I have made an online payment of Rs. 3258.00 on http://www.bharti-axagi.co.in/ through quick pay as directed by their executive on phone dated 6-Apr-2016 and transaction reference number FHMP[protected] against application number FA0101.

Till now, i haven't receive any soft copy neither any hard copy on the same. I have call several times on toll free number and whatever number i got through internet but no help and i have mailed...

1. I booked a policy for my car from bharti axa on 07 april. I was told that policy will be issued in 2-3 days, however no inspection has been done till date.

2. After contacting the policy bazzar employer (Pw01014, name- priya), finally i received a call from surveyor team asking me to pay additional amount for conveyance of surveyor team, which was not told to me by the above employer.
