dead and broadband problem since 2 months

I am the customer of bsnl and bsnl broadband, as no facillity r too gud for use..as landline phone is completely dead for last 10 days and broadband prob. since 2 mnts, Every 10min. i have to re-connect the net. As BSNL says there is the earthing in line, but the duty of bsnl is to remove, but no action taken.

Here line man comes and check and say ok, but no action r taken, i had also complaint to the mehata sir, which is had...

Wrong Calculation of chargeable data in bill

I have BSNL broadband's Home500 in which i have data transfer limit of 2.5 GB during daytime(8 am to 2 am) and unlimited data transfer during 2 am to 8 am. I use task scheduler utility of windows system which starts my torrent client software which i use for downloading from p2p network, at 2:05 am and automatically closes same application at 7:55 am. Hence i make connection well before 2 am leave my pc on for downloading.

Broadband not working since 7 days

I have paid the broadband charges yearly in advance. My broadband has not been working for the past 7 days. I have registered complaints several times. There is no one responding to the complaint. Everytime I call on +[protected] to speak to a customer service agent, the agent puts me on hold and never returns. I need my broadband working urgently....

I have purchased one sim card prepaid with No: [protected] and the same was put on my cell phone and the same got activated after 3/4days time. Now the same has not permitting any outgoing calls. Phone Not operational despite bill submission

We did not receive any bill for last 4 months, when contacted the local authorities at Jodhpur, we were informed that the bills have been posted.

Due to non receipt of bills the payment was not deposited and the outgoing facility on the phone was discontinued without any prior notice.

After checking with local authorities again we found the amount due and deposited the same on 27th October '08 and were assured...

Telephone- land line , dead since 7 days .

Our telephone[protected] is dead since last 7 days. repeated efforts tobook compliant over telephone
numbers 25449999, 25442198 has failed as no body is picking up the receiver. Once i could get the connected to automatic compliant recording. But after the compliant was lodged I did not get docket number ( as it used to be earlier for follow up) .

Pl repair the telephone immediately.

Connection damn slow

I had applied for BSNL broadband connection through BSNL site in Aug 2008. After chasing up the matter for more than 2 1/2 months it was finally installed yesterday (03/11/2008). when i tried to use it in evening, first of all i could not get connected for minutes... after i get the connected activated it was tooooo slow, actually even slower than a dial-up connection(for a small down load i was getting speed of 7-12 bytes per second.br...

usage details broad band

During the month October 2008 My Broad band (internet) usage is to much ie more than 7000 MB. THE bill amount
comes to nearly Rs.7250/- I never use internet to that extent.
Moreover in our area there was huge power cut during the
particur month. Somebody is misusing my internet connection .
To check the usage the web site - bbservice .bsnl.in is not

Whenever I insert those sim I am interrupted with the message "sim registration faied"

BSNL Prepaid Excel Sim Card

I have got my sim card with the same number on 27th October, '2008. On the same day I recharged the card with a recharge card of price Rs.337/- of the company with talk value Rs.300/-. After some time I noticed that my mobile number had no incoming facility, but the outgoing facility is upto-the-mark. I reported the discripancy to the customer service centre of the company immediately...they advised me to do some useless technical things...but...

SHIFTING OF TELEPHONE - 2333416

I have submitted an application to shift my Phone No.2333416 from Katemaniwali to my new flat at Chinchpada on 16.09.08 at Kala Talao Office. it would normally take 10-15 days. However, after several follow-up, it is understood that due to lack of labour for laying cables, it is uncertain as to when I will get my phone connection. Two more people in my new building (of total 50 flats) is facing the same problem. When BSNL spends so much money...

No network for issued data card and in capable staff

Sir,

I have taken BSNL Datacard Rs750pm scheme on 24th Oct. 2008. Till date (4th Nov 08) there is no network connection for Sec-41. I have complained personnally to BSNL office SDO sec-39 many times and JTO in BSNL office Sec-19. They gave only assurance but don't work. Don't pick phone calls, make to sit outside for hours, I compalied even to DGM (NOIDA), yet no relief. Please some one help me from this harrassment....

Calls not going to 12667

Hello SIr,

I want to dial this number, 12667 from my mobile which is of Airtel and i am not able to call the number.

THe customer care people are telling that they do not have tieup with BSNL for 5 digit number, pls tell me you not having tieup is it my problem.

I want to access this number everyday as this is the call center number for BMTC, Bangalore Road Transport, the service for this number...

Deletion of Talktime on prepaid

My BSNL prepaid sim had validity till 23 Oct 08 and expiry on 30 Oct 08. This expiry has led to deletion of my entire talk time. The complaint is that BSNL can stop my incoming / outgoing calls but cant forfeit my talktime as that i have already purchased.
