Sir:
My phone number is 23030989. I am under Rs.500/- plan. In the bill given to me for 1-10-08 to 31-10-08, for the month of october I have been charged a sum of Rs.5063. During this month (i.e. october 08) there was more than 5 hrs power cut, and hence the chances of my usage of broadband could not have been more than 60 hrs per month. As the telephone numbers given by your department for making complaints viz. 25455106 and 25459004 are continuously engaged. I am not able to make any complaint about this to anyone. All I require is datewise usage details to enable me to know how so much has been charged.

    sir,
    This is with shifting of my phone from lunger house to Hydershakote. The order nois HSKT2677. The shifting is not be done even 2 months passed. I gave a online complaint on bsnl site. the protal no for the complaint is[protected] i got a reply saying that my new number is 24190565 and they give me the contact no of a person. when i called him he gave me number of other person. When i contact the rajendra nagar bsnl office he told that there is problem of cable in hydershakote and asked to change the landline phone to will phone. so i gave a application for conversion of landline phone to will phone. Even after 20 days of submitting the application the shifting has not been done yet. I contact mr krishnamurthy [protected] of rajendranagar and mr mahendra singh 29027131 of hydershakote, every time they till that it will be done within 1 day. It is almost 2 months my phone has not been shifted. I request the concerend authorties to look into this matter and help me to get my telephone shifted.

      i am used dataone broadband in jan 1 2008 i purchased modem but speed is 256 kbps is monthly rent is
      900 but i got every money is[protected]
      i asked query for complaint in bsnl a bill as generated rs 1300 they told that is miscellanous charges that means bill is for jan 1st month billed in aprill 2008 1st see the bill generating view of bsnl the service is still diisconected but till now i am recieving bill

      so viwers don`t use ever bsnl for any

        Sir my mothers ATM was lost on[protected].I have concerned to bank manager, he gave a TOLL FREE number:[protected] to block the ATM.But that is connecting only from BSNL land line..Fom 3 days i was continuously trying to that number, it was not connecting...so, please tell me other source to block the ATM card...

        sir, i have an a/c-[protected] & card no.-[protected] applied for money of Rs.20, 000/-on 27-4-09 in the ATM of (catholic syrian bank)in madiwala(bangalore) .but the transaction had been rejected& i didnot receive the cash, but my account has been deducted by Rs.20, 000/-.so please take appropriate action as custmmer care no. are not responding.

          we are residing at mehadipatnam in hyderabad. we have applied for bsnl landline connection. we need landline connection for internet purpose. but people in the bsnl office are saying it is not possible to give landline connection to this particular area because of limited connections. need a solution for this.

          where can i see my land line bill in internet
          We have got new Land line connection, mainly for internet connection. We have requested for Broadband connection on 27th April 2009, still NO RESPONSE from them, very poor Quality of service, they said they will provide the access in 1 week to 10 days, I didnt receive atleast a call. This is ridiculous. Hope someone will look into this seriously.

          I am residing Ivy League academy school, Bommarasipet, shameerpet, Hyderabad. I have applied for bsnl landline connection and form has submitted in[protected] at Shameerpet tel.Exchage. It's comes under rural area and I have deposited Rs. 500/ against Demand note but till the date i.e. 18 Nov. 2009 I did not get connection. J. E. of concern office sent lineman to check the line and in the month of Oct it was checked. People in the bsnl office are saying come after two days when I goes to Shameerpet Exchange They repeat the same thing. So pls do the needful give a solution for this.

          My landline number 27731797 has not been working properly since 25.11.09. All incoming calls were found to be going to another number.I was not able to make any call and recorded message of 'this facility is not available on this number was' being received Subsequently the same day evening the phone went dead. The line was restored by today evening (26.11.09) and I was informed by an official that it was due to a cable burnout at the exchange and that the cross talk problem was also rectified. The phone was working fine but within two hours the phone again went dead. Several of my call to the local exchange went unattended. I request you to ensure that the problem is looked into and permenantly resolved immediately.

          I am BSNL customer since 15 years and having 2 landline connections (i.e., Broadband[protected], UL-599 plan[protected] @ Sanathnagar).
          Recently we have shifted to Western Hills, JNTU, Kukatpally. Then I came to know that here there is no new landline connection available in this main centre (100 meter radius JNTU towards Pragathinagar). BSNL officials saying that due to the electrical towers they could not provide new connections. They also stated that instead of land line they will provide a WLL(fix) phone that too they are not able to provide the same since ONE month.
          Even BSNL is also providing China made instruments only. We approached officials (SDOP/DE) several times….they are ready to give but they don’t have the stock.
          But in this competitive world they could not able to procure new WLL(fix) phones. Now-a-days china market is too fast in supplying any number of instruments in any model at any where in any time.
          I am wondering that where the bottleneck lies to get the new instruments.
          So I request you to look into this matter and provide a landline if not atleast a WLL(fix) phone.
          I will be very glad if you provide a Broadband connection by placing new cable as soon as possible.

