I am suffering still now by BSNL DOSTI plan, I am send SMS in 40 times to 53733 (DOSTI [protected] [protected]), but still now I am not get free from [protected] to [protected]. Customer care not reply this problems.

After i send the sms of DOSTI <M> from both sims a message is coming that "SORRY NUMBER ALREADY IN DOSTI SCHEME WITH ANOTHER MOBILE NUMBER.REQUEST REJECTED."
What seems to be the problem?

Dosti — Not getting free from Dosti

I am suffering still now by BSNL DOSTI plan, I have send SMS for Dosti 53733 (DOSTI [protected] [protected]), but still now I am not get free from [protected] to [protected]. Customer care not reply this problems.Please solve my problem as soon as possible

BSNL — bsnl dosti scheme

i have bought 3 dosti sim cards at a time at rs 300 some 20 days back and i have sent the sms for dosti from one of the sims([protected])...but till date my bsnl dosti scheme is not activated and the charge .90rs for each call in between the 3 numbers..i am fed up with the customer care sevive who keep on telling me that "sir please wait,your request has been accepted and your request is being processed..."...please take note of this issue and if the issue is solved i will b forever grateful to this forum...
my 3 dosti numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected]...even they have manually accepted the request from the number [protected]....
i am feeling very helpless...please help me...
is the dosti scheme still available.if yes then where can i get it??

I am Altab uddin molla s/o of Jalal uddin molla my BSNL number is [protected], [protected].this two number are active in bsnl dosti unlimited free call plan.But on 8/12/2011 dosti unlimited free call plan deactived .i call bsnl care they say that unlimited plan changes and the plan is 30min/day .sir how can it possible this is also unlimited plan.pls pls pls sir look this matter as soon as possible.

I am a regular user of BSNL cellular network connection service.It is on "Dosti"Tariff Plan.In this tarrif plan it was unlimited free calls in another one Dosti no.I have been using this tariff more than two years.Now from 2-3 days BSNL company is giving a message that thay have been changed the unlimitedtariff plan to 30minute/day to that Dosti number. Sir now I want to know that after reads the service provider's regulation we accept the unlimited Dosti Plan, Now service provider can change the tariff at any time, at any moment...???Are the service provider has full power to change any Tarrif plan??If that, notariff plan has no parmanent stability...???If the tariff is interchangeable, why at the time of connection given by a service provider a tariff is to be fixed for that particular plan(as like Dosti plan).I have also informed this issue to your BSNL customer care but they didnot give any answer about this matter..So i am writing you to know about this issue...

      how to get the details of incoming and outgoing calls in landphone from andhra. i have problem with my land numbers and i want to check it out as the bill is increasing with out my involvement. i tried with bsnl customer care people but unable to get from them i want to see them in internet online every time to check the wrong calls going and coming kindly please help me

          Subject: Excess billing on broadband usage for month of oct 2008 on Telephone Number - [protected]

          Dear sir,
          It was shocking to receive a bill amount of this kind as my usage is very limited and specific.
          We as professionals are not equipped to keep a check on hacking of password nor have the time to fight and look for the loop holes in your system.
          I have not paid the bill in protest that even after complaining to the ac section-kottayam, they did not identified the personel computer from which all the usage of internet has come.The replay was that the id from which net has been used is ours and they can do nothing more to help us.Kindly make arrangements to send us the corrected bill as per our usage of telephone and internet.And planning to discontinue the services if this kind of bills is received in the coming months. I understand that a customer of my size does not make any different to BSNL but the bill of this size makes a big difference to us.

          It is also surprising for the company of the size BSNL is that there is no system in place from the telecom company to HELP the customer.
          1. The customer should be giving an option o[censored]sing the broadband service from one telephone number only so that the hacker cannot misuse it.
          2. Secondly there should be a credit limit for the customer’s usage so that they are not shocked by this kind of bills.
          3. Thirdly a company of BSNL size should be able to handle and track down the misuse of information / data.
          4. Provide us with the detail usage of the broadband (or the Link if available on the internet) in the month bills.
          I understand that u will we pressed with complains of this nature but it will be of great help i[censored] could look into the details personally and reply on the same.Plz understand our pboblems if this kind of bills received.

            Incorrect billing
            Please forward this complaint to relevant authority.

