sir, I am user of BSNL prepaid mobile service([protected] By mistake i have activated Radio service on my connection. I want to stop it. i havegone throughustomer care. but i am not getting it stopped.please unsubscribe my connection from this service.

I have been cheated of nearly Rs 300 in the last year on account o[censored]nwanted cricket alert or bhajan alerts etc. I get a message that Rs 30 is being deducted for alerts. In the end of the message fake numbers are given one is [protected] and one is 51234030.
I would like to register my complaints.
What can the customer do for such blatant cheatings?
Is there anybody who cares for customers in this system or you all are getting good kickbacks to make this cheating business part of your income plan.

my mobile no. [protected] recharge with STV 49 for 49 paisa std/local/sms with 6

months validity on 06/11/2009 and message received "you have received credit of

Rs49 from no. 138212 ref no.[protected] shop keeper mobile no. [protected] recharge

with STV Rs.49/ at 1:02:55 pm when I was not getting STV49/ rate asked customer

care they told your mobile was rechrge with Rs. 61/ and validity 1 month which is

wrong. It may be rectified to 49 paisa std/local/sms

    I have shifted my house from J.PNagar 6th Phase to J.P.Nagar 1st Phase and have filled an application form for shifting my existing BSNL Landline along with Broadband to that place. I have submitted my application on Nov 11 2008 for which I have the receipt as well. But till date it has not been done and whenever I go there, they give the same old excuse. I talked to the Lineman as well but he also neglected and told it will be done in an hour but never came back.

    I really donot know what to do? Also I have lost more than a month of Broadband connectivity because of this. Please help me in this if possible.

The probelem is that my monthly landline & internet bill never reaches to my home address.In the abscence of bill payment the concerned officer diconnects my telephone.It is the duty of BSNLto ensure delivery of monthly bill to the consumer residence but I have never got my bill at my residential address.Today on date my telephone connection is diconnected due to non payment of my landline bill while they have not send the bill to me neither at my residence nor at the duplicate bill site of internet (UP East Circle/Gorakhpur).Sir I am a bank employee posted in a village branch of SBI and have no time to collect the bill from exchange.If BSNLGORAKHPUR EXCHANE not takes the responsibility of timely delivery of landline bill to my residential address, so that I may depoit the telephone bill well in time I have no option to continue this telephone connection and which will force me to apply for diconnection of my landline telephone in very near future.       when enquired about this at the bsnl customer service centre, they replied that this is the fault of india post service.The postman has not given the bill at time.So for not receiving the bill at time, why should we pay the late fee charges.Also they threaten for disconnection.Kindly do the needful.

          My Land line is not working since 3rd July, 2011 I have been complaining to the BSNL exchange at Mapuca office every day on 7th July, I received an SMS which reads. Complaint No.PARR07511 against phone No. 2473472 is cleared on 7th July, 2011sender BSNL PORTAL.

          BUT THE LINE WAS NOT REPAIRED.

          I further made a renewed complain and the line Man attended sayin underground fault on 11th July I personally went to the exchange ofice ane met the BSNL engineer Mr. Fernandes and he gave me a mis leading answer that all phones connected to Parra exchange have been transfered to Saligao exchange so u go there. This is a Rude man probably not knowing his work.

          In the after noon on 11th July, 2011 I received a new SMS saying Complain No.PARR07552 against telephone No, 2473472 is cleared,

          BUT THE LINE WAS STILL NOT REPAIRED.

          May I have the justification from the Senior Engineer.
          My Telephone no & Broadband[protected] is dead for 6 months I have complaint many times at BSNL but they don't solve the problem where as they raise bill I have requested to waiveoff the bill and solve the problem . So Please suggest me what should I do

              Dear Sir,
              I have applied broadband internet connection two months ago. But I have not given any answer. My tel no is[protected]. In the local exchange they told me that they are yet to receive the ports. It will come all the way from chennai and after receiving at Salem they will distribute to Pallipalayam. I wonder, while all the private internet providers are ready to provide within 60 minutes when informed, why a large network like BSNL cannot facilitate this?
              This is preventing my children to get equal chance of getting fair educational facilities when the environment is highly competitive. To whom I have to contact and send query and get this done through BSNL - Please specify. Thanks, K Venugopal

