My residence number is[protected]. It is dead since last one week and complaint hs been registered twice in one week. Still it is not rectified.i am a govt employ in KERALAstate.When i complained to the BSNL office they give a conformation code, R420.but they cant take any acion, there is a bad response from th BSNL office.I complained in the date[protected] onwards.My connection is under the BSNL exchange VALLIKUNNAM, Kerala.the main exchange is KAYAMKULAM..So immediate take an action as early possible.

Dear Sir,
I send online landline connection form after sending form. BZ-BSNL send sms to me for request successfully created Lead Id MHKOL[protected]. Then 18-01-14 send a message from BZ-BSNL to contact Konnur Mohammed Ismail given mobile number. 20.01.2014 call from office for enquiry name & place. Then 22.01.2014 i call office for next what heppen they told us for go to office & fill form. 23.01.2014 i gone to office. They to me that our side no give new connection aloso told there is no available cable for connection. Last year January i going for connection they told same for one year bsnl solve problems for new connection. i also told them for take form for connection and whenever available cable & start to give new connection then give to me first preferance but they are not ready to give form & take new connection form. so pls check what happen.

    I HAD TAKEN A CONNECTION OF DATAONE 500C PLAN ON 31 OCT. 2008.SAME DAY I CAME TO KNOW THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING, SO I COMPLAINED OF IT ON 1 NOV. 2008. REPORT NO. IS 5402476.THEN ON 12 NOV. I FILED A NEW COMPLAINED. NO IS 5463533. BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED OUT YET. I AM VERY DISAPPOINT WITH THE REACTION OF CUSTOMER CARE OF BSNL. ANYONE THERE DOESNOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS.I AM HELPLESS NOW.
    I am Bsnl dataone modem with siemens c2110 availed from BSNL.After few months of connection, on using broadband ther appears a window messaging"GENERIC HOST ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM...".Then connection is lost and to reconnect i have to restart the computer and the process continues.
    Then i called a computer mechanic he formatted the window and made some setting in modem, he did the connection direct i.e., i need not have to put username and password to connect dataone.After few hours it got disconnected .I then made right click from my mouse and clicked connect.Soon the new created icon lost and all the lights of modem now glows continuously.
    I asked BSNL to replace modem they refused to change it saying there is no warranty.
    WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    Please give direction.

      i am consumer of bsnl data card from guwahati assam . i have use it for last two months.the speed is not so good as it was told at the time of taking connection, sometimes not a single web page come though i try for the whole day.i want the service to be better.please do something.

      BSNL EVDO
      very very poor service, many times the EVDO have a low signal or no Tower problem, but in BSNL side there is no any response. I think please avoid BSNL EVDO service, esko leena maatlab mind tension ho jayega BSNL ko complane kartey kartey, but apki koi nahi sunega.

      i m customer of evdo card bsnl in guwahati and the service is worst because they charge rs.550 p/m and give speed of wat u get in 250 p/m.

      Hi i got the EVDO PCMCIA from BSNL and the average speed in Electronic city area is 200-350 kbps. Good when compared to Reliance CDMA 1X speed (1 GB 750 rs) . So BSNL is the best

        I have already purchased and paid for BSNL tunes - tune code 110646 - Haule Haule song and Rs.12 is also deducted from my balance. But the song played on ringing at my number is different - that of bsnl tune itself. On website, it even displays the tune of 110646 in my album, but still the song played is different. Please attend to it as soon as possible or give back my Rs.12 in the balance.

        I am BSNL retailer, one of customer who has activated BSNL TUNES wants to deactivate it, but not getting any reply from anywhere. Even the customer care i.e. 24365 is also not attending. Customer is calling customer care from 5.00 pm but their is no one to attend it. Even the executive's at customer care is not giving satisfactory answer's. Is this the way to give service ???         I have a BSNL broadband connection through land line no 2625647. For the last 1 1/2 months the broadband and line is dead. So many times i have lodged complaint on 198 and 1500. But no body responded. I have also lodged complaint to Sh Kathait, SDO (two times). But all in vain. We request you to kindly look into it and arrange to resolve my complaint at an earliest.