            Respected Sir,

            In september 2008 I had booked a broadband connection with Rs 250/- home plan (limited usage of 1GB). In 7th nov 2008 I had submitted an application for converting my broadband home plan to Rs 750/- (unlimited usage). The SDO Mr. A.K. Dhulia told me that this process will take 3-4 days. After 1 week I went to BSNL office and ask Mr. A.K. Dhulia about my application, then he told me that your home plan of Rs 250/- is converted to Home plan of Rs 750/- and now you can use as much as you want. In Dec 2008 I got a bill of around Rs 7, 816. When I went to BSNL office, Mr. A.K. Dhulia told me that it was according to Rs 250/- plan (limited usage) and told me that your plan change was registered on 24th of nov. I requested them to recompute the bill according to my selected Rs 750/- plan but they refused and behave very badly.

            I don't have any idea that why they are giving incorrect or incomplete information to us. when we ask something about broadband plan to BSNL office they do not give correct information even do not give full discription about broadband plan. If they people are not provide information to us So, where can we people go to get correct information about BSNL. I had also suggested my freinds to get BSNL connection but if your peoples showing this rude behaviour then i will never suggest a single person to take BSNL connection in future. My father is a pentioner and he is not able to pay this huge amount.

            I request you to investigate this matter and help me in this regard.
            It'll be highly appreciated if my request is fulfilled.

            brod band rs 250 plan — Information about services

            I have try toknow about charges o[censored]sing downloading and playing free games, but is unable to know. kindly let me know in details.

            In august 2007 I had booked a broadband connection with Rs 250/- plan (limited usage). I got the connection in december 2007. At that time I was asked to fill and submit a form and in that I had selected Rs 900/- plan (Unlimited usage). After this I was not informed about anything regarding plan, site to check usage, mail id, . absolutely nothing except the user id and password. In Jan 2008 I got a bill of around Rs 21000. When I enquired about it the exchange told me that it was according to Rs 250/- plan (limited usage) and told me that your plan change was not registered. I gave an application stating the complete details to the exchange and requested them to recompute the bill according to my selected Rs 900/- plan. Still for the subsequent months they computed my bill under Rs 250/- plan. I am not liable to pay the billed amount as the bill is not computed according to the plan selected by me. Now my telephone and broadband both are not working over a month.
            I request you to investigate this matter and help me in this regard.
            It'll be highly appreciated if my request is fulfilled.
            Else to the most I will have to surrender this connection and take help from consumer court.

            Hello Sir,
            I am using the broadband since December 2005
            and now i have switched to the new plan of HOME 500C from this month.I was working from 01/05/2008 evening 08:00 PM till nite 02:00 AM (02/05/2008) till then there was some 10 to 12 MB used.
            then i have downloaded some data on 02/05/2008, 02:10 AM till 04:33 AM.which should be free and not included in the billing but instead of that you have charged
            " 469867 KB " under the heading "Sum Traffic Excluding Night Unlimited(GB) " in this time period. so this should not be included in the billing but it is counted in the billing.i am trying calling the toll free no. "1957" but no responses is given from there.so kindly look into this matter.and reply me as soon as possible.

When I asked them, I was told that it is free trail plan so that it was de activated and they asked us to give an application for re activation. When we ready to give an application, they are telling that still there is time. We went more than 10 times to the BSNL office at Golkonda Cross Roads, Hyderabad, and there is no proper response from the staff.

            NExt month we were out of station for one week and rarely we used internet. We recieved bill for 3250rps/- .We decided to keep check. We used internet in happy hour time i.e. night 8 to morning 8.
            Still this month we recieved last months bill mounting 4452rs/-
            This is fraud & faulty metering. As we dont know the local language (we live in chennai, native maharashtra)its hard to get anything out of staffs mouth.

            sir, i m using home 500C plan since july. then in october i applied for change of plan to home 250.
            On 1st of november i checked my portal which showed that my plan has not changed ( till today i.e. 1st of january it is showing just one plan i.e. 500C).

            so, on 2 nov. i called customer care regarding the change.
            CC said: your plan has not changed.
            Me: I told him regarding my application and that my portal is showing the old plan.

            CC: then your plan is not changed.
            Me: can i use my plan for unlimited downloading.

            CC: yes sir, you can use it.

            My telephone went dead that day and on 25 lineman came to correct it. in the last 4-5 days i downloaded 23.87 GB of data with Sum Traffic(GB) Excluding Night Unlimited = 1.324 GB

            Now to my surprise i was given a bill of 24, 000 rupees.

