My policy expired in Oct 2016 and every year I used to pay prem online, but this time I had an application issue was not able to login and it doesn't allow me to renew from the next day.

Since then I am trying to contact insurance company for renewal, initially they said since it is expired vehicle inspection required and contacted them 4 times and scheduled an appointment for vehicle inspection, nothing happen so for

it is such a worst insurance company to be trusted and get the things done, currently I am in USA and I cannot track this everyday with different people, it is horrible exp for renewal itself god know how it would be for claims if any

Any how I decided to switch company and I would highly recommend not to go for Bharati AxA for motor insurance.

    I am having a Skoda Rapid registered against HR26CN3811. This car I am using under a car lease policy.

    How a Insurance company harassed customer

    1- Third week of June 2016 I have given my car to workshop (Griraj Motors Gurgaon), same day submitted all the documents required for insurance claim as suggested by Suman from Griraj Motros.

    2- Vikram from Bharti AXA provided approval on documents and work has been started. I have also given verbal approval.

    3- Somewhere mid of September, car was fixed by workshop guys.

    4- I follow up multiple times with Vikram for the DO, after keeping my documents for 3 months he asked following documents

    a) Claim form need to be signed by Director

    b) PanCard of Director

    5- I have provided all above documents also, now again in August timeframe BhartiAXA guys found out, that policy name and address proof name are different (Because my company got acquired), Mr. Ashok from BhartiAXA asked me apply for RC name change (so they can release the DO, only receipt would be good enough), I did that on priority and submitted the Receipt from RTO Gurgaon.

    6- Mr. Ashok from Bharti AXA told me after getting the receipt, now we need actual RC (After name change). Receipt not suffice to release the DO.

    7- Two Weeks before I have submitted RC (name changed) also and also get the name changed on policy.

    8- Now I am following up like anything with BhartiAXA but no one ready to give me a satisfactory answer or Date to release the DO.

    9- Last Friday I was asked to submit PAN card copy of SymphonyTeleca (old name of Company) and HarmanConnected Services(Current name of My company)

    10- Last Monday I have submitted these PAN cards copy also.

    From last six month Bharti AXA asking me for documents one by one but zero result.

      This company use the customer mental pressure strategy. They irritate the customer and gives the lot of mental pressure . After some time when customer get tired with follow up and worst customer service so they forgot the thing.
      Bharti Axa knows it very well . It is well playing in the market and cheating with customer .

      IRDA is not taking against this company I don't know why. If BHARTI-AXA top managment gives lot of bribe to IRDA So might be that is the reason.

      It is a big question (?) on govt of india Insurance regulatory dept.

      IRDA shoud wake up and take a serious against this company .

      BHARTI AXA is a CHEATER INSURANCE company doing the fraud with all customers. It is doing a big fraud in the market. There is no claims, no return, no customer service. Bharti Axa Staff like Zahir khan from andheri office is a big liar and cheater.

      This company use the customer mental pressure strategy. They irritate the customer and gives the lot of mental pressure . After some time when customer get tired with follow up and worst customer service so they forgot the thing.
      Bharti Axa knows it very well . It is well playing in the market and cheating with customer .

      IRDA is not taking against this company I don't know why. If BHARTI-AXA top managment gives lot of bribe to IRDA So might be that is the reason.

        I am 2 year policy holder of my car at bharti axa last year no claim. This year at date 29/12/2016 i registered my claim because my car have accident with damage front bumper with right side scratch but they refuse claim. This company policy is very cheated they only know to sell policy by sweet talking but when face claim they not support i suggest everyone one pls don't go with this cheap mentality company.

          Mr. Sandeep from Bharti-AXA Life had promised 21 times of the premium paid as the maturity returns after ten (10) years of same premium. However, when the policy was received the amounts guaranteed at maturity were not as per committed amounts and in fact it was just an illustrated of 4 % and 8 % non - guaranteed amounts mentioned. There was no broker involved, yet the broker details are mentioned therein.
          Also, in one of the policy the sum assured has been drastically reduced with a consent letter included which is not signed by me. Forged signature has been made and letter has been issued.

