I had paid my BSNL landline bill for the current month through net banking from ICICI Bank provided through bsnl portal. But BSNL is yet to honour my payment though they have deducted the amount from my bank account. I paid the bill on 11th march. When I complained to 1500 they are giving me a head ache. Then what is the purpose of porviding a net banking facility. Where should I officially register my complaint, I dont believe in the 1500 complain number. Please help.

bsnl EVDO is to access broad band.I am using online banking too.bsnl not giving bill on Email;nor online payment is available. Similarly EVDO has a fixed monthly charges, still customer is forced to get a duplicate bill as its receipt is irregular. EVDO connection no is [protected] at Saharsa(bihar)

I am using BSNL Broad Band FN Home 500C.( BSNL, Nagercoil-Kanyakumari Dist) Last month I came to know my bill amount Rs.1379. My usage is within the free limit, for that the monthly charge is Rs.500 only. I am eligble for making 175 free voice calls as well. I was bit confused about my bill amount. For a clarification, I had sent a couple of mails to the PG cell on 28th Sept and 7th Oct. Still I did not get any reply from PG cell from Nagercoil BSNL office. As I am working in abroad I am unable to go to the BSNL office and giving a written enquiry.

Earlier on July 2009 I had given an enqiury application to PG cell about my bill problem, for that also I did not get any reply from Nagercoil BSNL office. When I went there The PG officer was on long leave and nobody knew about the application status.

Then what is the purpose of PG cell facility. How the cosumers can officially register their complaint to get proper reply/answer.
i hv paid my bsnl land line[protected] bill on 13th jan 2011 through bsnl online via sbi online transaction no- IG38245431, the amount was deducted from my account but the bsnl receipt was not generated.please confirm the receipt of payment of the given phone number, having the bill no-T[protected] dated 28/1/2011.

I have paid Rs. 1672/- for my bsnl land line[protected] bill on 6th june 2012 through bsnl online via bob online transaction no- TX[protected], the amount was deducted from my account but in the status of payment it shows awaiting bank confirmation and bill shows in outstaing bills records. Please do needful in this case.The bill no - [protected] dated 06.06.2012.

I have paid Rs. 134/- for[protected] & Rs.142/- for[protected] & Rs.134/- for[protected] & Rs.238/- for[protected] all bills bsnl landline Broad bills online net banking payment amount was debited in my account but receipt not get. So kindly give the receipt
I have made online bill payment of Rs 819 on 20 Oct 16 of BSNL wired landline. My no. is[protected]. However, till now no bill payment receipt is generated in system.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

      Dear Sir,

      I have applied for a new BSNL landline connection in October 2008. After several follow ups and reminder it got installed on March 06, 2009.

      This number has not yet activated even aft6er my multiple visits to the Indrapuram (Ghaziabad) BSNL office and nobody picks up the phone at[protected], 2607788, 2607733. They dont even pick up their mobile phnoe (SDO - [protected], JE - [protected])

      May I request you to get this issue resolved or else they should pay back my deposited money.

      Landline Connection — phone not working

      my telephone no is[protected] is not working from today morning no incoming and out going.i had paid my bill on 13/8/08 .pls do the needful as early as possible

      My complaint is that I have applied for a Broadband connection and received the information regarding the new phone number but the connection is still not installed. It is being a month since i call them daily and remind but everybody in BSNL Gurgaon main office ask me to contact another person and nobody helping me.

      My Question is that who is responsible for getting this thing late? Why BSNL employees are not willing to work?
      The new phone number received to me is 2300073. Are they guys are waiting for me to give any bribe? Or how much time it takes for them to get it done?