        1) Dear subscriber, you have been charged Rs. 25 for ur BSNL tunes. Enjoy the service for the next 30 days. Ur next bill date is 28.10.2009

        2) You have been charged Rs. 12 for your BSNL Tunes request.

        The above amount deducted from my account. I have not any request sent to bsnl for tunes. Without my request , How do you deduct money from my account? .

        Please take necessary action and credit the above amount to my credit.

        If you not take any action within a week, I will lodged a compliant againt BSNL Cell One in consumer court.

        And also I not yet received any tunes so for. So do not activate any bsnl tune service to my mobile.

          hi,
          I am Jobi Joseph having mobile no [protected].Without any request from me it has been noted that caller tune got activated to my mobile while deleting an SMS from BSNL.since then it is charging Rs.9 and Rs.20(totalRs.29) from my mobile each month.when calling customer care i never got any assistance;it says all r busy, try later...!!! I am trying CSC last 2 weeks!!!.
          I need to cancel that stupid caller tune and save my money.
          There is no information in BSNL site for how to cancel caller tune and no customer care mail address too.
          pls note into this and help me.

          Without any request from me when calling another number [protected] the caller tune from that number got copied to my phone number [protected]. And again when I called [protected] from my other mobile [protected] this time again the caller tune got copied to this phone. We tried to call the customer support ( [protected] and [protected]) many times after a long wait a support assistant will come on line and after hearing our complaint will put me on hold and after some time the call would be disconnected. At last two days after the caller tunes were mistakenly downloaded on our phone when we made another calll to customer care this time the assistant said no complaint had been registered so far and registered our complaints and gave us a complaint number (61547)too. She asked us to wait for a SMS from bsnl regarding further procedure and then follow instructions. We did recieve a sms and we followed the instruction to deactivate the caller tune but the message sending failed even after repeated attempts. I want BSNL to deactivate the caller tune for which I had made no request and also reimburse (return or credit) me the money they deducted from my prepaid connection on both the numbers mentioned below:

          Kindly take necessary action at the earliest and take care that such mishaps do not occur in future.

            I applied for Bsnl broadband connection 2 months ago. I bought my own modem. I got the connection 4 days back. But the modem requires a Portal Username and password during configuration to ping it to the server. I called up the customer care and got the username and password, however it is not working. Hence I raised a complaint via Bsnl customer care. As Im working in an MNC, I couldn't be at home always,...

            Now Last 3 months all of a sudden --- I am getting very - very poor network coverage or some time no network at my Residence - Located at 1st floor of - Alok Surana, 29 Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 700017

            I Complain many times in our Local Telephone Office at BSNL, 10, Hungerford Street, Kolkata - 700016 But there where no care for my complaint till date ...!!

            Now I am bound to use Vodaphone Mobile services ... Still waiting that BSNL do some help to me and I get Best Network Connection. The main Problem which I am facing badly that line automatically disconnect in few seconds while talking to any one ..


            PLEASE HELP ME -!! THIS NOS ARE 7 YEARS OLD AND THIS POOR NETWORK HAMPER MY DAY TO DAY BUSINESS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITY.

            Sir,
            As I am SimCard holder cell no [protected] issued by your department after thorough checking of all document with originals and photocopies of the same is also enclosed and accepted by your department before issuing sim after completion of procedure I had also recharged it with Rs.55/- through prepaid voucher and also given instruction to your department for six month plan for 1paisa/second scheme and paid for the same but till to date no activation of above sim take place. Many time I had complained through computerized customer care service that you can see through your voice box (if its in working condition!) you can conform the same with operators as well as personally visited to jubilee branch an given complain for the same but no any positive action received by your authorities.
            It is a matter of regret that being an oldest department in the field of communication in India as well as having huge human power your department had proved their inefficiency specially in above case.
            As a Divisional Head it is improper to say that in the era of fastest development of technology especially in communication world and neck cut competition with other guest competitor you had not proved no1!. However being an Indian I am customer of your department but I feel very sorry to be a part of you.

