I recently got my broadband connection, i dint receive any bill for last month November, but i had a call from bsnl that ur last date to pay the bill is November05 still u dint pay likewise, how do i aware of the date without receiving the bill and why should i pay surcharge for ur department fault .

I never get my BSNL landline bills since last one year. I have logged complain several time regarding same, no one bother there. Every time I have to go to collect my duplicate bills and then clear my dues.

I'm using the internet with this line is the only reason to keep the connection.

I do not get my residential bill in time having my own house in Bhubaneswar. Always I get bill after due date of payment for which I have to pay with fine. Now everytime I am required to collect a duplicate bill for payment.

    I am unable to open the website bbservice.bsnl.in, to see my usage details. past 10 to 12 days, also not able to access quickly, Shall I surrender the connection, I got connectionin July 2008 only, I came to knew with in SIX months We can surrender the MODEM, becasue From the installation till I am not Satisfied, so many times complained, Contacted Line men, but not use. Kindly reply atleast for this message.

        Paid by ch.03128 and paid by my bank on 05128. The payment neither acknowledged in spite of my repeated calls to the customer care No.111 and I am getting pre payment calls ti8ll date which is irritating and falls bellow high state vodofone care. I feel there seems to not much of correlaation between various depts for effective and satisfying funcntioning of vodoffone services. I req.this may kindly be set right under intimation to me pl.           Receeived wrong bill for March 2008..on 20thApril

          6 months of meeting, applications and request calls at various BSNL offices in Chandigarh and Panchkula cost me no less than 5000 rupees in fuel

          costs of loss of office and business hours not counted

          harassment not counted

          repeated assurances by BSNL officers to no avail

          Finally received corrected bill on 25th October and paid it

          BSNL accepted error in sending bill after 6 months

          i want compensation for harassment, loss of business, and fuel charges

          Dear Sir,
          I have been facing great trouble and bad service of BSNL Broadband/Telephone it was disconnected for approx 15 to 20 days due to problems in line and for 7 more days due to change in number and broadband code not only this, they change the fixed free call charges of 175 which was promise to us under five hundred Combo plane. After so many compaine to SDO and his assistant they just give fake promise to us.
          We are not satisfied with last two bills including Broadband charges. Because of all these problems I have finally decided to get free from your service kindly disconnect my service.

            The fault with my Broadband is that it opens easily, but the connection goes off in 10 minutes. I have to turn off the computer and log on once again and log on to Broadband anew. This has been happening since a long time. Complaint docket No. E8126 on 4.12.08. I want to speak to a Customer Service official, since this is not a common fault. The last few times I have rung up 1500 I have been told that My landline No. does not have any Broadband connection. I feel helpless as I can not work without internet.

              This is to inform about bsnl broadband. Its not connecting properly for me. I had complainted in bsnl office here .But had got no responce. I hope you will respond to this .

                    my landline phone no.[protected] not working from the last one month & i have complained 2-3 times for it.......they don't tell me the actual time period in which my phone starts working.......my monthly fix rent is approx. Rs.950/-......in this type of case who will pay the rent (not working period) of the phone (when even after complained phone is not working continuously for a long period).

                            The telephone is dead for the last one week and complaint was already booked. But no action taken so far. I could not use Broadband connection because of it. Even the Lineman and JE not responding inspite of repeated requests.

                              I lodged a complaint from my mobile to 1500 on 02.12.2008 since 1st Dec evening the connectivity has not been restored. Inspite of my followup with your officials my nett has not been restored .For your inefficiency why should I have to pay rent for 4 days and like this my phone No. 23774064 was not functioned last week 16th 23rd November inspite of my severe followup no proper response from any of the official.                               I have taken a new connection no. [protected] with broad band during May 1st week. However the broadband has never worked . I had lodged complaints but bsnl in Jamshedpur are not attending to it. I am paying bill for two months for broad band which I have never used. Please help.
                              I am really disappointed with the service provided by BSNL.

                              Past all these days I was calling on BSNL exchange for rectifying the problem on these phone no’s[protected] & [protected]).
                              On Friday morning when I enquired regarding the complaint, they informed me that there is a cable issue and same will be rectified by afternoon. Nobody called or turned back on Friday.

                              As a user I felt very bad that why I had selected BSNL for broad band connection.

