The claim has been processed and the amount will be credited within 2-3 working days.
I have paid 5000/ for advance for opening new policy. Next day I asked for cancellation the same... According they actioned but.the paid amount not refunded to me after time of six months. The document copy attached for ur reference

    I had purchase a policy elite advantage
    Where the agent told to give me loan against policy from mahindra finance.
    1 policy was generated of rs.50000/- after that they make a call to take an other policy for noc.

    The agent told me not to give loan while u get policy for noc.

    At the time of policy broker told me the 30 days free look period for cancellation but after noc call doubt created and i make a call to bharti axa customer care they guide me to go to nearest branch. When i visited there and discuss with their people, they straight forward no to cancel the policy after 15 days free look period.

    From my registered email id i sent a mail for canceling the policy on dt.06.03.2019 but still no reply.

    If bhartia axa is using such cheap tricks just to generate policy than i swear i will take this to worst level.
    Now i want't bhratia axa to cancel my policy without any money getting debited from it.

      Dear sir/ madam,
      This is to inform you that my father (Proposer-madan mohan ray), who is a senior citizen have done few life insurance policies (Policy numbers are mentioned above) of bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd. For few of those policies i (Mr. Partha pratim ray) am life insured. For other policies my mother (Mrs. Archana roy) is life insured the representative of the company came to my father and asked to do few single premium policies. My father did those policies with his whole life’s hard earned money by keeping trust on bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd.. For the policies where my life is insured, signature has been forged. When my father realized that these policies are not single premium, he contacted the executive. The executive came and took the policy bonds and told that they will correct the policy term (Will do single premium policy). After that my father tried to contact the executive but he didn’t pick up the phone. Finally my father got the policy bonds back and told me the whole thing. After that i complained to bharti axa regarding the policies where i am life insured person, whose copy is attached herewith. But they did not take any steps.

      So please take necessary steps so that my father gets the money back which he paid as premium.

              Hi,

              I had a missing baggage when we went to dubai in october 2018. Later when we landed in india we notified the traweltag team regarding the same and we were asked to send a list of documents for processing the claim. Then started those annoying replies when asked for an update. Usual templates were sent on top of any question/update asked. And still now there is no response from the them.

              They have no intention of settling the claim. We have sent the original boarding pass, baggage lost confirmation from dubai airport and the airline. And several other items they asked in a courier dated.

              I have attached the complete chain of emails almost 30.

              Finally, i would like to mention that this company is resistant to settle claim and make fraudulent money by delaying the same. An old time strategy followed in modern days. Ashamed that there exists a company like this.

              Goibibo should drop its contract with this company. Bharthi axa is spoiling the reputation of the company.

              Alteast tell me if you will process this claim or not. (Settling is a different story, as i am able to see you are interested to do so.)

                I renew my two wheeler insurance they deduct my money but in return they are not giving me my insurance copy after contacting them daily for a month did't get any resolution, i mark mail to every mail id provided by them but their is no response from their end after two month i receive a copy of policy paper but their is no policy number they don't even mention my vehicle number. They just fool me by sending a fake copy
                I need help and want that no other person will suffer from this issue.

                  I made payment for my critical health insurance renewal on 10/12/2018. My policy number is q0096523

                  When i tried to pay the first time i got some error and payment was not successful. But the amount was debited from my account. So, i paid the second time and renewed the policy.

                  My bank icici says the payment was successful from their end. They need confirmation from your end to raise dispute.

                  I have called them, emailed them and have even sent a direct message through their twitter handle. But each time they say they will get back to me, but never respond.

                  Its one of the worst customer service. They can call 1000 times for renewal, once done, no one cares.

                        On 29/01/2019 i was looking for the renewal of my two wheeler on my hdfc net banking offer page in that only registration number of my vehicle asked as i submit they put my a/c on auto debit mode next day 3285.00 rs was debited with my saving a/c on 30/01/2019 i had renewed my polucy with national insurance after that i lodge many complaints & send many mails after that they send a fraud insurance copy on 05/02/2019 i filed a complaint they said within week you wi" get the refund but still not receive the refuand & still not communicate by the bharyi axa team

                            I purchased this policy almost 7 years ago now and have paid a total premium of approximately rs. 6, 80, 000.

                            I few months back i got the check about rs. 23000.

                            First of all, i don't understand why this amount is so low. Is the company performance that bad?
                            I was told anywhere between 8 - 12 % when i purchased the policy.

                            Their agents have been going around lying and scamming people with these numbers and what i actually get is peanuts.

                            It would have been better if i had put my money into an fd as it would have doubled by now.

                            When it came to selling the policy and taking money from me, the agents and company is extremely quick. However, when it comes to customer service, this is absolute crap. I would rather get my money invested elsewhere such as lic, which by the way has better returns.

                            When the agent sold the policy to me, i told him very specifically that i'm looking for returns and he said that was assured and the life insurance policy was just an add-on.

                            When being sold the policy, the agent had told me between 10 and 12% returns. This is the lowest bonus of all the plans declared. My policy term is for 15 years so there is no point to pay another 8 years if you guys paying like this.

                            Can you guys let me know how much i get if surrender my policy now.

                            I live in abroad so if you guys want to call me, please call below no.

                              I have made payment for car insurance renewal on Jan 29th but didnt receive any document till Feb 13th.When contacted the customer care, all I came to know is that they can see only my previous policy document(Royal sundaram) and no update on the new policy document.Now want to cancel the policy and get a refund.

