtest was conducted by the very own speedtest tool of BSNL DATAONE.

Without my consent, the Comedy portal of BSNL has started my subscription last month. My mobile No. is [protected]. Not only that, they have automatically renewed my subcription for the next month.

I am Basundhara Pillai. I too feel that its a breach of contract and trust, of the

there is no specification about that how this plan is unlimited with downloading or charchable!!!
then after you use bill is not proper & more big of amount!!!
not any response from customer care center & not any specification about whole information of this plan cahrchable or not(unlimited!!!).
and also i cannot know about my postpaid message counter to know about howmany messages i can use as free.
