Dear Sir,
I have BSNL Lifetime mobile connection no.[protected] but the same is not recharging by any top up, so I am unable to dial & talk with anyone without balance. The validity of sim is being shown by 123 i.e.Account balance is 0.20 INR.Your credit expires on 14th August 2009 and service expires on 21 August 2009.All incoming call being received but I canot make any call.Please look intothe matter resolve the problem immediatedly.

    Sir,

    From[protected] to[protected] my mobile bearing No.[protected] sim was not used. On[protected] I have obtained a easy recharge of Rs.50/-. Recharged person stated that they have received message for having taken the recharge into account. But, when on 3rd December when I started my mobile the same was not added to my previous currency.

    My efforts to call center has been attended and the call not attended properly by the attendant who received the call.
    Thus, I am deprived of my rightful currency against the easy recharge.

    Hence I request you to kindly enclosure that my currency is added to my existing currency and oblige, for which act of your kindness, I shall ever appreciate your cooperation and service.

    here bsnl has announced top up offer from 24 th feb 562(552) if we recharge we will get a talk value of 625
    but when this has been done we have got only only 500 rs talk time . this when we brought to concerned authorities they are telling this problem cannot be solved . that means Bsnl is cheating the customers by give a flase Add . or the concerned people they are making the money with this . so plz solve the problem .

      sir,

      your customer care officer pratibmaben soni alwayes misbehav with customer of bsnl and she alwayes treat like peon with customer of bsnl, now a days she give me answer in a rude maner . first she was not updated with new scheme of bsnl and do not gave proper guidence to clients of bsnl . i want to use your new launch scheme " aa abe laute chale " . i want my old bsnl mobile number [protected] through this scheme, when i go to your customere care dest then your officer pratimaben soni told me that we have no scheme like this, when i tell her mem i already confirm that this is a newly launch scheme but she dont want to hear my words and use rude lenguage with me . when i urge her next day then she talk with her higher officer and she confirm about this scheme . sir till my number [protected] is not activated . today i call her for asking status for this number but pratimaben soni was totally angry on me and she said i dont know about your card activation .

      sir now i dont want to continue relation with your bsnl orgenization because your customer service is so poor . i request you please give me my money back & also i want to submit this new sim at your office khambhat . please tell me when i submit this sim at your office at that time i submit this sim at your office .

      sir if you heard of your customer then please give street punishment to pratimaben soni because this khambhat office is rural office and all person come hear are illetrate & she alwayes treat like dog with all clients and all clients of banl are stay away from bsnl .

      BSNL — for proper scheme

      regarding the pack of Rs. 393 scheme for 500 days, in which i got only 365 days instead of 500 days from the date of 19th nov., 2008 ending date of scheme 21st nov., 2008. My mobile no.is [protected]

And also having broad band connecation but for past one month I am facing lots of connetivity problems I have lodged few complaints but it is yet not solved.       I have called customer care number regarding my GPRS problem but no able to give me the proper reason by this problem occurring. They just talking non technical things regarding the problem. if somebody force them to give the proper reason they put the call on hold and then finally disconnect it.

      BSNL — BSNL: Bad & ineffecient response from customer care & very poor service

      The internet stops working on 3rd June. its 6th June & still its not working.. I have been spending hours on the phone talking to the customer care. & each one disconnects the call. All they did was they kept transffering me to all possible departments & the last guy disconnects the call. One of the guy's name is Tejs. The number i called was [protected]. I still dont have internet.. The customer care has no idea what to do.

      Dear User your request for subscription will be prossed within 24 hours. Search your song SMS search songname to 56799. I received this message at 9:41:16 PM

      After this message I also get a message that thank you for using BSNL Tunes. Your registration is done successfully. This service would be after 1 day.

      Without my subscription this service are activated at my mobile and all of the charges are deducted from my account. Dear Sir, I requested you that Pls. stop this services

      BSNL — Poor response against customer complaint

      I have been using BSNL postpaid mobile connection
      from last two and half years.I am facing problem while sending sms from last one month. Sending sms otion is not working and status is showing as "Pending".I have complained about this to their Hangerford street Customer Service Center. They forwarded my complaint to technical department.SMS sending option started working for 2-3 days and then again disrupted.I have compalined to its call center and logged a compalint with Ref no-6484415.But I havenot get any response or corrective measures from BSNL till date.It is embrassment and harrasment to a customr.

        I received prepaid credit of Rs225 from no 80257 on 07/12/2008 at 09:23:51: AM and my account was valid till 06//01/2009 Ref No[protected].Before above recharging I had Rs.12.00 as balance credit from previous recharging on 12/11/2008(Ref no[protected].With ref. to my only 2 nos dialled calls on 08/12/2007 at 19:57 hrs . for amounting Rs 0.90 and Rs 50.40only, I surprisingly observed that my balance as on 08/12/2008 remain only Rs 90.00.it is very unfortunate and confusing. My mobile no is [protected]. In this connection I some times get cross connection while receiving calls.
        MAY PLEASE VERIFY ABOVE ISSUE.

