i m also having the same problem for the past few weeks. Someone plz help, i can not view my bb a/c usage. By the way, how to contact the System Administrator.

For the past 3 days, I have been trying to pay our BSNL mobile bill through web portal.Out of my bad luck I never could do that. It always gives some 'Server Busy' or 'Session timed out errors' and I could atleast never reach to view my existing bill details. today again I tried entering and it gave following error before even entering into my account. " Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached". Finally I got very frustrated with this and wanted to raise complaint on the portal. But I could hardly find any link for complaints even. Finally I searched in Google and found following blog to express my concern. I don't really know whether I could reach them by logging a complaint in this. But there is no other choice.

First of all I am really conecrned about these errors. BSNL, as a huge organization they would know how many customers are existing for BSNL. and definately they would know how many would access the portal within the given point of time. So definately they should build up the capability to process those many requsts.

Second thing is the error description. As a software engineer I may understand what these errors stand for but Thinking about normal users, howmany users can really understand what is the error being displayed? How many users would know what is the next step they need to do if they encounter some error?

Third one is What's the use of launching a portal without even helping the basic customer needs? In my case I couldn't pay my bill since past 3 days. So what's the use of this site if basic bugs are not resolved.

I think I am clear on what I want to convey. I hope my complaint would be considered and some thing would be done against this.

whenever i open the bsnl portal to view my usage, it took very long time to open the site. but at time it open quickly.

    I am a user of bsnl broadband service known as Dataone. I am having commercial Plan ul 3300 in which the company provide 2mbps surfing/ downloading speed. I am only able to get around 300 as surfing speed an 10 KBPS download speed. i m not Abel to compete with my competitors who having tata Internet connection only 750/-pm . my is 3700 p.m & same speed pls help as soon as possible

    i have been using bsnl broadband 4d last 2years.. am not at all satisfied.. in the last 2years i must hav registerd 10000complaints regarding link problems.. wenever i make a complaint someone calls nd sends sumone. d the time being it works for 2-3mnths properly aftr dat back 2the same problem.. am fed up by dis... hw can i solve dis problem???
    I took a broad band connection from 12/01/2009 and I have been finding that, the band width speed was very slow (15kbps to 49 kbps only, against the claim 256 kbps-2.0 mbps). When I enquired Sangamam 1500 a call service centre, they have said that it is a system problem. Many of my friends also have said that, it could be a problem of my system which is very old (Had Intel Celeron 435 MHz with 128 RD ram). Hence, I had invested Rs. 21, 000/- and went for a brand new system with latest configuration.

    Later I come to know, that even after putting in to new system, the speed was very slow. Once again, I enquired BSNL service 1500, they had guided me to change the settings and no improvement was seen. They had given me a Complaint No.88361042 and they had said that, service engineer would attend the same with in 24 hrs. Waited for 2 days and there was no response. Hence, I had contacted 1500 again. This time, they had given me another Complaint No. 88362055. No response for the same.

    Third time, I had called 1504 and briefed him whole story. He also had given me another Complaint No. 88363889. Every time, I call the service centre, they keep giving me different number. But, none of the BSNL persons attend to it and solve the customer problem. When I had called Jawahar Nagar exchange they said to contact Madhavaram exchange. Madhavaram service centre person told me to contact Periyar Nagar and it goes on and on and on………………But problem exists.

    Finally, I could catch SDE of Peravallore exchange personally and the line man and BB service engineer thro their personnel mobile number. They have promised me that problem could be investigated and solved at the earliest.

    I have suffered mental agony during all these days and I am very upset with the whole incident, I request to waive the broad band charges and monthly rental charges from the date of installation till the date of correction and help me to resolve the speed problem too.

      SIR, I HAVE SURRENDERED MY BROADBAND CONNECTION & SUBMITTED THE MODEM ALSO[protected] TO THE CONCERNED OFFICE, IAHVE THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ISSUED BY THEM.       I have broadband connection in my home. But I am not able to connect the net easily. Whenever I connect the net I have to configure the network then only i can connect the net. I already registered the complaint so many times to customer care and I gave my mobile number for contact. But there is no proper response from BSNL.       We regret to inform you that BSNL services are very poor in metro city of CHENNAI, The telephone distribution networks are very bad at Ayanavaram Area . We made complaint for BB out of service since 10 days ago . The complaint number is WEB/BB/88325326 . No one from BSNL has approached at my House, this shows that BSNL is not doing their works properly and they are doing mistakes on their works, planning etc .