          We have been paying bill for our Landline connections with Nos. [protected] and [protected]. We have many times informed the authorities about the misfunction of the telephones and whenever they have come over here to repair the phone, it worked for about two days. Then again the connections failed. We need landline numbers for fax purpose.

          The people in the office say that as we are residing in ALiabad, it is not possible to rectify the connection due to the lack of cables or signals.

          I have very recently shifted from Mehdipatnam to Manikonda in Hyderabad.BSNL informed me that as there are no landlines connections in Manikonda, I have no option of transfer and to sadly surrender my 20 year old connection.Please help me in having your landline facility at the earliest.

            Our number[protected] is having frequent problem in broadband. Twice the problem has been diagnosed of network key and password changed. Who changes that? Instead of one person four people will come together, and make the password public. They make lot of noise, laugh and talk in their local language and do not behave well.Even when the problem is not done, they will leave saying that they are busy. If they are so busy, then why four five people should come? Now the person who comes everytime refuses to come. Whom do we ask to rectify problem?               BSNL - EXCEL — No Network Coverage

              No Network Coverage
              I am residing in Bangalore (Res - Rajajinagar, and Office - Richmond Road). My bsnl mobile connection is showing no signals 'No Network Coverage' in these two prime localities also. The problem is persisting since 3 days. I lodged the complaint and got the ticket number. At the time of lodging the complaint, I was told, the problem will be rectified within 24 hours. On subsequent follow-up, they are telling within 24 to 48 hours.

                The BSNL telephone nos.[protected] and[protected] installed at our residence are giving frequent problems. The noise in the no. 2782566 is so much that it is almost impossible to communicate with the person on the other line. Despite lodging complaints on BSNL computerized no. 198, no action has been taken by BSNL. In case noise in this line is not rectified soon, I will surrender the BSNL telephone and get a landline connection from some private operator like Airtel. The other no. 2720458 is dead for the past 2 days. It seems that BSNL has decided not to improve the work culture in the organization despite changed business scenario. Such attitude will definitely help BSNL to loose its customer base.

                The BSNL telephone nos.[protected] installed at our residence are giving frequent problems. The noise in the no. 2652786 is so much that it is almost impossible to communicate with the person. I want to surrender the BSNL telephone and get a landline connection from some private operator like Airtel. Kindly advice me where I have to surrender my telephone.
                my phone no.[protected] is dead for the last one month.No action has been taken despite repeated written complaints.
                My broad band connection net is not when i am complaining to bsnl they say my adsl router is in fault . when i complaint for router they are asking pa Number .

                  Hi Sir,

                  I have applied for shifting my landline and broadband connection[protected] from 5th Phase J.P. Nagar to 1st Phase J.P. Nagar (within 1KM range) on[protected].

                  Even after one week, there is no action against this.
                  After enquiring at BSNL office in Jayanagar, it was found that there is no cable stock and it will take about 10days to procure the same.

                  This could further delay the process and I am not sure how such a customer friendly company having issues in procuring cables for telephone connections.

                  Does this mean that no new connections/no shifting of telephone lines will take place for another 10days in Jayanagar / J.P. Nagar areas?

                  Concerned people please look into the issue and help the dependent users with timely service.

                    BSNL Landline — Telephone no working

                    In spite of paying bill dated 14/8/2009 of Rs. 602 on[protected] in Bangalore One with receipt No. 8252434 phone has been disconnect due to non payment of bill, this is the latest bill we have received and the due date of this bill was 3/9/2009 and we have paid on[protected] plese do the needful
                    My telephone instrument is not working more than six months. The technician also checked the fault and promised me to replacethe instrument immediately.However I have not received the instrument till date.                       Sir, Bsnl gave me free caller tune in Durgapuja.On 6/11/2008 a message came"Dear Subscriber, your free BSNl tunes will expire totmorrow, please call 56700 if you wish to set another tone as your PRBT" It means if i am not want to continue i will not call.
                      But on 07/11/08 Rs.15/= deducted from my Accounts, when i ask customer care, they said u will not read the full message.but i have the only message that i had written above.

                      It means BSNL forcely deduct Rs.15/= from me.

