1. lead no : GJVAL[protected] on date: 21/12/2010
2. lead no : GJVAL[protected] on date: 16/01/2011
but there is no reply from BSNL silvassa. what should i do.

    i'm from madurai, tamilnadu, india. i have use the BSNL Dialups for using internet before 3 years. i have close my Phone connection before 2 years. i have finish all the amounts and they have return the deposit amount also. Until now they are sending the bill the amount is rising.

      The telephone is dead for the last one week and complaint was already booked. But no action taken so far. I could not use Broadband connection because of it. Even the Lineman and JE not responding inspite of repeated requests.

      BSNL-Landline Telephone — Line is dead.

      Im complaining about my dead phone line.

        I lodged a complaint from my mobile to 1500 on 02.12.2008 since 1st Dec evening the connectivity has not been restored. Inspite of my followup with your officials my nett has not been restored .For your inefficiency why should I have to pay rent for 4 days and like this my phone No. 23774064 was not functioned last week 16th 23rd November inspite of my severe followup no proper response from any of the official. Since nobody is lifting the elephone and like windfall if any body lifts also no redressal. I am ashamed to saythat my entire family owns BSNL& cellone connectivity.         my net is so slow, my Broadband is not working, 20 kb speed only and bsnl tell 100 speed but my Broadband speed in kb 20, so slow my Broadband speed so ple's help me

        i m a regular customer of bsnl for last 15 years. i have bsnl phone at number[protected].i have a broadband connection also.i have a lot of disturbance in my phone, you can not listen anyone while calling by this phone and broadband is not working at all.i am very frustrated of concerned authorities.tha't why i choose you to help me.


        BSNL states everywhere that the complaints are removed in 24 hours but i think i am the exceptional case for you people...my complaint has not been concerned for more than 2 months.i daily complaint to your complaint centre, to sdo's, to lineman's.etc

        I have taken a new connection no. [protected] with broad band during May 1st week. However the broadband has never worked . I had lodged complaints but bsnl in Jamshedpur are not attending to it. I am paying bill for two months for broad band which I have never used. Please help.
        I am really disappointed with the service provided by BSNL.

        Past all these days I was calling on BSNL exchange for rectifying the problem on these phone no’s[protected] & [protected]).
        On Friday morning when I enquired regarding the complaint, they informed me that there is a cable issue and same will be rectified by afternoon. Nobody called or turned back on Friday.

        As a user I felt very bad that why I had selected BSNL for broad band connection.

        On Saturday morning I thought let me have a chat with the officers in the exchange and confirm when the same can be rectified. And I was shocked with the answer from a lady officer from the exchange.

        Officer’s answer:- THIS NUMBER DOES NOT BELONG TO THIS EXCHANGE.

        All these times I was promised the same will be rectified and I lost all my hope and trust in BSNL due to the officers who had attending the calls.

        I had written a mail to assistant general manager for the same and no action was taken or I have not received any reply.

        If there is anyone who there to take care of such issues please reply or call me. My contact no is :- [protected]

            by customer care executive call i have rsponded on 27/Nov/2008, 9.23pm for caller tune, Rs2/ deducted for sms.
            Rs12/ deducted for song down loading
            Rs20/ deducted for monthly charges.
            Till today caller tune not activated.

              Subject: Broadband & Telephone disconnection request raised
              on 25.11.08 not processed till date.
              Sir,
              I am writing this complaint letter against my request for
              disconnection of BSNL services both for broadband and
              telephone, which has not been processed till now. Sir I would
              like to bring this in you notice that my internet connection is not
              working from last 20 days for which I have lodged complaint but
              no response. Because of these kind of poor services I have
              decided to disconnect these services, and submitted my
              application along with my Oct 2008 bill receipt after having
              discussion with (SDO) Sector 39.
              I would request you to kindly instruct your officials to act on my
              issue and disconnect this connection with effective from my
              request date i.e. 25.11.08. As it is of no use for me without
              broadband which is not working from last 20 days. I am
              regularly following up officials at Sec 39 office for this but no
              results.
              Now again they will send bill of services which I have requested
              to disconnect, but coz of their fault they are sending again and
              again.

