I have the cellone sim card i called in customer care to deactivate my caller tune but they told me that the caller tune is default so can not be deactivated but i have no need of my caller tune

Iam having two bsnl prepaid no. [protected] &[protected]. As per sms from BV-BTUNES Rs 42/- & Rs45/- charged & caller tunes were activated automatically to the both nos. without any request. Further i tried again & again but bsnl Customer Care not responded any one.
Therefor I request you to kindly take necessary action to deactive the caller tunes & refund/credit back the same amount to my respective nos. soon for which I should be ever grateful to you.

    Dear Sir,

    I Ashish N. Modi on behalf of my Father Mr. Nareshkumar H. Modi who is senior citizen staying at H-302, Shaligram Appartment, Mallinath Park, P.T. Collage Road, Chandranagar, Paldi, Ahmedabad, am complaining about delaying the application at Vasna BSNL Telephone Exchange.
    He has applied for BSNL Landline Phone dated 18-Feb-2009 & after making Enquiry at Vasna Tele Exchange dated 4-Mar-2009, he found the status of application as Permenant Closed without any Intimation to us.After that we had applied for BSNL WLL Services having D/N No.-N943658, but still we had not got any reply or any service from BSNL. My Father is Senior Citizen & he is heart patient(Not able to do wandering for enquiry) so my dear sir you are requested to do needful for the same so that we can get the services as early as possible.

        I HAVE PURCHASED THE NIC CARD FROM BSNL .BUT IT IS USELESS THEY (CUSTOMER CARE SAYS THAT THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT THE UIM CARD & I CANNOT MAKE CALLS FROM IT WHILE OTHER PROVIDERS R OFFERING THIS SERVICE VERY NICELY .SPEED IS LESS THAN THEY TOLD THEY R MANY A TIMES NOT RECEIVING OUR COMPLAINS PLS HELP SIR DOWNLOAD SPEED IS VERY LOW SOMETIMES HAVING FULL LINK UPTO 3 ALSO DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY .           Sir,
          I took the BSNL BB on FEB'08.But from the very beginning I am suffering from link failure while accessing.Sometimes it becomes worse as no link during sometimes.I have reported several times to the BSNL and even gone to the local office 10-15 times a month.But till now the problem persists and they are not doing nothing.

          I have been facing the same problem and response but things are worse since end Jun. They have given me another improved device which has a better signal strength and a slightly better driver. It seems that the Taiwan company ZTEIT could not develop a good device driver and the interface properly.

          The driver installation was never smooth and did not comply to the USB/Windows norms. The GUI did not reflect the connection status. Even when the connection was not there for long it it showed as connected and working well. I am surprised that the BSNL has no verification before launching this product nationally. I really suspect that they do have a scalable backbone and an application. The worst is that they are selling the product without proper support staff.

          My residence is in Jadavpur area. I have registered several complaints both through 2198 as well as through 'Dataone' (1504) since I got the broad band connection in June 2009.The problem continues to recur frequently.

          Yesterday morning I got a call from the telephone exchange enquiring about my specific problem. I told them regarding repeated link failures. Then in the evening (about 4.30 p.m) I got another call asking me to check whether the link has been restored. After checking I found that the link had indeed been restored. I therefore replied in the affirmative. However, after half an hour the 'link' started 'blinking' every 5 minutes or so (as used to happen earlier) and I had to reconnect 'broadband' several times. The problem persisted throughout the rest of the day (upto 11 p.m). Today, the problem is persisting till the time of writing this comment.