                  Sir I have a prepaid connection since last 5 years, My mobile number is[protected]. Initially i was in general plan. After some period of time i shifted to Life time plan. Again I shifted to Mega super plan. That mega super plan expired from 21 Dec 09. Before 21 Dec 09, I enquired customer care that i wish to change to one second billing. They told, after 21 Dec 09 you will be changed to General plan. At that time if you recharge for Rs 45/-, then automatically you will be availing one second billing. By accepting this after 21 Dec 09 i recharged to Rs 45/-. Still i didn't get one second billing. Today again i asked customer care that yet I didn't avail one second billing. they told your validity expired and you have to recharge for Rs 280/-. My account increased. But yet i didn't avail one second billing.
                  If i ask the customer care, there is no proper response. Even for this complaint, if there is no response definitely i will disconnect this prepaid connection, and i will look after for some other service. Thank you.

                    my telephone no. is[protected]. unfortunately i made the mistake of making payment of above telephone bills via icici/sbi credit card, on 3 occasions totaling about Rs.3000/-. although bsnl received payment they have not adjusted against my bills on some technical ground. hence, to avoid disconnection, i again paid the bills direct (viz. double payment). i made a complaint in the web site of bsnl more than 8 months back for adjustment of excess amount against my current bills, to which they promptly replied that once updation of a/c is over, the excess amount lying to my credit will be adjusted. i regret that inspite of number of reminders no action has been taken. now i am fed up and asked for disconnection of my phone. i am told that i've to submit application for disconnection!!! which means i have to run around their office even for disconnection. it is not surprising that bsnl is losing customers so fast, it will end up as a WHITE ELEPHANT.
                    ADJUSTMENT OF EXCESS PAYMENT MADE AGAINST BILLS

                    So please stop ECS billing for my number and also adjust my extra payment.

                      For the past one year my telephone No. 2280902 (Vadodara) works only for one week in a month and remaining time it will be dead. Whoever dials the number will get ring tone. From May 7th it is dead permanently and I have been complaining over phone as well as in person. The officials are totally irresponsible and the lineman has changed hence previous one cannot attend and the new one does not bother. The Engineer Incharge simply asks to book a call from the table. Surprisingly - this is the number we have to call if complaint is not attended - 2281333. I shall challenge to pay Rs 1000 if anyone gets this number attended within 25 trials. When complaint is rebooked we get new complaint number - what is the fun? when they don;t attend. They say they are already on the job changing the cable and repeat that it will be done in 2 days. This is the 20th time I am assured of 2 days ( = 40 days ). They have been repeating the same reply.
                      If there is a single responsible person in BSNL, I would appreciate action.

But, my outgoing calls have been barred on 10.12.08 night and incoming calls have been barred from 16.12.08, in spite of my e-mail dated 11.12.08 informing to the Public grievance cell about my payments.                         Sir, My bsnl prepaid No. [protected] having migrated one year back to saral ananth scheme with Sr.No.[protected] voucher recharged afterwards, if Rs. 200 top-up recharged and grace period extended upto six months, I have maintained upto 23rd July, 2009. On 13th July, 2009 I have recharged of Rs 225 top-up recharged voucher having Sr.No.[protected] but amount was Rs.589.48 changed to Rs. 789.48 the grace period was not changed. For this purpose I have asked customercare they told that you have to recharged special voucher for Anant Re-activation, As per their instructions I have purchased special voucher for Anant Re-activation of Rs.225 voucher having Sr.No.[protected] and recharged but recharge not done. About this incident I made complaint customercare on 31st July, 2009. They told that we will help within 4 hours and there is no action as on date. Presently my phone is having incoming calls facility and there is no outgoing calls facilitity having an amount of Rs.764.98.                           I am a regular user of BSNL cellular network connection service.It is on "Dosti"Tariff Plan.In this tarrif plan it was unlimited free calls in another one Dosti no.I have been using this tariff more than two years.Now from 2-3 days BSNL company is giving a message that thay have been changed the unlimitedtariff plan to 30minute/day to that Dosti number. Sir now I want to know that after reads the service provider's regulation we accept the unlimited Dosti Plan, Now service provider can change the tariff at any time, at any moment...???Are the service provider has full power to change any Tarrif plan??If that, notariff plan has no parmanent stability...???If the tariff is interchangeable, why at the time of connection given by a service provider a tariff is to be fixed for that particular plan(as like Dosti plan).I have also informed this issue to your BSNL customer care but they didnot give any answer about this matter..So i am writing you to know about this issue...

