I am recently using the BSNL 3 star plan owing no. [protected]. In this plan, I want to have 2 FFP nos. So, I sent an sms to 53733 saying FFE landline no. and mobile no. I am recently bought a SIM for my mother using the BSNL 3 star plan no. [protected]. In this plan, I want to have 2 FnF nos. So, I sent an sms to 53733 . But Friends & Family plan is not activated. Reply SMS says "Friends_family plan registered. Wait for confrmation SMS, if eligible. Activation may take 24 hours". (Same as mentioned by Jawahar) But till this date no reply has come. i tried in several ways to know FnF, no one is giving proper response. Same is the case for my friends who got sim in M3STAR plan.

I lost my Motorola (Motoyuva) handset loaded with BSNL postpaid SIM(Mobile No.[protected]) at around[protected] Hrs at a time while I was helping my sister-in-law with her luggage and a small child get down from the Bhubaneswar-Howrah Jansatabdi Express today afternon, i.e., 22.06.2010 at Howrah Station.It was terribly crowded in D2 Coach when people were getting down and getting in at theb same time and the mad rush is to blame.I reported the loss at Govt.Railway Police office immediately after that and also reported the same to my organisation ONGC Ltd at around 1630 Hrs which had provided the mobile set to me for official purpose.

BSNL — My Running SIM issued to another person

Dear Sir,

I Have a BSNL Mobile Number [protected]. On Saturday 12 Nov 2011 at 11:30 AM Its got discontinued suddenly. I was thinking that it might be due to Tower problem but in the evening when I called from my wifes number to check the status it was connected to some another fellow in BHOWALI, Nainital. He told me that BSNL has given me this number. That fellow utilised my number up to 12 O Clock 14th Nov 2011. He has used my balance from the mobile account in some calls. Although it started functioning now 12 O clock today 14th Nov but I faced lot of mental tension during these two days without my fault. I also do not know in which manner that fellow has utilised my number. Kindly guide me and what can be done in this matter.

    Hi

    I live in Rakshak Nagar gold, kharadi - pune. I want to have BSNL phone and broadband at my place but when i enquire about the fees from the franchisee operating there ( Deep Telecom) i came to know that he is charging more than what BSNL has decided.
    1. For phone he is charging 1500 as security which is only Rs 1000.
    2. He is also charging 500 as installation charges which otherwise is NIL.

    And when i contacted BSNL exchange in kharadi they said that "They (franchisee) is here to do business".
    And as BSNL itself donot provide connection I have no option but to get it from the franchisee only.

    Pls suggest what can be done in this case. Is it a legal practice by BSNL that there franchisee can decide connection charges.

      dear sir i have bsnl postpaid 525 plan not having isd facility i have jodi connection no [protected]/[protected] .sir i am using this connection since 5 yrs .this time i have got invoice no [protected] dated 5/12/08 .to calling to customer care no [protected] has been charged as a isd call for [protected] .it has been charged rs 208.80 .for [protected] rs 36.00 has been charged as a isd call charges though i am not having isd facility.
      what is the faith in trusting govt co. this i came to know bcoz i am having detailed billing system.those who dont have detailed billing system they may be penalised for calling to customer care bcoz they have trust in bsnl.where remains the trust

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        my self Praveen Mandal I'm working with Aviva Life insurance comp ltd as an sales manager and also doing MBA from ICFAI distance learning course.
        I have taken BSNL broadband connection[protected] in Home 250 Plan for my MBA studies and within a month I have submitted a application for change plan to unlimited one i.e. Home 900+ on 14/02. BSNL officials accepted my application and assured me that will be changed soon and only next day I have received a call from BSNL officials mentioning that plan have been changed. So, I started using it as a unlimited one.
        But to my surprise I have received a bill on 16/03 with Amount Rs. 50000/- as my usage charge, I rushed to the official and to ask the complete detail they told me that I have used so I have to pay the same. I rushed to DM with written complaint and to my surprise they handed over me a debit note dated 14/02 itself of Rs. 900/-. He assured me everything will be corrected just meet CAO, from that day three to four days a week i'm visiting CAO & IFA for requesting to correct the same.
        but all things gone to vein they declared me defaulter and issued a letter to all telecom companies and cc to me that not to issue any connection to me.
        Then I contacted lawyer he suggested me not to go to consumer forum as I don't have much mony for security deposit and to wait.
        Now I have received a summon-letter mentioning that I have to be in court on 18/12 for the legal case against me.

