Breach of Contract

BREACH OF CONTRACT:

I am Basundhara Pillai. I too feel that its a breach of contract and trust, of the
relation between the costomer and the trusted service provider like BSNL.

When they had the hidden plan in their sleeves of putting a charge for the same they
should have informed it at the begining and would have let it to the customer to decide.

I feel that no company can...

I have a prepaid number [protected] which not use by me since last 9 or 10 month due out of station for my higher education. Plz. reactive my old number so that i can use best network. On the otherhand the other service provider is not so good as compared to your BSNL network. waiting for your quick action...

I am a Cell one user from Chennai. My Mobile No is [protected]. I am not getting my payment receipts in my e mail ID( [protected]@lntecc.com).

Since it is Co. connection given to me and my profile also very clearly says about my e mail ID but no intimation to my e mail ID.
I am finding it difficult to get the copy o raise my claim from my Co.

I am not getting my May 13 Sep 13 and Oct 13 payments receipts which is badly needed to me.

    We will coplalaint so many time to the department but no mbody can lition or take the any action against the our complaints.

    My landline phone no.[protected] not working form last 10 days. complain already registered in office. My phone was held-up within one & two month from last 2 years. service provider not providing permanent solution.the service provider also chargin rent for non uses phone.

    I Kanshi Rsam Sharma S/o Late Shre Laxman Dass R/O VPO Thural Teshil Palampur District Kangra (H.P), consumer of your BSNL Company since 8 years.

    I lugubriously pronounce that I am consumer of BSNL Landline Phone vide telephone Account Number is [protected], Customer Number is [protected] & Phone Number[protected].
    Customarily the Landline phone is not functioning from preceding One & Half Month.
    I have enumerated the criticism so voluminous stints on 198 by 22 times (details attached) as well as vocally articulated at Thural Circle & Bhavarana Circle. And also make the microelectronic grumble number [protected] dated 25.08.2011.
    Nonetheless the affirmative feat has not taken by any BSNL personnel.
    Although I personally interconnect with JTO (Bhavarna) having interaction number[protected] on 25.08.2011, but the riposte was identical uncouth & in undesirable tactic.
    Even though the Bill is coming in proper way as frequently derives on steady basis.


    As per Diktat of TRAI if the Basic (Landline) Phone not functioning more than Three Days, the Bill can’t raise by the Telephone Company.
    But in the bill has upstretched of one-to-one extent by your company on unvarying basis.
    Consequently enlightening to you that, regulate Bill Amount as per Guidelines of TRAI.
    Nevertheless confirming to disconnect the same connection & release the sanctuary as well as attentiveness on sanctuary on amassed center with instantaneous influence.

          SUB: COMPLAINT REGARDING THE NON DELIVERY OF THE NEW INSTRUMENT FOR THE NEW PHONE NO.22374952 AT THE TIME OF INSTALLING THE NEW CONNECTION AND ALSO THE PHONE IS DEAD FROM THE PAST 25 DAYS. COMPLAINT NO.5903.

          I AM THE BSNL CUSTOMER FROM THE PAST 20 YEARS AND I HAVE GOT MORE THAN 6 BSNL PHONES. BUT THESE DAYS I FIND LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH BSNL PHONE LINES AND IT SEEMS THAT THE BSNL PEOPLE ARE UNWILLING TO LISTEN OUR COMPLAINTS.

          REGARDING THE NEW PHONE INSTRUMENT: WHEN THE PERSON WHO HAD COME TO MAKE NEW CONNECTION, HE HAD COME WITH THE NEW INSTRUMENT, BUT TAKING THE UNDUE ADVANTAGE HE HAD TAKEN BACK THE PHONE AND UPON REQUEST WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED VERY SOON. SO I REQUEST YOU TO RETURN THE MONEY FOR THE NEW INSTRUMENT WHICH YOUR PERSON / ENGINEER HAD TAKEN BACK AND I REQUEST YOUR DEPARTMENT TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE UNDUE ADVANTAGE.

