Iam K Nishant a PAN Shop Owner, I use bharatpe Scan and also came to know about the Loan feature and applied regarding the same your executive from Hyderabad (Chandu ) mobile No [protected], called me and started using unprofessional language as "kya bhay loan chahiye kya" i felt offended and asked him use professional language his replied shocked me ' PAN SHOP WALEY KO MEY SIR BOLNA KYA" these words hurt my dignity, I believe bharatpe as a Professional Organisation and i request u to treat every person equally. I Hope u will take some positive action on that employee of yours like training on professionalism and i Demand an Apology