              BSNL — Disconnection request not been followed

              I got a new connection on tel no 2616724 in feb, 2009 and it never worked, I lodged a complaint on 15th May and was assured that it will be corrected but no action was taken then I applied for disconnection on 18th May and I wasa told that my number cant be discoonected but it can be changed to another workable number. My number was then changed to 2641724 but it hasn't worked till date. Ive been paying the rent for it since february but not able to use it. Pl disconnect this number asap.

              Sector 39 office people are very callous towards attending the grievances of customers.they are nice in behaviour, but zero in PROFESSIONALISM! THEY DO NOT ATTEND TO WORK OF THE CUSTOMERS IN SPITE OF VISITING THEM IN PERSON AND LODGING THE COMPLAINT IN PERSON.THEY DENY THAT THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN LODGED.THIS IS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT GIVE THE COMPLAINT NUMBER TO THE COMLAINANT.MY ELDERLY MOTHER HAD VISITED SECTOR-39 TO LODGE A COMPLAINT FOR THE PROBLEM IN PHONE.IT HAS LOT OF NOISE IN IT.GIVES AN ENGAGED SOUND CONSTANTLY WHEN DIALLED FROM OUTSIDE.THEY DENY SHE HAS LODGED A COMPLAINT.SO DISHONEST ARE THEY!               BSNL — NOT CONNECTED AFTER REQUEST

              I was paying regular bill for my connection[protected] but it was not working properly for long time. then in February 2010 Ihave given my land line in BSNL safe cutody scheme after necessary payment for one year. Again 19th of December 2010 I have submitted application personally to mallappaly office to activate the line, officials agreed to connect the line within three working days. Even after somany complaints and call to several officials, it has not been activated yet. As my (old) mother alone staying at my home, there is no way to contact her, as I am out of country. Whenever we call exchange offices, they says order is pending sometimes in, Kallooppara, sometimes in Tiruvalla sometimes in Mallappally.
              Since I have to go back to my workplace, I was not able to go to many offices and get it connected. Even my neighbors are fedup of booking compaints regarding my case.
              EXACTLY I AM NOT ABLE TO GET THE PROPER PERSON/OFFICIAL WHO CAN TAKE CARE OF IT.

              Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — Disconnection of Broadband

              Sir,I had taken Broad Band connection with combo offer(Rs299.00 per month) on my Land line phone bearing No.[protected] in the name of J.B.Krishna Murthy on 18Oct2010.I had applied for the disconnection of the same on 16Nov 2010 as I was moving to Chennai to undergo Cataract operation.As per the advice I deposited the Modem to the concerned authority on 16Oct2010 and submitted a photo copy of the receipt to CTO Jabalpur.Finding no action taken, I had again requested on 25Mar2011 with another letter.Despite a lapse of more than 40 days no result was seen.On 02May2011 I tried to meet the DGM but by the P.A to DGM I was directed to some SDE.Some how they had given an order bearing No.BBD[protected] dated 02May2011 and I was advised to not to pay the Bill for the month of March2011.To my astonishment again I was served with the bill for the month of Apr2011 including Broad Band charges.It is requested to issue necessary orders to the concerned authority to rectify the bill immediately and make refund of the excess amount collected.Thanking you.Sincerely.J B Krishna Murthy

              With due respect, I, Mr. Atanu Deb, BSNL Unique ID: UWNDA[protected] request you to disconnect my BSNL FTTH Telephone and Internet Connection with immediate action.

              The reason for disconnection is Pathetic Attention and Customer Service from BSNL despite several request to repair the connection. I was unable to use the service for 2 consecutive weeks (20/07/2013 till 01/08/2013) which can be checked from your side. I have been requesting Mr Padam Singh and his team (form BSNL NOIDA, Sec-119) numerous times to repair the connection but no-one bothered to fulfill my request. I have been paying by bills on time but not getting the same response from your side.

              So after giving it a thought, I have come to a conclusion that I want to disconnect the BSNL Connection. Quick response would be highly appreciated.

I got WLL internet connection three months before from bsnl office salem tamilnadu.At that time of giving connection Bsnl had come and cheched the signal level, But it was not working properly at the time of checking.For that the have told, there is no WLL equipment in yor local tower the present signal coming from Thirumalaigiri it is foraway from your place. So please wait for another one month we will provide WLL equpipment with in one monthfor your local Bsnl tower, But so for they have not provide any equipment .Now we anable to get the signal . So please take nessaryaction for the broblem

                        Sir,
                        Iam having internet connection in India, Chennai, Periyar nagar through BSNL Broad Band services. Often I won’t get internet connection or the connection will disconnected.