          REGARDING THE PHONE IS DEAD FROM THE PAST 25 DAYS: I MUST HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FOR THE PHONE WHICH IS DEAD FROM THE PAST 25 DAYS. WHEN WE CALLED UP, WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE IS CABLE FAULT. I WANT TO ASK YOUR DEPARTMENT THAT HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE CABLE FAULT TO BE RECTIFIED?             there is no specification about that how this plan is unlimited with downloading or charchable!!!
            then after you use bill is not proper & more big of amount!!!
            not any response from customer care center & not any specification about whole information of this plan cahrchable or not(unlimited!!!).
            and also i cannot know about my postpaid message counter to know about howmany messages i can use as free.

            I want to know about GPRS Plan 199 - Under this plan customer call center people says only browsing is free and downloading charges are separate. So I want to know the downloading is free or it is chargable. Pleas let me tknow.

              bsnl broadband service(kamakshipalya vijaynagar exchane KHB colony magadi road)
              BSNL service is the dumbest service i evr seen in my life
              it has fatal server down evry time when i open my server
              i will face frequent server down msgs on my screen
              just imagine a service where my server went down for 6 times when i ended previous line...
              customer care executives are so rude they wont respond to any quiries (not all but most of)
              they will just say tht its not our issue visit office
              ahhh office its other hell to be seen you have to wait minimun 10 mins to hear a word from them
              most of time it will be "naaleno nadidho banni nodona..."
              hectic pls take action regarding this ...

              Most of the BSNL employees are "KAMCHORS" ... bloody fools don't even attend us if we go to the office neither the customer care number answers ... is there anybody to take action against these "kamchors"..."THE WORST BROADBAND SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED"...

                Hi,

                The outgoing calls for my telephone[protected] has been stopped. The reason told that payment due. But, I did pay Rs. 1114 instead of Rs. 557 for Nov-2008 payment via Bangalore telecom district website. The extra amount which I paid is not given back to me. I thought that the same amount will be carry forward to next month bill payment. So, I didn't pay for dec-2008 bill as I already paid the same amount along with Nov-2008 bill payment.

                Please register a complaint on this.

                The outgoing is disconnected for telephone no.[protected] for which payment is due / since its the first bill in this house which was recently shifted so still not recieved bill but telephone connection disconnected for non - payment..

                pls help out for bill or reconnect the line again..
                Since last two months I am not getting the Phone bill[protected] which I was getting regularly since last 1 year in the same address.For which the payment was late . Despite the payment was made on the basis of duplicate bill up to date the out going call has been barred in my phone.

                It may be mentioned here that the phone has been provided by my Organisation as my service is an essential service i.e Legal Deptt.and the payment is being made by my organisation as per my entitlement.

                It is requested to allow out going calls immediately and send my bill in my e-mail ID if possible simultaneously through postal regularly in order to avoid delay payments. For which I shall be thankful.

                My land line Telephone No.[protected] having Broad Band facility, remained dead from 4/12/08 to 6/1/09 and again from 2/2/09 to 24/3/09 (Complaint docket No.0486 dtd 5/12/08 and 19 dtd 2/2/09 respectively). Written request/application for rental rebate & Broad Band charges for above periods was submitted to Commercial Officer, Yelahanka on 15/4/09, who in turn submitted case to O/O A.M.(North) during May, 09 for implementation. The rental rebate/Broad Band charges case is not yet implemented and reportedly pending with the AM(North), s office.

