Shifting of Landline

Dear Sir,

We are your existing customer of land line[protected] with Broadband facility. we have taken this connection to use of only internet.
Recently we have shifted our house in same area(gandhinagar, near RTC X roads) and applied for shifting of phone line on 20th of last month and requested taht phone to be shifted by 1 st of this month.

Deduction of Charges of call rate

Sir,
with due respect I inform you that I am subscriber of your company bearing mobile no [protected]. Recently (12.10.08 at 12-25 pm) my balance deducted Rs. 20/- without any call or cause. Before it me was victim of same case and did not get any justice from your side. My last call was 56 second and its charges deduced. But without any call why the charges taken please clarify me.

Land line Telephone not working.

I have been paying my telephone and broadband bills without any complaint and break. But, my phone has been out of order for last three (3) months. I have been getting telephonic complaints numbers, but nobody comes to put my phone in order. It is still not working and I haven't phone for last three 3 months.

Could some good and sincere authority help me. My phone number is 220178 stationed at Lal Lake, Dharamsala, H.P....

Non recharge of Top Up of any cost

Dear Sir,
I have BSNL Lifetime mobile connection no.[protected] but the same is not recharging by any top up, so I am unable to dial & talk with anyone without balance. The validity of sim is being shown by 123 i.e.Account balance is 0.20 INR.Your credit expires on 14th August 2009 and service expires on 21 August 2009.All incoming call being received but I canot make any call.Please look intothe matter resolve the problem immediatedly....

Easy Charge to Mobile Phone

Sir,

From[protected] to[protected] my mobile bearing No.[protected] sim was not used. On[protected] I have obtained a easy recharge of Rs.50/-. Recharged person stated that they have received message for having taken the recharge into account. But, when on 3rd December when I started my mobile the same was not added to my previous currency.

My efforts to call center has been attended and the call not attended...

I received prepaid credit of Rs225 from no 80257 on 07/12/2008 at 09:23:51: AM and my account was valid till 06//01/2009 Ref No[protected].Before above recharging I had Rs.12.00 as balance credit from previous recharging on 12/11/2008(Ref no[protected].With ref. to my only 2 nos dialled calls on 08/12/2007 at 19:57 hrs . for amounting Rs 0.90 and Rs 50.40only, I surprisingly observed that my balance as on 08/12/2008 remain only Rs 90.00.it...

I am Ram Chakraborty residing at 150, Bidhan Sarani, Kolkata- 700 006. I am a regular mobile user of BSNL Cell One Excel Prepaid services since 2006 to till date. My mobile no. is [protected]. I am unable to open the website bbservice.bsnl.in, to see my usage details.

I am unable to open the website bbservice.bsnl.in, to see my usage details. past 10 to 12 days, also not able to access quickly, Shall I surrender the connection, I got connectionin July 2008 only, I came to knew with in SIX months We can surrender the MODEM, becasue From the installation till I am not Satisfied, so many times complained, Contacted Line men, but not use. Kindly reply atleast for this message.

Paid by ch.03128 and paid by my bank on 05128. The payment neither acknowledged in spite of my repeated calls to the customer care No.111 and I am getting pre payment calls ti8ll date which is irritating and falls bellow high state vodofone care. I feel there seems to not much of correlaation between various depts for effective and satisfying funcntioning of vodoffone services. I req.this...

deficient service and billing hell

Receeived wrong bill for March 2008..on 20thApril

6 months of meeting, applications and request calls at various BSNL offices in Chandigarh and Panchkula cost me no less than 5000 rupees in fuel

costs of loss of office and business hours not counted

harassment not counted

repeated assurances by BSNL officers to no avail

Finally received corrected bill on 25th October...

Broadband Sevices

The fault with my Broadband is that it opens easily, but the connection goes off in 10 minutes. I have to turn off the computer and log on once again and log on to Broadband anew. This has been happening since a long time. Complaint docket No. E8126 on 4.12.08. I want to speak to a Customer Service official, since this is not a common fault. The last few times I have rung up 1500 I have been told that My landline No. does not have any Broadband...