            Please look into this matter.

            i have plan of Rs 500 from this month.it includes night unlimited facility so i download all data from 03:30 am to 07:00 am .which should be free and not included in bill but when i check my usege it shows more downlink than i download. all download is healing under "data usege excluding night unlimited" inthis period.

            From the last one week, our network connection discontinuing for every 5 minutes.

            I have a BSNL direct broadband connection and unlimited plan. I am received BSNL bill each month with service tax 750 + 77 = 827.

            But broadband is not working since 2 and half months, many time I had complain to each authority of Gujarat but not a single person entertain it.

            Even I had send mail to each authority of BSNL. Many time phone call on Sat Paul, but their secretory denied to entertain any query. They inform me that Sat Paul is not for that.

            Now what shall I do ?

Also i will compliant directly at veerapandi exchange and Tirupur bsnl office. But no action still now. i am very dis appointed. bsnl customer service is very very poor. Also i am missed lot of export orders. Still, they are claiming the bill for telephone. Kindly advise me what to do next?

But Friends & Family plan is not activated. Reply SMS says "Friends_family plan registered. Wait for confrmation SMS, if eligible. Activation may take 24 hours".                 Dear Sir,

                I Have a BSNL Mobile Number [protected]. On Saturday 12 Nov 2011 at 11:30 AM Its got discontinued suddenly. I was thinking that it might be due to Tower problem but in the evening when I called from my wifes number to check the status it was connected to some another fellow in BHOWALI, Nainital. He told me that BSNL has given me this number. That fellow utilised my number up to 12 O Clock 14th Nov 2011. He has used my balance from the mobile account in some calls. Although it started functioning now 12 O clock today 14th Nov but I faced lot of mental tension during these two days without my fault. I also do not know in which manner that fellow has utilised my number. Kindly guide me and what can be done in this matter.

                  I live in Rakshak Nagar gold, kharadi - pune. I want to have BSNL phone and broadband at my place but when i enquire about the fees from the franchisee operating there ( Deep Telecom) i came to know that he is charging more than what BSNL has decided.
                  1. For phone he is charging 1500 as security which is only Rs 1000.
                  2. He is also charging 500 as installation charges which otherwise is NIL.

                  And when i contacted BSNL exchange in kharadi they said that "They (franchisee) is here to do business".
                  And as BSNL itself donot provide connection I have no option but to get it from the franchisee only.

                  Pls suggest what can be done in this case. Is it a legal practice by BSNL that there franchisee can decide connection charges.

                    dear sir i have bsnl postpaid 525 plan not having isd facility i have jodi connection no [protected]/[protected] .sir i am using this connection since 5 yrs .this time i have got invoice no [protected] dated 5/12/08 .to calling to customer care no [protected] has been charged as a isd call for [protected] .it has been charged rs 208.80 .for [protected] rs 36.00 has been charged as a isd call charges though i am not having isd facility.
                    what is the faith in trusting govt co. this i came to know bcoz i am having detailed billing system.those who dont have detailed billing system they may be penalised for calling to customer care bcoz they have trust in bsnl.where remains the trust

                      Respected Sir/Madam,
                      my self Praveen Mandal I'm working with Aviva Life insurance comp ltd as an sales manager and also doing MBA from ICFAI distance learning course.
                      I have taken BSNL broadband connection[protected] in Home 250 Plan for my MBA studies and within a month I have submitted a application for change plan to unlimited one i.e. Home 900+ on 14/02. BSNL officials accepted my application and assured me that will be changed soon and only next day I have received a call from BSNL officials mentioning that plan have been changed. So, I started using it as a unlimited one.
                      But to my surprise I have received a bill on 16/03 with Amount Rs. 50000/- as my usage charge, I rushed to the official and to ask the complete detail they told me that I have used so I have to pay the same. I rushed to DM with written complaint and to my surprise they handed over me a debit note dated 14/02 itself of Rs. 900/-. He assured me everything will be corrected just meet CAO, from that day three to four days a week i'm visiting CAO & IFA for requesting to correct the same.
                      but all things gone to vein they declared me defaulter and issued a letter to all telecom companies and cc to me that not to issue any connection to me.
                      Then I contacted lawyer he suggested me not to go to consumer forum as I don't have much mony for security deposit and to wait.
                      Now I have received a summon-letter mentioning that I have to be in court on 18/12 for the legal case against me.

