Sir,
I am residing in Mohannagar township in salem district Tamilnadu. I got WLL internet connection three months before from bsnl office salem tamilnadu.At that time of giving connection Bsnl had come and cheched the signal level, But it was not working properly at the time of checking.For that the have told, there is no WLL equipment in yor local tower the present signal coming from Thirumalaigiri it is foraway from your place. So please wait for another one month we will provide WLL equpipment with in one monthfor your local Bsnl tower, But so for they have not provide any equipment .Now we anable to get the signal . So please take nessaryaction for the broblem

Dear Sir,
I am using BSNL WLL internet connection. it is very slow because of weak signal . some times it is totally signal less. is there any way to get signal??? even i have checked signal in my room. there is no strong signal.

    Sir,
    Iam having internet connection in India, Chennai, Periyar nagar through BSNL Broad Band services. Often I won’t get internet connection or the connection will disconnected.

    So many complaints have been made by me and my family members. No positive response so far. For the past three weeks the service is very poor.

    Often we are having online conferences and now a days we are going to somebody’s house and attending the conferences. Eventhough we know that it is not good manerisim we have followed that and disturbed the people in that house. Now, it is also not possible, because they have shifted their residence.

    From 25th of this month I have made so many complaints regarding this connection and the ADSL light is not burning often. While at the time of making complaint through landline or mobhile the light will get on and within ½ minute it goes off. This also happens often.

    While I was in the conference, the other people in various countries are laughed about the poor performance of BSNL. I feel ashamed about the poor performance of BSNL of India.

    Sir,
    I am having internet connection in India, Gorakhpur, rustampur exchange through BSNL Broad Band services. Often I won’t get internet connection or the connection is disconnected frequently.

    So many complaints have been made by me For the past two month the service is very poor.


    I have made so many complaints regarding this connection and the ADSL light is not burning often. While at the time of making complaint through landline or mobhile the light will get on and within ½ minute it goes off. This also happens often.

    I feel ashamed about the poor performance of BSNL of India.

      I also have the same problem with my ADSL link. At the behest of the BSNL personnel, I have changed the cabling in my apartment, tried with a different BSNL modem, disconnected my telephone and and tried only with the Network connection. But, still the ADSL link is not stable. I have put in enough complaints, BSNL Engineers have come to my flat and checked up all the connections, but to no avail. And Finally BSNL tells me it is a problem at their end. If so, what is stopping them from fixing it?
      As i am composing this message, the link has again gone down !!

        BSNL deducted Rs. 60 suddenly from my account without any cause.I have have not activated anything neither I know how to use SMS I only receive incoming calls through my mobile.Customer care is not co-operating.

        BSNL deducted Rs. 41/- (Rs.22+Rs.19/-) suddenly from my account within last two months, without any cause.I have have not activated anything .I contacted to Customer Care, they said songs/radio is activated on this mobile. Last month, I sent SMS "UNSUBSCRIBED" as they advised to me. But all in vain, BSNL deducted Rs.19/- this month. I have mobile 1600 and above said facility has no use to me.

        I request to you please deactivate such type of facility on my prepaid connection No.[protected] immediately.

        I further requested to refund above said amount of Rs.60/- to me as early as possible.

            After getting a message on my mobile Phone(Pre-paid) No. [protected], I sent a message to subscribe shayari for one month being free scheme as per message in July'2008, but I was shocked to note that after sending the message for subscribing free shayari on phone, an amount of Rs. 30/- was debited from my balance a/c. for which I immediately sent one more message to unsubscribe and revert my Rs. 30/-, but to no avail. Inspite of this, the shayari was also not subscribed. It means that amount of Rs. 30/- was illegally charged. Similary in Sept'2008 on getting a message an amount of Rs. 19/- for subsequently two months was debited from my a/c for providing me ring tones. Till date, no ring tones has been sent to me and I have faced a monetary loss of Rs. 68/- which does not mean and I don't bother for such a small loss, but illegal charging of Rs. 68/- was noticed to BSNL authorities through a letter, but till date no response has been received. Could you ask BSNL to refund me Rs. 68/-.

But what happened you know my number is going to another house. So i am not satisfied with this connections.                 I thank you for the very quick action for repairing the problem about which I complained yesterday. Moreover, the service of 24002198 has been restored to my 'phone. I withdraw the complaint lodged this morning over telephone ( vide docket No. K 8246) and sincerely apologise for any trouble that it might have generatd.

                  the www.data.bsnl.in site is very unuseful site for me because this site is always not open or it is down so i can't see my data usage and this is very very big problem for me...

                  the site http://bbservice.bsnl.in never opens. It opens only after a 20 days and i am not able to check the usage . this is a big problem for me as i download a lots of things...

                  The site from which one can check his/her internet usage has a very poor server. the site is very slow and take hell lot of time to open...may b this is done knowingly so that limited download user like me are not able to check their usage..and end up geting unexpected high bill...