                  I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on January 22, 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th February. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.332721) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 21 february 2009. Rs.25/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. Pls de-activate my BSNL Tune.

                  this is asif khan from bangalore there is one rutine work of bsnl company for every month from the date of purvhacing the connection phone will be dead for 3-5days some times 1week and internet will be slow and even it will not work properly for 4-5days in a month so i want to take an action many a times i went to bsnl head pffice they will do there work they will check our connection there it self but same time when we check in our home the speed and the range of the net will not be like that while buying they say us the speed will be256kbps to 2 mbps but when i check through ..MY no is 25807717
                  the speed will be just 56 to 156 kbps only sometimes it will raise to 256 kbps

                  I am the customer of BSNL mobile connection since 2005, my mobile no. is [protected].I am facing a problem regarding hello tune.Three to four months ago I have activated a hello tune "Premer Joare" it has been renewed for two months (Nov 08 & Dec 08) without my consent.The BSNL authority only sent sms mentioning that my hello tune has been renewed and deduct requisite fees.On 25th Jan09 around 12:15 pm on my request the customer care officer deactivated song.After that I received a sms on 28th Jan09 that the song "Premer Joare" has been renewed and requisite fees has been deducted, this happen without my consent and more over no hello tune has been actually activated.And 4th Feb09 I received sms from the service provider informing me that the validity of the hello tune "Om Jai Jagdis" has been expired.Though I have not selected any caller tune by that time.On 8th Feb09 I receive a phone call where I asked to select a hello tune by pressing number keys on my phones.I have selected "Om Jai Jagdis" and confirmed my selection.The service provider deducted requisite fees instantly.On 9th Feb09 I received a sms that the song "Om Jai Jagdis" has been renewed and set as always and it is valid till 11th Mar09.But no hello tune has been actually set till date.On 10th Feb09 I have called the customer care officer named SANJIB who listened my problem and asked me to hold and after 13 min disconnnect the line.
                  I want to know how long I'll be penalised for the fault which I have not done and after giving enough charges I'll not get the service.I'll grateful if you take this matter and give me justice.

                  I got a advertisement call from BSNL which asked for activating hello tunes on Feb 5th. I selected one song and the same day they have deducted 30 Rs from my prepaid account no [protected].
                  My hello tune activated on that day and it was there up to Feb 20th. I enquired in the customer care and there was no proper response. The lady name 'SAVITHA' took my call and taken all the details and said u have sent a request to deactivate the hello tune and its deactivated even though i didnot send any request to deactivate. I asked her to give the proof then she immediately cut of the call. Again i called to customer care and there was another lady called 'DAKSHAYINI' she said we have to maintain 50 Rs balance in our mobile otherwise hello tune will be deactivated and again she asked me to call after 30 mnts.
                  1) BSNL didnot inform me that we need to maintain 50 Rs balance.
                  2) Before deactivating they could inform us, so that we can recharge our account before deactivation.
                  3) Why we have to maintain 50 Rs balance because any way BSNL deducting 30 Rs initialy.
                  4) How they activated hello tunes even i had only 30 Rs. in my account that is less than 50 Rs.
                  5) Why we have to maintain 50 Rs. balance for deactivation because I asked her to deactivate my hello tune permanently but she said we need to maintain 50 Rs balance for deactivating.

                  It is shameful for the company and they have to activate my hello tunes for another 15 days because they have taken the amount initially and given service for only 15 days.
                  Company has to inform the customer all the rules about hello tunes.

                  I, KRISHNA VARMA, am a resident of Krishna Vilasam, Kuttilanji, Iramalloor P.O, Kothmangalam in Ernakulam Dist. and holding a mobile phone no.[protected]. I had tried to extract a caller tune from another BSNL mobile number [protected] on 10.03.2008. Since I didn't get the tune I contacted customer care and registered a complaint(no.416227) on 14.03.2009. I was asked to wait for 48 hrs to get the tune but it didn't happen. The same complaint was reregistered on 20.3.2009 on a request from custmoer care but that too was invain. Thereafter I was asked to register a fresh complaint and number of the same is 428592 and asked to wait for 48 hrs. Unfortunately even after 48 hrs i didn't get the caller tune and BSNL has charged Rs.37 for this. To my surprise BSNL officials at Muvattupuzha couldn't help me and I was asked to follow up with BSNL TVM. Today I received a msg from BSNL saying the renewal cost of Rs.25 has been charged for the next month for no caller tunes given to me. In the meantime I had spoken to customer care several times to different personnel only to explain my woes. This shows the irresponsibility of BSNL and now I request your intervention very seriously to solve this matter urgently and if not possible pl.withdraw the charges and cancel the caller tune which was not given to me.

