I advise that my account M/s Vitasta Computers a/c no [protected] with State Bank of India Bohri IFSC code SBIN0010459 has been closed due to some unavoidable reasons and one of my party has credited a sum of Rs 21266/- in my account and same could not be credited to my account.
In this regard i request you to please reverse back the entry and credit the amount back to the account . or credit the amount to my new account no [protected] with SBI Bohri IFSC code SBIN0010459 and link the new account number to my Bharat Pay account .also please send me the new QR code to use for future.

      I've done recharge on 24 December from Bharat pay account recharge was unsuccessful
      but payment was successful please refund my money ee as customer care told to send my bank statement of 24 and 25

      below are the attachment

      the payment of 189 rupees was paid total bill was 209 after deduction of runs 189 was want to paid pls see the mateer and refund

      otherwise I will go with further RBI guidelines.

            Helo sir, my name is palash bhattacharaya, my bharatpe registration mobile number is [protected]. on 16 december i try to add 4000/- on my investment account then the balance was deducted from my bank but not add my investment account.

            I am bharatpe customer not 12% club. and a bharatpe customer can not add blance on 12%club. but any wher not showing my balance. please back my money. thank you

              I accept my payments through bharat pe I am using it from many years but this time msg came shown in app bharat pe account but I see for transfer to my bank account the amount was not there after that I transfer rs 5 for checking it reflects and transfer to my bank account I am not understanding what is going
              Pls solve my problems I call customer care service no but I connect only once no proper
              Talk & disconnected and after that no call connect

                    I invest 25000 rs at 20/12/2021. Amount was debited but not showing in Bharatpe investment amount... I have called so many times to customer executives but no use... Don't trust Bharatpe app... I raised complaint...

                      Hello Sir,
                      i have taken a loan from bhartpe card and used but from company side they charged me higher without inform me and now they are abusing of my contacts . they have hacked my phone and taken all contacts and abusing them to pay high charges .

                        Hi team,
                        I tried doing a mobile recharge of 2999/ yearly subscription the transaction couldn't get completed from bharatpe.ticket for the same failed transaction was raised to customer care .they assured that amount will be refunded within 2 days. It's more than 2 days yet I hvnt received the amount infact tried calling their customer support but the call is getting auto disconnect in 2 sec and the best part you can't even call from unregistered mobile .

                              Hi Team,

                              We paid Credit card bill on Nov 1st, amount deducted with status failed. we reached out my bank they said it is settled with merchant and provided reference ids(PFA). Please check this transaction from your side and settle this amount asap. (We try to pay 4 times, it got deducted and not success state PFA). reached out bharatpe from Nov5th but no proper response. Could you please help us to get my amount asap. otherwise we have to pay overdue charges every month. please help us on this.

                              We paid bill from BharatPe App with Payment Method as NetBanking IDBI.

                                Amount settlement from Bharath pe between October 12 to October 30th is not reflected back in the bank account. Even after raising tickets several times no response from the support team. The support team just tells us that our query will be solved within 24 hours or someone from the team will respond but none of this has happened. This act from Bharath pe is unexpected and not acceptable and needs to be resolved very soon.

                                  I ordered swipe machine on 7 th December 2021 from Pune. I completed all the documentation, paid online . Not received any machine till date . The order status ( delhivery track no.[protected] shows it is out for delivery in Gurgaon where as I stay in Maharashtra..
                                  The swipe person who suggested it, is not responding ..

                                      This was the worst experience my money was not transfer to bank account, it was a error by bharatpe. I called the customer support immediately and even after 24 hour as my money was not transfered. They asked 7 days time for resolution and when i asked for escalation matrix the caller told me that they don't any escalation level or email id. So we cannot trust the company as this is any issue if customer is not provides thw escalation level.

                                        Amount not transfer to my bank account

                                        On 13/12/2021 morning my bharatswipe balance was 6.56 lacs, but after app update my balance shown in app turned zero. After contacting bharatpe, they assured my balance will get transfer to my bank account in 24 hrs. Now after passing of 9 days, and false assurances my amount is still stick with bharatpe. I have to take loan on interest to pay workers salaries, gst and advance income tax.
                                        What to do... I m helpless ...my ticket id...