        I am a resident of North Kolkata and a subscriber of BSNL Landline and Broadband under the Arabindo Setu (2356) exchange which is under the jurisdiction of Manicktala exchange.
        It is almost going to be a year i have got this connection, right from the started i have complained about too much noise in the line, I have visited the Manicktala exchange quite a lot of times but inspite of that my problem has not been solved. There is too much noise in the line which makes it unsuitable for holding conversations and also my broadband service is also getting affected because of it. My connection disconnects far too frequently making it absolutely unsuitable for use. Moreover the BSNL people at the Manicktala exchange the JTO the SDE and the lineman are all so irresponsive and rude in dealing with people. They have absolutely no sense of duty and concern for the problems of the customers to whom they are working for! And to add more most of the BSNL people i have tried to reach for escalation never pick up the phone.
        I had emailed the nodal officer, i got a call in return after 1.5 months the result of which was nothing.
        I have also informed the Area Manager of this issue, he had my complaint forwarded to the divisional engineer and also provided me with a phone number so that i may get in touch with him. I have tried calling on that number many times but nobody ever picked it up.
        Presently, for three weeks my phone is dead, the broadband link rarely stays alive during most of the day, and if it does i get disconnected within a minute each time I connect. If someone would check my broadband usage details he would understand what kind of pain i am undergoing. The SDE says some pole was run over by a lorry, but my point is, how am i getting the broadband link occasionally when there is no dial tone on my phone?
        Please, i am fed up, i am tired!

        BSNL — PHONE LINE IS DEAD AND SOME TIME WHENEVER IT START SO MUCH NOISE. AND BROADBAND LINK ALSO NOT GETTING.

        I am facing the problem of my Land Line No.[protected] is not working properlly, from last 4 months teliphone lines are get dammaged and it was reapired by BSNL (main exchange is Jhagadia, sub exchange is Umalla, Dist Bharuch) but after tha lot of distervaces is coming in line and also Brodband line is frequentlly is disconnecting , same informed to BSNL even mail to Ahemdabad nodal offce but no any improvement and the line is some time get dead and most of the time lot of voice distortion, and also broadband is not working, this is the problem is coming so many times even after attending the problem from Umalla Exchange, but no improvent, i am really get mad due to this kind of repeatedd problem, at present also phone is dead and no brodband link.

        now finally if the problem will not solve with in month i will go to cunsumer form and also use "right to information" law then i will log a case in court.

            This is my worst experience at bsnl. 3 months before i have got new bsnl landline connection. I am residing in HSRLayout, Bangalore.They didnt send my first bill but they disconnected my telephone connection . After big fight and collected the duplicate bill and paid by bill to get the reconnection.
            And For the past 3 weeks i am not receiving incoming calls to my landline.

            I called 1500 and registered a complaint. No action for that
            I called IVR number[protected] and registered another complaint. No action for that
            I called one more time and registered a complaint on same ivr and no action for that
            I went personally and told the Exchange people about the problem. For that also no action.( government is wasting money to paying salary to these people. What is happening a exchange is chat, personal telephone).
            Again i made complaint to IVR system. Till date no action
            Today finally i called exchange and shouted at them at the morning and till now no action.

            I am keeping my finger crossed and waiting for lineman to come and solve the problem. Inspite he is not doing his job i have to give money(bribe) him to his regular activities.

              Dear sir,
              On simply connecting broadband, sent and received bytes keep on increasing by itself till any value and the rate of increase is about 150 bytes/sec without using any internet services.

              Similar incident was taking place at one of our neighbours. Finally they disconnected broadband services permanently. Please suggest what to do.

              This is happening for last 2-3 months and our telephone bill has shooted up to Rs 1000/- (rupees one thousand ) per month.

              Is there any possibility if somebody else is also using my connection????????
              If so, what next to be done?????

              rate of increase in sent received bytes in my case is too high
              I too am facing exactly the same problem, last 2-3 months. Sent bytes is 3 times that of received. I have BSNL broadband connection. Per hour about 12 MB gets sent and 3 MB is received, just on connecting the broadband, without any browsing. Problem persists when I use my daughter's laptop also with the same broadband connection.

              This problem does not occur when I connect to the internet through Ubuntu.

                  Hi.i am from bangalore.from 2 weeks i am experiencing very low internet speed.My BSNL broadband plan is 500C. I called up at call center and told about my problem but they are not giving any responses. I am getting the download speed of just 50Kb/s which is much less then 500C people should get. Means speed will vary between 250 to 280Kb/s.

