Dear Team,
This to bring to your notice that i had a very bad experience with the sales team of Bharat Pe Ghaziabad region. They have promised me that my card swipe machine will be installed within 2 days of making payment but as of today i have not received any machine and when i contacted Mr. Amit (Contact No : [protected]) he visited my place with the machine and there was some fault during installation so i called up Mr. Deepak Yadav (TSM Ghaziabad) (Contact no : [protected] & [protected]) to speak about the issue, instead he started lying to me that he is not an employee of Bharat Pe and disconnected the call and from the same number he called up Mr. Amit just in front of me and started yelling at him that why are you giving his number to Customers. Then i called up Mr. Manoj (Regional Sales Manager or Head Ghaziabad) (Contact No : [protected]) he was very sorry for the attitude of Mr. Deepak Yadav and he said that he will ask Deepak to call me up and apologise for his behaviour but this person Deepak again stared lying to me that i didn't speak to him at all so he has done nothing wrong.
I regret doing business with Bharat Pe as they don't have any control on there employee and i will request all of my friends and known people to stop doing business with Bharat Pe and return back your machines as well.
This mail is just to bring to your Notice about your employee attitude and the way they behave with customers.
i am gonna take this matter on all the social media networks so that no one else gets humiliated by your cheap sales persons attitude.

    I am using bharatpe since many months but this time I received payment of 9000rs from customer but next day it was settled it is showing that it will be settled before 24 hours then after 24 hours it is showing same again that it will be settled within 24 hours. So please help me to get my money back.

    We have swife credit on 29th June amount of Rs. 30170. But still credited in my account for your reference. Here with attached my bank statement. So kindly check the details and solve the issue as soon as possible

        March 2 2021, i had made recharge for tatasky from the merchant interest account. Money has been debited but i recharge was not successful. I contacted bharatpe CUSTOMER care for 5 times.. but there is no response from those calls..
        They will tell that money will be credited to your account within 24 hours, its been 12 days but there is no ### response from your side.

                  Recharges on BharatPe, they will fail every transaction, never refund amount. I have done 416, 416 two Recharges on 25th February, they failed, 10 days over still Money not refunded. mailed social.[protected]@bharatpe.com and [protected]@bharatpe.com, attached screenshots, callbacks, still no refund. Worst services. I have called CV more than 100 times, Worst customer care, every time they will say wait for 24 Hours. Same reply everytime for that I have to wait for Hours...

                    Bharat pe company is obeying the rule of rbi making call to my contact again and again I know that I haven't made the payment of the loan I also giving commitment that I will made all the payment atleast gave sometime so that I can stand financially my business is closed from march still I have made the payment of near about 75000 out of 210000 so please gave sometime because my work is going to be started from April as college may be open as soon as all India

                      My amount is not withdraw from Swipe account. But I take seriously take legal action against the company many times complaint but not Solutions I think this company fraud I file a420 fir against the company.

                        Our agents was saying already amount was credited ur account but amount was not credited my account...!!
                        I need some response !!
                        So many times i raise a complaint on app and tool free but they can't get response !!

                            Zero rental only deposit swipe machine of 5000 rs .at the time of booking refundable deposit of 5000 when we deposit and on return company charges extra 100rs per month extra.better switch to private bank atm .bogus company pay deposit 5000 without any interest. Swipe machine tetra 15 days for no deduction. Company thinks all are fool.better don't take and waste money refundable amount also not credited to account in that also deduction. Stay alert stay awake i hope people save their money .

                                    I have bharatpe swipe machnine order on 03-Feb-2021 & same day i was cancel my my order but refund still not getting my account.
                                    Also I have raised my complain more then 6 times but no anybody resolve my complain & whithout resolve complain closed my ticket. Again i have raised my complain with service request no.2762943 on 24-Feb-2021 but still i didn't received my refund so request you to kindly check & refund my money on urgent basis as i follow up since 23 days.

                                      Amount of RS 3600 is debited from the customer account but not credited to the merchant Bharatpe account payment app -Amazon pay date of the payment - 13-2-21 even after 5 days it is not credited to us or not even refunded to the customer account.
                                      if we are complaining also no response from Bharatpe we ask you to clear this issue as much as possible fast we are disappointed
