We have shifted from HMT Layout, Vidyaranyapura to BEL Layout, Vidyaranyapura a month back. On shifting we have requested the Telephone Exchange stationed at Vidyaranyapura for providing connection to the phone as well as broadband connection 21 days back. We were told that underground cabling has to be done and in this connection have met the concerned JE, who in turn has told his sub-ordinates to go ahead and complete the same 10 days back.
The same is not done till-date irrespective of several visits to the jurisdictional Telephone Exchange. The delay is causing inconvenience to us. REquest the concerned to do the needful.

I send online landline connection form after sending form. BZ-BSNL send sms to me for request successfully created Lead Id MHKOL[protected]. Then 18-01-14 send a message from BZ-BSNL to contact Konnur Mohammed Ismail given mobile number. 20.01.2014 call from office for enquiry name & place. Then 22.01.2014 i call office for next what heppen they told us for go to office & fill form. 23.01.2014 i gone to office. They to me that our side no give new connection aloso told there is no available cable for connection. Last year January i going for connection they told same for one year bsnl solve problems for new connection. i also told them for take form for connection and whenever available cable & start to give new connection then give to me first preferance but they are not ready to give form & take new connection form. so pls check what happen.