          I HAVE GOT A BROADBAND INSTALLED AT MY PLACE IN SALT LAKE. THE NO IS 23586257. THE BROADBAND HAS NOT WORKED FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION. NO BODY FROM CUSTOMER CARES PICK UP THE PHONE. WHENEVER WE CALL 1504 THEY SIMPLY SEND A SMS SAYING THE CONNECTION RESTORED. TILL DATE NO BODY FROM BSNL HAS COME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

            Dear Sir,
            I have registered my complain regarding (outgoing call to reliance mobile-Route bussy )to BSNL complain center on 24365 on 14, March, 09 and received sms along with complain doc no 2930168 . surprisely got call on 15, March, 09 at 10.02am form [protected] and informed me that my outgoing problem has been solved and instructed to switch off the mobile and select network manually.So i did, But still the problem continues specially outgoing calls to Relaince mob.Twice i contacted 24356 and tried to logde my fresh complain, but the executive refuses to register my complain and when askes to connect to senior they just put me on hold for almost 10-12 minutes ie BSNL service center and nothing happened.So i did call to [protected] form which i received call saying my problem has been sloved and another suprise the executive says this is CDMA center, you might have received call by technical mistake.Informed mr to call 24365.
            1.Why they dont register my fresh complain?
            2.Who has solved my problem?
            3.Why did i got call from [protected]?
            4.Is it got to keep customer on hold for 10 min?
            5.What is problem for outgoing to reliance moblie?
            I suggest BSNL to change their name to Bakwas service Network Ltd.

              sir, i have a postpaid connection of bsnl in which i have activated gprs 199 plan. i have purchased a new samsung s7330 phone, when i connected it to pc through pc suite and want to make netework connection i have not shown bsnl as a service provider list. so i can not use it as a modem, when i complaint it to the bsnl they told me to install it to on windows XP, when i installed it to windows xp it doesn't work. please solve this issue.

              hey it must be ppp error (point top point protocol ) and if not yu must take some other bsnl sim frm any of yur frnds
              and request settings by sending message with contents gprspre to 53733
              and other message with contents yur handset no to 58355
              save the settings they provide
              if this does not solves yur prob
              manually configure yur set as follows
              profile name:any for eg bsnlgprs
              home url:wap.google.com or any u like
              bearer -gprs only
              proxy -enabled
              in gprs settings
              proxy ip:0.0.0.0
              proxy port :0
              apn:gprsnorth.cellone.in
              leave login id and password blank
              save the settings and activate this profile
              restart yur phone and then enjoy
              the error was actually due to problem in settings and yur handset configuration

                I have been a bsnl landline customer for many years without defaulting ever. In the month of November, 2008 we had taken up a broadband scheme after paying a lump sum amount of 5618/- for an year. The broadband plan was 500(C) wherein it would ensure no rent for an year and 175 calls per month were to be provided free of cost under the plan. Despite of making the advance payment, we continued to receive the usual BSNL landline bills which should actually had been waived off.We communicated this error to the TRAI office in Firozepur for several months after that for them to rectify their records and so that we do not receive the bills anymore until we cross the free 175 calls. Nothing has been done so far to help this. Instead due to non payment of those bills (which should not have been generated in the first place), our landline outgoing calls have been barred completely and we have a very intermittent useless broadband service left to us. We take it as a very unexpected harassment from such a reputed depatment. Due to the negligence of the staff in updating our records with the correct plan, we are suffering badly even after having paid the full amount for an year in advance.This is really very unsatisfactory and really adding to our daily discomfort. It is really very unprofessional for us to be expected to visit the BSNL office time and again and that too to no effect. Please help us in gettin in justice in this situation and the due compensation for the harassment we have been facing.

                  My Land line Number is 28193546. Due to innumerable problems faced by us in BB of BSNL, we have switched over to Air Tel BB in November 2008. We have requested the customer care centre to disconnect the Braoad Ban connection in the above land line on 05, 02, 2009.On the same day a copy of my letter was alos given to the Junior Engineer of BSNL, Sait Colony Exchange, Egmore, Chennai-600 008. We have paid the Braod band charge for the period 07.02.2008 to 07.02.2009 last year. Yesterday (13.03.2009) I received a bill which included a charge for Rs.2, 500/- for this month. I request the concerned AO to cancel the amount and send a fresh bill. Our telephones comes under Sait Colony Exchange in Egmore.

                    R/sir,

                    My office is situated beside Rly. Station, Jalgaon (Gold city) in Maharashtra, the BSNL inside coverage is very bad since from begining, In June 2008, BSNL have installed micro B.T.S. at our premises, but from 2 months, it is closed due to some their internal problems, I request the senior officers to look in the matter, since BSNL is loosing their valued customers.