                      Please back my Rs.15/= for the forcefully deduction.

                        I am a vol.retired Rly. employee (New Delhi).Now we have setteled at Kerala.After a long run we got this connection.
                        Recently BSNL have been allotted the above mentioned tel.phone no connection
                        to me.But the first detailed bill of this no.is not received yet.

                        Today I have approached the Angamaly Tel.Exchange for the duplicate bill.
                        They have refused and told me to collect from Ernakulam Exchange,
                        and give me bill no.23152135 and amount to be deposited 2109/rs.


                        Sir. I am a heart patient and unable to travel long journy.

                        It is necessary to know i.e how much money deducted towards security, how

                        much internet used by me and calls ect. With out detailed bill I am unable to

                        deposit the amount.

                        So I humbly request you to please provide a detailed bill

                        I am a subscriber of BSNL landline[protected] in Ramamangalam exchange. most of the time, my phone isn’t working. I have complained many times in the exchange but they have no response. This is happening in most of the customers in this exchange.                         Over and above, the underground cabling work till my house is completed. But still the connection is through overhead posts.                         My residence phone No.2423545 (Consumer No.4074605) Bill No.60185153 for the month of August, 2009. I have a broadband connection under COMBO 500 Plan effective 3.8.2009, As per my understanding, COMBO 500 plan includes fixed charge for the telephone. Also, the chargeable calls are under One India plan. Howver, in the said bill, I have been charged rental of Rs.180/- and also charges @ Rs.1.20 for 500 calls beyond 367 calls.

                        Kindly clarify the above.

My phone[protected] is not working since last 4days. I am working in Abu Dhabi. Only the way to contacting my family from Abu Dhabi through BSNL land phone/ broadband connection. Since last 4days my wife complained and daily reminded to BSNL, Mannathoor & Piravom Exchange .today they sent one technician, and he inform that there is some cable complaint, it will take 4 or 5days to check and rectifying the cable. It is very unfair to take 10 or 12 days to find out the faulty location and rectification. Please consider my complaint and take immediate action at the earliest.

                              I am the customer of bsnl and bsnl broadband, as no facillity r too gud for use..as landline phone is completely dead for last 10 days and broadband prob. since 2 mnts, Every 10min. i have to re-connect the net. As BSNL says there is the earthing in line, but the duty of bsnl is to remove, but no action taken.

                              Here line man comes and check and say ok, but no action r taken, i had also complaint to the mehata sir, which is had of this department, , but nothinh happen.

                              PLZ SOLVE MY PROB AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                              BSNL Landline and Broadband — dead for 2 days

                              Dear sir,
                              I t is astonishing that on 18/07/09 saturday afternoon all phones at wondercity, katraj, pune 411046 went dead and it started or rectified on 20/07/09 evening.how this 2 days required to rectify and bsnl is charging monthly rent of rs.180/ If customers are paid bill one day late the company is charging penalty, why this dead period rent to be charged to customers?

                                I have BSNL broadband's Home500 in which i have data transfer limit of 2.5 GB during daytime(8 am to 2 am) and unlimited data transfer during 2 am to 8 am. I use task scheduler utility of windows system which starts my torrent client software which i use for downloading from p2p network, at 2:05 am and automatically closes same application at 7:55 am. Hence i make connection well before 2 am leave my pc on for downloading.
                                I got my connection in January of this year and i had been doing same from then. I used to get my bills with correctly calculated data transfer i.e. data transferred during daytime and data transferred during 2 am to 8 am clearly differentiated. But from month of May i started to notice that BSNL is not differentiating data transferred before and after 2 am. The data transferred till 2:20 or even 2:30 was also being calculated as chargeable data. Same thing continued in June, July and till date. I July because of this wrong calculation i got my 2.5 GB data limit crossed and it showed excess data of nearly 500 MB costing me unnecessary nearly 400 Rs. more than regular monthly bill of 570 Rs. I have filed a written complaint to BSNL authority of my area but in vain. First of all the person in that office was not even aware of the technicality of the issue regarding my complaint. She said that she need it to be discussed with higher authority and then only she can accept my complaint. After some days she calls me and says my complaint is not valid because what start time of the connection is important, that means if i connect to service at 1:59 am and continues using service till 8 am the all data transferred meantime will be considered as a chargeable data. I was shocked to hear this statement of her. I mean this doesn't make any sense, instead it pretty lame excuse to hide BSNL's miscalculation in billing and to loot costomers.
                                I think if BSNL is providing plans which gives users unlimited download during certain time period then it is BSNL's responsibility to differentiate between data transferred during that period and rest of the day. My second point is that the log which shows start time and stop time of connection is made by BSNL's billing system. That means even if do not disconnect my connection say from 1 am to 8 am, still it will show in the log more than one sessions of connections. You can clearly see this in your bills also. All i am asking is that why can't BSNL make their billing system more accurate so that it can make log of data transferred till 2 am and different log data transferred after that; even if connection is not altered from user's side?
                                I have already paid the excess bill and still waiting for my complaint to be addressed by BSNL. The local authority is as co-operative as needed and just delaying the issue. The person has refused the reliability of the printout of the detailed billed from BSNL's own website and has retrieved the detailed bill from her "reliable source" but failed to email me after may attempts and not even able to give it me through USB drive or CD because computer at her office are unsurprisingly outdated which don't even have USB ports let alone CD drive. Here I request u all to suggest me if there is another effective way to get my complaint resolved and rebate from the excess bill which i have paid.