                      my self riyaz shaikh as i have broad band connection in my house since frm the day of broad band connection i m having every month more then 2000 rupees its very much as i m having 250 monthly rental charges for broad band and i used to chat on skype every day with my family living abroad in dubai
                      but i usually downloaded not more than 500 mb length of files but their is 1gb free downloading still the bill is comming 2000 rupees so pls try to give me the details of downloading files
                      i have got bsnl broadband 250 plan.They gave me 1 gb free download. in march my usage charges were 1140 only 140 mb more. i was expected to get bill around 500 but i get bill of Rs 733. pl tell me what else is added in my bill

                      SIR, I HAD PAID ONE YEAR ADVANCE PAYMENT OF BSNL-BROADBAND - " 750+ UNLIMITED PLAN " ON 12MARCH2010 AND THE BROADBAND GOT STARTED FROM 1ST OF MAY 2010. NOW I RECEIVED A BROADBAND BILL OF THE MONTH OF MAY , WHICH SHOWS THE DETAILS OF "250PLAN" AND THE USAGE CHARGES WHICH I HAV USED IN THAT MONTH.                         I applied for plan change from 125 H to 250 H on 24 th Nov. with clear instruction to implement request on 1st Dec.
                        the plan was change on 3 rd Dec.
                        the bill I received for the period 1/12/08 to 31/12/08 was as follow
                        *fixed monthly charges for period 31/10 to 02 /12 amount Rs.133.33
                        **broad band uses charge 01/12 to 31/12 amount Rs 97
                        fixed monthly monthly charges 01/12 to 31/12 amount Rs 233.87
                        service tax Rs 55.70
                        +other
                        total Rs 524

                        I want say that * Rs 133.33 can not be charged as till date I have no dues balence against phone 25897155
                        **Rs 97 shold also not be charged as I have asked for Plan 250 H which allows 1 GB uses for one month free(my uses is 1.04GB)
                        I have not used Internet 1/12/08 to 4/12/08
                        so insted of 133.33+97+233.87 =464.2 it shold have been only 250+ 3.6=253.6 all other charges are wrongly framed on the bill excess RS 211 shold be adjusted

                        I m using Bsnl braodband from last 7 month and I m paying my Bsnl bill every time but this time for the month of Feb they gave me bill amount of Rs.2300.00. I complaint to BSNL that why they are gave me somemuch of bill and they said they the usage in bsnl website. I checked the usage however there is nothing showing in the protal usage site. I m really tried to follow up with these service of bsnl. This is third time they gave me high bill..

                        dear sir, i am using a data one bsnl broadband connection of 750 plan with monthly 8gb free.during the month i downloaded 5gb out of 8gb.i still have 3gb in hand but when i enquire about my bills, i was shocked.i got ten thousand six hundred fifty eight rupees.before that i clearly had no outstanding bills.its totally a shame to bsnl service providers and i plan it to disconnect it and use other services instead of bsnl.

                          I Sandeep Kumar use BSNL mobile no [protected].From the day of beginning i am facing problem of call drop.Most of the time when i call someone it shows call failed.Even when someone call me most of time i am not able to recieve calls.Same problem with my father mobile number [protected].I complain against this many times.Even BSNL person comes to my house to check at that time it shows full signal.He advises me to change handset.I did this but even then i am facing this problem.Then i talk to BSNL official regarding this personaly.they say we will put your both numbers on call tap and will see wat type ogf problem you are facing.Now this is last time am sending you complaint.If i dont get resolution within 3 working days i am emailing the the same copy to cunsumer forum.I am paying for the service which i am not getting.My address is #2573, Phase 7 Mohali,[protected]

                            We have purchased BSNL internet NIC Card of Rs. 3193/- dated 22.01.09 from BSNL at Baroda. We were informed that in Rs. 3193/- included first bill amounting to Rs. 250/- as advance but we have received a first bill of Rs. 93/- dated 10.02.09 for the period from 22.01.09 to 31.01.09 for facilities charges of Rs. 93/-. So this bill contradict against advance of Rs. 250/- as we paid in Rs. 3193/-. How can BSNL issue bill against our advance Rs. 250/-?

                            Yes, I also having the same opinion. The BSNL site does not have any details of payment and information on the subject to its customer. The recent development that rising the rental from Rs.250 to Rs350 does not have any meaning with out providing any additional benefit to the customer. So, it is all necessary to support the customer.

