Respected sir,

My amount put in hold from last 30 days, i was raised the complaints but no response,

when we raise the ticket, you people simply reject and showing message is problem solved.

Here we enter how many times I raised the tickets.

1. ticket id :[protected] march, 5th
2. 12719408
3.[protected] march, 7th
4.[protected] march, 9th
5.[protected]march 12th
6.[protected] march 17th
7.[protected]march 22
8.[protected] march 22

in above all complaints raised, but no response showing message solved.

Will you please solve this?

It’s been 3 months since the withdrawal I haven’t received my amount from 12% club till now it shows withdrawal successfull on the app but I didn’t receive it in my bank account it’s been 20 days since I raised the issue to their customer support and all I got was machine generated replies their team is at best incompetent and they don’t care bout investors it’s been 13 days since the promised resolution date please help me if you can I really need the money

I made a successful UPI transaction on 03/03/23 for 50000.00 for depositing in 12% club, UPI transaction ID:[protected]VPA - cf.[protected]@icici).
As per 12% Club Transaction got cancelled. However they are not refunding money. As per my Banker' written confirmation (Ujjivan SFB) money was successfully credited to the VPA of 12% Club (cf.[protected]@icici) on 3rd March'23.
However, the people in 12% Club are not refunding my Rs. 50000.00 since last 10 days.

I m marchent Of BharatPe Company. And I have taken a loan from Bharatpe Application for a business purpose. And I’ll pay 6 months continue but before few day I have lost my bussiness some issue but I’ll complain already with Bharatpe customer care which I have pay full amount after few months but Bharatpe customer care and loan department harassing a our family member on call and they already access my contact list and call every no. And inform that to everyone persons I have take a loan and I can’t pay.
Using abusive wording and misbehaving with us.
Give Me Few months

My withdrawal blocked after that i contact customer care and they demanded some documents which i provided but still my Bharatpe account is block.

I ordered the machine and did no transaction .
When i ordered it was clearly stated Fully refundable deposit and no hidden charges. I also returned the machine within 6days. But its been 2years now i keep contacting the customer support but no refund has been initiated. They're telling some hidden charges has been detucted . This is such a scam.

I have been investing the 12% club app downloaded via play store since more than a year now. On the 7th February the withdrawal on the app stopped working informing me there is suspicious activity detected on the account with no information on the same. I reached out to bharatpe via email as stated on the app for grievance redressal.

No response has been received till date and I have reached out to all the parts of Bharat...

I take a credit card from BharatPe merchant i. I use credit card limit I am no able to pay credit card bill about next 3 to 6 month you recovery agent call my relative mostly ladies and abusing them on dated 02/03/2023 they doing call continious to my relative . Today one of my relative compaint to police in written . According to RBI guideline any NBFC cannot call to any relative regarding loan or recovery . I also complaint to cyber cell to use my contact list fraud and also doing complaint to RBI . i humble requested to you stop to call my relative otherwise i will not pay any single rupees to you I am not affected 1 percent by this way i am free in my life i am do what i am do. yours recovery agent can call me only i response them every call but not relative .I contact custmor support but they denie taking any responsiblity about recovery agent . So take action strictly to your recovery agent as soon as possible.

They said you can invest any amount, then I said let me do 138000 added by using paytm, but suddenly paytm said that you can deposit only 99999. Then I thought let me change it.I did change it 138000 to 99999.after amount deducted from amount, but not credited in 12 % club account neither in my bank account.after all I sent all evidence and everything they said we will notify you which making me more worry.

Currently my BharatPe account has blocked and the customer support of BharatPe said that account is blocked from NPCI system. Then I want to know why my account has been blocked??
And I want to unblock my account.

Salim here, I took card for 35000 from bharat pe.. I was paying minimum amount of card.. In December month they closed card and forcing me to pay all money emmidiatly.. And they blocked my 16500 amount and transferred to card balance.. And now due to my family medical condition I'm not able to all money in one time.. So I'm paying minimum amount.. And i told them I'll close the card and will pay all due in March month.. But they're continuously abusing and using bad language...
They are not ready to listen just abusing only. I'm feeling so much mentally disturbed.

12800 रूपए आए है जो की IDBI बैंक के खाते मैं गए है जो की मेरा अकाउंट नहीं है

कोई भी ट्रांसएक्शन मेरे खाते से मिलान नहीं हो रहा और नहीं मेरे भारत पे अकाउंट
नंबर का खाता नंबर का भी मिलान नहीं हो रहा है परयागराज पुलिस ने कहा है की मेरे यहाँ से
आपका खाता ब्लॉक नहीं है आप भारत पे से बात करो मैं फिर भारत पे से बात किया तो बोले
की जीतेन्द्र धिबेदी जी को बोलो की भारत पे को मेल करे जिससे आपका खाता अनब्लाक हो सके
जिन्होंने डाटा वैरीफाई किये उनका थाना परयागराज साइबर सैल मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है और उनका
ईमेल [protected]@gmail.com है आप इनसे बात करके मेरा भारत पे अकाउंट चालू
करवा दे सर मैं सितेम्बर महीनो से परेशान हु क्योकि मेरा अकाउंट सेटलमेंट ब्लाक है मैं अपना दुकान का काम नहीं कर पा रहा हु

Applied Bharat pe loan for 150000 on 20th jan
Was tol by customer care to be disbursed by 29th jan
But wasn’t disbursed
I was told to wait for 9th feb it was. Not disbursed even upto then
Now they are telling 19th feb
Worst service from Bharat pe worst customer care no resolution

मेरा खाता स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया मे है, और मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है ।
कल रात तारीख 07/02/2023 को रात के 8:30 बजे के लगभग मेरे नंबर पर इस अनजान नंबर से ( [protected] ) कॉल आया,
और उस समय मेरी 3 साल की बेटी फोन लिए थी
उसके बाद से मेरे स्टेट बैंक वाले खाते से खाता नंबर ( [protected] ) से 2 बार UPI ट्रांजेक्शन्स कर के 4999/- और 4999/- ट्रांसफर कर लिए हैँ ।
जिसका नाम SANGITA दिख रहा है,
उसकी कुछ डिटेल ऐसे है,
