Hi,
I was calling on 1500 number from Pune, which is call centre phone for BSNL, pune.Its worst, Bakwas.Its only playing the message as "To connect to the internet using your dialup, please dial 172315" and that's all.Isn't it would have been nice to play a voice message as "All executives are busy, please hold and then "To connect to the internet using your dialup, please dial 172315"
Instead, I am getting doubt as call centre number 1500 is been scrapped off and this is a dialer tone they are playing, but it doesn't stops message "To connect to the internet..." and no executive will attend your call.

I had taken a new BSNL EXCEL PREPAID CONNECTION from BSNL OFFICE JHALLAHALI BRANCH BANGALORE on 20th dec 2008. My mobile no is [protected]. From that day i am unable to receive any STD INCOMMING CAll from BSNL, TATA INDICOM, VODAPHONE network. For that i had complaint to bsnl customer care on 20th dec, 21 dec, 22dec then he told that this is new series number so it has problem from my site so it will rectify within 24 hours . Your complaint id is 181380. Now after 72 hour my problem is still as usauall unable to receive STD incomming call. message display in BSNL mobile is ERROR IN CONNECTION and in TATA INDICOM it says that PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER and in vodaphone it is silent.
So plz. look it as early as possible
