    I made online payment on 18/10/2018. I didn't get any policy document yet. Worst customer service which takes minimum 20 mins to connect and stupid customer care people put call on hold and disconnect. Ever seen this much worst experience. Please help on it.

      I paid premium for my car policy on 29/10/2018
      And didnt recived any thing from company end no cover policy no policy document. Even the executive who was calling me on daily basis is not callin after i made payment and no communications from compny end. Not even any person is picking call. I hv called all customer care regional no executive no.
      This is not a way to treat a consumer. Worst response from bharti axa.

        I have made a payment of inr 13977 for the renewal of my bharti axa car insurance on sep 22nd 2018 after the inspection was performed, but i have not received my insurance yet. It has been more than 40 days now. I have made multiple calls to the customer care and they very politely say that the issue has been moved to the complaints team and i should be contacting them and not the customer care. When i tried to contact the complaints team, they politely said they will get back and i should have patience. Its been more than a week and nobody has even tried to contact me. This has caused so much inconvenience to me as i am not able to use my car for the past 44 days.

            Hi all,
            I have purchased the policy last saturday 3rd november 2018, i have not received the policy instead receiving calls from bharathi axa[protected] asking all details form me to enter in the system when i asked the employee id and name he hang up the call instantly.
            Not sure bharati axa is reliable insurance company as they are unable to share the soft copy insurance on top of that no customer care number is reachable neither bother to reply any of out mail.

            Bharati axa is fraud insurer do not buy any of the policy, i have wasted my money you dont do the same mistake.

                I have received call from Rohit Sharma and he informed me that he is calling from IRDA and he informed me that bonus of my policy which is existed in Max Life Insurance is being transferred to my policy agent's account and if I do not want to transfer the same, one dummy policy be taken from Bharti AXA so that after three month he transferred RS, 60000 to my account. Then he send me Bharti AXA epayment link in which I transferred RS, 30000. Please help me to recover my money. My contact o. [protected]

                    Hello All,

                    First of all my experience with this company is very bad. I would suggest everyone not to buy any insurance policy from them. Ridicules customer service.
                    Simply dial their customer service number [protected] & check how much time they take to answer your calls.

                    I have renewed my Car insurance policy (Policy Number : FPV/I2404331/2C/10/003575) online on 04th Oct-2018. Transaction reference number is (BIL/ONL/[protected].
                    Transaction ID: -BHAAXAGENINS_NICI[protected], Payment Amount:- 4381.34

                    I have made multiple complaints BHG047437, 01680537 & 01703471 towards resolution. There is no proper response from this company. Simply they are time & money eaters.

                    Their customer service is Pathetic, It takes 40-45 minutes to just answer calls. Customer service representatives are un professional. It needs lot of time to understand customer queries & simply gives false commitments.
                    Mail sent to customer.[protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in answered after 23-15 days.

                    If you buy policy from them, you will end up just following up for a policy.

                        I am rayees ahmad magray existing employee of bharti axa life insurance (Employee. Id 39609) and it is third time i am complaining against the said brand for not paying any heed to my right but unfortunately nothing has happened till now. I don't understand what the use of this consumer forum is. I have been crying for last six months but no action has been taken by the said company. If this site is the voice of customers and consumers then i am sure due action will be taken against the said company.

                            On the 8th Oct, I made a payment for my car insurance renewal. This was against a quote that was sent by Bharti AXA. I was mentioned that policy will be shared in 3 days.
                            Its 3 weeks now, multiple calls to their customer care, complaint lodged on their website. Each time after a 30min wait to talk to their representative I get to hear that, they will issue the policy in 2 days. This has been going on for 3 weeks now, and there is no resolution.

                            My car insurance now expires is a day, and I am in a situation having paid fully, with no insurance policy and Bharati AXA showing NO INTEREST in resolving.

                            Today when I called their customer center, it took 40mins to first get to talk to their representative, and after explaining the problem in detail, and that my car will not be without an insurance in one day, and they also confirming that they have received the payment, again say, dont worry we will log a complaint. And I ask them what happened to all the previous complaints that I raised, they say, they are all in progress. Is this customer service? How can you take money from your customer and not issue a policy? My car will be without an insurance tomorrow! All due to the pathetic service of Bharti AXA

                              My Car Insurance policy bearing number I1729646 was due for renewal on 2nd Oct 2018 and i have renewed the same on 29th Sep 2018 . Till date, i have not received my insurance policy copy . I have been calling the toll free [protected] since last week and everytime i have to wait for a minimum of 30 mins to get through and i have got the same response all the time (We are working on your policy and we will mail your policy in 2 days ) .