                            I paid the full outstanding bill for my NIC card(#2918211) on 26/04/11. i approached BSNL staff in 10 after i made the payment in Tirupur office,she told me the NIC card is now open for your use.But till tdy 27/04/11 it is not working.When i again asked that staff,she is telling that the request has been forwarded to Trichy office,she ois not sure when this will get resolved.
                            Pls help if any one could.

                                Dear Sir,

                                We are your existing customer of land line[protected] with Broadband facility. we have taken this connection to use of only internet.
                                Recently we have shifted our house in same area(gandhinagar, near RTC X roads) and applied for shifting of phone line on 20th of last month and requested taht phone to be shifted by 1 st of this month.

                                pl find below for the WO details.

                                since 1st of this month we are calling Ashok Nagar BSNL office everyday and they are telling that they will come. since 10 days same thing. we are very upset by this as we need internet daily. Even we asked that if shifting is not possible, pl let us know, so that we can go for any private broadband connection. But still the same, no response from them.

                                Hence, kindly I am requesting you that pl do the needful in order to shift our phone line.

                                sir we had a bsnl landline connection[protected] in mansarovar by my father name Mr.Ramesh chand Agarwal.
                                In june 2008, we shifted to gajsinghpura.
                                we had submitted the application for shifting of landline but nothing has been done till yet.
                                we are also still paying the monthly rental of landline without any service.We are also in need of broadband for which we require landline first.

                                Hence, kindly I am requesting you that pl do the needful in order to shift our phone line.

                                  with due respect I inform you that I am subscriber of your company bearing mobile no [protected]. Recently (12.10.08 at 12-25 pm) my balance deducted Rs. 20/- without any call or cause. Before it me was victim of same case and did not get any justice from your side. My last call was 56 second and its charges deduced. But without any call why the charges taken please clarify me.

                                  Prepaid — over deduction on calls

                                  i hve 3 no. in 10 paisa per min. scheme for last few months but by 12dec.07 instead of 10 paisa you hve deuct 1 Rs. on 2 no. out of 3 no. my no is [protected]

                                  BSNL — call rates

                                  Recently there was a widespread publicity by BSNL in newspapers that call rates for 1 STD number(BSNL) & 1 local number (BSNL) would be 20 paise per minute - This was called the friends & family scheme & was available to all BSNL postpaid connections.
                                  I also availed the same facility but to my utter dismay, when i recieved my phone bill the call rate to the STD number (for which i subscribed to this scheme) was normal call rate only ie. 60 paise per minute & not 20 paise per minute as was advertised in the newspapers.

                                  BSNL — rate

                                  i am a bsnl prepaid subscriber and whenever i call customer care no (toll free) : [protected] no receptionist is present there to listen to my complaints. for that i have to wait 30-40 mins for the receptionist to pick up my call. last night when i checked my account balance it was Rs 44.33. when again checked it next morning i found it Rs 13.83 only left in my account. moreover i want to unsubscribe from bsnl callertunes and i sent an sms for that but no step has been taken against it. bsnl is now becoming more greedy for money. they suck people through the heavy call rates.please throw a look over this matter.

                                  BSNL PRE Paid Phone — Charges

                                  I have prepaid BSNL Excel Phone No [protected], I got call from Phone no [protected] , and i had pick up the phone but it was disconnected and after that i had receieved the message that 20 rs is deducted from my balance and they had activated some service on my phone , as i dont want to acces this service and with out my permission it was deducted.

                                  Without any information[protected] service had cut down my balance 15/=Rs & also compel to to do sms for deactivation for that i had paid 8/=Rs.For that i had done complain in customer care center but as regular they told me only to try also they are not ready to give his senior mobile number.

                                    I have been paying my telephone and broadband bills without any complaint and break. But, my phone has been out of order for last three (3) months. I have been getting telephonic complaints numbers, but nobody comes to put my phone in order. It is still not working and I haven't phone for last three 3 months.

                                    Could some good and sincere authority help me. My phone number is 220178 stationed at Lal Lake, Dharamsala, H.P.
                                    i made a payment to my bsnl bill. In that i got my account debited for that bill amount but the bill receipt is not generated
                                    My landline is not working no. ïs+[protected] i am from panchrukhi in hp my telecom circle is dharamshala.there is an autòmated voice saying that bill not paid but i paid all my bills pls hlp me my no. are [protected] or [protected]or [protected] or [protected] ur best answers r expected thanks