                          please refer to my previous account no.[protected] with the connection of mobile no.[protected] which I availed the service connection from Gangtok, Sikkim.Consequence upon my transfer to Siliguri, West Bengal I submitted application for closure w.e.f. 31.08.07 in a prescribed form on 30.08.07.Now it is my earnest request that the concerned authority may refund security deposited amount of Rs.2000.(Rupees two thousand only) as BSNL Siliguri Branch is denying to refund the security deposit till today on production of the reciept.

                          BSNL - Cell Phone — refund of deposit Rs.2000

                          sir,

                          I am a prepaid cellphone customer of BSNL, Hyderabad no.is [protected].

                          Earlier it was postpaid, now I requested BSNL, migration to prepaid on 06/09/08. I was deposited Rs.2000/- at the time of postpaid connection & the same was informed me that, while disconnect of postpaid line it will be back to me within 40 days. Till now I have not yet received my deposite amount after contacting BSNL officers.

                          BSNL Cellular service — denial in making refund of security deposit

                          please refer to my bsnl post paid cellular phone account no.[protected] with the previous mobile no.[protected] which was closed since 31st. August 2007. Now the authority of BSNL, West Bengal refuse to refund my security deposit amount of Rs.2000.(Rupees Two thousand only). The concerned authority may please intimate the course of action taken at your best level to the complainee.

                          BSNL Cellular service — Poor Reception Quality

                          I am sure BSNL is not a network provider whole have inferior quality antennas and stations. But unfortunately they are having the least inferior broadcasting quality, or i should say, they are the ones who pretend to have least inferior quality broadcasting. I am not saying that they are doing it purposefully to demotivate the loyal customers to the govt cellular firm, so that once they got fed up they will move to other celluar operations provided by tata or reliance. But why?? that should be answered by BSNL "uncorrupted" management themselves. when ever i call my home bsnl mobile number the call will get disconnected in less than 2 minutes.. mostly after 60 seconds, so that they get the next pulse also. Brilliant idea. Kudos and Hats off BSNL... We indians are proud of you.
                          Here is a trick to get fast refund of security deposit from BSNL, if it was not made by them within the prescribed period of 60 days. I had the same problem. I sent a letter to BSNL Office under the RTI Act asking them (a) when the refund will be made and (b) the name of the official who is holding my application. Attach a postal order for Rs. 10 and send the letter to the APIO (Assistant Public Information Officer) of local BSNL office (Jaipur in my case) where you filed your request for refund. Visit BSNL website to get the address of the APIO. Under the RTI Act, they are supposed to respond to you within 30 days otherwise there is a fine of Rs. 250 per day of delay. I got my refund within 15 days.

                          BSNL Cellular Service — tariff balance cut without any notification

                          my bsnl cellular no. is [protected],I am very much disturbed with bsnl cellular connection,because they cut my main balance from my mobile no. without any information,recently they cut 120- rs. from my mob.without any notification,that is the heaviest amount, before this incident the have also cut money several a time,but the customer care would not reply me when so ever i used to called them,please help me.

                            For the past 10 days, all the telephone lines are out of order in my office, i.e. Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Regional Station, Indore. We are facing lot of difficulties in absence of telephone facilities at our office. kindly look into the matter urgently, otherwise i will knock the door of state consumer redressal forum tomorrow.                             Dear Sir,

                            The phone line at my home for the number[protected] is not working from last 7 days. I have logged my complaint at the BSNL call center with the complaint number 6993, but still no action has been taken on my complaint.

