i am not able to check my net usage on the net. The bsnl site for checking your net usage online is not working....

BSNL Landline Bill

i'm from madurai, tamilnadu, india. i have use the BSNL Dialups for using internet before 3 years. i have close my Phone connection before 2 years. i have finish all the amounts and they have return the deposit amount also. Until now they are sending the bill the amount is rising....

Telephone line dead completely

The telephone is dead for the last one week and complaint was already booked. But no action taken so far. I could not use Broadband connection because of it. Even the Lineman and JE not responding inspite of repeated requests....

I lodged a complaint from my mobile to 1500 on 02.12.2008 since 1st Dec evening the connectivity has not been restored. caller tune not provided

by customer care executive call i have rsponded on 27/Nov/2008, 9.23pm for caller tune, Rs2/ deducted for sms.
Rs12/ deducted for song down loading
Rs20/ deducted for monthly charges.
Till today caller tune not activated.
it is very bad customer service.
if possible to provide do immediately or return the deducted amount...

on 1/12/2008 bsnl send me a msg that my last sms cost 20 rupees...whereas i havnt send any msg for atleast 15 days before that date.
this had also happened atleast 5-6 times in previous few months...also....

New CONNECTION

Sir,

I got the connection on 27th Nov.2008,
The Tech.Person connected the Dataone cable and informed me
as per BSNL instruction his duty is over.Now it will start working.Unfortunately both the line is dead now.

Pls let me know what I have to do?

I am residing in Mohannagar township in salem district Tamilnadu. I got WLL internet connection three months before from bsnl office salem tamilnadu.At that time of giving connection Bsnl had come and cheched the signal level, But it was not working properly at the time of checking.For that the have told, there is no WLL equipment in yor local tower the present signal coming from Thirumalaigiri it is foraway from your place....

internet connection is often disconnected and no positive response so far

Sir,
Iam having internet connection in India, Chennai, Periyar nagar through BSNL Broad Band services. Often I won’t get internet connection or the connection will disconnected.

So many complaints have been made by me and my family members. No positive response so far. For the past three weeks the service is very poor.

Often we are having online conferences and now a days we are going to somebody’s...

ADSL link is unstable

I also have the same problem with my ADSL link. At the behest of the BSNL personnel, I have changed the cabling in my apartment, tried with a different BSNL modem, disconnected my telephone and and tried only with the Network connection. But, still the ADSL link is not stable. I have put in enough complaints, BSNL Engineers have come to my flat and checked up all the connections, but to no avail. And Finally BSNL tells me it is a problem...

Deducted Rs.60 without any cause

BSNL deducted Rs. 60 suddenly from my account without any cause.I have have not activated anything neither I know how to use SMS I only receive incoming calls through my mobile.Customer care is not co-operating....

Illegal charging of Rs. 68/- (Refund)