      I had booked for a broadband connection on 29/07/2009 at CSC Anna Road under HOME UL 750 PLAN and got the connection after nearly a fortnight. I had my own modem which was under the 250 PLAN.
      To get my broadband activation I had to represent to the CGM which I had done on 04/8/09. But the broadband since the day of activation is not working properly and my son who is studying his 3rd year engineering is finding difficult to present his papers on various subjects the very purpose for which I have applied for the broadband. Being an employee of BSNL I would like to be loyal to the company even though AIRTEL have already offered better packages to my son for broadband. In case this trend of difficulty in getting connected continues I will be left with no other choice but to surrender the connection .

      I herewith lodging a complaint on BSNL service through agents

      One of your employee namely Soundar Rajan whose GSM is [protected] came to my house whom i contacted in your BSNL (near Air port branch ) and collected IRS 500/- along with filled in form with all supporting documents 10 days back.

      So far there is no sign of him as his mobile line is switched off.

      Kindly investigate the same and reply me - what i need is internet connection right away than money.

      I have changed my address from west velacherry to adambakkam and shifted my telephone also. BSNL allotted new no. from 22531768 to 22601766. After getting connection my broadband is working well. But for the past 2 weeks i couldn't able to browse. The browser page ask password.
      Even if i enterpassword and apply the page cannot open. Please enable the same

After calling sevaral times to BSNL on 29th June I got inetnet connection . From 29th June to 25th July internet was not working during night time (7pm to 6am). Somany times I gave online complient and met your department people about this problem, finally they found problem with the phone line given by department. later they changed theline.now internet is working perfectly..

      I have go the broadband connection through the tel.No. 24485242.

      I am not getting the internet connection properly. Even afetr trying for it for a long time, sat for about one hour, I get the connection, but it is getting disconnected on its own with in a very sgort time say about 4 to 5 minutes.

      I have been making complaint to various persons in your BSNL, but so far no result. ( getteing connection to 1500 or 1504 is very very difficult )

      I am really suffering without the internet serives. I am upset with your level of service so far.

      BB Home Combo ULF 900.. Wired BB connection to[protected]K.Ganesan. BB connection was given on 22.7.2010. Though it has been clearly stated that the speed upto 512 for first 8 GB, 256 kb/s thereafterfor. The average transfer rate available between 00 kb/s to 25 kb/s. I made complaint for three times. But I have not received bb service not even for 100 kb/s. I am rarely downloading a software. To get BSNL web page it took 8 minutes. Just immagine the speed!.

      No Eco-Frindly phone is supplied to me
      Unfortunately I forget to put the sign in Cheque. But this billing process people never verify any thing else. simply they are processing. if they verify while billing processes, then i can save my penalty.Unnecessary, I have paid penalty for Cheque dishonour.This is happened in Kanchipuram

      Broadband — No service in certain area in Chennai

      There is no broadband coverage in my area which is situated just 2 KM away from BSNL exchange office and it is also a main area in chennai.Please provide some broadband service in this area.

      My telephone number is 24403272 in Kottur, Adayar and having a broad band connection. The broad band connection is giving problem continuosly for more than two months now.It does not get connected or if connected it gets disconnected in a short time.We have been complaining many times.The technicialns and engineers visited more than once and assured everything will be fine. But the problem continues.

      I am away from home and not able to connect by skype or communicate over email. My daughter is appearing different entrance exams after 12th where internet connections is very essential for applying, seeing results, counselling etc.The broad band connection problem is putting us in deep trouble.

      I will be grateful if you can arrange to solve the problem immediately.