            I have BSNL Prepaid line since last 5 years.Last 1 years i have facing lots of network related problem (e.g:call drop, sms failure, poor signal strength, poor voice quality, , problem in location update etc) .I have complained many times in bsnl customer care but these problem still percist.I am very much sorry to inform you no such fruitful results is reflecting.We beleive that BSNL has world class network system and we expect world class support.
            I have already inform bsnl officer that my local BTS is Nimta with neighbouring BTSs are MB ROAD C, RABINDRANAGAR but the signal strength is very poor.

              I am using BSNL NIC card. The instrument is HUAWEI EC325. It is supposed to give me speed of 144 KBPS. But I have checked speed using the link: http://promos.mcafee.com/speedometer/test_0150.asp.

              And, the actual speed I got is only 11.2 KBPS.
              The maximum download speed I am getting is between 2 to 5 KBPS.

              I have purchased NIC card from BSNA Ahmedabad.The co is advertising that their will be 220kbps speed but since six months the speed is Down load speed 21.07 & uploading sped is 12.89 (kilo bit per second).The BSNL office is telling that you will get the same speed.

              I have purchased BSNL NIC Card and it has very slow speed of 2 kbps to 5 kbps in Ranip, Ahmedabad Area. As i went to purchase EVDO card but due to their Network problem i have to satisfy with NIC Card and i made good choice by not purchasing this card and took on monthly rent.

              I advise you guys that if you are new to internet world its fine but if you need a good speed for surfing, downloading etc... then it wont work at all.

              Its better to buy BSNL EVDO with 2.4 mbps speed or other TATA or AIRTEL or RELIENCE etc...do not go for BSNL NIC Card with 144 kbps.

I m planing to purchach Nic for last two month but I was not able to get it coz Nic is not abailable. But mow I realy afraid to purchece this card coz of all of yours cplaints no one write about a good speed. I am using BSNL 3g modem and 2g Sim with 241 recharge for one month Internet connection I am getting 8 to 19 Kbps download speed with orbit downloader it's cool. Surfing speed also good. But some time it dliber very bad speed like only 1 Kbps. But the avrege is good then I herd from you. This modem is cost in Punjab is 3850 Rs. Thanks enjoy surfing

                  Sir,

                  We have shifted from HMT Layout, Vidyaranyapura to BEL Layout, Vidyaranyapura a month back. On shifting we have requested the Telephone Exchange stationed at Vidyaranyapura for providing connection to the phone as well as broadband connection 21 days back. We were told that underground cabling has to be done and in this connection have met the concerned JE, who in turn has told his sub-ordinates to go ahead and complete the same 10 days back.

                  The same is not done till-date irrespective of several visits to the jurisdictional Telephone Exchange. The delay is causing inconvenience to us. REquest the concerned to do the needful.

                    My phone number is 23030989. I am under Rs.500/- plan. In the bill given to me for 1-10-08 to 31-10-08, for the month of october I have been charged a sum of Rs.5063. During this month (i.e. october 08) there was more than 5 hrs power cut, and hence the chances of my usage of broadband could not have been more than 60 hrs per month. As the telephone numbers given by your department for making complaints viz. 25455106 and 25459004 are continuously engaged. I am not able to make any complaint about this to anyone. All I require is datewise usage details to enable me to know how so much has been charged.

                      This is with shifting of my phone from lunger house to Hydershakote. The order nois HSKT2677. The shifting is not be done even 2 months passed. I gave a online complaint on bsnl site. the protal no for the complaint is[protected] i got a reply saying that my new number is 24190565 and they give me the contact no of a person. when i called him he gave me number of other person. When i contact the rajendra nagar bsnl office he told that there is problem of cable in hydershakote and asked to change the landline phone to will phone. so i gave a application for conversion of landline phone to will phone. Even after 20 days of submitting the application the shifting has not been done yet. I contact mr krishnamurthy [protected] of rajendranagar and mr mahendra singh 29027131 of hydershakote, every time they till that it will be done within 1 day. It is almost 2 months my phone has not been shifted. I request the concerend authorties to look into this matter and help me to get my telephone shifted.