                  I am a govt./ p.s.u employee as per circular from bharat sanchar bhawan broadband cell
                  Janpath New Delhi no.64-03/08-broadband dated[protected]% rebate is to be allowed on
                  usage and rental.i have also applied also for the same on[protected] but nearly four and a half
                  months has been elapsed but no rebate is being allowed to me .

                  I have approached several times to the authorities and even to the G.M. gorakhpur but no result has been recd. so far .
                  Kindly look into the matter and ensure 20%rebate as per circular cited above for which i will be highly obliged.

                    landline incoming not working

                    Sir,
                    I am the resident of pammal, which comes under chrompet exchange. For the past few days, I am not receiving the incoming calls regularly. Despite of my several complaints it was partially restored and again the calls are not coming after a few. Since I am an government employee, I find it extremely difficult to get my superiors urgent calls. hence i request you to kindly restore it immediately. I am also having broadband connection...

                    Applied for Combo package on 26th July 2008 for new connection at 2nd Street, Modern Park, SantoshPur, Kolkata - 75.

                    Yet to get the connection.

                    I contacted the concerned Divisional Engineer (Ranikuthi Office) several times, only to hear that the region is still not feasible and there are technical problems. They yet to do a survey.

                    My question is, is the nation's largest telecom service provider so much helpless and TECHNICALLY HANDICAPPED, that they are not able to solve the problem even after FIVE MONTHS ????

                    What better service can we expect post connection ??

                      my 750+ plan has started from 1 dec.but instead of getting 256 kbps speed my speed is that od dial up that is 50 kbps and downloading rate id 6.48 kbps.i live in bikaner.while my uncle took same plan in jaipur and geeting speed of 256 kbps.wat should i do.i hv also complaint it from bsnl office but they cant do anything

                      BSNL — BSNL Broadband not connecting so many times, No update for data usage, slow speed

                      BSNL Broadband does not connect so many times, if connects then it is so slow. BSNL does not provide appropriate speed. Also their portal is never updated for data usage. Is there any legal way to complain against BSNL? Please reply to [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                      BSNL Broadband — Very Unprofessonal

                      My telephone was disconnected due to non-payment. It is 2 weeks after i have paid my Telephone bill- TEl No[protected] and the telephone is re-connected but my Broadband internet is not re-connected. They have given me some numbers to call and enquire. it keeps ringing and no-body answers to it,. once in a while if some one answers they say they are not that department and give another number. Try calling the new number-- again in the same loop, no-body answers the call and finally some one lifts and just answers that the concerned person is not available at that point of time. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks consistantly

                      I see responses from many angry BSNL customers. I am posting this comment over a BSNL broadband connection. My personal experience with BSNL is very positive. Airtel, Reliance and Tata Indicom guys had earlier refused to give me broadband connection mentioning they will need to draw 2 kms of cable for me.                       Service provided by BSNL is very poor and the response is not at all good. BSNL is providing free download free 2 to 8 am but the speed at this time very bad. Actually home plan is having speed of 250, which they should provide, but the speed i am getting is only 40 maximum.

                      I have been subscriber to my Broadband Line 25319858, BSNL Broadband 250 home Plan for last one year and converted to 500 home plan with unlimited download facility since 1 April 2009.

                      But it is very unfortunate and unexpected that since then its speed has come down to alarming low range not even You Tube Tube pages being opened. Even very often, normal pages are not opened. Simltaneously I also have a private line Alliance Broadband which is far better and speedy than BSNL Broadband. I was of opinion that had I been successful with the BSNL Broadband, I cud have left Alliance Broadband.

                      But it is really dissappointing and ridiculous that BSNL Broadband's such unprecedented slow seed is a matter of serious concern to me.

                      I Faced Same Problem at all. I think We must compaint against the BSNL Broadband TO THE CONSUMER FORUM. They Prommise to 256 Kpbs (799 Plan) Speed. They must gave at least 156 Kpbs.
                      mine bsnl(500c broadband plan)at the beginning (oct-dec 08) download speed was 200-350 kbps in day time and in free download time i.e 2a.m - 8a.m it was arround 100-150kbps n i was very much satisfied...
                      but now its damn slow in day time 50-70 kbps and during free download time its horrible just 2-15kbps...
                      this is a serious problem... from jan-april 2009 i may have just downloaded around 20-50mb/month...
                      and according to my plan download limit is 1.5gb which is highly impossible with such a download speed...
                      i hope there will be a serious action taken to solve this problem...

                          BSNL — very uncertain internet connectivity

                          I got the broadband internet connection on May 4, 2010, within 5 days of applying for it. I had opted for the fixed charge scheme (750+). For the first two months everything went fine. After that, it seems, some dirty game started being played by BSNL, that still continues. The internet connections keep getting off within minutes of logging in, even though the green indicator light on the "link" panel of the modem remains steady. "Internet Explorer could not open this webpage" is the terribly annoying sight that I am forced to see on my screen, followed by the message "BSNL link failed: Redial pending". After the redial, connections may or may not be restored, and I have required up to 6-8 redials to get the connections back, though only for a few minutes before they go off again.
                          I have heard that this is the dirty trick BSNL plays on its subscribers who have taken the 750+ (or equivalent) scheme. BSNL does not want to allow them to enjoy unlimited access by paying only a fixed charge. Is this correct ??? I hope it isn't, and also hope that these problems with BB internet were only temporary and will be fixed by BSNL immediately.