                  Again i called up at call center...they told me to check the SNR margin... and told that you SNR margin is very low and "LINEMAN" will come and check the line...but they are just not coming. wat shoul i do now?

                    It took more than 6 months for a BSNL phone connection to get to my home after applying for a broadband connection. After I got the phone connection, I was told that it would take only a weeks time to get the broadband. It has been about 2 months now!! Till date there has been no communication from BSNL's end about what has been done about my Broadband connection.

                    Whom do I contact in this case? Whom do I escalate this issue to? Please help

                        I am availing bsnl broad band services at my residence (Tel.No.[protected] for the past 2 years. We are using internet only for surfing webs, emails, and chatting with my son who is in USA once in a week for an hour. we are not down loading any data from the web sites. We have been getting our monthly telephone bill including broadband charges not exceeding Rs.1200/- to Rs.1500/- and have been regularly paid by us. We have not received any bill for the month of March, 2009 and on our enquiry, we were shocked to note that our bill amount is Rs.12, 822/- which appears some mischief. Our usage of internet is routine as usual for the past one year and there is absolutely no scope for excess usage.

                        I request the authorities to kindly intervene in the matter and have my usage of internet thoroughly checked and send me a correct bill immediately for making payment. I have sofar not received any bill for the said amount of Rs.12, 822/- and is only ascertained over telephonic enquiry.

                        Incase the authorities do not send me a realistic bill, I have no other option left but to request for immediate dis-connection of Broad Band connection.

                        If your BSNL landline is down, complaints will be registred only on toll free numbers, which is again only reachable by another BSNL landline.

                        Means, you should always have 2 BSNL land lines, one is for calling and another is for registering complain if 1st will get down.

                        i have broadband connection of bsnl and from last two-three months i am facing a problen with the status light. the status light should always blink but it gets stable like either it gets off or remain on and during this time i am unable to surf or to access the internet. the only option left is to swtich the power of the modem off and switch it on again. i face this error after every 2 to 5 minutes. please tell me what is the root cause of the error? is the problem with the modem or its a problem in the exchange office or any other problem. i complaint about it many times but no as such response was shown.

                        I have never been satisfied in this 2 and half year of my broadband connection. Each and every day I got suffered, since I have no alternate choice, thats why I am bound to continue with it. I got the connection name Broadband, but I got the speed of not more than 50 kbps which is equal to dial up speed, although the bandwith is 200-250 kbps the downloading rate is 20-30 kbps. Not a single day I had got more than that downloading speed. I had complaint all the mentioned office of bsnl and all the related officer but they are having no interest to solve this matter.

                        i paid money subscription fee for one year unlimited. for that they gave only receipt only on that nothing is mentioned i.e., i will go under which plan, how much is the charge for net, cost of modem they gave the modem of very old. and at the time of paying money they offered 512 mbps but it is coming only 256 kbps. to check the membership details they gave one portal id www.data.bsnl.in. even in that also i am not getting my subscription details. only i am getting usage details.

                        can any one suggest how could i know i am under which plan? (Not as oral by the employers of bsnl exchange because they also not have much knowledge).

                        before that i paid the amount for land line, as it is mandatory for broadband. after one month also i didnot get the instrument(Phone) the employers of bsnl telling that we dont have the instruments.

                        apart from this most of the broadband users in our village, they are getting the heavy bills even they are not using the net (even their computer is not working for 2-3 months as i know).

                        I had applied for BSNL Broad Band connection on April 29th, 2011. I have paid 500/- for that. They said that we will install it in 2-3 business days.
                        Today is May 18th, 2011. i visited BSNL and hey said that we are short of cables since December 2010.

                        Now if they are short of cables why dont they say this at time of form filling process. BSNL is a public sector comapny and should behave like that only. Not satisfied with the answers of BSNL.

