Hi,
I have bought travel insurance from bharti axa and wanted to cancel it within 2 days. Grace period is 15 days for cancellation if we dont want policy.
For this i have written so many emails and called many people.
But no body is able to tell me when i will get refund of my amount from bharti axa.
I am so frustated with bharti axa that, i just dont want to remember the day i bought insurance from them.
I talked to bhakti tayde, siddhesh from bharti axa. But i think people just want to ignore when you ask for refund.

    As instructed by the Bharti AXA sales agent their team inspected my car on Dec 15th 2018 and then I was asked to make full payment via the link provided. I made full payment for Rs 13422 on the same day on Dec 15th. The transaction was successful (see attachment), but then they did not issue the car insurance policy papers yet.

    I called the customer service number a few times in the last one week, but there is no luck so far. They keep on telling me it is with backend team and they will revert back in 24 hours, but not getting any updates afterwards. This has been happening for a while now and the issue is still not resolved. Even I sent a few emails, but nobody responded to any of the emails yet.

    Old policy already expired and I have no coverage now. If they cannot issue the policy softcopy, I would like to get the money back asap.

      I had paid for car insurance policy in full on 12 December 2018 and as per their own policies and process, they should have sent me the copy in 5-7 days. It is over 12 days now and there is no trace of the document. Emailing or calling their customer care also has resulted in no luck. Every time same answer that they have transferred to back end team.

      My car insurance policy is expiring on 27 Dec and without this policy i will not be able to drive.
      They also do not have a policy of refund. If my policy is not issued, they should refund me the amount.
      I am hoping they send me the policy document within 24 hours or at least process refund so that i can take my policy else where.

        Bharti axa has declared a bonus amount on my policy. but the amount has not been credited to my account. its already three month, still I am complaining by calling the customer care.
        & the customer care executive are not professional. They are giving promise "they will follow the issue" but no solution.

          My car insurance policy expired on 22nd december. On 21st i was asked by customer service executive to make payment using one link. I did the payment and they confirmed receipt also. However till date i have not received my soft copy of insurance renewal. This is fraud but nothing else that even after payment receipt documents are not been provided.in case anything happens to me or my car who will be responsible. I am going to file police compliant holding bharti axa responsible in case of anything happens to me or my vehicle.

            My name is abhishek dattatray bartakke. I am from sangali, maharashtra (Rural area). My father bought two policies in bharati axa of 1lack rupees each. (Policy numbers-[protected] & [protected]). My father was dead in 2016. For daith claim of above policies i give him all documents to insurance company. But bharati axa rejected daith claim for medical reason. But my father give normal medical report at the time of buying policies. Please help me and honestly pass the daith claim of policies.

              I have paid to renew my car insurance policy with bharti axa on 10th december. The transaction was successful but i did not receive a soft copy of the renewed insurance policy.

              I have called 5 times in the 10 days after the payment to get the soft copy. They have repeatedly told me that there is a backend issue and it would be resolved in a day or two. Even after 10 days, this issue has not been resolved.

              The company refuses to pay my money back. If this is not fraud, i don't know what is.

                Sir,
                My father mr. Ajay bahl was admitted in hospital in july for 3days at mittal nursing home, sonipat as he was having stomach infection and excessive water loss in body. On the day of admission of my father i had intimated bhartiya axagi as well as tpa regarding the same. On discharge we have collected all bill alongwith summary & posted the same to bhartiya axa as per their requirements.

                On receiving the same i too have received acknowledgement receipt of receiving all the documents.

                For enquiry purpose tpa has also visited the hospital twice & have submitted his views regarding admission & necessary documents to bhartiya axa for reimbursing the claimed amount.

                From july to december we are following up with bhartiya axa & they are giving false excuses of internal problems or otherwise ask again & again for same document & after i provide the document they don't respond back
                Which clearly shows they are wasting my time.

                I request you to kindly help as i have no solution except your forum

                  Please note i have applied for the Housing Loan in the Punjab National Bank. At that time, they forced to acquire Insurance policy to afford the Housing Loan.

                  Then within Two days(18/11/2018), I decided to cancel the Housing loan and I informed to Bank and they accepted for it. At the same time, i called to Bharati Axa Life Insurance Customer Care.They told Policy has not opened, so you call to Our executive. When we called them, they told our House loan account number is the Polcy number. But we verified it showing as error. So, again we called they replied as due to PNB month end, we not collected the Cheque from PNB Bank. So Insurance policy is not yet opened till now. And they said policy will be opened after 7 Days(2018 December).
                  At this situation, we requested to cancel the Insurance Application, but they are not accepting to cancel the Insurance application.
                  Again after 15 Days i cal executive regarding the Insurance Policy number, but the Insurance is not opened and they asked for the PAN Card details and the Customer care will make call regarding the Policy.
                  And by today they replied while i call to Executive, he said to collect the Insurance details in PNB Bank. I didnt get any verification call also. But hey collected my Pan Card details from the Bank directly from bank (Without my knowledge).
                  I didnt get any verification call from Bharati Axa Life Insurance / Without my knowledge they opened policy even after i asked them to cancel.
                  If the policay has been opened, kindly make a favour to cancel the Insurance policy and settle the full amount.