                                Hi,
                                Hope you are doing good, this brings to your notice that i have purchased 2 policies from your company (Bharti axa life insurance) however last experience was very bad due to one of your agent his name is
                                "ashok khanna" his advisor code is 126584 and his email is "ashok. [protected]@bharti-axalife.com" (His mobile number: [protected]).
                                He cheated me, and he promises me false commitment. Please take disciplinary action against him. Now his attitude is very bad. He is not picking up my phone and his behaviour is now very rude. He is a black spot in your company. I will convey this message to every forum and ask people to not take any policy from him.
                                Even i will send this copy to irda. This is the first time my experience is bad with bharti axa. He doesn't have the knowledge about the policies. I believe for his benefit he would always make the false commitment to the customer.
                                When i met him in our first meeting, i have already told him about my financial condition and he promises me that i will get the complete money after submitting my 9 premia with bharti axa life samriddhi plan. Why he did this with me if it is not possible. I required money badly due to some of my poor financial condition. He told me he would recover my money after purchasing this policy but now your customer care and one of your branch manager confirm i would have to submit the premium at least 3 year then i must wait for 10 years to get my money (As per the policy term) however same has not be confirmed by this guy at the time of purchasing the policy. He cheated me badly.
                                I first contact with bharti axa at 2008 and till now i purchased 3 policies with bharti axa, however, this agent is totally a disaster for the customer as well as for your company. Please remove this agent from your company asap otherwise he will also cheat other customers. I will convey the same message to public in the social media, not to contact this guy and never purchase any policy from him.
                                I have already filed a complaint against ashok khanna in irda and please find the attached template which was sent by irda to me.

                                  I have paid the renewal payment one month back and still i have not received the policy document. I am really disappointed what type of service you are providing to customer.

                                  I am trying to contact customer care[protected] for last 1 week but it shows always busy. If this is the case just for policy document then when someone need to approach for claim, only god can save him. I am working in mnc bangalore which have 10000 employees within india.

                                  Look like i need to share my story to all so that they will be aware from bharti axa. I need my policy document by today otherwise i will go to consumer court and share my story to various internet blog and even with media also.

                                    My payment date was 24/sep/2018 and today is 23/oct/2018. It's been 1 month completed, but i didn't received any email from bharati axa. I am facing lots of problem because i am unable to ride car in road. My day to day life is hampered due to this.
                                    I am requesting to concern department to return my amount if they are unable to give a resolution.
                                    I am frastruated by following up the bharati axa customercare. And here also i am not getting any kind o[censored]pdate or positive assurance.
                                    Kindly resolve the issue asap.

                                      I have my car insurance with bharti axa which was supposed to expire on 20th oct 2018. I kept getting email about policy renew since last one month as like chaser but since i had some query hence i tried reaching them through all available channel like phone, email, etc... With all these effort, there was no response and since my policy expiry date was coming soon, i finally made the payment on 16/10/2018 (4 days before my policy expiring date). Though the amount got deducted and i got email for the transaction but i didn't receive renewed policy doc through email. Now i again tried calling their toll free number [protected] and after waiting for 10 min (When i was in queue 1), i got privilege to talk to someone. When i told my issue, then a complaint no was issued and she promised that it will be sent in single day. But even after passing of 4 more days i haven't received my policy. Now technically if i take out my car, i am driving without insurance which is illegal and fineable. I am completely clueless what should i do. Shall i do fir to police?

                                      The issue got resolved in 4 days after filing the complaint. Link for Insurance copy was sent to my mobile number in 4 days. After 2 more days, I got soft copy through email. The email came from : [email protected] The company never called me.

                                        I recieved call regarding my old policy being lapsed and i[censored] want to get your invested money back to take new policy of 80000 and transfer the sum in old policy so can get ur invested money back unaware of the old policy details after completing formality came to no it is fraud on giveing written complain recd mail that company is not involved wereas i had recd call from company employee who has indirectly got commission on my new policy she had deactivated old phone number but when i had given written complain she immediately contacted from other no and ask me to take my complain back so that i can get my money back this shows company employee was involved in this fraud i have a phone call record and a dp photo of the lady who called which i am attaching new policy no is[protected] which i dont want to continue atleast i should get my money back