        my self riyaz shaikh as i have broad band connection in my house since frm the day of broad band connection i m having every month more then 2000 rupees its very much as i m having 250 monthly rental charges for broad band and i used to chat on skype every day with my family living abroad in dubai
        but i usually downloaded not more than 500 mb length of files but their is 1gb free downloading still the bill is comming 2000 rupees so pls try to give me the details of downloading files
        i have got bsnl broadband 250 plan.They gave me 1 gb free download. in march my usage charges were 1140 only 140 mb more. i was expected to get bill around 500 but i get bill of Rs 733. pl tell me what else is added in my bill

        SIR, I HAD PAID ONE YEAR ADVANCE PAYMENT OF BSNL-BROADBAND - " 750+ UNLIMITED PLAN " ON 12MARCH2010 AND THE BROADBAND GOT STARTED FROM 1ST OF MAY 2010. NOW I RECEIVED A BROADBAND BILL OF THE MONTH OF MAY , WHICH SHOWS THE DETAILS OF "250PLAN" AND THE USAGE CHARGES WHICH I HAV USED IN THAT MONTH. WHEN I HAVE ALREADY MADE ONE YEAR ADVANCE PAYMENT O[censored]NLIMITED PLAN THEN HOW CAN I BE CHARGED IN THIS WAY? PLEASE HELP ME MY MOBILE NUMBER IS = [protected] .

          dear sir,
          I applied for plan change from 125 H to 250 H on 24 th Nov. with clear instruction to implement request on 1st Dec.
          the plan was change on 3 rd Dec.
          the bill I received for the period 1/12/08 to 31/12/08 was as follow
          *fixed monthly charges for period 31/10 to 02 /12 amount Rs.133.33
          **broad band uses charge 01/12 to 31/12 amount Rs 97
          fixed monthly monthly charges 01/12 to 31/12 amount Rs 233.87
          service tax Rs 55.70
          +other
          total Rs 524

          I want say that * Rs 133.33 can not be charged as till date I have no dues balence against phone 25897155
          **Rs 97 shold also not be charged as I have asked for Plan 250 H which allows 1 GB uses for one month free(my uses is 1.04GB)
          I have not used Internet 1/12/08 to 4/12/08
          so insted of 133.33+97+233.87 =464.2 it shold have been only 250+ 3.6=253.6 all other charges are wrongly framed on the bill excess RS 211 shold be adjusted

          I m using Bsnl braodband from last 7 month and I m paying my Bsnl bill every time but this time for the month of Feb they gave me bill amount of Rs.2300.00. I complaint to BSNL that why they are gave me somemuch of bill and they said they the usage in bsnl website. I checked the usage however there is nothing showing in the protal usage site. I m really tried to follow up with these service of bsnl. This is third time they gave me high bill..

          dear sir, i am using a data one bsnl broadband connection of 750 plan with monthly 8gb free.during the month i downloaded 5gb out of 8gb.i still have 3gb in hand but when i enquire about my bills, i was shocked.i got ten thousand six hundred fifty eight rupees.before that i clearly had no outstanding bills.its totally a shame to bsnl service providers and i plan it to disconnect it and use other services instead of bsnl.

          How can we get this rectified.

            I Sandeep Kumar use BSNL mobile no [protected].From the day of beginning i am facing problem of call drop.Most of the time when i call someone it shows call failed.Even when someone call me most of time i am not able to recieve calls.Same problem with my father mobile number [protected].I complain against this many times.Even BSNL person comes to my house to check at that time it shows full signal.He advises me to change handset.I did this but even then i am facing this problem.Then i talk to BSNL official regarding this personaly.they say we will put your both numbers on call tap and will see wat type ogf problem you are facing.Now this is last time am sending you complaint.If i dont get resolution within 3 working days i am emailing the the same copy to cunsumer forum.I am paying for the service which i am not getting.My address is #2573, Phase 7 Mohali,[protected]

              We have purchased BSNL internet NIC Card of Rs. 3193/- dated 22.01.09 from BSNL at Baroda. We were informed that in Rs. 3193/- included first bill amounting to Rs. 250/- as advance but we have received a first bill of Rs. 93/- dated 10.02.09 for the period from 22.01.09 to 31.01.09 for facilities charges of Rs. 93/-. So this bill contradict against advance of Rs. 250/- as we paid in Rs. 3193/-. How can BSNL issue bill against our advance Rs. 250/-?

