Hello sir
i am going to complaint in consumer forum against bharat pe regarding refund as i have handover the swipe machine on 29th july as the policy of refund told me that the refund of Rs.5000 may be credited into my account with in a week but till today i.e 25.08.2021 no refund amount credited as i have given so many times request to the customer care.
but no response.
this is not good and the image in the market is very bad

Advertise which was shown was no MDR charges but just after installation within a week they started charging 1.8% + GST as service charges but when the machine went bad they dont even care to visit the merchant place and rectify it.

Charging point of our swiping machine got burnt while it was kept on charging, we have raised a replacement request on June 23 2021, and we were informed that the issue will be resolved in maximum 7 days.The next time i called up the call center they asked for the issue again from scrath and asked to upload machine pics which was done immediately by us.we uploaded the images in link provided by bharatpe. And till date we are only receiving idiotic calls from there customer care but not even a single technician visited to us to check or replace the machine and now its 3 months and i am unable to use machine and inturn i am missing this services for the clients who visit my store thinking we accept cards.When ever we follow up we get some silly answers but no proper attempt to close the issue.And highlight is they keep on closing tickets without even attending the complaint.

Both are two amounts as on 19/08/21 . The QR code scanned the customer but amount are not credit the bank

I have withdrawal from my account on 17august R's 65020 from bharat pe but the amount is not credited in my account then I asked from my Bank he said on 17 August your account by mistake is stopped due to technical error that why's the amount is not credited
Sir I request you to please send the amount again

Sir main apne account se paise nhi nikal pa raha hi jiska screen record video main aapke pass share kar raha hu customer care wale bas 3se 4 din ka time dete h kam se kam 15 baar complaint kar chuka hu per koi solution nhi hua isliye aapse request hai mera solution jald se jald kare kyoki paise ke Bina mera Sara kaam band pada h please solve immediately my problem

I have five transactions on 22/08/2021 with a total amount of 2350 .
These transactions reflect in transaction history but in settlement .money is not credited to my bank account yet
Kindly sort out my problem so that this money should be credited to my bank account as soon as possible

On 22nd August 2021 we have received ₹2500/- [protected]@Bharatpay scan and today there's no message of settlement of that money
I tried so many times to connect with customer care number but they end the call soon

On 22/08/2021 total transaction 1604 rs not settled to bank acount and not showed on my pending settlement also.. Till morning i have tried to call customer care bt call is not connected.. Iam K Nishant a PAN Shop Owner, I use bharatpe Scan and also came to know about the Loan feature and applied regarding the same your executive from Hyderabad (Chandu ) mobile No [protected], called me and started using unprofessional language as "kya bhay loan chahiye kya" i felt offended and asked him use professional language his replied shocked me ' PAN SHOP WALEY KO MEY SIR BOLNA KYA" these words hurt my dignity, I believe bharatpe as a Professional Organisation and i request u to treat every person equally. I Hope u will take some positive action on that employee of yours like training on professionalism and i Demand an Apology