                                  Dear sir,
                                  It was shocking to receive a bill amount of this kind as my usage is very limited and specific.
                                  We as professionals are not equipped to keep a check on hacking of password nor have the time to fight and look for the loop holes in your system.
                                  I have not paid the bill in protest that even after complaining to the ac section-kottayam, they did not identified the personel computer from which all the usage of internet has come.The replay was that the id from which net has been used is ours and they can do nothing more to help us.Kindly make arrangements to send us the corrected bill as per our usage of telephone and internet.And planning to discontinue the services if this kind of bills is received in the coming months. I understand that a customer of my size does not make any different to BSNL but the bill of this size makes a big difference to us.

                                  It is also surprising for the company of the size BSNL is that there is no system in place from the telecom company to HELP the customer.
                                  1. The customer should be giving an option o[censored]sing the broadband service from one telephone number only so that the hacker cannot misuse it.
                                  2. Secondly there should be a credit limit for the customer’s usage so that they are not shocked by this kind of bills.
                                  3. Thirdly a company of BSNL size should be able to handle and track down the misuse of information / data.
                                  4. Provide us with the detail usage of the broadband (or the Link if available on the internet) in the month bills.
                                  I understand that u will we pressed with complains of this nature but it will be of great help i[censored] could look into the details personally and reply on the same.Plz understand our pboblems if this kind of bills received.

                                    Incorrect billing

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    In september 2008 I had booked a broadband connection with Rs 250/- home plan (limited usage of 1GB). In 7th nov 2008 I had submitted an application for converting my broadband home plan to Rs 750/- (unlimited usage). The SDO Mr. A.K. Dhulia told me that this process will take 3-4 days. After 1 week I went to BSNL office and ask Mr. A.K. Dhulia about my application, then he told me that your home plan of Rs 250/- is converted to Home plan of Rs 750/- and now you can use as much as you want. In Dec 2008 I got a bill of around Rs 7, 816. When I went to BSNL office, Mr. A.K. Dhulia told me that it was according to Rs 250/- plan (limited usage) and told me that your plan change was registered on 24th of nov. I requested them to recompute the bill according to my selected Rs 750/- plan but they refused and behave very badly.

                                    I don't have any idea that why they are giving incorrect or incomplete information to us. when we ask something about broadband plan to BSNL office they do not give correct information even do not give full discription about broadband plan. If they people are not provide information to us So, where can we people go to get correct information about BSNL. I had also suggested my freinds to get BSNL connection but if your peoples showing this rude behaviour then i will never suggest a single person to take BSNL connection in future. My father is a pentioner and he is not able to pay this huge amount.

                                    I request you to investigate this matter and help me in this regard.

                                    I have try toknow about charges o[censored]sing downloading and playing free games, but is unable to know. kindly let me know in details.

                                    In august 2007 I had booked a broadband connection with Rs 250/- plan (limited usage). I got the connection in december 2007. At that time I was asked to fill and submit a form and in that I had selected Rs 900/- plan (Unlimited usage). After this I was not informed about anything regarding plan, site to check usage, mail id, . absolutely nothing except the user id and password. In Jan 2008 I got a bill of around Rs 21000. When I enquired about it the exchange told me that it was according to Rs 250/- plan (limited usage) and told me that your plan change was not registered. I gave an application stating the complete details to the exchange and requested them to recompute the bill according to my selected Rs 900/- plan. Still for the subsequent months they computed my bill under Rs 250/- plan. I am not liable to pay the billed amount as the bill is not computed according to the plan selected by me. Now my telephone and broadband both are not working over a month.
                                    I request you to investigate this matter and help me in this regard.
                                    It'll be highly appreciated if my request is fulfilled.
                                    Else to the most I will have to surrender this connection and take help from consumer court.

                                    I am using the broadband since December 2005
                                    and now i have switched to the new plan of HOME 500C from this month.I was working from 01/05/2008 evening 08:00 PM till nite 02:00 AM (02/05/2008) till then there was some 10 to 12 MB used.
                                    then i have downloaded some data on 02/05/2008, 02:10 AM till 04:33 AM.which should be free and not included in the billing but instead of that you have charged
                                    " 469867 KB " under the heading "Sum Traffic Excluding Night Unlimited(GB) " in this time period. so this should not be included in the billing but it is counted in the billing.i am trying calling the toll free no. "1957" but no responses is given from there.so kindly look into this matter.and reply me as soon as possible.