          ​Had spoken to Mr. Arnav Deshpande from Bharti-AXA life and Mr. Sebastian from Bharti-AXA life

          So request to please cancel all 4 polices and refund the premiums paid.

          ​Details of the policies are:
          ​1. Policy No[protected], Mahek Sunil Bajaj and insured by Heena Sunil Bajaj for Sum assured - Rs. 765937/-
          2. Policy No[protected], Sharan Sunil Bajaj and insured by Heena Sunil Bajaj for Sum assured - Rs. 765610/-
          ​3. Policy No[protected], Sharan Sunil Bajaj and insured by Sunil Gokilal Bajaj for Sum assured - Rs. 434063/-
          ​4. Policy No[protected], Mahek Sunil Bajaj and insured by Sunil Gokilal Bajaj for Sum assured - Rs. 747352/-

          Only one was cancelled and amount refunded due to acceptance of forged signature by employee of Bharti AXA against
          . Policy No[protected], Sharan Sunil Bajaj and insured by Sunil Gokilal Bajaj for Sum assured - Rs. 434063/-

          ​Have been continuously following up for my refund. PLEASE HELP !

            I repeatedly called on customer care and email on customer support for non generation of policy dated 18 October even it will be generated. i do not want your policy No.[protected] because wrong information field in
            form by bhartiaxa agent. shardaben is house wife not a doing any type of
            business like tuition class which field by agent . agent gave me misinformation for if you do not want policy then you can return in one month
            but actual time is 15 days as per i called customer care information

              Respected sir before two months ago I talked Bharti AXA General Insurance company customer care (about two wheeler insurance Mahendra dur dz))and they told me how to apply, that time they did not told me if you go to autherised services center that condition I'll be pay or if you go to unauthorized(Bharti AXA General Insurance company), we will be not pay, but at present they are saying me firstly you pay then I give. And Mahendra duro serveries center told me today i[censored] will be not bring vehicle-I'll be charge you 50 rs per day. Bharti AXA General Insurance company only listing his employee not me, sometimes his employee told me you did not gave me cheque and sometimes he told me i did not told u we will pay money Mahendra duro serveries center, pl help me
              Mahendra duro serveries taken a lot of time.I set a lot of e-mail and cl, but company is not giving good response. pl sir suggested me what i do??

                Had surrendered policies of bharti axa on 31 may 2016 at your jhandewala office new delhi complaints sent by registered post.
                The policy num are as given below :-

                The policy pertains to life secure saving plan for self and my son master takshak patil.
                I have been repeatedly trying to contact your manager at bharti axa jhandewala new delhi through tele for the last four months
                But there has been poor response from them. Their details are as given below ;-
                A) mr alok malviya - broker code num - [protected].
                B) mr sujit roy - mob number[protected].
                I have been requesting for receipt of surrender of original policy papers either by post / by e mail but it has not
                Been forth coming. I would request you to intervene and send me an receipt of my original policies forwarded for surrender
                And also give me the status of refund to my registered bank account with probable time schedule for refund of my matured amount please.
                This mail is my last resort before i lodge my complaint with consumer forum or with the delhi police please.

                i just fail to understand is it that difficult for bharti axa to just send me an ack along with receipt of my original policy papers for both policies . and in addition give me the status of my funds and when will it be refunded !

                  Have done the renewal of car insurance and done the payment via link on 15th of Nov 2016 given by the executive and my insurance has already expired on 17th of Nov 2016 and still waiting for soft copy of insurance and while talking to executive. I get answer that it will take 3-4 days but from 15 to today its 8 days so i dint know the rocket science they are using to generate the policy and seriously i am unable to understand what is happening kindly look in to this and attaching the receipt of payment

                    I have car insurance. I have applied for the claim no C1135281 .. But first they have not approved my full claim .And for partial claim when I ask the address to courier the bills and NEFT details for settlement there are no reply from them.. It is completely fraud feels cheated

                      jab meana claim kiya hei nahi tou mea paisa kyo do, claim Vikram (sunitha Bharti ) ke taraf se hua hai, mujha kya pata claim kitna kiya gaya hai. (claim number-X0938836) paisa bhe vahi dega. Niyamo ke anusar jo claim karta hai, , vahi paisa bhe deta ha .