                              On Saturday morning I thought let me have a chat with the officers in the exchange and confirm when the same can be rectified. And I was shocked with the answer from a lady officer from the exchange.

                              Officer’s answer:- THIS NUMBER DOES NOT BELONG TO THIS EXCHANGE.

                              All these times I was promised the same will be rectified and I lost all my hope and trust in BSNL due to the officers who had attending the calls.

                              I had written a mail to assistant general manager for the same and no action was taken or I have not received any reply.

                                    I got a new connection on tel no 2616724 in feb, 2009 and it never worked, I lodged a complaint on 15th May and was assured that it will be corrected but no action was taken then I applied for disconnection on 18th May and I wasa told that my number cant be discoonected but it can be changed to another workable number. My number was then changed to 2641724 but it hasn't worked till date. Ive been paying the rent for it since february but not able to use it. Pl disconnect this number asap.

                                    BSNL — NOT CONNECTED AFTER REQUEST

                                    I was paying regular bill for my connection[protected] but it was not working properly for long time. then in February 2010 Ihave given my land line in BSNL safe cutody scheme after necessary payment for one year. Again 19th of December 2010 I have submitted application personally to mallappaly office to activate the line, officials agreed to connect the line within three working days. Even after somany complaints and call to several officials, it has not been activated yet. As my (old) mother alone staying at my home, there is no way to contact her, as I am out of country. Whenever we call exchange offices, they says order is pending sometimes in, Kallooppara, sometimes in Tiruvalla sometimes in Mallappally.
                                    Since I have to go back to my workplace, I was not able to go to many offices and get it connected. Even my neighbors are fedup of booking compaints regarding my case.
                                    EXACTLY I AM NOT ABLE TO GET THE PROPER PERSON/OFFICIAL WHO CAN TAKE CARE OF IT.

                                    Sir,I had taken Broad Band connection with combo offer(Rs299.00 per month) on my Land line phone bearing No.[protected] in the name of J.B.Krishna Murthy on 18Oct2010.I had applied for the disconnection of the same on 16Nov 2010 as I was moving to Chennai to undergo Cataract operation.As per the advice I deposited the Modem to the concerned authority on 16Oct2010 and submitted a photo copy of the receipt to CTO Jabalpur.Finding no action taken, I had again requested on 25Mar2011 with another letter.Despite a lapse of more than 40 days no result was seen.On 02May2011 I tried to meet the DGM but by the P.A to DGM I was directed to some SDE.Some how they had given an order bearing No.BBD[protected] dated 02May2011 and I was advised to not to pay the Bill for the month of March2011.To my astonishment again I was served with the bill for the month of Apr2011 including Broad Band charges.It is requested to issue necessary orders to the concerned authority to rectify the bill immediately and make refund of the excess amount collected.Thanking you.Sincerely.J B Krishna Murthy

I have been requesting Mr Padam Singh and his team (form BSNL NOIDA, Sec-119) numerous times to repair the connection but no-one bothered to fulfill my request. I have been paying by bills on time but not getting the same response from your side.

                                    So after giving it a thought, I have come to a conclusion that I want to disconnect the BSNL Connection. Quick response would be highly appreciated.

                                    I am writing this complaint l against my several request regarding
                                    the service of broadband and and telephone number both have very very poor service
                                    I request several times either you have to give good service or disconnect my services
                                    I further request to waiveoff the charges of the period for which 6-8-15 to10-8-15 no service was there
                                    due to lack of service I could not work my personal and official work which were urgent
                                    Sir I would like to bring your notice my internet and telephone services are not good .this compalint
                                    must be treated as a notice ..I further request you to adjust the bill of broadband because Icould not get proper service
                                    I would request you to kindly instruct your officials to act on my
                                    issue improve the service connection . I am
                                    regularly following up complaint at 198, 1500 and 2501555 at Sec 39 office for this but no fruiteful

                                      on 1/12/2008 bsnl send me a msg that my last sms cost 20 rupees...whereas i havnt send any msg for atleast 15 days before that date.
                                      this had also happened atleast 5-6 times in previous few months...also.

                                        I got the connection on 27th Nov.2008,
                                        The Tech.Person connected the Dataone cable and informed me
                                        as per BSNL instruction his duty is over.Now it will start working.Unfortunately both the line is dead now.