                            I request you to do the needful things to reactivate my phone connection at the earliest, otherwise I am going to log a complaint in the national consumer forum and that time I wil be seeking for all the compensations from BSNL.

                            Please I think you are wasting time, change telephone company due to very poor services of BSNL.
                            In my opinion, services of BSNL are worst in the country, even during the times of competition. On 18/3/10 my tel and net went dead. Early in the morning at computerised centre I lodged a complaint. During the time of nonfunctioning of my tel. I had followed up on mobile with officers. Every officer was giving peculiar and irritating replies and giving the excuse of road digging. For 4 days I had to go to cybercafe and spend on an av of Rs. 75/- per day. On 22/3/10 I had a talk with the SDO. I found him also to be equally non responsible, saying they donot have any control on the road digging and we will have to bear with it every now and then. He also said I should take an additional wireless connection by paying reuired amount. It is very easy for these people to give suggestions for what we should do, but what they should do they donot know. Ultimately after hearing so many other nonsense bunch of excuse, I had to loose my temper & I told him in plain terms that my tel and net should start working by 23/3/10. So it started working on 23/3/10 at 2 pm. But you know where was the problem? It was on the pole. And the officers and linemen simply assumed that, the problem was of digging. And Airtel cable is running parrallel to their cable and there tel were made working on the same day, i.e 18/3/10

                            This is only a recent incidence. I have experience with BSNL for the last 9 yrs and the total journey is awesome and irritating. Just because of lack of time people and me have not complained.

                            If I go on writing here it will not be less than 4 pages.
                            MY PHONE NO. 2562950 IS FOUND DEAD ON OUR RETURN AFTER VACATION ON 7TH JUNE 2010. IMMEDIATELY COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED VIDE NO. 484801. TODAY IS 15TH JUNE. STILL INSPITE OF DAILY ASSURANCE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND NOBODY IS CARING FOR MY PROBLEM.

                            SHOULD I TAKE THE EXTREME STEP OF DISCONTINUING MY RELATIONSHIP WITH B.S.N.L. ? I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION. PRIVATE OPERATORS ARE THERE TO WELCOME PEOPLE LIKE ME.

                            We are using BSNL Land line connections since 1993. Despite all competitions and attractive offer we still continue with BSNL.

                            Presently having 06 no. of mobile connections in my house we are maintaining landline connection because this no. was circulated to most of our near and dear from long time.

                            We have also paid yearly charge for this connection and at this stage your officials suggest to surrender the number seems very redicules.

                            Pl. note that if complaint will not be resolved within three working day we will be forced to go to appellant authority and subsequently consumer forum /Judiciary authority.

                            BSNL not deserve to charge rents for the period of faulty services.

                            Hope you will take up the matter on top priority and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                              Hi,
                              I am Yash Thakkar from Ahmedabad and my no. is[protected]. My connection in 99/- Rs. monthly rental plan along with 171/- Rs. (LO KAR LO BAAT) facility. I applied for the Boradband connection on my no. with 750 PLUS plan. I got the user it and password on[protected] but my internet was started on[protected]. They are charging rent of one month in advance and in this 750 PLUS plan my monthly rent would be included according to BSNL 's terms and condition.So my billing amount (of[protected] to[protected] should be 171(Faclility amount) + 750 (Advance 1 month rent for 750 plus plan) + 100/- (for rent of the internet for 4 days) + 99/-(monthly rent) = 1120/- Rs (without tax).

                              But i got the bill and my amount is 750/- (rent) +750/-(advance rent) + 89 (monthly rent) + 171/- (facility charge) +125/- (tax) =1885/- Rs total.