                                    In April 2008, I had booked a broadband connection with Rs 500/- plan (limited usage). I got the connection April-15th. After one week the connection was deactivated. When I asked them, I was told that it is free trail plan so that it was de activated and they asked us to give an application for re activation. When we ready to give an application, they are telling that still there is time. We went more than 10 times to the BSNL office at Golkonda Cross Roads, Hyderabad, and there is no proper response from the staff.

                                    I'm new user for BSNL broadband (from april home 500c plan). In my first month I recieved bill for 1149/-rps.
                                    NExt month we were out of station for one week and rarely we used internet. We recieved bill for 3250rps/- .We decided to keep check. We used internet in happy hour time i.e. night 8 to morning 8.
                                    Still this month we recieved last months bill mounting 4452rs/-
                                    This is fraud & faulty metering. As we dont know the local language (we live in chennai, native maharashtra)its hard to get anything out of staffs mouth.

                                    I have registered a broadband connection of Rs 750 plan(unlimited) in july 2008.I have provided by user name and password but i dont know portal id because they have not provided it to me.For the two month i got correct bill.In September, i have changed this plan to 250 plan (limited 1GB usage). In Oct 2008 I got a bill of around Rs 13, 000. When I enquired about it the they told me that i have used extra MB but i have only used around 400 MB in previous month.I used internet only for browsing and didnt download anything.I even dont know if somebody else is using my connection.Is there any facility provided by bsnl broadband so that the user who registered for 1 GB cannot exceed after using it? I gave an application stating the complete details to the exchange and requested them to verify my ussage details that i have used in my computer. I am not liable to pay the billed amount as i have not used that much MB in my computer at all.I request you to investigate this matter and help me in this regard.It will be highly appreciated if my request is fulfilled.

                                    we took broadband connection under four months .we took homeplan of 500 .in the month of may to sept our bill was not crossing the limit of Rs.800even but in the month of oct our bill amount is approaching Rs. 6000 even we are not downloading anything inspite of it. our bill amount is so. so please give us the details becouse its immposile the bill got so much amount. even we ever dint have time to use the net or pc . because we are school going student. so i request to investigate in this matter and help its a huge trouble in front o[censored]s .

                                    FOR THE LAST 4 TO 5 MONTHS I AM GETTING HIGH BILLING

                                    BSNL OFFICIALS AND CALLING NUMBER OF PLACES BUT

                                    sir, i m using home 500C plan since july. then in october i applied for change of plan to home 250.
                                    On 1st of november i checked my portal which showed that my plan has not changed ( till today i.e. 1st of january it is showing just one plan i.e. 500C).

                                    so, on 2 nov. i called customer care regarding the change.
                                    CC said: your plan has not changed.
                                    Me: I told him regarding my application and that my portal is showing the old plan.

                                    CC: then your plan is not changed.
                                    Me: can i use my plan for unlimited downloading.

                                    CC: yes sir, you can use it.

                                    My telephone went dead that day and on 25 lineman came to correct it. in the last 4-5 days i downloaded 23.87 GB of data with Sum Traffic(GB) Excluding Night Unlimited = 1.324 GB

                                    Now to my surprise i was given a bill of 24, 000 rupees.

                                    Please look into this matter.

                                    i have plan of Rs 500 from this month.it includes night unlimited facility so i download all data from 03:30 am to 07:00 am .which should be free and not included in bill but when i check my usege it shows more downlink than i download. all download is healing under "data usege excluding night unlimited" inthis period.
                                    so this should not included in billing but my usege shows that it include in my bill.

                                    broadband 500c plan — frequently failure in connection

                                    sir i am using bsnl 500c broad band plan since 3 years.
                                    From the last one week, our network connection discontinuing for every 5 minutes.
                                    please solve this problem..
                                    I have a BSNL direct broadband connection and unlimited plan. I am received BSNL bill each month with service tax 750 + 77 = 827.

                                    But broadband is not working since 2 and half months, many time I had complain to each authority of Gujarat but not a single person entertain it.

                                    Even I had send mail to each authority of BSNL. Many time phone call on Sat Paul, but their secretory denied to entertain any query. They inform me that Sat Paul is not for that.

                                    Now what shall I do ?

                                      My Telephone no is:[protected]Tirupur) is dead for the past fifty days. In spite of booking of complaints no action is being taken to rectify it. Also i will compliant directly at veerapandi exchange and Tirupur bsnl office. But no action still now. i am very dis appointed. bsnl customer service is very very poor. Also i am missed lot of export orders. Still, they are claiming the bill for telephone. Kindly advise me what to do next?