                              Barathi Axa represetative promised that the insurance policy will be send to email in 48 hours

                              feb 1st 2019-
                              No update from Barathi Axa regarding the policy, I have called the customer care and they dont have any information about this car number and they dont find any policy with this car number in there system
                              Sent emails- No response for many days

                              Tried to call the customer care but they are useless as still they dont find insurance with my car number

                              I replied with old policy document within 5 minutes of their email.

                              Feb 8th to Feb13th
                              Made multiple calls to customer care, as usual it was not useful as they had no clue about my car

                              I sent email to below email ids to cancel policy and refund the full emount paid by me (13006), and spoke to customer care also about cancellation.They told me to send email, which I have sent

                              Received email asking for new policy document and cancelled cheque for refund

                              As I have to take new policy, it took some some for me and I responded with new policy document and cancelled cheque, screenshot of payment made to Barathiaxa in email
                              When taking new policy I had to tell the new policy provider that my current policy is expired as I had spend time waiting that Barathiaxa will somehow resolve the issue and provide me the correct policy document

                              Feb 20th
                              No response for 2 days, called the customer care and is of no use, they told me that it is in progress, send an email to [protected]@bhartiaxa.com

                              Feb 28th
                              Refund of Rs 3647 received in my account!!!
                              A deduction of 9359 was made for no reason of mine.
                              I have paid 13006 as premium and waited for 20+ days to get the policy document and then my hopes vanished as there was no proper response from customer care and finally they made a refund of 3647 after deducting 9359

                              We note that, the policy with policy no: I3405020 was issued on 01/02/2019 and cancellation of the policy was done on 17/02/2019, amount of INR 3000 has been deducted as a premium of short period according to IMT GR-24.Basis this the refund has been processed and the refund of entire premium is not possible.                               I am not satisfied with your reply, I have few question, answer me the below questions with Yes /No

                              Question 1-Will you consider a policy as valid if the name, address, phone number, email address in the policy document with wrong details?

                              If the answer is NO, then the policy which you have sent me on 5th Feb is not valid as all the details are wrong except car number, engine and chasis number.How can a car insurance policy be considered as valid if the name is different from car RC.

                              Question 2-If a person who is having insurance with you approach you for claim and later if you find that the Name is policy is different than in car RC, will you approve the claim?.

                              On Feb 5th (The day which you sent me the policy with incorrect details), I have sent an email to below email ids, mentioning the errors and you were not able to provide the correct policy till feb 13th hence I decided to get my money back and sent email to refund my money.

                              I want a full refund as there is no mistake from my side, I have given enough time for you send me proper document (waited for 13 days) and only after that I wanted to cancel.

                                I had purchase a policy elite advantage
                                Where the agent told to give me loan against policy from hdb finance.
                                2 policy were generated after that in the name of noc again 2 policy were genertaed.
                                Total of four policy now.
                                The agent told me not to give loan details while u get policy confirmation cal.
                                If bhartia axa is using such cheap tricks just to generate policy than i swear i will take this to worst level.
                                Now i want't bhratia axa to cancel my policy without any money getting debited from it.

                                  I got minimum 4-5 calls from Bharati Axa Company for policy purchase. I have told them minimum 10 times that I am not interested in their policy, but they are going call every day on my both personal phones ([protected], and [protected]).
                                  I have talked to their manager also, he told me that they will not call again but the call center candidates call me every day.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I bought policy[protected] dated december 27, 2018 for rs. 50, 000 to be paid annually for a period of 10 years.

                                    This policy was sold to me by an agency " but international insurance brokers pvt. Limited. (Broker code - 210667). While selling this policy they had promised that with this insurance policy, i will be able to secure a loan of inr 5 lacs from bajaj finance.

                                    When i checked with bajaj finance after my policy was done, they refused to grant any loans on the policy. I requested the bharti axa to cancel my policy and the same could not be done given that 15 days of free lock in period had lapsed.

                                    There has been a total misrepresentation and mis selling by the company leading to financial stress for me.

                                    I need help towards refund of my money and cancellation policy.

                                    I am not satisfied with the answer given to me and I want to know what you have did with your broker named (But International Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd.) they lied and fraud with me. You have not mentioned any thing about your broker have you taken legal action against them so far?

                                      Hello, i had updated my grievance through consumercomplaint.in last week that how even after online renewal and sharing details of same bharti axa fails providing me my policy papers whose id is q0097579. After posting my complaint i did received a message from grievance cell bharti axa that their complaint redressal cell will soon get the matter sorted out. But am shocked to see that after this company sends me last year's policy paper with forged date entered on one page quoting same to be of 2019 however in all other pages it was loud and clear that the above mentioned sent policy is of 2018. Am sure about this is because this year the premium amount was 11545.00 which i paid but the receieved copy has last years amount mentioned at premium place i. E 8584.
                                      Even after updating and informing through same till now i have not received the original 2019 renewed copy of my policy nor any communication from bharti axa. Its been more than 20 days since i have done my renewal but my grievance not served and solved

                                        I was asked to take up a policy of bharti axa life insurance since i was in need of personal loan. I was told that ill get loan against the policy from Citi bank. The bharti axa agent name is apparently Aniket & Atul. He told me that u need any loan against this policy when u will get call from bharti axa for verification. I took two policy of Rs 49999 each. Recieved multiple calls of verification from Mr. Aniket saying he is calling from Citi bank for verification. He took lot of interest until there was the policy process going on but post that i didn't get loan. I tried to talk to the concerned persons who all had called up but all in vain.
                                        Last time i posted the complain, bharti axa marked it as resolved and closed it by fake where as i didnt receive any call from them. This assures that they are well aware of such fraud going on and has been supporting them. When I was trying to pay Rs 49999 it got failed but my transaction got failed and money deducted. I want my money back .All bharti Axa members are doing fraud and the management knows very well but they are not taking any action.