          Not getting the Incoming Call Facility

          Respected Sir,
          I am Ram Chakraborty residing at 150, Bidhan Sarani, Kolkata- 700 006. I am a regular mobile user of BSNL Cell One Excel Prepaid services since 2006 to till date. My mobile no. is [protected]. On 09.12.2008 grace period of my mobile services was over and automaticaly incoming call facility of my mobile was withdrawn. On that date I had been recharged my Mobile at 3.00 P.M. After that I am getting the Out going call facility...

          sir,
          i am very sorry to complaint your services, that our sim is taken as life time connecction, and changed to new excel ananth.inthe last date of charging rs.200 or above coupon we charged it with rs.200 but the net work was bussy.many time i try for the same. but unfortunately we cannot charged it with that copoun and try in another phone but cannot charged. now our sim is in grace period up to 25th december.we are not ready to use renewal coupon, because it is not our mistake.if you are interested in your costomer please take necessary action, if not we will change our sim to another companies. yours faithfully,

              I have a complaint to make since I am unable to call some US numbers from my post paid connection as it always says that "all line sin this route are busy' This is only for few numbers and other US numbers are working fine.

              I am trying to call up BSNL call center for cellone in chennai at[protected]. I choose English as teh language and main menu as sub option. Then I choose 9 for talking to an representative. There after there is no response. I have tried all other options to speak to someone without sucess.
              I am not sure what they are attempting by not answering the complaints.

              I am user of bsnl prepaid service. I have a problem in my gprs so I call to callcenter but i these two days when i call 24365 a tap of dialled number does not exist please check number is hearing. If system is suspended then at other this service can be started but they stopped all service of call center. now i have to ask something then what i can do.

                          Receeived wrong bill for March 2008..on 20thApril

                          6 months of meeting, applications and request calls at various BSNL offices in Chandigarh and Panchkula cost me no less than 5000 rupees in fuel

                          costs of loss of office and business hours not counted

                          harassment not counted

                          repeated assurances by BSNL officers to no avail

                          Finally received corrected bill on 25th October and paid it

                          BSNL accepted error in sending bill after 6 months

                          i want compensation for harassment, loss of business, and fuel charges

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have been facing great trouble and bad service of BSNL Broadband/Telephone it was disconnected for approx 15 to 20 days due to problems in line and for 7 more days due to change in number and broadband code not only this, they change the fixed free call charges of 175 which was promise to us under five hundred Combo plane. After so many compaine to SDO and his assistant they just give fake promise to us.
                          We are not satisfied with last two bills including Broadband charges. Because of all these problems I have finally decided to get free from your service kindly disconnect my service.

                            The fault with my Broadband is that it opens easily, but the connection goes off in 10 minutes. I have to turn off the computer and log on once again and log on to Broadband anew. This has been happening since a long time. Complaint docket No. E8126 on 4.12.08. I want to speak to a Customer Service official, since this is not a common fault. The last few times I have rung up 1500 I have been told that My landline No. does not have any Broadband connection. I feel helpless as I can not work without internet.

                                  my name is kanak prosad mukherjee. my telephone no is[protected]. i cannot see my broadband usage from "www.data.bsnl.in" website.

                                  i have a broadband connection, but speed of connection not more than 150kbs. i compliant since 2.04.09 but not one take action on compliant up to 05.04.09.

                                  I have the new broadband connection. I normally check for my internet speed test in http://www.ip-details.com. this is very useful to find the IP details also.
                                  I am not able to check my usage. It ask for portal Id and password. I forget my portal id and password. Please provide me portal id and password to check my usage. I am Not downloaded anything this month but my telephone bil say i downloaded more than 3000 mb. kindly provide me Portal id and password.

                                  i am usind broad band since last month i am getting too low speed and exess charge as i am paying 250 per month and i get speed which is too poor even after 2 or 3 minutes one page is open .
                                  kindly do some action against them as i already complain abt tht but no action is taken from two month. i am of aurangabad maharashtra

                                    My Telephone no:[protected] is dead for the past 30 days. In spite of booking of complaints no action is being taken to rectify it. I was told that its due to "Cable Fault",

                                    BSNL — phone not working from the last one month

                                    my landline phone no.[protected] not working from the last one month & i have complained 2-3 times for it.......they don't tell me the actual time period in which my phone starts working.......my monthly fix rent is approx. Rs.950/-......in this type of case who will pay the rent (not working period) of the phone (when even after complained phone is not working continuously for a long period).

                                      from about one weak i m not able to see my data usage.Firstly the usage checking site rarely opens and when it open, it sometimes shows that information for data usage is not availanle.Now days whe i login it only shows signout option, all other options are not available.
