One of our Customer had swiped a amount which in Bharat Pe Swipe machine and we have received a receipt also for the same,
But the Bharatpe has put the transaction in Dispute without any reason,
We have shared all the relevant details about it but still we have not received any information about.

After multiple follow ups and requests i have not received any update about the transaction it has been 30 days now and my money still shows in dispute

Bharat pay campany always says wait company touch me baut last 3 months not respone my amount is 1, 150, 000/ this is largest amount but not reponse any...my contact no [protected]

I have bharatpe credit card, and without any reason they charge amount in sep month.
And I was complain but not any ans.

मुझे सितंबर २०२१ महीने में पहले ९२₹ और उसके बाद ८ दिन तक २४₹ का चार्ज मार रहा था और जब में शिकायत किया तो इसने मेरे खाते के स्टेटमेंट से ही २४₹ का नाम हटा दिया और कोई पैसे भी वापस नही दिया और अब तक कोई जवाब भी नही दिया।
ये कंपनी चोर है चोर जो लोगो का पैसे खाता हैं बिना किसी गलती के, भारत सरकार से निवेदन है की कृपा इसकी जांच करे ओर कंपनी को बंद कर दे ।

I'll lay out the facts before you,

A BharatPe company loaned my Father Rs. 90, 000 in March of 2021 after he submitted all his information on their app. (Entire screening/process was online).

He was to pay Rs. 400 every day (Except Sundays) for a year.

During the second wave lockdown he was forced to shut down his shop (his sole source of income)

The BharatPe Start-up exercised Patience a few months before they started calling him very frequently he would not pick up all the calls and whenever he did he pick up, he would inform them that he would follow through with those payments in 2-3 days.

(Side note: My Mother on 2nd May Suffered a Gallstone Attack and required an important Medical procedure, the insurance covered part of it. Hence all his savings dried up and could not pay the BharatPe company during the past 4 months. He would however follow through with his payment time to time clearing all past dues.)

This past week, the BharatPe company called up Random People who knew my Father (They Include (to my knowledge) His Father, Brother-in-law, Brother, Sister-in-law, Niece and also his customers and client who are not even related to him and claimed that,

"You are a guarantor for his Loan and if he doesn't pay you are liable to pay."

My Father didn't expressly mention them as a guarantor nor did any of the aforementioned individuals gave consent to be his Guarantor.

This has Besmirched the reputation that he currated in life span as an honourable and honest men.

The BharatPe Company actively sought to give false information about him to these individuals, cause him and his family extreme emotional trauma and trampled on his Constitutional Right to Dignity.

PS - My father has paid 77% of the principal Amount and yet they call him up and abuse him and his family.

I made payment amount 5823 through ATM on date 16/10/2021

Said payment get deducted from my account but transferred to

beneficiary account

I am using Bharatpe with mobileno [protected]. I received a payment from Elumalai J on[protected] for Rs 1700 with UTR id[protected] and received another payment from Prathap S on[protected] for Rs 250 with UTR id[protected] . Both times I received a message that amount was credited into my account. But actuallt both amounts were not credited into my account. Then I enquired about this in the Bank and the Bank has told me that the bank did not receive any information about both the transactions. Then I contacted the Account Manager P.Yousuf on his mobile number [protected]. Till now no response.

I would like to tell you that I m borrower of bharatpe and I had made few repayment of my loans but you are charging of 399 INR on daily basis as well as your executive talking in a abuse manner and threating me by calling my relatives.
I am ready to settle my amount by repaying 50000 INR but I need 2 months atleast or else I can repay it in 2 times installment but I need assurance that they will not call my relatives and they said sorry to me for misbehaving and abusive manner.
Otherwise unwillingly I will go to RBI as well as your head quarter and consumer court.
I have all the records and evidence regarding.
So kindly give me time and tell them to say sorry to me.

Transaction done on 12/11/2021 complaint nos[protected] AMT of 300rs has not been credited in mybank a/c

Settlement not received from 27/11/21 to 9/12/21. Pls settle as fast as you can.

I had applied for Bharatpe loan against my contact number [protected]. After submitting all the documents digitally the documents were verified and the app was showing that the amount will be transferred in 4 to 6 working days. To my surprise later it has given pop up that the physical documents verification was failed however none from Bharatpe team had even visited me for the documents. I had complained to customer care many times, to their mail id which is not working, to their twitter account as well but all in vain, none of them contacts you for the resolution and they keep the cases closed without any remarks. They also have shared some google;e form link to share the comment reflecting in the app and post sharing that even after 7 days none of them is responding.