                    Please note that the concerned officer are deliberately not taking interest in the matter.

                      I had paid my BSNL landline bill for the current month through net banking from ICICI Bank provided through bsnl portal. But BSNL is yet to honour my payment though they have deducted the amount from my bank account. I paid the bill on 11th march. When I complained to 1500 they are giving me a head ache. Then what is the purpose of porviding a net banking facility. Where should I officially register my complaint, I dont believe in the 1500 complain number. Please help.

                      I am using BSNL Broad Band FN Home 500C.( BSNL, Nagercoil-Kanyakumari Dist) Last month I came to know my bill amount Rs.1379. My usage is within the free limit, for that the monthly charge is Rs.500 only. I am eligble for making 175 free voice calls as well. I was bit confused about my bill amount. For a clarification, I had sent a couple of mails to the PG cell on 28th Sept and 7th Oct. Still I did not get any reply from PG cell from Nagercoil BSNL office. As I am working in abroad I am unable to go to the BSNL office and giving a written enquiry.

                      Earlier on July 2009 I had given an enqiury application to PG cell about my bill problem, for that also I did not get any reply from Nagercoil BSNL office. When I went there The PG officer was on long leave and nobody knew about the application status.

                      Then what is the purpose of PG cell facility. How the cosumers can officially register their complaint to get proper reply/answer.

                      I have paid Rs. 134/- for[protected] & Rs.142/- for[protected] & Rs.134/- for[protected] & Rs.238/- for[protected] all bills bsnl landline Broad bills online net banking payment amount was debited in my account but receipt not get. So kindly give the receipt
                      I have made online bill payment of Rs 819 on 20 Oct 16 of BSNL wired landline. My no. is[protected]. However, till now no bill payment receipt is generated in system.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have applied for a new BSNL landline connection in October 2008. After several follow ups and reminder it got installed on March 06, 2009.

                          This number has not yet activated even aft6er my multiple visits to the Indrapuram (Ghaziabad) BSNL office and nobody picks up the phone at[protected], 2607788, 2607733. They dont even pick up their mobile phnoe (SDO - [protected], JE - [protected])

                          May I request you to get this issue resolved or else they should pay back my deposited money.

                          Landline Connection — phone not working

                          my telephone no is[protected] is not working from today morning no incoming and out going.i had paid my bill on 13/8/08 .pls do the needful as early as possible

                          My complaint is that I have applied for a Broadband connection and received the information regarding the new phone number but the connection is still not installed. It is being a month since i call them daily and remind but everybody in BSNL Gurgaon main office ask me to contact another person and nobody helping me.

                          My Question is that who is responsible for getting this thing late? Why BSNL employees are not willing to work?
                          The new phone number received to me is 2300073. Are they guys are waiting for me to give any bribe? Or how much time it takes for them to get it done?

                            I am a resident of North Kolkata and a subscriber of BSNL Landline and Broadband under the Arabindo Setu (2356) exchange which is under the jurisdiction of Manicktala exchange.
                            It is almost going to be a year i have got this connection, right from the started i have complained about too much noise in the line, I have visited the Manicktala exchange quite a lot of times but inspite of that my problem has not been solved. There is too much noise in the line which makes it unsuitable for holding conversations and also my broadband service is also getting affected because of it. My connection disconnects far too frequently making it absolutely unsuitable for use. Moreover the BSNL people at the Manicktala exchange the JTO the SDE and the lineman are all so irresponsive and rude in dealing with people. They have absolutely no sense of duty and concern for the problems of the customers to whom they are working for! And to add more most of the BSNL people i have tried to reach for escalation never pick up the phone.
                            I had emailed the nodal officer, i got a call in return after 1.5 months the result of which was nothing.
                            I have also informed the Area Manager of this issue, he had my complaint forwarded to the divisional engineer and also provided me with a phone number so that i may get in touch with him. I have tried calling on that number many times but nobody ever picked it up.
                            Presently, for three weeks my phone is dead, the broadband link rarely stays alive during most of the day, and if it does i get disconnected within a minute each time I connect. If someone would check my broadband usage details he would understand what kind of pain i am undergoing. The SDE says some pole was run over by a lorry, but my point is, how am i getting the broadband link occasionally when there is no dial tone on my phone?
                            Please, i am fed up, i am tired!