                        Balance polices are returned.

                        How can i trust a company where employee cheats, mis sells and forges signature and they expect me to continue with their business and they will pay brokerage to india infoline whereby they always represented them selves as employees of bharti-axa.?
                        Mr. arnav deshpande and mr. sebastian turned out to be from india infoline fooling me all the time as employees of bharti-axa.

                        Their excuse is that the policies were cancelled after 15 days which is a free lookup period. policies were received from 2 september, 2016 to 20 september, 2016 and were sent for cancellation on 22nd september, 2016.

                        Their promise to refund the amount was within 15 days and 1 of the policy amount was refunded on 27th october, 2016.
                        They want cancellations as per their company policy within 15 days and they can refund anytime after committing on mail because that is not covered under their company policy.

                        Need justice. please help.

                          I have a bharti axa policy Policy Number: [protected] which was taken by me as i was promised a money against the policy . The call received was from person named siddhant pati l([protected]) & sakshi sawant from Bajaj finance and few day ago from shinde [protected] . The policy was taken in the month of march 15, 2016 . I had been receiving calls about the money will get credited into my account, but it is stopped now. Both the above numbers are switched off now.Could you please try and help me to nab those people Name : devendra jaybhaye Phone : [protected] .

                            I had taken two wheeler policy with Bharti Axa. My experience with Bharti Axa is extremely bad even the word (Bad) is not sufficient to explain their poor service. My two wheeler has been stolen and I approached them and every time, they assure me that you will get your claim within 7 working days but still I did not get my claim. It's been 4 months and still they are saying that your claim is in process. What's the difference between between robber and them.

                              I have joined in a policy on june 08, 2015. they have submitted ecs application with my forged signature to the back.in the month of june 2016 two attempt made by ecs to withdraw money from my account in the hdfc. the bank was charged me around rs 1262 against returned ecs because of not available balance. after this incident i was not ready to pay the second premium,

                              I was wondering as i didn't gave permission for ecs to this company, how come this will happen. after some days they have canceled the ecs against my request to cancel and lot of arguments. they have argued many times to prove that i have given permission for ecs, then they sent me ecs application to clarify me, there i found they forged my signature. i have attached last page of the same. my ac no and bank details are removed here by erasing.

                              After that i complained against this issue to the company and they didn't take any action. simply said some employ was did it and company was not responsible for that.

                              I have lost total rs[protected] +1262), any ways to get this back?

                                Policy no: 9762446 for unknown policy name and date : 28/10/2016.

                                My father brought one policy from bajaj capital, firstly bajaj capital manager rakesh kumar told to my father about bajaj capital policy not for bharti axa policy but at the time of payment he told payment receipt will be generate and done with the name of bharti axa life insurence.
                                After received acknowledgement receipt, i seen policy number mantioned on receipt is 9762446, which is not correct format.
                                Apart from this, till now we are dont know about policy name as well as correct policy number.

                                When we analysied all the circumsentece and found that its one of type of misguide to my father about policy, he/she told other policy benefite and sold other policy.

                                Finally, we decided, dont want to go for further round of policy service with bharti axa life insurence and want to cancel my policy asap, otherwise we have to complain againt this branch name bharti axa life insurence with branch manager rakesh kumar.

                                All these point to the fact that the bharti axa manager rakesh kumar were cheating on my father.

                                Request you to look into this matter and do the needful to the cancellation process asap.

                                I also request you to take this matter as a complaint against the poor quality of service of bharti axa life insurance co.