                        I have done the payment online for my 2wheeler insurence.
                        Policy no: i2450916
                        Till now did not received policy document and according to your customer support its not generated.
                        This is to inform you that i have contacted your customer service since 1st of dec'18 but finally i have received the quotation and the payment link on 11th evening and immediately payment made. Currently i am running without and insurence document as a result except the worst may suffer huge fine from traffic police.
                        Who will be liable to pay such fine in absence of this required document and your customer service not able to give any answer when the policy document soft copy will be shared with me. Yesterday i have contact your customer executive to take a request to speedup the process but denied to take a call and intentionally disconnect the line.
                        I am really frustrated about the serveice

                          When i had not paid for the renewal insurance i kept on getting a number of calls from bharti axa and after i paid for the car renewal insurance i neither received a hard copy neither a soft copy even after 15 days, and i when i reach thenm they tell me that some preinspection and other formalities must be done before the renewal, why didn't the people call me regarding that when i had paid the renewal, just ate the money and sat like nothing ever happened such cheating is undesirable, and not good means of business neither does this do justice with people.

                            Following payment link dated 15/11/18 was sent to me by Bharati AXA to pay Rs 3380 for renewal of my car insurance expiring on 15/11/18. I made the payment to them on 15/11/18 itself but I have not received Policy till date the despite repeated reminders. My policy has expired yesterday and I no cover in hand.

                            There is no reply to several emails sent to company and its very difficult to reach them either over phone nos given at their web site. It look like it’s a fraud company. What is your views.

                            Who will be responsible if I get a ticket from RTO for not having Policy???

                            Let me know what is to be done. I want refund and do not want to have a policy with this type of fraud company whose customer service is so dirty.

                            I have made online payment for renewal of my car insurance on September 19, 2018. I have not received the renewed policy certificate. I have made multiple calls to Bharti AXA customer care and send numerous emails. I have still not received the certificate. Emails to the GRO offices are getting bounced with invalid email address message.

                              I didn't receive soft copy as this seems to be cheating

                                I took a Elite Advantage Policy (Bharti-Axa=[protected]' FW:[protected] with Bharati Axa, through one of your Agent named IQBAL(RFL Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd) and made the first premium amount of 7500 rupees online. after making the payment he called me and asked me to increase my policy amount from 30000 rs annually to 45000 rs, however i rejected that and asked him to proceed with 30000 rs annual premium(07 October 2018)

                                I received the hard copy of the document on 17th October 2018 with wrong policy amount and wrong mobile number in the document. Once i contacted the agent he promised me that he will make the changes as it was a mistake happened by him. He tried to convince me to proceed with the 45K policy even though i dint wanted it. When i asked him the next day if he has changed my policy he told me the necessary changes has been made but he was not ready to give me any proof of it. So i contacted Bharati axa on 20th october and they did not have any details of my policy with them nor they could verify my mobile number or email ID as the Agent IQBAL gave the wrong information on my Document.

                                I Sent an email to Bharati Axa service unit and Mr Sujith(Pune camp Branch) asking him to cancel my policy, however he did not cancel the policy nor revert back to me. Once i contacted the agent his manager Rajani contacted me telling she will rectify all the errors and help me. but all she wanted was for me to retain the wrong policy they have given to me. She visited me in my office with Mr Sujith From Bharati Axa and I told them i need to cancel the policy as they made it delay so much and they were not ready to cancel it.

                                Finally once i visited the Bharti axa Branch to cancel my policy they told me that they cant cancel it as i have crossed the time limit (15 Days) to cancel the policy. but i already sent an Email requesting to cancel the policy with in the time period but no response was received. I have all the proof of the chats and email with agents and your executive.

                                I do not want to continue with bharti Axa anymore and i regret taking a policy.

                                Please cancel this policy and refund my money as this has been happening from last 2 months and your complaint department Ms Vandana has exceeded the number of days she promised to resolve this issue and my money is being withheld with Bharti Axa unnecessarily.

                                  But its 40 days after submitting, they have not done my work. They are not receiving the calls.
                                  What hell they are doing for 40 days for this issue i dont know.
                                  Please dont approach bharathi axa for insurance, they are not providing good service. Try for any other better insurance company.
                                  Bharathi axa insurance is not good, i[censored] are customer of this insurance, please change the insurance company.

                                    Following payment link dated 09/10/18 was sent to me by Bharati AXA to pay Rs 6918 for renewal of my car insurance expiring on 17/10/18. I made the payment to them on 09/10/18 itself but I have not received Policy till date the despite repeated reminders. My policy has expired yesterday and I no cover in hand.

                                    There is no reply to several emails sent to company and its very difficult to reach them either over phone nos given at their web site. It look like it’s a fraud company. What is your views.

                                    Who will be responsible if I get a ticket from RTO for not having Policy???

                                    Let me know what is to be done. I want refund and do not want to have a policy with this type of fraud company whose customer service is so dirty.

                                      I made payment on 14 nov 2018 and got the following confirmation but still not received the soft copy. I've called several time and wrote mail to customer service but there is no response. Every one says will be done in 4 days 2 days... No need to explain further as i can see it is very common for bharti axa to trouble customer eat money... If you can't provide proper service say it clearly i'll never do business with you guys... Return money

                                        Second follow-up email -

                                        There is no policy softcopy document received even after 48 hours of premium payment and previous policy expired.. I have been forced to chase and follow up with sale support and customer support contact thru phone and email to customer service. It is very much pathetic, there is no proper solution or status received from any of them.

                                        One of the call was kept on hold for around 25 minutes and i left the call as she disappeared with saying that will check the status and never came back.

                                        Conversation with one of the supervisor was horrible and rude. Need some serious customer orientation program before they come to handle and perform their job.