      I have taken your BBG FN COMBO 600 on 31.10.2012 and have paid the triyearly subscription for the period from
      31.10.2012 to 30.10.2015. As per the plan, I am entitled for 250 calls and you were allowing the discount accordingly
      during the period from Nov 2012 to April 2013. I however find that you allowed discount only 145 calls during May 2013
      (vide your bill dated 6.6.2013) I also find that you have now split the calls made into offnet and onnet and you allowed
      discount only the on net calls. When I entered into contract with you, it was agreed that you will allowed 250 calls
      free every month . You said that triennial broadband charges have been revised from April 2013 and that this will be
      applicable to me only after the expiry of current plan period and this means you will have to bill me only at the old rates
      and according to the plan terms and conditions as at the date of my payment of triennial broad band charges i.e
      31.10.2012. If you are changing the plan and its terms now it is highly illegal and unethical. Please therefore allow me
      the rebate for the balance 105 calls in my next bill and also ensure that your bills are made strictly in accordance with
      the rates as applicable on 31.10.2012 until 30.10.2015. In the meanwhile I am paying the bill to avoid disconnection

      I was using bsnl broadband plan for last couple 6 years. I was using bsnl broadband combo 630 for the last couple of months. Last month night unlimited download has been withdrawn suddenly without prior notification. I got message in my mobile only on 04/07/2014. So I didn aware of that for the first three days.So i used as usual in the free night timings. So the bill was very high for this month which am not able to pay.. Could you please look in to that and give some discount in my bill.. Hoping for the best reply..

        I had taken a connection of BSNL EXCEL PREPAID SUMO PACK on 20th dec 08 from bangalore jhalahalli branch.My mobile no is [protected]. From that day not a SINGLE STD CALL IS COMING from BSNL Network. For that i had given a complain on 21th dec and complaint no is 181380. Every day customer care people says that this is my site problem and it will rectifie within 24 hours. and some time they says that your problem was rectified but still now not a single STD call is coming from BSNL network

        i register 2 no for excel power plan on 5th feb 2009. I got the registry msg.
        But the problem is this that the excel power plan is not activate till 23rd feb 2009.
        When i call to customer care, they didn't give proper response and they cut the phone.
        Then suggest me to what to do?

          Life Time Prepaid Excel — Validity and Balance of Recharge of Life Time Prepaid

          I have one Life time Excel Prepaid connection in Mobile No.[protected]. The life time service was to expire on 24th March'2008. Due to inadequate of fund I could not recharge in time. However, I have used voucher of Rs.225/- on 5th April'2008. Recharge was done through dialing 123. But it is regretted that no validity of the SIM or balance shown even after the recharge. In this context, I have lodged a complaint bearing No.2594705 on 5th April'2008 through Customer Care Services in [protected]. All the time I contact the Customer Care Service Agents they assure me to wait to get the validity and active of the SIM. Now the SIM shows the registration failed. Although more than two months have been elapsed the Service Providers have harassed me unnecessarily assuring me even for 02 months.

          With ref. to above subject I sent 20 SMS to Friend on dated 28/9/2009 the company charged me Rs.3/- per SMS how it is possible. I am asking to the service center about 1 to 2 hours the supervisor can not replied me about this. This is not satisfied service from service Center.

          BSNL Prepaid Services — Recharge

          Hi,
          I am using my BSNL prepaid card for last one year, my no is +91 [protected].
          Yesterday on 14.02.2011 I made a recharge top up of Rs 200 with my usual shop. The shop owner got sms immediately about successful recharge. But I have not got any amount credited to my account. The shop owner said that it will be credited after some time. So i left the shop. But still today 15.02.2011 there is not credit to my account. Shop owner is declining because he debited for the amount. I tried to BSNL Cust. care no but there is o response to call.
          This not the first time, previously 25.01.11 when I was moving to Tirupati, I asked my sister to make recharge to my mobile for Rs200. When she made first recharge of Rs 100 the amount was credited to my account but for second time when she made recharge of Rs 100 I have not credited that amount to my account. And as usual there is no way to escape from the situation.
          Shop owners always decline to give money back because they show the SMS from bsnl confirming successful rechrge done to mobile no.
          What should i do with the issue? Where to lodge the complaint?
          Can anybody help me to come out of the issue?