              Please clarify the same as early as possible before due date 27.02.09

              Yes, I also having the same opinion. The BSNL site does not have any details of payment and information on the subject to its customer. The recent development that rising the rental from Rs.250 to Rs350 does not have any meaning with out providing any additional benefit to the customer. So, it is all necessary to support the customer.

                  We are your existing customer of land line[protected] with Broadband facility. we have taken this connection to use of only internet.
                  Recently we have shifted our house in same area(gandhinagar, near RTC X roads) and applied for shifting of phone line on 20th of last month and requested taht phone to be shifted by 1 st of this month.

                  pl find below for the WO details.

                  since 1st of this month we are calling Ashok Nagar BSNL office everyday and they are telling that they will come. since 10 days same thing. we are very upset by this as we need internet daily. Even we asked that if shifting is not possible, pl let us know, so that we can go for any private broadband connection. But still the same, no response from them.

                    Prepaid — over deduction on calls

                    i hve 3 no. in 10 paisa per min. scheme for last few months but by 12dec.07 instead of 10 paisa you hve deuct 1 Rs. on 2 no. out of 3 no. my no is [protected]

                    BSNL — call rates

                    Recently there was a widespread publicity by BSNL in newspapers that call rates for 1 STD number(BSNL) & 1 local number (BSNL) would be 20 paise per minute - This was called the friends & family scheme & was available to all BSNL postpaid connections.
                    I also availed the same facility but to my utter dismay, when i recieved my phone bill the call rate to the STD number (for which i subscribed to this scheme) was normal call rate only ie. 60 paise per minute & not 20 paise per minute as was advertised in the newspapers.

                    BSNL — rate

                    i am a bsnl prepaid subscriber and whenever i call customer care no (toll free) : [protected] no receptionist is present there to listen to my complaints. for that i have to wait 30-40 mins for the receptionist to pick up my call. last night when i checked my account balance it was Rs 44.33. when again checked it next morning i found it Rs 13.83 only left in my account. moreover i want to unsubscribe from bsnl callertunes and i sent an sms for that but no step has been taken against it. bsnl is now becoming more greedy for money. they suck people through the heavy call rates.please throw a look over this matter.

                    BSNL PRE Paid Phone — Charges

                    I have prepaid BSNL Excel Phone No [protected], I got call from Phone no [protected] , and i had pick up the phone but it was disconnected and after that i had receieved the message that 20 rs is deducted from my balance and they had activated some service on my phone , as i dont want to acces this service and with out my permission it was deducted.

                            From[protected] to[protected] my mobile bearing No.[protected] sim was not used. On[protected] I have obtained a easy recharge of Rs.50/-. Recharged person stated that they have received message for having taken the recharge into account. But, when on 3rd December when I started my mobile the same was not added to my previous currency.

                            My efforts to call center has been attended and the call not attended properly by the attendant who received the call.
                            Thus, I am deprived of my rightful currency against the easy recharge.

                            Hence I request you to kindly enclosure that my currency is added to my existing currency and oblige, for which act of your kindness, I shall ever appreciate your cooperation and service.

                              I have called customer care number regarding my GPRS problem but no able to give me the proper reason by this problem occurring. They just talking non technical things regarding the problem. if somebody force them to give the proper reason they put the call on hold and then finally disconnect it.

                              Dear User your request for subscription will be prossed within 24 hours. Search your song SMS search songname to 56799. I received this message at 9:41:16 PM

                              After this message I also get a message that thank you for using BSNL Tunes. Your registration is done successfully. This service would be after 1 day.

                              Without my subscription this service are activated at my mobile and all of the charges are deducted from my account. Dear Sir, I requested you that Pls. stop this services

                              BSNL — Poor response against customer complaint

                              I have been using BSNL postpaid mobile connection
                              from last two and half years.I am facing problem while sending sms from last one month. Sending sms otion is not working and status is showing as "Pending".I have complained about this to their Hangerford street Customer Service Center. They forwarded my complaint to technical department.SMS sending option started working for 2-3 days and then again disrupted.I have compalined to its call center and logged a compalint with Ref no-6484415.But I havenot get any response or corrective measures from BSNL till date.It is embrassment and harrasment to a customr.