                            I took BSLN EVDO wireless datacard in last october i.e oct' 2007 as signals are not coming properly in Rajajinagar area, bengaluru, i returned back to BSNL office near NAVARANG and they gave me a acknowledgment saying you will get a check of 1500/- in few days ...i keep on asking to BSNL guys they never returned it..they always use to say file has not come. It has been a year i didn't get my money back :-( whenever i call to this number[protected]given by BSNL office) they never pick the phone.

                            I have bought this stuff on 29th august and i have given 5000/- rupees for this.They told me that you will get brodband like speed but from that day till know i am getting only 20 to 40 kbps speed even i am not getting the speed of dial-up connection .I have also complaint for this but they didn't took any step.

                              wel i am residing in a very prime location of the jaipur (raj) city called saket colony adarsh nagar.
                              i have applied for the broadband connection in may 08..after long time when there was no action taken by the company towards my application i have reached the office of the company..there i was told that there ws no such application of mine..i was shocked and then i hv shown them the copy of my application form then they have checked the records and tell me that no connections are available at the related box which is used for broadbend..i thought that it was a nonsense, non availability of this box...there is some other reason or the lazyness of the officers..i had faced a lot of mental and physical problems because of this..please do something and help me...
                              In my town there is full set of BSNL broad band equipment and related facility from march 2007. but yet not give a sinle broad band connection. please activate connection here.

I want to stop this facility immediately, many times I tried through able to stop this faclity.They said that BSNL is not responsible for this, so when I contact at 126300 there is no option to stop this facility and no provision to talk ..So very heay charches to be paid by me to BSNL.I have sent to SMS at 126300 and BSNL customer care service to stop this fasality.

I received the same message from 12630019, on Jan 10th 2009, that I have been "Successfully" charged 19/- for unwanted Radio Service.. that too without my concern. Atleast I did not expect this kind of cheap tactics by Public sector company like BSNL. From then I have been charged 19/- each month (i.e., Rs. 114/- till June 2009).
                                When I contacted the customer service center regarding this issue, they give me a reply that, I pressed some buttons while talking to somebody and that’s the reason for enabling the Radio Service... Ridiculous...
                                Dear BSNL, Even if any type of such arrangement is there in your system, it is your minimum responsibility to send a request to me for confirming weather this facility enable or not.
                                Further whatever procedure they gave to unsubscribe from this scheme simply did not work. So, I here by request the concerned authority to take action against such schemes and refund my Rs 114/- talk time. Also unsubscribe me from this service.

                                I am BSNL pre paid Mobile user of West Bengal circle. My mobile no is [protected]. On 23/10/2009 my mobile recharged by Rs. 46 /- magic voucher and the validity date was 22/11/2009. But automatically the validity date changed to 22/10/2010. Then I contact to your customer service and they replied that some similar type complaint came to us but we can't rectify the mistake.
                                Now, I am not interested in this power plan. So, please cancel the power card facility as the validity date already gone on 22/11/2009 and help me for recharging my mobile with my suitable power tariff.

                                    Contacting the customer care is not going to work out any miracles. You will have to get in touch with the nearest internet exchange (commonly termed as national internet backbone office, NIB office). Alternatively you can contact the exchange and ask them to reset your password.

                                      i cannot access or get usage limits

                                      BSNL Broadband — CAN'T CHECK USAGE

                                      Sir / Madam,
                                      I have a BB connection on my LL no. but I'm unable to check the usage of BB account. for this, I registered my self on BSNL CC site as described in the BSNL BB Installation Note but it shows that my account is locked. In addition to these I'm also not able to change the BB a/c Password.
                                      On contacting the officials of BSNL, they are saying that it is a software problem and can't be resolved right now and no time limit can be told as they also don't know how to fix it.
                                      I have a strong fear that as the password is default as given by BSNL, someone may misuse my account.
                                      kIndly help me out of situtaion.

                                      i have a BSNL broad band connection.
                                      i am unable to check uses details whenever tried always it flashes time out login again.
                                      my data-one mail always show warning of full memory even regularly i clean junks etc.
                                      speed of BB is always very slow and intermittent dropout is regular feature.
                                      complaint at local level has gone vane. Do some thing if possible to help me

                                      For the last three days I can't check my bsnl broadband usages. There is no such link where I can check my usages(earlier : View my post paid usages).

                                      i register to http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal on 18 /02/2011 with my
                                      customer id
                                      cust_id : [protected]
                                      and still does't receiver username and password.So i can't check my broadband usage without this account .send me quickly send usrname and password. for this