                            BSNL — PHONE LINE IS DEAD AND SOME TIME WHENEVER IT START SO MUCH NOISE. AND BROADBAND LINK ALSO NOT GETTING.

                            I am facing the problem of my Land Line No.[protected] is not working properlly, from last 4 months teliphone lines are get dammaged and it was reapired by BSNL (main exchange is Jhagadia, sub exchange is Umalla, Dist Bharuch) but after tha lot of distervaces is coming in line and also Brodband line is frequentlly is disconnecting , same informed to BSNL even mail to Ahemdabad nodal offce but no any improvement and the line is some time get dead and most of the time lot of voice distortion, and also broadband is not working, this is the problem is coming so many times even after attending the problem from Umalla Exchange, but no improvent, i am really get mad due to this kind of repeatedd problem, at present also phone is dead and no brodband link.

                            now finally if the problem will not solve with in month i will go to cunsumer form and also use "right to information" law then i will log a case in court.

                                This is my worst experience at bsnl. 3 months before i have got new bsnl landline connection. I am residing in HSRLayout, Bangalore.They didnt send my first bill but they disconnected my telephone connection . After big fight and collected the duplicate bill and paid by bill to get the reconnection.
                                And For the past 3 weeks i am not receiving incoming calls to my landline.

                                I called 1500 and registered a complaint. No action for that
                                I called IVR number[protected] and registered another complaint. No action for that
                                I called one more time and registered a complaint on same ivr and no action for that
                                I went personally and told the Exchange people about the problem. For that also no action.( government is wasting money to paying salary to these people. What is happening a exchange is chat, personal telephone).
                                Again i made complaint to IVR system. Till date no action
                                Today finally i called exchange and shouted at them at the morning and till now no action.

                                I am keeping my finger crossed and waiting for lineman to come and solve the problem. Inspite he is not doing his job i have to give money(bribe) him to his regular activities.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  On simply connecting broadband, sent and received bytes keep on increasing by itself till any value and the rate of increase is about 150 bytes/sec without using any internet services.

                                  Similar incident was taking place at one of our neighbours. Finally they disconnected broadband services permanently. Please suggest what to do.

                                  This is happening for last 2-3 months and our telephone bill has shooted up to Rs 1000/- (rupees one thousand ) per month.

                                  Is there any possibility if somebody else is also using my connection????????
                                  If so, what next to be done?????

                                  rate of increase in sent received bytes in my case is too high
                                  I too am facing exactly the same problem, last 2-3 months. Sent bytes is 3 times that of received. I have BSNL broadband connection. Per hour about 12 MB gets sent and 3 MB is received, just on connecting the broadband, without any browsing. Problem persists when I use my daughter's laptop also with the same broadband connection.

                                  This problem does not occur when I connect to the internet through Ubuntu.

                                      Hi.i am from bangalore.from 2 weeks i am experiencing very low internet speed.My BSNL broadband plan is 500C. I called up at call center and told about my problem but they are not giving any responses. I am getting the download speed of just 50Kb/s which is much less then 500C people should get. Means speed will vary between 250 to 280Kb/s.

                                      Again i called up at call center...they told me to check the SNR margin... and told that you SNR margin is very low and "LINEMAN" will come and check the line...but they are just not coming. wat shoul i do now?

                                        It took more than 6 months for a BSNL phone connection to get to my home after applying for a broadband connection. After I got the phone connection, I was told that it would take only a weeks time to get the broadband. It has been about 2 months now!! Till date there has been no communication from BSNL's end about what has been done about my Broadband connection.

                                        Whom do I contact in this case? Whom do I escalate this issue to? Please help