                                I received prepaid credit of Rs225 from no 80257 on 07/12/2008 at 09:23:51: AM and my account was valid till 06//01/2009 Ref No[protected].Before above recharging I had Rs.12.00 as balance credit from previous recharging on 12/11/2008(Ref no[protected].With ref. to my only 2 nos dialled calls on 08/12/2007 at 19:57 hrs . for amounting Rs 0.90 and Rs 50.40only, I surprisingly observed that my balance as on 08/12/2008 remain only Rs 90.00.it is very unfortunate and confusing. My mobile no is [protected]. In this connection I some times get cross connection while receiving calls.

My mobile no. is [protected]. On 09.12.2008 grace period of my mobile services was over and automaticaly incoming call facility of my mobile was withdrawn. On that date I had been recharged my Mobile at 3.00 P.M. After that I am getting the Out going call facility but not getting the incoming call facility. Sir sorry to say that regarding this matter near about 15 times i was contact with Customer Care on this no.[protected] but no body can make surity regarding this problem. Plase look the matter as most Urgent.

                                  I got an airtel prepaid connection this month. Its number is [protected] and sim number is[protected]-1133. The moment I purchased the sim, they started my connection and I was enjoying their facility. But 4 days before they stopped my incoming call and after very next day they stopped my outgoing facility too. I was asked to submit my documents again, as I was told that due to negative verification they have stopped my services. I submitted my documents again at their Sahara Mall Office in Gurgaon on 20th August 2008 at 1:30 p.m. with ticket number [protected]. But, still my calling is barred.

                                  Idea — Paise cut for incoming call in local.

                                  I am using BSNL EXCEL PREPAID and i regret to inform you that 30% of the time I cannot recieve/make calls, send/recieve sms or access the GPRS.. !!

                                  I live in Ahmedabad where there is lots of network problem.
                                  Earlier i had VODAFONE mobile. But i never faced such network problem.
                                  My mobile remains out of coverage for atleast 5 to 6 hours every day and at the same place all other company mobiles are working.
                                  Moreover I am also using the Messags services but mssages are never reaching at time to the concerned person. also I am not getting messages sent by my other colegues. I had faced lots of problem due to this.
                                  Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 days for delivery.
                                  this is not only my problem but all my colegus who are using BSNL mobile have the same problem.
                                  The advertisements which are being made by BSNL for super Coverage is thus seemes to be vague.
                                  I have many times contected customer centre but they have no solution for this.
                                  The Bigest Question is.. Till what time we have to suffer this problem? who cares?

                                  Myself Krishnendu Mondal having BSNL Prepaid Mobile Number [protected] .I was having a balance of Rs 521.00 ( Five hundred and twenty One only ) as my balance on 20-03-09 morning about 0920 hrs but from 1000 hrs onwards I was unable to make any calls from my phone and neither I was able to speak to any customer service executive. Later on when I checked my account balance by dialing 123 it was informed to me that my account balance was nil.I would like to inform that I didn't make any chargable calls after 0920 hrs of 20-03-09 and so the missing amount is not due to my fault. On 27th my phone balance was approx Rs 170/-and there after I have not dial anybody now my phone balance is minus Rs 275/- even though I have no GPRS connection.

                                  Customer care has called me on 5th May and told me that Rs 100/- has been deducted for Downloading but I am 100% sure that I have not downloaded anything. They told me that they cannot do anything regarding this Rs 100/- and ask me to adjust the amount. And also told me to register another complain for Rs 70/-(Docket No[protected].

                                  I have called customer care to solve the issue more than 60 times, they have said your complain is in process it will be solve shortly but till date it has not been solved. From 30th April I am unable to make outgoing call, now I am in a disaster position. Still now my phone balance is -275.84/-.

                                  New Mobile pre-paid connection — Non receiving of Incoming calls

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I would like to state that I have purchased New Connection Mobile from through the dealer and got new connection. I am using the same connection for the last ten days. But i am not received any call in the same number from the date of purchase (10 days).

                                  1. I had approached the dealer. The dealer had submitted all relevant papers to the distributors. The distributor says he had also submitted the same paper in your company.

                                  2. My dealer had made so many contacts with his distributor but he did not give any possitive answer. On 19/9/2009, The I again approached to the dealer my incoming calls are not coming in my mobile. He called immediately to the distributor regarding the same matter 4 - 5 days back. On 19/9/2009 in the night 9' O clock I again approached the help line 121 and they in turn tranfer the call to the Senior Officer , I informed the whole matter to him and he told me that to make a complaint against the distributor and dealer by giving the email ID.