Now after 72 hour my problem is still as usauall unable to receive STD incomming call. message display in BSNL mobile is ERROR IN CONNECTION and in TATA INDICOM it says that PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER and in vodaphone it is silent.
                  So plz. look it as early as possible

                      I was calling on 1500 number from Pune, which is call centre phone for BSNL, pune.Its worst, Bakwas.Its only playing the message as "To connect to the internet using your dialup, please dial 172315" and that's all.Isn't it would have been nice to play a voice message as "All executives are busy, please hold and then "To connect to the internet using your dialup, please dial 172315"
                      Instead, I am getting doubt as call centre number 1500 is been scrapped off and this is a dialer tone they are playing, but it doesn't stops message "To connect to the internet..." and no executive will attend your call.

                      BSNL — worst service and worst call center service

                      I am using BSNL from last 6 yeras.I am still using it just as my number is noted to all my frnds and relatives.BSNL cuts amount for call back tunes even with out changing it or activating it.When we call customer care, here comes worst service I have faced ever.They tell something and do something.They even cut our call and again if we call them some others takes that call.Please take necessary action against BSNL.
                      yes, it is correct that BSNL is the worst telecommunication company in india. There call centers are also worst. There is no response whenever consumer calls to costomer center number, they cuts the call directly.
                      and my complain is about the Jodi sim plan of BSNL, I purchase the sim worth Rs. 300 from BSNL agra office, for makin jodi with my uttaranchal friend but when i tried to register myself for the particular number they reject my number for the reason of " your jodi number is not from valid range". It is a blade of BSNL towards there customer. From Up(west) my friends number is local but whenever i try to register as per jodi scheme it rejects.
                      BSNL doesn't know that how the customer puts money to there relaxation but that fraud company cheats the customer.
                      so is there anyone who tells me that what i do next??????????????/

                        i want to stat that i am not able to recharge my bsnl mobile from since 19-12-08 and due to this i am not able to have conversation with my relative and officers, and i had already purchased my recharge coupans but while recharging error message comes" voucher service class error", and from e top recharge the message comes "u have and invalid denomination please check the number"
                        so i request to bsnl authorities to please immediately solve my problem with in 12 hrs other wise i will directly switch on to consumer forum as this is bsnl default.

                          Hi i have filed complaint in the office of BSNL in sector 37 chandigarh that my internet is not working.its being two months now but still its not working nobody came to check nobody even bother for that.i just got a call that what is the problem.they asked me to check error no and they said they'l call go 5mins but havnt got after that.in the mean time my land line was not working aswel i filed the complaint somebody came to check n i asked line man to check my internet aswel he said internet department will do that.he said he'l tel them again.once i got a call if my internet is working properly i told him that its being more then a months my internet is not working.he said ok i'l ask somebody to check ur internet but nobody came.today when i went to BSNL Office in sector 37 chandigarh in the internet section and that guy said line man will c that n when i told line man he said its internet problem so internet section will solve your problem.m using BSNL Broadband n using unlimited plan that cost 900 per month but the service i am getting is shiv.cmd they dont even know how to talk to courtmer how they will know when they dont even know who can solve dip problem.they know they have got government job and nobody can throw them out thats why they r not even bother if courtmer is facing any problem.my land line no is 2628954 can anybody tell me who can solve this problem or nobody is going to solve it?its batter i should stop saying bill's and throw out my modem any why should i pay when i am not getting service's...

                            I, Rahul Katke would like to state that my BSNL telephone line was disconnected by BSNL, Kalyan, Maharashtra on 5/6/08 for non-payment of bill and restored on 3/7/08, the day on which I paid all dues of my telephone bill.My telephone was therefore not working for 26 days from 5/6/08 to 2/7/08. However, BSNL has charged full rent of Rs.250/-& 240 for telephone line and internet facility, respectively for the month of June'08 and July'08.In fact, BSNL should have charged proportionate rents for only 4 days for June'08 and 29 days for July'08. I requested BSNL for refund of the excess amount charged vide my letter dated 19/11/08. However, in the telephone bill dated 6/12/08, there is no adjustment made nor there is any reply over phone or a letter from BSNL. It seems BSNL wants to deny the amount to me.I would request all those subscribers to claim for rebates during the period of disconnection of their telephone facility. Yes, there is provision for charging only the proportinate amount by BSNL.Will BSNL act now?