                                As I received thIs mail from Manorama Chari, Grievance Redressal Cell about cancellation of my policy as well as Information about my refund money, but its around 25 days completed but till now date we didn't get or received my money in my account or any cheque .I dont know or not abled to understand why people are taking policy from this type of company because they didn't have any commitment about anything.
                                Now i have the right to take complaint about this Insurance company.
                                Previously i complained about policy but now this mail regarding about refund money.
                                As You have Seen above mail received on 23 Nov 2016 and according to above mail, We have to recieve my money within 10 days but its 25 days completed.
                                I Just have to ask why this type of company doing there own work as irresponsible ways.
                                My Father cancelled policy on 17 Nov 2016 and submitted paper on Bharti Axa, dhanbad branchand Branch Manager Rakesh told, We'll get money in your account within 10 days but till now we didn't get money.
                                My father had Call lots of time to Rakesh and asked about money and he always told that within 2-3 days you will get money.
                                Now i'll forword my complaint to Consumer court as well as other Government complaint organisation about policy as well as Refund money.

                                Further as discussed, we would like to draw your attention towards the plan benefits as you have opted for unique traditional non-participating plan, Bharti AXA Life Secure Income Plan. The plan has a limited premium payment term and at the end of the term, the policy holder starts receiving tax free guaranteed income until maturity.

                                This plan not only provides a guaranteed monthly income to fulfill short term needs but also provides a lump sum amount at maturity to meet their long term goals.

                                Also We would like to inform you that your policy provides you with a free-look period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the policy document, during which policyholder observes any issues pertaining to policy features explained/ benefits explained on the policy sourced, he can exit & cancel the policy citing reason .

                                  I have renewed my policy (s2872404) on oct 24th. your employees have said that they are going to send me the copy with in 3 to 5 working days. but till today i have not seen any documents in my email. i think so bharati axa wont trouble the customers. but this will be my last policy with you, if i wont get my documents by tomorrow.

                                    Maine SAMRIDDHI PLAN policy number[protected]/09/2016 ko aapke agent SMC INSURANCE BROKER PVT LTD se lene ke liye RS 51000 ki payment cheque se ki thi.Mujhe bataya gaya tha ki mera policy term 10 years ka hai aur premium Rs.60000 hai. Jissme 15 % discount dene ke baad mera premium Rs.51000 ho gaya hai aur ye Rs.51000 hi mujhe every year pay karna hai yaniki yeh 15% ka discount mujhe every year 10 years tak milega aur benefit mujhe Rs.60000 ke hisaab se diya jayega.2026 me maturity ke time Rs.118000 guaranteed milenge. Mujhe India me every year 10 years tak 4 persons ke liye 3days aur 4 nights holiday package ke coupon bhi diye jayenge. Mujhe mera policy bond 13/10/2016 ko mila parantu ussme mujhe aisa kuchh bhi nahi mila. Form bharte time maine apna actual weight 120 kg bataya tha parantu jab mujhe policy bond 13/10/2016 ko mila toh ussme mera weight 77 kg likha tha .issliye maine policy bond ko aapke Goregaon, Mumbai ke address par 20/10/2016 ko speed post se free look period me return ke liye post kar diya hai. Mujhe hope hai ki mera yeh refund ho jayega .please mujhe inform kijiye ki SMC Policy bechne ke liye jhuth bol rahi hai ya ye sab sach hai aur agar jhuth hai toh aapki company badnaam ho rahi hai .

                                      I have purchase an accidental policy2 day ago but still know responce from the company i have call just now but they are saying there is nothing about the purchase of policy... The amount is deducted as well... Through one of the executive.. Name is rohit... And i have been trying to talk.. Since two days... There is no responce from him as well as with the company... I want my deducted money back... They are fooling.. People...

                                      now also i had a word with mirza salman ali...some off the other sale pople and supervisor as well but ...still they are saying they do...not have any details of purchsing policy ..give time iwiil let you ...this being fooing sience 2 day the hole company is as repondening as same ...so hw could they made me being on phone call was almost 1hour 10 minutes 2 days ago ..they took the detail every thing but ...now the company members are saying there is nothing registered ...on your regards...how shame full...

                                        Sir, my parents have taken this policy about 3 yrs before. They have told that your child have won a prize and you have to come to collect that. My parents are not that much educated as my mother is 5 class pass and my father is 8 class pass. Your agents have forced my parents to take policy. Now due to very bad financial problem we are not able to pay the rest premiums. My father is a small employer, and the amounts given my us is very big. I have given police complaints also. Kindly look the matter. I shall be very thankful to you.