                                  3. Since I am facing lot of problems from last 10 days, due to non receiving the incoming calls, I being a trusted customer with Airtel connection, it would adversly effect the to the reputation the Airtel . Today I again visited to your Sector 34, Chandigarh office , then I came to know that the office has shifted to IT Park location. Then I again went to IT Park Office there I had a very grate setback . There I informed to contact your head office in Mohali. In great stress I approached your head office in Mohali there I came to know that the relevant papers have been received today and the connection will be operational working by 08 O clock.

                                  4. I would like to know that where the obstcle has created and what are the lapse between the dealer, distributor and your company. Why shall I been harassed for 10 days to take connection ?. Is it good for your reputation ? Your company is full responsible regarsuing these lapses.

                                  I shall be highly appreciated, to investigate the matter and take approprioate action against the concerned staff and the lapses between the disbutor and your management which brings a bad reputation to your company.

                                  BSNL — Regarding return of my cell one mobile account balance

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  For your kind information, i am informing you that during 11 and 12 Aug 2010 my bsnl 2G service is by default converted to the 3G service (according to bsnl customer care). I am using Rs. 300/- monthly free local calls own network service but due to bsnl internal network or other service problem my local call charges become Rs. 1/local call and therefore i was losed Rs. 30/- (approximately). NOTE : Moreover when i was contacting with BSNL customer care, my call charges was Rs 1 per minutes.

                                  Regular correspondence with bsnl customer care currently my free local call service is active but my account did not credit with Rs. 30/-. I did contact through email with CMD-BSNL, Customer Service Centre -CM (General Managers) etc. many times but i feel that they is not interested to consider my complain.

                                  So please as soon as take appropriate and immediate action on my complain.

                                  I am Kingshuk Mohanta of Krishnagar, Nadia, WB. My cell no. is [protected]. After the end of validity of power pack facility (Rs.324) on 16.9.2010, I recharged my cell with same (Rs. 324) on 17.Sept.2010. But it is very wonderful mater that my cell recharged and validity extended upto 26th Dec.2010 and get talktime value for Rs.70 as usually. But, my call charge turns into 90 paise per call in stead of 05 paise per call.

                                  So many times I complained to the BSNL Service Centre (No.[protected]). My Complaint recorded as Docket No. 6061757. dt. 18th Sep 10.
                                  Beside this, I remind them to look into this regard. But, nobody gave asurance about this and did not solve.

                                  Now, I request you that you solve this problem and awaiting for your necessary action for which I can get the call charge @ 05 paise per call.

                                  Perhaps you are right. Untill CVC (Chief Vigilance Commissioner of India) initiates action against retired CMD for inaction, protection of corruption, these Corruption Managing Directors shall be deaf, dumb, and blind to complaints and even corruption complaints.

                                  Reason: They want salary, They love salary, they work for salary, they want post retirement benefits, they want post retirement jobs. Right or wrong ask Kuldeep Goyal retired with bribe CMD of BSNL.

                                    i am very sorry to complaint your services, that our sim is taken as life time connecction, and changed to new excel ananth.inthe last date of charging rs.200 or above coupon we charged it with rs.200 but the net work was bussy.many time i try for the same. but unfortunately we cannot charged it with that copoun and try in another phone but cannot charged. now our sim is in grace period up to 25th december.we are not ready to use renewal coupon, because it is not our mistake.if you are interested in your costomer please take necessary action, if not we will change our sim to another companies. yours faithfully,

                                        I have a complaint to make since I am unable to call some US numbers from my post paid connection as it always says that "all line sin this route are busy' This is only for few numbers and other US numbers are working fine.

                                        I am trying to call up BSNL call center for cellone in chennai at[protected]. I choose English as teh language and main menu as sub option. Then I choose 9 for talking to an representative. There after there is no response. I have tried all other options to speak to someone without sucess.
                                        I am not sure what they are attempting by not answering the complaints.

                                        I am user of bsnl prepaid service. I have a problem in my gprs so I call to callcenter but i these two days when i call 24365 a tap of dialled number does not exist please check number is hearing. If system is suspended then at other this service can be started but they stopped all service of call center. now i have to ask something then what i can do.
                                        Dear sir, i am ashok mishra an complaint register in your call center for balance loss after that many times call for status on your call center 1503 but your executive are disconnect my call without any information .