                                I have a prepaid connection of BSNL in Assam. Because of my heavy usage I had a balance of about 6500 around 1st Nov. Then I had to leave for Delhi for about 40 days. I cannot use the phone in Delhi neither can I recharge it there for validity. When I came back I realished that the balance on my phone simply vanished. Even after recharging for validity it did not show up. I called up their call center. They say that since my validity was not renewed before 3rd Dec they have forefieted the balance. For want of say about 50 Rs. towards validity extension which I could not do because it is not possible to get done from Delhi, they have forefieted my Rs. 6500/-. What do we call it? Can I expect any redressal?

                                I have BSNL Excel prepaid (jharkhand circle) with mobile no. [protected], with a schem sim (of Rs 499) every month Rs100 will add to talk time for first 15 month, but after some day of activation it was blocked for unknown reason, and after long followup of months it was started,but this time my balance was nil,nor i am geting rs 100 every month,

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I have applied for BSNL broadband on 25th Oct 2008 from my phone[protected], and on 4th Nov 08 i got the necessary user id and password through my telephone and a person from the same person from the BSNL told me that he will come and connect the Broad band, but since then neither he came nor the broadband connect for a single time. Every time it was shown complain no. 678. I have already docketed 3-4 complain ( 3 time on phone - i.e call centre and one time personaly to BSNL office which is near Yerwada ) but i was told by tel authority that it is not a problem of BSNL and apart from this I got the bill for the broadband for the moth of Nov 08 ( which is just wastage of money without single use of the Broadband.). I am confused. please help. Is I am liable to pay the Broad band charges? Please help me.

                                  BSNL — Net is not coming

                                  net is not coming,its coming for 2 mins then it cuts again.so we are not able to use it bcoz of frequintly net cut.

                                  I received a BSNL connection and modem one week ago but the account is not activated yet. Everytime I call someone I am tild that the account will be activated in a few hours and this has been going on for 5 days.

                                  TURBOPOWER — BSNL Broadband

                                  I am using the B.B. BSNL Modem Connecting with the Telephone No: 2592 7743 from last one and half years. From last six months suddenly my B.B. Telephone bill amount increased gradually up to Rs.2500/- per month. I informed the trouble to my exchange instantly but still the day they don’t had the time to solve the problem but over telephone instructed me to clean the computer virus as their expert comments. I am sure my commuter is always out of virus effects. Naturally due to the existing error the Bill of Dec-Jan became Rs.3740/-, which is unbelievable, and I am not capable to pay the error amount from this month. Your suggestion please.

                                  after applying for a broadband connection from my phone [protected] , i got the modem & other accessories on 4th feb, 2008. i am also supplied the necessary user id and password through my telephone two weeks back. i have also completed the necessary installation work few days ago, but since then i could not connect the broadband for a single time.every time it was shown complain no. 678. i have already docketed a complain but i was told by tel authority that it is a problem of a server of bangalore and i shall get the connection as soon as it will start it's normal function. so i am forced to use the slow bsnl dial up till now. i am confused. please help.

After so many queries with officers at bsnl the reesponse is "they do not have enough capacity"!!! So now iam stuck and wondering what to do new next...