                        I paid bill amount through BSNL quickpay service. After 5 hours I checked same message comes no such receipt no. Eventhough I had receipt no and transfer no. This is one example of poor and negligible service from bsnl /

                        i have been a customer of bsnl for the past 10 years and a regular user of internet for my personal and official purposes. i can say i cannot move an inch forward without the net connection for my official purposes. and i have been sticking to bsnl as my service provider for two main reasons:
                        1) the service has been good
                        2) the service is reasonably charged unlike the private operators
                        but unfortunately, the service has been proven pathetic in the past 3 to 4 months. i've been charged enormously for the internet which i haven't. i wouldn't blame the service provider, the chances of some one misusing my connection cannot be ruled out. so i changed my plan to an unlimited one. and the result has been shocking. i never could fathom that unlimited for bsnl meant no connection at all. and the bills keep coming promptly. should appreciate bsnl for such promptness in sending the bills and the sms for the same with such clarity. i dont mind paying the bills if i even could use the internet to the minimum . the line trails off while i'm working on the computer, demanding a retyping and redoing of the whole work over again.
                        and when i tried registering my complaint over the telephone in the number 12678, the complaint that has been registered a month ago has not received redressal. the female voice responds that the status of my complaint is work is still in progress.
                        once in a blue moon, i get a customer care person on line, and the procedure is to go to the dsl router and click on lan and next and next and next... and finally reboot. then comes the question, "does it work well sir?" and when the answer comes, "no, it doesn't", then comes the soliloquey, "there's some problem in the cable line. " then to me, " we'll check into the matter and call back".this has been going on for the past 3 months. sorry to tell you sir, you are digging your own grave, lets not push bsnl into oblivion. am i demanding too much, i guess not. word of mouth spreads and people like me who never bothered to listen to any, have started lending a ear when the experience becomes bitter. as and when i speak, the connection has timed out, and if i log out, i'll have to retype the whole thing. am waiting for all the lamps of the modem to blink steadily, and if i am lucky enough maybe, my grievances will go through. i would consider myself lucky, if it happens to fall on some ear that would care to listen. hope there is somebody out there who has some feel for the money they take home as their salaries and do the needful
                        also, this is to remind you that i would be proceeding for court in case this letter does not bring in redressal for my grievance for which i have been paying a very dear price for the past few months

                          i've been trying to get my internet/broadband restored(i kept it disconnected for three months as i was going out of country).after almost two weeks of strugle they gave the connection but since then; more than month I've been facing a very poor, faulty and ineffective connectivity. It gets disconnected every other minute, some time it lasts for max. 5/10 mins. Then you have to reconnect to face the same problem.
                          I'm being tortured by your the babu giri of your organization, the false promises your people make everyday and the harassing system.
                          I have no other way to move. I dont think its useful to go with RTI to ask you. Because I've requested, pleaded and did every kind of effort to get the notice of your team. But all that failed and what I got is only false assurances, and the RTI also will bring the same result.
                          I'm posting the issue to 'the consumer forum, govt. of india- jago grahak jago' An Addl.Sec. of the union govt. will talk to you on my behalf.
                          And here at the same time my legal advisor will communicate through the consumer suit. And me and my husband who is also a renowned literary figure will follow the proceedings through local/national as well as international forum. This is what i hate as it'll ruin not only the image of bsnl but my state my country. But what I hate further is being humiliated by a filthy system.

                          I had received a message on dated:20 oct 2009, time:10:25 am, that " WINNER ![protected] is choose for $ 2500 CASH price call +[protected] now. sender: TM-BRW. Message centre [protected]. After got this message i called on that no. they talked with me and agreed that u r the winner of rs $2500 i talked with Mr. Hameed about 45 to 50 minutes. Not for one time but for so many time just about 30 to 35 calls. But now, they dont give me any response and whenever i called there they told that we tried to contact u so many time but i didnt got any call from them. In that, i loose upto 3000rs on it. Now please take some actions or i do legal notice to BSNL.

Therefore the applicant is writing to you to take necessary action and direct the concerning authority for the following: -

                            (1) Not to renew the Caller tune further.
                            (2) Remove the Caller tune immediately.

