      This person (scammer) who was using BharatPe made me pay him Rs.27, 300 via various transactions. He asked me scan QR code to receive the money for a product I was selling online. However, instead of credit my money got debited from my bank account. He also threatened me to physically torture me if I didn't transfer. Applied coercion on me and forced to make payment. I scanned the QR code sent and the money got debited. At first, I scanned QR code once for a small amount of Rs.4 where money got credited. Due to this, I thought the vendor was authentic but later realized that he was a fraudster. BharatPe has such scammers on their platform. Why so? Shouldn't there be stringent rules to prevent such scammers on a sensitive platform which involved transacting in money? I was transacting with him in good faith and I got conned. I fully expect BharatPe to help me in this scenario and refund my money.

      Sir मेरा bharatpe अकाउंट 10 Feb 2023 se block कर रखा है और जब मैंने customer support se बात की तो उन्होंने documents verification किया उसके बाद बोला की आपका account unblock हो जायेगा लेकिन आज 27 Feb 2023 हो गई मेरा अकाउंट unblock नही कर रहे मेरे अकाउंट में मेरा बैलेंस ब्लॉक है आप bhaartpe वालो से बात करो की मेरा account क्यों ब्लॉक किया हैं और मेरा account unblock करवा दीजिए

        सर मैंने जीतेन्द्र धिबेदी जी जिनका मोबाइल नंबर 7311156784 और ईमेल [email protected] के दिए निर्देश के अनुसार मैंने दिनांक 15 दिसम्बर 2022 को परयागराज पुलिस से मिला जीतेन्द्र धिबेदी जी के दिए हुए कमप्लेंट नंबर -33109220073665 के अनुसार 03 सितेम्बर 2022 को 12800 रूपए आए है जो की IDBI बैंक के खाते मैं गए है जो की मेरा अकाउंट नहीं है आपके दिए हुए कमप्लेंट नंबर -33109220073665 के अनुसार 03 सितेम्बर 2022 को कोई भी ट्रांसएक्शन मेरे खाते से मिलान नहीं हो रहा और नहीं मेरे भारत पे अकाउंट नंबर का खाता नंबर का भी मिलान नहीं हो रहा है परयागराज पुलिस ने कहा है की मेरे यहाँ से आपका खाता ब्लॉक नहीं है आप भारत पे से बात करो मैं फिर भारत पे से बात किया तो बोले की जीतेन्द्र धिबेदी जी को बोलो की भारत पे को मेल करे जिससे आपका खाता अनब्लाक हो सके जिन्होंने डाटा वैरीफाई किये उनका थाना परयागराज साइबर सैल मोबाइल नंबर 9454405263 है और उनका ईमेल [email protected] है आप इनसे बात करके मेरा भारत पे अकाउंट चालू करवा दे सर मैं सितेम्बर महीनो से परेशान हु क्योकि मेरा अकाउंट सेटलमेंट ब्लाक है मैं अपना दुकान का काम नहीं कर पा रहा हु मेरा श्री मान से मेरा निबेदन है की मेरा भारत पे अकाउंट को जल्द से जल्द चालू करवाया जय जिससे मैं अपना काम कर सकू अतः श्री मान से मेरा निबेदन है की मेरा भारत पे को मेल करके मेरा अकाउंट को जल्द से जल्द चालू करवा दे सर

            I am being chasing bharat pe customer care team from past 6 days but didn't getting any support from their side. Their system isn't allowing me upload any documents over the app and tickets are getting close next few minutes. My payments of 100573 is not yet credited into my account for date[protected] mentioned over the subject line.

              Swiping machine return and amount refund

              I had taken bharat pe swipe machine i does'nt found any usefull features with the machine every tkme they are charging morethan 300rs. So I decided to return the machine i had submitted request so many times still no response from them but every month if i doesn't use the machine they call us to make any small transaction for rs 10 or 20 so that then can raise the request for machine return and refund initiation once the transaction is done...

The people on the other end of the line were using inappropriate language and making offensive remarks which is unacceptable.

              I understand that it is important to recover pending payments, but it should be done in a polite and professional manner. I strongly suggest that you take necessary steps to ensure that your recovery team follows proper protocol while dealing with customers

                I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your recovery team. Recently, I have been receiving calls from the team members who have been using inappropriate language and making me feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the calls are unsolicited and I do not understand why I am being contacted in this manner.

                Please be advised that this kind of behavior is unacceptable and I would like to request you to look into the matter. It would be highly appreciated if you could take necessary action as soon as possible to prevent such situations in future.

                I hope that my complaint is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken without any delay.I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recovery team of your company.                       One of the Bharatpe employee approached my father to discuss about the loan process and collected KYC details and misused the data to apply a credit card on my fathers name 'Namala Ramulu' without his acknowledgement and used 102899/- rupees in the month of november and how can such things happen and how can bharatpe allow this to happen using customers confidential information and misusing, however it falls under KYC fraud and the customers from bharatpe phoned my every family member and damaged my family reputation. I have the statement with me which the employee misused. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible because it effects my fathers cibil.

                          I have invested 650000 in 12% Club and initiated to withdraw the amount thrice sine 14th Jan.

                          Everytime they initiate the request & cancel on the next...I had some commitments to fulfill because of this type of settlement i had to borrow my from market on higher rate of interest.

                          Never invest your amount its better to have your money in your instead of investing here with fake app.Since 14th Jan i didn't get my principal amount not the interest.

                          Now i am going to raise the issue legally also.

                              Received a call from a person claiming that he has sent me an UPI transfer using Gpay to an BharatPe UPI ID: "BHARATPE.[protected]@yesbankltd" belonging to a merchant named "Mr Rakesh Meena". The UPI ID contains a phone number that belongs to me but the UPI ID as stated does not belong to me and the merchant name is also not my name.

                              This person insisted that an amount of INR 34000.00 was transferred to me on this UPI ID, but upon checking both my Gpay Balance and Bank Balance, I confirmed that the payment was not received by me, which is obvious because the UPI ID doesn't belong to me

                              You should note that this is not the first time that such an incident has happened and every time this UPI ID is being I am being called and harassed just because the phone number contained in the UPI ID is mine.

                              Desirable Resolution: Kindly block or suspend the BharatPe UPI ID of the merchant mentioned above since the phone number used in the UPI ID belongs to me but the UPI ID does not.

                              NOTE: Sensitive information, i.e. the mobile number could not be provided due to privacy. Will be made available to resolution personnel(s) once the issue is escalated.

                                I Prathamesh More Owner Of My Shop Which Is Named As United, Here i Write The Complain About The Problem I Am Facing Again And Again But No Any Help I got From Bharatpe Support,
                                So Here We Go I am using bharat pe sence 3 years i have borrowed loans near about 3 times and paid it full clear, now from last six months i am facing an issue with my new loan i am elegible for 3 lack and at the time of application i an getting rejected from last 6 months its been 4 to 5 times my loan got rejected, i have called to your consumer service several times to know about the problem but no one is ready to help with my problem they are just saying me to keep transect but sir no one is looking seriously in my problem,
                                I am in my shop, i am applying from my shop still the loan is getting rejected for location mis match,
                                Is it a joke or i am a fool to still being with bharat pe,
                                This is the last time i am applying to bharat pe loan if it got rejected now i will be removing the bharat pe qr from my shop,
                                Sir in year 2022 my transection amount with bharat pe was 14 lakh and i guess its not a joke,
                                I request you to please look into my problem and solve it as soon as possible because every time i will call consumer service i have to repeat my problem to every new execative and i am tired of repeating it to every one
                                Its my humble request to you please do help me as soon as possible,