                                  bsnl datdone broadband — broadband trouble

                                  My broadband from past 15 days [half a month] is showin problem regardin connectivity, link fluctuation and once connected gets disconnected evenly after few minutes and to make it work again i have to switch modem on and off again and agin after every 2-5 mins.
                                  I called SDO but even after a week callin him regulary daily my net is not working properly.MR SDO adviced me to change the modem and i did it but then also my problem remains as it is.Its not that the SDO is not taking pain for the complaint correction but so far he not able to identify the problem only i mean thats is something very strange !!
                                  I hope the problem gets solved as soon a possible
                                  I have been alloted broad band connection, but till i have't recieved any modem or connection from bsnl, whereas they charged the modem charges. Kindly arrange to solve the problem.
                                  i m using home 250 plan .since the last 2 months i m not able to check my dataone usage on the dataone website as it does not open .also i m unable to open wbsites like yahoo, orkut, and a many others .i have logged 6 complaints at the bsnl office, not one has been answered. i got my pc checked by an engineer and he confirmed it to be ok and that the problem lies with the service provider
                                  I have applied for broadband on 31st April, 2008. Today is the 12th of May. I have received all necessary accessories bot haven't yet received the password. The local staff tells us that we will get it after sometime, however he isn't able to tell us about the exact time period. This is very shameful for BSNL. I hope stern actions are taken.

                                  i have complained many times but no person has come here. I have broad band 6000ul+ connection. And it never works proper from the date i have purchased it. No proper respose given by the BSNL office they have given one small modem Siemens C2110 it not gives the link properly. The link of the modem is not in continuty. After every 5 minute i have to restart the modem. Our Branch is online we do all work on the internet. So, we have taken this connection. But it is useless because it is not working properly. So our money is going use less.

                                  I regret to state here that my Connection No. 28442456 is equipped recently with Broadband line and even after almost 72 hrs and even after the assurance given by your DE it is yet and as on time to get activated. Not only the new connection of your Broadband but also my Landline which got rectified after 3 days it was dead last week. This is really a possr method of functioning by a Public Sector larger Unit.

                                  Atleast one should be there to get the thing done after the 2nd attempt of complaint if not get it done at the first attmept. Now I am in a different mind whether to go for this Braodband which is yet to get activated if it not done so by today evening or by tomorrow in the first hour so that to switch over to other key players in the market who are rendering excellent services when comparing to BSNL i.e. before and after installation and activation.

                                  The responsibility is left at your discretion about my compalint and I am sure that not only me but no subsriber will have reply from this Larger Unit of BSNL as I too one among the suffere earlier for different causes.

                                  i'm using bsnl broadband for nearly 7 months now the speed of the connection is very slow and is disconnecting at regular intervals of time at the same time i'm unable to use the net during the hapyhours i.e., from 02:00am-08:00am net is connecting and is disconnected after some is not connecting showing some errors tcp/ip.plz rectify the problems soon

                                  I tried Airtel since i was satisfied with their service...But no luck No free ports available in Electronic City...

                                  i approached Tataindicom...they only provide Wilreless B.band...i paid 4496 (4 months advance)...they provided new connection...but i am not at all satisfied with their service (it takes time to connect initially...after long wait it connect...but very poor download...

                                  i am tring to approach BSNL ([protected]) <----why did they put ad. on most of the places (Bus, posters, bills, hoarding, cinema stars...it is of no use)...No one is picking up the phone as i could see others also facing same problem...when BSNL will become like other private companies...i really shame of our Gov. Organitations...they should wake up after seeing these kind of feedback...

                                  I am Raj kumar Agarwal from siliguri my telephone no. is[protected] since friday evening my data one home plan 500 is not working. i have registered a complain on friday 4th/july/2008evening, and continusiouly complaining till today day monday 10/july/2008.

                                  But action has not been taken till today 10/july/2008.

                                  Mr. Uttam degination clerk, recive the complain he say many thing regading the dis conection of my broad band conection.

                                  First, He said on phone your bil is out standing, i took my billing file show him all my paid bills, after seeing my paid bills, he made new statement saying, some techincal fault in siliguri broad band office, he assure me that within 24 hrs every think will be ok.
                                  On my second complain mr. uttam said, me some technical fault in your colony feild fault (name of my colony is millan pally neetajee sarani).
                                  On my third complain Mr. Uttam said me some fault in your pc. i called my personal tecnician to have a close check up of my pc. my technical found no fault in my pc. i have requested them to visit my home and have a clear check up by them self but til today thay have not visited.
                                  On my fouh complain Mr. Uttam said me its from kolkatta. so we have mailed to kol kolkata office after that only your broad band connection wil be ok. I do not think my dis connection is from kolkatta if it was from kolkatta whole siliguti braioad band should be disconnected.
                                  On my fifth complain Mr.Uttam has asked me to talk to Mr. Goswami on his personal celln no. (mr. Goswami is incharger of broad band connection Siliguri office)so i talk to him, he also did not show much interest in this matter, he aske me many ? and last he said me we wil try our best to give your our service as early as possible.