                                hi! its me I am not satisfied with calculatiion of bsnl data one billin its calcutae wrong which really sucks me .you can imagine that my bills has been cross to 5000/- above eventhough I didn't use broadband daily.its really depressedf me the way of the calculation of the accounted who has been calculated my bill. i have been usinng my 500combo+ whic gives the facilities o[censored]nlimited download after 2:00 am to 8:00 am morning but how my bills rises even i download most of the stuff in this time, and please can u mention in bill o[censored]sage in kb or in mb.
                                please resolve my problem I am from middle class family and i can pay this much of bill which is out of your range.

She said that she need it to be discussed with higher authority and then only she can accept my complaint. After some days she calls me and says we will take further action about this complaint I was shocked to hear this statement of her. I mean this doesn't make any sense, instead it pretty lame excuse to hide BSNL's miscalculation in billing and to loot costomers Money.

                                BSNL — BSNL has charged me while I was working in free hours of internet usage in between 2:00 pm to 8:00 am

                                I was working during the free broadband usage time which is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 am and when i saw my broadband account for seeing my memory usage it was more than what it was before.BSNL is charging money for late hours also which is free.
                                I have also faced the same problem and got the same answer as you. Here is a point to note that when ever your connection continues from night 2.01 am onward and till morning 8.00 or afterward it will automatically calculate the usage as free and as chargeable after 8.00 am without disconnecting the connection.

                                i.e. If connection start in chargable time and continues in free usage, BSNL SERVER counts fully chargeable.

                                It is fully cheating with customers.

                                I'm facing the same issue. I used applications to start the system automatically by 0159hrs and had the torrent applications in the startup and so downloads start auto and for sure this is happening after 0202hrs. But still the bill are sometimes calculated charged till 02025hrs and sometimes till 0820hrs it will be charged free. The start time and end time of the free usage is unpredictable!!! It has the variations for 20~30 mins and due to this, am charged for about 100~200MB/day. Later tried doing manually, staring the entire process --->right from switching on the system by 0200hrs, but still of no use. Its still calculates usage made after 0200hrs and free usage goes till 0810~0830hrs. I don't think there is any solution for this other than BSNL updating their servers!!!

                                BSNL authorities are 3rd class, they are hole person including higher authority like Sat Paul.

                                There is no meaning to inform them anything. They are maadarchode.

                                  I have paid the broadband charges yearly in advance. My broadband has not been working for the past 7 days. I have registered complaints several times. There is no one responding to the complaint. Everytime I call on +[protected] to speak to a customer service agent, the agent puts me on hold and never returns. I need my broadband working urgently.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have purchased one sim card prepaid with No: [protected] and the same was put on my cell phone and the same got activated after 3/4days time. Now the same has not permitting any outgoing calls. When ever i dial any no. i am getting the recored voice stating that all the out goings call are debarred. This matter I have informed to the supplier and also communicated the customer compliant. From there also the same reply I am getting. It is more than 25days and there is no response from anyone in this matter. Will any one look into this matter and solve the same.

                                      We did not receive any bill for last 4 months, when contacted the local authorities at Jodhpur, we were informed that the bills have been posted.

                                      Due to non receipt of bills the payment was not deposited and the outgoing facility on the phone was discontinued without any prior notice.

                                      After checking with local authorities again we found the amount due and deposited the same on 27th October '08 and were assured that the service would be restored.

                                      Regret till date the outgoing facility has not been restored. When contacted the enquiry they gave us numbers but whenever you try to call on the numbers they are always no reply.

                                      We installed the phone only because of kids, who stay at home all alone. But by this kind of service we feel mentally harrassed.

                                      BSNL — telephone non operational