All incoming calls were found to be going to another number.I was not able to make any call and recorded message of 'this facility is not available on this number was' being received Subsequently the same day evening the phone went dead. The line was restored by today evening (26.11.09) and I was informed by an official that it was due to a cable burnout at the exchange and that the cross talk problem was also rectified. The phone was working fine but within two hours the phone again went dead. Several of my call to the local exchange went unattended.                             I am BSNL customer since 15 years and having 2 landline connections (i.e., Broadband[protected], UL-599 plan[protected] @ Sanathnagar).
                            Recently we have shifted to Western Hills, JNTU, Kukatpally. Then I came to know that here there is no new landline connection available in this main centre (100 meter radius JNTU towards Pragathinagar). BSNL officials saying that due to the electrical towers they could not provide new connections. They also stated that instead of land line they will provide a WLL(fix) phone that too they are not able to provide the same since ONE month.
                            Even BSNL is also providing China made instruments only. We approached officials (SDOP/DE) several times….they are ready to give but they don’t have the stock.
                            But in this competitive world they could not able to procure new WLL(fix) phones. Now-a-days china market is too fast in supplying any number of instruments in any model at any where in any time.
                            I am wondering that where the bottleneck lies to get the new instruments.
                            So I request you to look into this matter and provide a landline if not atleast a WLL(fix) phone.
                            I will be very glad if you provide a Broadband connection by placing new cable as soon as possible.

                              Our number[protected] is having frequent problem in broadband. Twice the problem has been diagnosed of network key and password changed. Who changes that? Instead of one person four people will come together, and make the password public. They make lot of noise, laugh and talk in their local language and do not behave well.Even when the problem is not done, they will leave saying that they are busy. If they are so busy, then why four five people should come? Now the person who comes everytime refuses to come. Whom do we ask to rectify problem?                                 I am residing in Bangalore (Res - Rajajinagar, and Office - Richmond Road). My bsnl mobile connection is showing no signals 'No Network Coverage' in these two prime localities also. The problem is persisting since 3 days. I lodged the complaint and got the ticket number. At the time of lodging the complaint, I was told, the problem will be rectified within 24 hours. On subsequent follow-up, they are telling within 24 to 48 hours.

                                  The BSNL telephone nos.[protected] and[protected] installed at our residence are giving frequent problems. The noise in the no. 2782566 is so much that it is almost impossible to communicate with the person on the other line. Despite lodging complaints on BSNL computerized no. 198, no action has been taken by BSNL. In case noise in this line is not rectified soon, I will surrender the BSNL telephone and get a landline connection from some private operator like Airtel. The other no. 2720458 is dead for the past 2 days. It seems that BSNL has decided not to improve the work culture in the organization despite changed business scenario. Such attitude will definitely help BSNL to loose its customer base.

                                  The BSNL telephone nos.[protected] installed at our residence are giving frequent problems. The noise in the no. 2652786 is so much that it is almost impossible to communicate with the person. I want to surrender the BSNL telephone and get a landline connection from some private operator like Airtel. Kindly advice me where I have to surrender my telephone.
                                  my phone no.[protected] is dead for the last one month.No action has been taken despite repeated written complaints.
                                  My broad band connection net is not when i am complaining to bsnl they say my adsl router is in fault . when i complaint for router they are asking pa Number .

                                  My landline is dead for last 1 month. Incoming calls cannot be connected.
                                  This is regarding the noise problem in my bsnl landline 2815498. The noise problem is very high which create lot of problem to communicate and lot of time we complained but there is no response So you are requested please rectified the problem on urgent basis.                                     complaint about the landline

                                    Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 10years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected]my address is B.sornavel 37 selva vignesh nagar sankarankovil road thachanallur tirunelveli. ) i am just bokking the complaints for the last 30 days, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within six hours i am reciving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem presist...

                                    Hi Sir,

                                    I have applied for shifting my landline and broadband connection[protected] from 5th Phase J.P. Nagar to 1st Phase J.P. Nagar (within 1KM range) on[protected].

                                    Even after one week, there is no action against this.
                                    After enquiring at BSNL office in Jayanagar, it was found that there is no cable stock and it will take about 10days to procure the same.

                                    This could further delay the process and I am not sure how such a customer friendly company having issues in procuring cables for telephone connections.

                                    Does this mean that no new connections/no shifting of telephone lines will take place for another 10days in Jayanagar / J.P. Nagar areas?

                                    Concerned people please look into the issue and help the dependent users with timely service.