                                  So i like to inform you one more thing i am a share invester, you may be knowing share markets total work depend on internet so you can understand what are my situation when I does not connected to broadband.

I am applied for bsnl broadband connection . even it is 6 mohts later. i have not getting the connection. here lots of people want to get brbnd connection, all of them are on waiting list. pls do any thing fast . this is a long period..

                                  I subscribed a BSNL Broadband connection through one of their franchisee-Vasantha Communications (P) Ltd., on 23/08/08. They have given me the acknowledgement receipt with serial no.514 and promised me that the connection would be made in 10 days maximum time but to my astonishment it is not made till now.

                                  I have received only the phone connection that too the phone's display is blank. Numerous calls to the execution department has fallen in deaf ears.

                                  The franchisee pushes the ball to BSNL saying that their work is just to collect money and assure connection, the execution is vested with BSNL.

                                  Now please tell me should i make a complaint on BSNL or the Franchisee? Pleasae help me. Tell me where to file the complaint?

                                  After applying for a broadband connection from my phone [protected], i got the modem & other accessories on 4th feb, 2008. i am also supplied the necessary user id and password through my telephone two weeks back. i have also completed the necessary installation work few days ago, but since then i could not connect the broadband for a single time.every time it was shown complain no. 678. i have already docketed a complain but i was told by tel authority that it is a problem of a server of bangalore and i shall get the connection as soon as it will start it's normal function. so i am forced to use the slow bsnl dial up till now. i am confused. please help.

                                  I am sure I will receive proper service to resolve the issue. I have also put up the complaint to public grievance cell Government of India, Department of telecommunication and the complaint Registration No. DOTEL/E/2008/01937.

                                  BSNL Broadband — so late for new connection

                                  I applied for a new connection on date 06 september 2008.after 10 days i ask to mr. V.K KATARIYA for connection then he convene me for phone connection and after that broadband connection.but till now broadband connection not established.approx 20 times i call to mr. RAM NIWAS but he never attend me on phone.
                                  I'm paying for the broadband connection since 6 months and this is what happened:

                                  First there was a link problem ad there was noone to resolve it after so many complaints, lineman came 3-4 times but went back in a typical sarkari manner leaving it to be the problem from office end

                                  After all frustations i stopped paying them and thought something can happen now, but alas the number became out of service and there was none to follow up as to why it has been done

                                  after a month when i was left with no option as airtel and reliance did not have line in the location, i had no choice but to go back to BSNL and deposit all bills for no usage even a sum of around 3000 Rs. even for the period when the phone was dead for 1 month and there was no dialtone as the complaint could not be booked for out of service numbers

                                  finally after 4 rounds to the office and continous follow ups with line man and a bit a bribery line got up and after some days the ADSL link but now ...the username and password is told to be invalid and there is noone who can resolve this...please suggest what to do here, , , , , , , , mail e on [protected]@gmail.com if i have some way out...need to be on internet on an urgent basis...is some BSNL employee is listening ...i can pay you to bring me out of this black hole

                                  I have got the modem and other accesories required to access internet.

                                  Either no one picks up the call or the number is simply busy for hours.
                                  Once or twice I get to talk to them, I have been kept on hold for half-an hour without any outcome.

                                  There is nothing called Customercare in Govt organisations like BSNL. They only issue you with complaint No’s. But the complaint just remain status quo, they are never resolved... Customercare No is on hold continually. If the phone is connect after waiting 6 minits the customercare executives disconnect the phones. If write a email no there is no response of email. If any one registers complaint online customer executive mark the problem solved.

                                  Their people are the worst. Though there are huge remarks about improvement in customer service from BSNL, the truth is what I'm experiencing.