                              My landline number is[protected] with the BSNL. From the past 10 days, my phone is not wokring well. I am able to get ring tones on all calls, but after lifting the phone from the cradle, I am getting gurgling sounds and hissing noise. I am not able to hear anything from the calling party. I made complaints thrice to the BSNL office in Visakhapatnam. But nobody attended our house till today, that is, on 10-3-09. Kindly take necessary action in this regard to restore my landline connectivity.

                              BSNL/Telephone — noisy and not responding

                              Inspite of last three weeks complaint regarding the faulty landline telephone no.24814115 no response from affice and not attending.
                              My mobile no. [protected] has been giving me problem over 2 weeks. Sometimes During a call within a few seconds or a few minutes suddenly there is a loud gurglling sound and i need to cut the call. Recently one of my friend also complained the same problem with her number. I called the customer care today and the person was trying to cut me off saying it is the instruments fault. I am using Samsung S7edge as a dual sim phone with an airtel sim also in it. That sim does.not give the same problem. When i mentioned that, the customer care person told it must be because of my setting the call forward option.
                              I request to help me solve the problem asap. Some of the on call OTP are not being received due to the problem.

                                Dear friends,
                                In Students Suvidh Scheme, BSNL gives 2000 free SMS. This may be to attract students more. But nobody is thinking about the mis use and spoiling of students carreer. 2000 SMS means around 66 SMS per day. If we calculate the time spend for creating and sending these many SMSs', that student has to spend around 330 minutes (5 minutes are calculated for creating & sending each message). So total 5and a half hours. And the time spend to read the incoming messages comes extra.
                                If we go deep into this disaster, a student spends around 6 Hours in his Institution. Most of the Institutions does not allow Mobiles inside the Campus. So the time spend for sending and reading these 66 messages per day goes from his study time. Then where is the time to study ? If BSNL stops this SMS suvidha, that will be the better Suvidha, they can do for the youngsters. Or else, they will be spoiling the new generation.

                                And the fact is that, this 2000 SMS is not sufficient for some guys !!! They borrow SMS from their friends !!!... Oh God, Save their soul and their parents money...

                                  I was given a high bill for my cellone mobile last month (almost double of what I get every month) But when I tried to complain and asked them to verify my bill they staff were very rude and I was told that there simply cannot be any mistake in the calculation and to get a detailed billI need to go through a procedure which extends till the next working day! Other than this he used bad language and physical violence to drive me away. It is disgusting that BSNL works like this ignoring all the competition from all other private companies. The only reason it survives is simply becos it is the cheapest. Otherwise with this kind of attitude of the employees noone would like to use BSNL

Telephone bill for the month of Feb and Mar have not been received till date. In absence of original telephone bill, this office is not in a position to pay the amount as Rs. 46.00 in due date. Kindly forward telephone bills for both the months so that necessary payment can be released earliest. Please accord priority to avoid delay in making payment.

                                    I am facing similar problem at Dehradun, the CGM, BSNL, Uttarakhand is trying to conceal deficiency in service, Try tweeting it to DoT and BSNL Corporate so that BSNL starts a change in work culture for good.
                                    BSNL landline bill for March 2018 is not available on line. My telephone number is [protected].

                                      I am dipankar thakur mobile no;-[protected], account no:[protected], from gangapur, duttapukur, 24 pargana(n), 743248, doing several call to your customer care regarding my mobile faulte.
                                      the particular mobile out going call was de-activated from 5th of march 09, but it was not solve by your people all though they dont inform me what exatctly happend.(only convey the message...

                                      as im a lifetime prepaid mobile user of bsnl...my recharge date expire on 23 feb 2009 and company gives only single day margin ie till 24 feb 2009...only one day grace period...this was unknown to all life time user..as early we know that 7 days grace period but after 24 feb i came to know that in lifetime we get one day grace period...this is not mention anywhere...in my account i had 1336.70 but after 24 feb my account becomes ZERO..im totly in shock so plz help me out...if its possible then plz transfer my money in my account...reply
