NOT GETTING THE CONNECTION AFTER TELEPHONE SHIFT

I HAVE MOVED MY RESIDENCE FROM CHENNAI-12 TO CHENNAI-92. MY BSNL LANDLINE GOT SHIFTED AFTER CLOSE FOLLOWUP AND CHASING FOR ABOUT A FORTNIGHT. BUT MY BROADBAND HAS NOT WORKING ALONGWITH THE LANDLINE. WE MADE COMPLAINTS AND THEY ARE GIVING DAILY ATLEAST ONE TELEPHONE NO. FOR FOLLOWUP. IWITH LOT OF HOPE I AM STILL CALLING ALL THE NOS EXCEPT OUR PRIME MINISTER NO. RESULT IS ZERO. GOD ONLY HAVE TO SAVE OUR COUNTRY FROM THESE KIND OF GOVT. ORGANISATIONS....

Problem in STD INCOMING CALL FROM BSNL,TATA INDICOM,VODAFONE

I had taken a new BSNL EXCEL PREPAID CONNECTION from BSNL OFFICE JHALLAHALI BRANCH BANGALORE on 20th dec 2008. My mobile no is [protected]. From that day i am unable to receive any STD INCOMMING CAll from BSNL, TATA INDICOM, VODAPHONE network. Worst Call centre service

Hi,
I was calling on 1500 number from Pune, which is call centre phone for BSNL, pune.Its worst, Bakwas.Its only playing the message as "To connect to the internet using your dialup, please dial 172315" and that's all.Isn't it would have been nice to play a voice message as "All executives are busy, please hold and then "To connect to the internet using your dialup, please dial 172315"

Excess levy of telephone charges

I, Rahul Katke would like to state that my BSNL telephone line was disconnected by BSNL, Kalyan, Maharashtra on 5/6/08 for non-payment of bill and restored on 3/7/08, the day on which I paid all dues of my telephone bill.My telephone was therefore not working for 26 days from 5/6/08 to 2/7/08. Balance Vanished

I have a prepaid connection of BSNL in Assam. Because of my heavy usage I had a balance of about 6500 around 1st Nov. Then I had to leave for Delhi for about 40 days. Number not activating

Dear sir,
i have bought one bsnl cellone connection from one of the bsnl
distributor in Nawanshahr district. i have submitted all the address
proof and id proof document at the time of purchase.but today after 12
days my number's outgoing calls are not started from bsnl side.

Contacted customer care associate regarding this what still problem is
not solved.

Stopping of Mobile Monthly Charges

I am a user of BSNL pre paid mobile. My Mobile No. is [protected]. I have not been using the Mobile Radio Services since last 3 months. I have registered a complaint on 11-11-08 in this respect and also contacted on Customer Care Tele Number but my problem has not been solved. It is requested to arrange for stoppage of monthly mobile radio charges for Rs.19 pm otherwise I will be compelled to switch over to mobile connection of any other company....