                              BSNL Broadband plan 500C+ — Overbilling

                              Respected sir,
                              iam from kerala i have a bsnl broadband connection with 500c+ plan.iam using this service since 2007.last month at night 09:37pm i connected my modem and countinously used to next day 8:18am.at this time i downloaded about 700mb contents before 2am (2am-8am unlimited hours) and downloaded 3gb of contents after 2am.but the whole contents i downloaded is calculated as chargeble units.and my last months bill is Rs.4233.
                              it's not your fault but you have to pay for your own doing. bsnl just doesn't have the scripts smart enough to separate the login slots before and after 2am. since you have logged before 2am and continued till the morning, bsnl considers that to be part of the "limited" use period.

                              i recommend you cease the connection right away to avoid paying the bills or try to fight this with the accounts officer. do let us know what the outcome is.

                                I have taken the BSNL landline # 27700565 during the month of September 2008 . I keep getting wrong calls on my landline, all the people enquire only for Regional Passport office . When i have checked the Google i found that the fax # of Regional Passport office is updated as[protected] which is my voice call landline # ) . At times the callers use abusive language when we reply it is a wrong # .

                                Seeking your immediate attention in this regard .

                                  I am Biman Baral. On[protected], BSNL advertised on National dailies that "If you have BSNL landline connection, get a rent free Cellonne ( postpaid) connection now and cut down your mobile phone expense drastically" . For this post paid connection, yuo need not pay .Which is totally rent free. I had
                                  also taken and registered under that scheme when it first came into effect but now after almost one year.

                                  However, BSNL has suddenly informed the customers on 8th January 2009, by an SMS that they will be liable to pay a fixed charge of Rs. 40 per month effective from 7th January 2009. This is in contrary to and against the spirit of the offer. Which according to me is a total " BREACH OF CONTRACT" between the BSNL customer on BSNL. They just have taken .the customer as a rat
                                  whom they want to catch by giving a free cheese. This totally disgusting and by this customer has started lossing their faith and trust on this company. The SMS also keeps provision of future enhancements of the fixed charge.

                                  TRAI being watching Telecom Companies, would kindly see the logic
                                  of charging something which has already been declared rent free. Is it not unethical ???

                                  I would, therefore, request T R A I to kindly prevail up on B S N L, and make them
                                  stick to their orginal offer.

                                    I am an BSNL, ajmer customer.My landline no . is[protected]. I have BSNL Broadband since nov, 2008.BSNL provided me an Modem (type 2) (manufactured by ITI, Banglore).It has MRP 1391/- as per its box.But now BSNL charged me Rs.1872(=1800+4%ST).
                                    i want to fire an case in consumer court and jaago grahak jaago that how can BSNL overcharge a customer more than MRP of any product.please help me.

                                    BSNL Broadband — overcharged

                                    I am using your BB 750 home plan from last 2 yrs, I am central gov. employee so i applied for 20% discount under your BB scheme. I got discounted bill first in July 2009 after a long battle but again You sent me full bill in AUG & Oct, what about my discount?. Bsnl is a reputed organisation how could these kind of error happens. Inform me about the action taken against the responsible person within a week.Please refund my over paid money in next bill also please send me proper bill this month otherwise I have to consumer forum or telephone Adalat.
                                    sir I am the BSNL LL user with no[protected], My complaint is that I was using BB FN 500 C home upto 12 Jan 11 then I changed the plan to 499 UL and same was provisioned on 12 Jan 11, but the in the last bill it is mentioned that the plan from 22 Jan 11 and accordingly the charge is made. For the chage of plan the request ID was [protected] and the created date is 12 jan 11. pl clarify and accordingly change the bill ampunt. thanks

                                      I have paid the bill amount Rs;. 244/- through portal service of BSNl on 17th Feb 2008 via my axis bank account. The transaction detail is as foolow :ICONN/7922615/[protected]/170209/110. The same has been debited but the portal could not redirect me to the portal after successful transfer of the payment. After that I could not take any transaction receipt. Portal is still showing the transaction initiated. What can I do now ? It is really an embarrassing situation everytime I pay via portal.
