SIR, I HAVE SURRENDERED MY BROADBAND CONNECTION & SUBMITTED THE MODEM ALSO[protected] TO THE CONCERNED OFFICE, IAHVE THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ISSUED BY THEM. BUT TILL DATE, THEY ARE CHARGING THE MODEM RENTAL ON TELEPHONE BILLS REGULARLY. I HAVE APPROACHED ALL THE OFFICERS. BUT THERE IS NO RESULTS, I AM PAYING THE CHARGES ALONG WITH MY TELEPHONE CHARGES. KINDLY HELP ME TO STOP THE PROBLEM. THIS IS MY DETAILS.

For the past 3 days, I have been trying to pay our BSNL mobile bill through web portal.Out of my bad luck I never could do that. It always gives some 'Server Busy' or 'Session timed out errors' and I could atleast never reach to view my existing bill details. today again I tried entering and it gave following error before even entering into my account. " Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached". Finally I got very frustrated with this and wanted to raise complaint on the portal. But I could hardly find any link for complaints even. Finally I searched in Google and found following blog to express my concern. I don't really know whether I could reach them by logging a complaint in this. But there is no other choice.
First of all I am really conecrned about these errors. BSNL, as a huge organization they would know how many customers are existing for BSNL. and definately they would know how many would access the portal within the given point of time. So definately they should build up the capability to process those many requsts.
Second thing is the error description. As a software engineer I may understand what these errors stand for but Thinking about normal users, howmany users can really understand what is the error being displayed? How many users would know what is the next step they need to do if they encounter some error?
Third one is What's the use of launching a portal without even helping the basic customer needs? In my case I couldn't pay my bill since past 3 days. So what's the use of this site if basic bugs are not resolved.
I think I am clear on what I want to convey. I hope my complaint would be considered and some thing would be done against this.

whenever i open the bsnl portal to view my usage, it took very long time to open the site. but at time it open quickly.
this is to take notice that service provider web site itself open very slow
