My withdrawal is temporarily blocked. I have sent the Authorization letter, aadhar card, pan card for unhold withdrawal but there are no reply from bharatpe customer support but support has ignoring me, my issue is not resolved they are taking long.

    My registered number is [protected] is temporarily blocked. Please unhold withdrawal settlement. I have contact many times but they are not given any update or resolution. They give me date 20 April but my issue is not resolved and the date is appeared. They are not giving any clarification about why my withdrawal settlement is temporarily blocked. I have sent the required documents and all details of transaction.

      Sir muzhe call ayi ki aapko ko swipe machine 2360 me di jaygi aur machine free hain koi charge aap se liya nahi liya jayga fir jab swip machine deliver hoti aur Chek karne ke baad usme 482 ka monthly rental lagega aisa care vale ne bataya fir Maine usi din return ki request Kar di Lakin koi swipe machine return lene nahi Aya aur meri return request baar baar cancle Kar dete Rahe aaj ek mahina ho gya Mera paisa bhi refund nahi Kiya aur parso phone Aya Tha bharatpy se lagbhag 30 min Baat Kiya to o Bata rahi thi ki aap koi rental Dena padega aur apki swipe machine ka refund bhi nahi milega please help me sir

        Money deduction without information or message

        Sir I have Paid my amount 1040rs on Apr 7th morning and on that day Evening without any update bharat pe deducted my amount from my bank account as E Nach so I raised a complaint with customer support but they are saying we are looking into it but no response almost it has been 14 days no result...

            This is Srinivas from Sreekrishna residency Hyderabad with ticket no 131589 opened on 4th of April 2023. The issue is regarding the account block because of fraud activity. I want you to release the amount from the Banking section. Let freeze the account for future transactions but not the investment account.

            You have already exceeded the promised date and if this is not happening in a couple of days I am going to raise a complaint in the local PS and consumer complaints forum now.

              Bharatpe has blocked my account withdrawal settlement, aadhar card, Pan card, Authorization letter I have sent to bharatpe customer social support but my account withdrawal is not unblocked or unhold. My problem is not resolved but bharatpe sent me an email that my issue is resolved. After calling to bharatpe customer support they give date after date. Please unblock my withdrawal settlement.                 BharatPe is a fraud Company they sell products with full of lies. They told that rent free machine if transaction amount exceeds but they are chargeing fees without any accountability. Also swipe fees decided changes everytime. No proper support from customer care all are scammers

                  Dear sir,

                  I have closed i.e deactivated my Bharatpe account after repaying my balance. But now in my credit report, it's displaying like loan amount of 1000/- displaying in live with no pending.

                  I didn't take any loan of Rs.1000/- from any.

                  Take this matter as important and request you to take action.

                        Transaction through bharat pay refund
                        On 13th March I have done a transaction of 3850 through bharat pay for Bescom electricity bill payment . The money deducted from my account never reached bescom and I was in the defaulter list !!!hhygiu

                          On 13th March I have done a transaction of 3850 through bharat pay for Bescom electricity bill payment . The money deducted from my account never reached bescom and I was in the defaulter list !!!

                                  I am receiveing calls from a month once in a week from some randon no's and is claiming that Mr. Gaddam Venkatesh took some loan and few months back and is not paying now. This person Mr. Gaddam Venkatesh is a distance relative of mine with whom I have very minimum contact. I am not aware of the loan when dispersed to him nor I received a call from the agency checking his details.

                                  Now BharaPe has assigned some lady who is not revealing the agency name nor her personal name and is using abusive language asking his whereabouts. Never ever in my life I have come across any person who is so rude. I have received two calls from these no's [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Request you to please look into this issue immediately and kindly make sure that I dont receive anymore calls from this agency regarding this else I will file a police complaint...

                                    Bharatpe hold my money for false dispute complaint by the customer and even after F.I.R. customer already closed his complaint and accept his mistake but bharatpe hold money for 90 days and says its our policy. I lost my 92000 Rs by this company. Is this ethical. Or any regulations on this fraud company.
