We paid Credit card bill on Nov 1st, amount deducted with status failed. we reached out my bank they said it is settled with merchant and provided reference ids(PFA). Please check this transaction from your side and settle this amount asap. (We try to pay 4 times, it got deducted and not success state PFA). reached out bharatpe from Nov5th but no proper response. Could you please help us to get my amount asap. otherwise we have to pay overdue charges every month. please help us on this.
We paid bill from BharatPe App with Payment Method as NetBanking IDBI.
