Dear sir/ madam
This is to inform you that I manish gupta is a bharat pe merchant and was running a loan account . How ever after the completion of my 75% loan edi. I was not able to pay the edis on time due to some personel reasons.
Your recovery agent mr neeraj visited my residence on 3rd march The house was closed from outside and my two childrens were inside. The recovery agent threatened the two childrens by saying ki me tumhe ghar se utha lunga. Both the childrens use to cry and called me.i reached there after about half an hour. I came to know that the neighbour's gathered there and the executive just ran away. Then I called the police on 100 number and filed a complaint we use to call that guy and he was not picking the phone.
Now I need a action on that guy or I should take action on that particular guy or the company.

This is to inform you that I manish gupta is a customer of bharat pe. And is running a bussiness by the name of manish mirror. Due to some reasons I was not able to pay my edi on time and got late by few days. One of your recovery agents visited my house . The house was locked from outside and my two childrens were inside the house .your executive threatened the two small childrens and says them that ki apne baap ko bol dena ki paise karwa de nahi to tumhe ghar se utha lunga. Both the childrens start crying and our neighbour's gathered there and he just ran away. After some time I called the police as I reached there and file a complaint against him . After that he was not picking the phone . And both my childrens were in mental trauma and huge fear
Sir I m however repaying my loan but I need a action on this recovery agent . If any action is not taken by you in this particular guy I have to take legal actinaganst the company.

I had made a payment on 1st of march of amount rs 2700 on google pay using bharatpe qr code but due to timeout the amount has not been credited into the merchant account but my bank statement clearly shows that the amount has been debited from my account and have been manually credited into the federal bank of bharatpe.i have contacted bharatpe but since 1 month they have not been helping me out and the amount has not yet been refunded back into my account i have attached all the supporting documents my conact number is [protected]

Today I referred my friend on Bharatpe and We didn't get referral rewards . 200 Runs should be credited to both of ours account. And more runs of doing Payments. I even tried contact Bharatpe customer service but I was unable to get connected with them. Kindly provide me a Solution.

I had taken loan of ruppess 80000 / from bharat pe application.i paid an amount of 37980 till today.i have an problem of my shop i failed to pay the EDI amount on time.i am attending calls and doing the part payments also.bharat pe agents calling to my whole contacts saying that i had taken loan on their nos.they all spoiled my name and abussing and threat saying i will spoil ur name and will calls your all contacts.
they torched mentally doing same things.i called bharat pe support team but still calls are coming.i also said that i will pay the penatly chgarges also but not listining to me.bharat pe have my contacts list access .
please help me out from this.

2 Lakh 40 thousand Rs Settlement Not received from 11 days.
I submitted request on 16th March, made several request to settle the funds, but no response at all, they keep saying someone will contact me, but no one does, and what is even the need for anyone to contact me, just remit the payment, its a huge amount and i am.going through anxiety and stress because i need to pay my Home loan & personal loan EMI, the amount is big and still not credited to my account.

Hello, i am harish. On 25th of march one of my customers have sent money to my bharatpe account by scanning the qr code. The money has been debited from their account and has not credited my account. Please help me through this.

I was using swipe machine from last 4months . 1st 2month machine was runing good . Then after started showing eror 052. I complained too many time . Lastly the took it for service . I got call and they said we will refund ur amount of 2900. At the time of purches the told they will refund full 5000 rs, now my request is give the service or refund my full amount....

My firm name is padma sarees and tailoring. I have registred on bharat pe i have ordered the swiping machine. But unfortunately machine was returned to executive on jan25.2021 but till now(23/03/21) .Amt was not credited to my account.

I have take a loan from bharatpe i have paid 17000 but some pending amount is not paid by i know thats my mistake but the some family reasons i have not paid this emi pending amount like 18759 ruppes the bharat pe company employes is harrasing me and my family

Amount received from customer, trasaction was successful but amount not credited to my account. This trasaction was done in 29th January still not credited. In that date two transactions was received from same customer both transactions shows successful but only one amount was credited. I have raise complaint so many times bharatpe customer care not responding. How to recover my money. Both transactions screen shots are attached below only one amount was credited to my bank account..

I bought fastag from Bank of baroda for my car UP15CF7808. While making attempt to recharge, I found to my dismay that more than Rs 90000/ dues outstanding against me.In the first place, I did not pass through any toll plaza.Secondly, toll plaza never allow credit at their end .
In the face of the Problem, I had to recharge through phone pe.
Please wipe out the amount outstanding against my fastag in order that I may be able to recharge fastag through bharat pe.

My deposit is again call and call till date not received my refund deposit..I didn't receive machine so I have cansal it...then back to my deposit in my account in 7 days he told me..till date more then 20days not received my refund amount deposited to my a/c...

Maine 9 feb 2021 ko coustomer se Bharat Pe per 65988 rs Ka payment liya Jo abhi tak mere bank account main settled Nahi hua.main ab tak bahot bar complaint kar chukka hu per koi response Nahi mil Raha hai.maine bank statement bhi mail Kiya hai per abhi tak payment Nahi Aaya.aaj Pura 1month k upper ho Gaya hai.. please help me.

5march two Recharges of DTH Tv reacharge not completely and not reversal 3times castmer care call for not responsible

I had taken a loan of 25000/- I had to pay 26565/- but it has decucted 1380/- extra from my account and not yet refunded
I had called the customer care executive number of times but they didn't respond to me and not even responding to my calls it's almost 10 months but my issue is not yet resolved