                                  after applying for a broadband connection from my phone *******, i got the modem & other accessories on ******** i am also supplied the necessary user id and password through my telephone two weeks back. i have also completed the necessary installation work few days ago, but since then i could not connect the broadband for a single time.every time it was shown complain no. 678. i have already docketed a complain but i was told by tel authority that it is a problem of a server of bangalore and i shall get the connection as soon as it will start it's normal function. so i am forced to use the slow bsnl dial up till now. i am confused. please help.

                                  I am having serious performance issues with BSNL broadband[protected] for the last 2 weeks. The issue is that internet is getting disconnected very intermittantly. DSL is very unstable. almost every 10 mins once the net will go off and on. I have called up all the Customer care, Area Manager, Area Incharge but for no help. I have also registered a complaint (NO. 0209/16, 0209/139). I have confirmed that there is no issue with the modem as i tried connecting to a different line where net was working fine and found with my modem also the net was perfect.
                                  This has affected a lot as my wife is working from home and not able to complete the job on time.
                                  I request some one to look into this ASAP and get this resolved.

When the bsnl provided modem i got a instruciotn guide how to make a connection except for windiows vista. They provided the following customer service numbers to get this information.                                   BSNL — broad bank conection still awaited

                                  I applied for BSNL land line with braod band connection at Nanganallur Telephone Exchange, chennai 600061. I was told that as there is no immediate provision for land line phone I was instructed to apply for WLL phone and I complied with the instruction. Though the WLL connection of 29722601 was provided for my residence there seems no initiation for installation of broad band to my telephone connection.
                                  Inspite of several communication with the telephone exchange, Nanganallur, the main purpose for my application of phone connection is to provide board band connection which is not fulfilled even after two months of my application.
                                  Kindly enlighten me with the reason for delay.

In every 2-3 months there is a serious network problem which longs for 7-15 days. I have complained many a times to BSNL, they repair this connection but in the next month I get the same problem.I use my broadband smoothly for some days and after some days it gets disconected.I gaurantee you tat I will definately hav a problem atleast for 15 days in 2 months. They charged me 500 for the plan HOME-500 and under that plan I can use internet 2.5GB free and in NIGHT from 2:00 am to 8:00 am I am getting free usage of internet under this plan, but they cheated me in every night, BSNL broadband stop the internet service in NIGHT after 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In my modem I am not getting YELLOW light (which mention DSL CONNECTIVITY)

                                  To bsnl head office iam a bsnl data card evdo (2.4 mbps) plan holder, i am using this plan til last December on the starting it works superb i have to use up to 250kbps downloading and an average speed of 140kbps, after 5 months it cant work with like your plan and disturbed it frequently like connectivity problem poor speed of max 100kbps downloading speed and an average speed of 20kbps it can be fluctuate between this speed constantly this can be disturbed to do any work and it can be automatically disconnected some times, one more poor service of your's is lower tower only two sticks are available in all surround us.                                   It is been a week since I got troubles using my broadband connection.Since it was a festival of dusherra,we were trying to contact my sister in US to wish them,but to vain as the broadband was not working

                                  I called the customer care twice,and they gave me different IP addresses when i called them.This is really confusing and frustrating as when i changed the IP addresses also it did not function.

In the end of the message fake numbers are given one is [protected] and one is 51234030.
                                      I would like to register my complaints.
                                      What can the customer do for such blatant cheatings?
                                      Is there anybody who cares for customers in this system or you all are getting good kickbacks to make this cheating business part of your income plan.

                                        I have shifted my house from J.PNagar 6th Phase to J.P.Nagar 1st Phase and have filled an application form for shifting my existing BSNL Landline along with Broadband to that place. I have submitted my application on Nov 11 2008 for which I have the receipt as well. But till date it has not been done and whenever I go there, they give the same old excuse. I talked to the Lineman as well but he also neglected and told it will be done in an hour but never came back.

                                        I really donot know what to do? Also I have lost more than a month of Broadband connectivity because of this. Please help me in this if possible.

                                        my telephone which was disconnected for non payment was not connected after payment made on 2/6/09 till today. My telephone no is[protected].


                                        Pls take immediate action for reconnection
                                        Pls shifting my Broad Band Connection
