This customer service not picking my calls, once it transferred to customer service immediately getting disconnected.
Even my agent not picking my call.
What the hell happening with this company? My agent number is [protected] and his name is rakesh sharma. My policy number is[protected].

I have received call from Rohit Sharma and he informed me that he is calling from IRDA and he informed me that bonus of my policy which is existed in Max Life Insurance is being transferred to my policy agent's account and if I do not want to transfer the same, one dummy policy be taken from Bharti AXA so that after three month he transferred RS, 60000 to my account. Then he send me Bharti AXA epayment link in which I transferred RS, 30000....

First of all my experience with this company is very bad. I would suggest everyone not to buy any insurance policy from them. Ridicules customer service.
Simply dial their customer service number [protected] & check how much time they take to answer your calls.

I have renewed my Car insurance policy (Policy Number : FPV/I2404331/2C/10/003575) online on 04th Oct-2018. Transaction reference number...

But bharti axa life insurance not provied my policy number & i check in bharti axa life insurance office in lower parel mumbai branch staff is not give any details of my policy. He say why did you pay online we are not face your problam plz call to call center & check your record. I think this company is fraud only tack pay...

On the 8th Oct, I made a payment for my car insurance renewal. This was against a quote that was sent by Bharti AXA. I was mentioned that policy will be shared in 3 days.

I have paid the renewal payment one month back and still i have not received the policy document. I am really disappointed what type of service you are providing to customer.

I am trying to contact customer care[protected] for last 1 week but it shows always busy. If this is the case just for policy document then when someone need to approach for claim, only god can save him. I am working in mnc bangalore...

I have my car insurance with bharti axa which was supposed to expire on 20th oct 2018. I kept getting email about policy renew since last one month as like chaser but since i had some query hence i tried reaching them through all available channel like phone, email, etc... I had renewed policy online on 17-oct-2018, but have not received copy of new policy. I sent many emails to customer support also tried calling support numbers.. No one answer the emails or calls.

I applied for new car policy with bharti axa and made them payments online on their website post payments they didnt even send me the insurance policy. Before the payment their representative promised me it will take two days to send soft copy of the insurance. But now almost 25 days over and no response...