                        So many complaints have been made by me and my family members. No positive response so far. For the past three weeks the service is very poor.

                        Often we are having online conferences and now a days we are going to somebody’s house and attending the conferences. Eventhough we know that it is not good manerisim we have followed that and disturbed the people in that house. Now, it is also not possible, because they have shifted their residence.

                        From 25th of this month I have made so many complaints regarding this connection and the ADSL light is not burning often. While at the time of making complaint through landline or mobhile the light will get on and within ½ minute it goes off. This also happens often.

                        While I was in the conference, the other people in various countries are laughed about the poor performance of BSNL. I feel ashamed about the poor performance of BSNL of India.

At the behest of the BSNL personnel, I have changed the cabling in my apartment, tried with a different BSNL modem, disconnected my telephone and and tried only with the Network connection. But, still the ADSL link is not stable. I have put in enough complaints, BSNL Engineers have come to my flat and checked up all the connections, but to no avail. And Finally BSNL tells me it is a problem at their end. If so, what is stopping them from fixing it?
                          As i am composing this message, the link has again gone down !!

                            I further requested to refund above said amount of Rs.60/- to me as early as possible.

                                After getting a message on my mobile Phone(Pre-paid) No. [protected], I sent a message to subscribe shayari for one month being free scheme as per message in July'2008, but I was shocked to note that after sending the message for subscribing free shayari on phone, an amount of Rs. 30/- was debited from my balance a/c. for which I immediately sent one more message to unsubscribe and revert my Rs. 30/-, but to no avail. Inspite of this, the shayari was also not subscribed. It means that amount of Rs. 30/- was illegally charged. Similary in Sept'2008 on getting a message an amount of Rs. 19/- for subsequently two months was debited from my a/c for providing me ring tones. Till date, no ring tones has been sent to me and I have faced a monetary loss of Rs. 68/- which does not mean and I don't bother for such a small loss, but illegal charging of Rs. 68/- was noticed to BSNL authorities through a letter, but till date no response has been received. Could you ask BSNL to refund me Rs. 68/-.

                                    I thank you for the very quick action for repairing the problem about which I complained yesterday. Moreover, the service of 24002198 has been restored to my 'phone. I withdraw the complaint lodged this morning over telephone ( vide docket No. K 8246) and sincerely apologise for any trouble that it might have generatd.

                                      the www.data.bsnl.in site is very unuseful site for me because this site is always not open or it is down so i can't see my data usage and this is very very big problem for me...

                                      the site http://bbservice.bsnl.in never opens. It opens only after a 20 days and i am not able to check the usage . this is a big problem for me as i download a lots of things...

                                      The site from which one can check his/her internet usage has a very poor server. the site is very slow and take hell lot of time to open...may b this is done knowingly so that limited download user like me are not able to check their usage..and end up geting unexpected high bill...

                                      I think bsnl cant probide good sevice, there is nothing who can do helh for you even a SDO also .BSNL is fail in every area .i have complainted alote no of complaints to the bsnl workers but cant do any solution

                                      I am a govt./ p.s.u employee as per circular from bharat sanchar bhawan broadband cell
                                      Janpath New Delhi no.64-03/08-broadband dated[protected]% rebate is to be allowed on
                                      usage and rental.i have also applied also for the same on[protected] but nearly four and a half
                                      months has been elapsed but no rebate is being allowed to me .

                                      I have approached several times to the authorities and even to the G.M. gorakhpur but no result has been recd. so far .
                                      Kindly look into the matter and ensure 20%rebate as per circular cited above for which i will be highly obliged.

Its server always remain very very slow and takes long time to open the page and after long surfing always shows-"NO USAGE DETAILS FOUND FOR THE MONTH...".I think it is done knowingly so as one can not go through the update account and use cautiously.

                                        landline incoming not working

                                        I am the resident of pammal, which comes under chrompet exchange. For the past few days, I am not receiving the incoming calls regularly. Despite of my several complaints it was partially restored and again the calls are not coming after a few. Since I am an government employee, I find it extremely difficult to get my superiors urgent calls. hence i request you to kindly restore it immediately. I am also having broadband connection...
