I have interacted much more times with customer care but they didn't give proper answer, they said my team will get back to you
Still i didn't get nay call from bharat pe team
Bharath pe holding 5 lakhs rupees from 21st of November
It is effective to my business
Huge amount they are in hold
I can't run the business eight now
Please help on this immediately

            I'm order a swipe machine at 25th November 2021 and deposit amount rs.5000/- by my SBI debit card No.*******4173, Terminal id 82200183 Transaction No.[protected], Terminal owner name is MechandiseEBS, Mumbai time 17:14pm but company is not response this matter.I am request by phone and submit proof at his link. but bharatpe is not install swipe machine in my shop till date .kindly help me what i do.

              I have installed a new Bharatpe swipe machine for my business 4 days ago
              Have accepted payments from my customers and I cannot transfer the amount to my bank account. I escalated the issue to customer care 3 days ago and since then I’m repeatedly trying to reach your customer support but my problem still lies the same. Nobody is helping me from the company neither i have received a call from their side to assure me that my money is in safe hands.

                Received new bharathpay swipe machine yesterday which is not in working condition through courier.

                Raised complaints and spoke with customer care agent, i didnt get any satisfactory response from their side.

                I want to return back the machine and need my money back which i paid for that.

                          This mail is ragarding my pan number which is updated in my bharatpe marchent account is mismatch
                          My pan number is BDFPG9226F
                          But ther it's showing different pan number (BDFPG6229F) . I would like to inform you that it is wrongly updated pan number, whenever I check for loan offer .how come suddenly wrong pan is updated and it is unable to change also .please check this needfully and very priority .and if it is unable to change means I forced to stop doing transaction with Bharat pe app . Waiting for your reply .

                              I am receiving calls from bharat pay customer care for my cousin's loan amount due.. Calling me was not the issue, the issue is the way she talked her name is Priya and she's calling me with the different different numbers inspite of assuring her that I have informed him to pay. Instead of acknowledging the fact she started talking rude and asking me to pay if I am feeling bad. What kind of service and public relation is this?
