Hi,

My first bill of Rs 1874/- (which I personally collected from Whitefield department) includes a charge of Rs 624/- with respect to Modem charge. However I had opted for “Own Modem” while applying for the connection and this also is reflecting in the receipt, given at the time of receiving the payment for connection.

cross connection on my mobile

I am subscriber of your BSNL since 2006, these days I am getting cross connected with threatening calls from the cross connected people. I would like to know whether anyone can tap or conference with my mobile number without my permission by any of the BSNL employee....

Online duplicate bill not available

There are always huge problems with BSNL Ghaziabad.
Bill generated on 1st of every month is still not recieved on 17th.

If I try to see online duplicate bill on: http://www.upw.bsnl.co.in/ghaziabad/

Then most of the time their website is down, else it displays that No Duplicate bill available.

BSNL do not understand that they are legally bound to provide monthly bills to customer.

no action by bsnl since 15 months

Sir,

1. it is stated that in nov 06, I had Taken a postpaid sim with no. [protected] from Dealer Nisar, Dangiwacha (Rafiabad).In jan 07, I had lost the sim and mobile and a FIR for the same was made at dangiwacha police station and a copy was sent to bsnl office, sopore and bahu plaza, jammu.

Online cellone bill payment through portal

My telephone no. is [protected]. I have paid online the cellone bill for Jan 2009 thorugh BSNL portal. After successful deduction of money from bank, the web page could not redirect me to the proper page of the portal. Also it is not showing the payment status. I could not take the payment receipt also....

NO ONE TAKE THEIR WORK SERIOUSLY IN BSNL

To reconnect my sim

I am using BSNL EXCEL ANANT LIFE TIME PREPAID. Normally after every six months, we need to recharge the card for min Rs.56. But this time I forget to recharge. Overpayment of Bill for Dec.2008

I had made online billpayment to BSNL Gujarat cirle through their portal for the month of Dec.2008 for Rs.1778/- three times as the payment was not sucessful on two occasins. However my account has been debited Rs.1778/- for three times i.e Rs.5334/- though it should have been only Rs.1778/-.

Account balance alert is not coming for my sim card

My mobile no: [protected]. from Tirupati, andhra pradesh...
In some of the BSNL Prepaid sim cards, account balance and last call charge are coming as a message alert just after the call. In my mobile this does not happen. Severe Internet porblem in gomti nagar Lucknow.

I have been experiencing internet disconnectivity for months now and this problem still persists. Whenever i have lodged a compliant to the SDO the problem is only temporarily solved and internet gets disconnected very often and sometimes even for days.This is a major handicap of BSNL....

Extreme Amount Of Phone Bill

Hi, I get Rs. 89218.00. Its a huge amount of bill. and my bill must Rs. 562.00. Because i'm having plan 500C on my telephone. Its having night time unlimited usage of internet from 2-00 AM to 8-00 AM. and 1.5GB allocated in day time as free. and my usage is under 1.5 GB and my call is also under the free unit still i get this bill. what i do now. i submited a letter about it on bsnl....
