Dear sir/madam,
My epf no.- mh/48185/35361. Uan[protected]. I have already sent the hard copy to hr kyd street br. Kolkata-700016. Bharti axa life insurance ci. Ltd. My last last working day was on 7th july 2015. But still date i didn't get epf amount.
So i request you to please transfer the epf amount to my sbi bank a/c -[protected]. As soon as possible & give me the epf status revert.

    Greetings for the day and hope this mail finds you well.
    With reference to above complaint made against bharati axa general insurance co. Ltd. For an accident of our vehicle on 17/11/2015 with irda i would like to state as under.
    1) our claim was refused to settle stating as it is not related to accident, which they are not willing to prove. The damage to the car/vehicle occurred at the time of accident itself.
    2) the vehicle was given to showroom sundaram honda for repairing as per their telephonic confirmation.
    3) the expenditure estimate given for repairing the vehicle by sundaram honda was rs. 26850/- against which the insurance company sanctioned only rs. 16970/-
    4) the company is taking stand as we are satisfied for the claim amount sanctioned by the company by signing the invoices of the showroom whereas i would like to state that by signing the invoices of the showroom it does not mean that we are satisfied with the company’s decision about claim settlement.
    5) the company has not given any reply to our mail dated 8th may 2016 for proving damage not related to accident.
    6) the regulating authority irda is doing the business of postman not showing any interest and just forwarding our complaint to the company without any directions.
    7) please let me know the required documents to be submitted to you for our claim & justice.

    The loss has been assessed subject to the nature of loss description mentioned by the claimant.
    Based on the insured statement and on detailed inspection of the IV by our claim handler the loss had been assessed for right side both doors, side view mirror and Rh rocker panel damages which are tallying with the loss description. We regret to inform you that RH fog lamp in not in consonance with the loss description hence the same has been denied.

    We regret our inability to assist you in this regard and see this as an opportunity lost in serving you.

    After resolving our complaint will be rated & recommended to general public for awareness about the behavior of Insurance companies.

      I am family physician from hyderabad practicing for the past 5 year.
      I purchased a brand new car (Mahindra xuv 500 w8) bearing regd no ts 09 ea 6810, from vvc motors kothaguda hyderabad, in july 2014 and insured with bharti axa on a friend's recommendation.

      Recently on 2.05.2016 the met with an accident on our way from hyderabad (Telangana) to kurnool (Andhra pradesh)
      Time of rta - 3:15pm
      Date of rta - 2.05.2016
      Place of rta - shamshabad
      No of people travelling in the car at the time of rta - 04 (Including the driver, myself, my wife and a friend of mine who is also a physician in hyderabad).

      There was a loud sound in the right front wheel (Which we figured was a tyre burst) by the time which that car rammed into divider with iron / metal railings and planted trees and plants.

      No one in the car was hurt, no one on the road suffered any casualties and no police interference was there or no case was registered.

      At the time of accident the car was severely damaged on the right front side and front windshield developed a "long crack" from top to bottom. I immediately took pictures

      It has a few scratches on the left side but which i never claimed happened during the accident (As they were previous scratches).

      After i registered a claim with the insurance company and i was given a claim number i did not receive any further communication. (Who was going to come for the survey, the contact number of the surveyor, date and time of car inspection by the surveyor, absolutely nothing)

      The surveyor had come to inspect the car and after it was done the work shop people had intimated me. The work shop guy who was dealing with my car informed me that the surveyor did not approve the claim for the windshield.

      And just the previous day i received an sms from the surveyor with his email id after which i sent the soft copies of the pictures of the car accident/damages to car. And after which i waited for 2 days for the surveyor to get in touch with me. But since he did not call, i called him to ask whether he received the images of the car accident and why he did not approve of the front wind - shield claim. He said he had a "suspicion" about the windshield claim.

      Previously i never ever claimed any insurance, and i do not belong to a class of society to make false claims. And i have an immaculate record of paying my insurance premium on time, credit card bills on time. I urge to seek an explanation from the insurance company in writing for the way it is functioning (Most lame) and why they did not approve of the windshield claim.

        Your agent named(Rafi) came to us and said many things about policy like, if we take the policy we will get a bond along with bond we will get a family health card which covers health expences from rs400-4, 00, 000 for 100 years(For 3 generations).He said if we pay premium of rs.12, 500 for 7 years we get rs.12, 500 for 8th year as a return and rs.13, 500 for 9th year and 14, 500 for 10th year, 15, 500 for 11th year, 16500 for 12th year.After 12 years we will get rs1, 80, 000 as a full disclouser.After receving bond we have know that he misrepresented us.So we want to cancel the policy.Please cancel our policy and refund our money.

          Having health policy no.Bih/q0087622/2c/02 for my family.

          They just denied claims by giving silly reasons.

          My daughter suddenly fall ill and unconscious three days ago, admitted to reputed hospital ( already on their panel).

          After discharged they just denied the claim. ( the claim sum was near 16000 in this case).

          Will go to the highest level to fight with them for justice, that's for sure.

            Worst company, thief, non working, irresponsible, not delivered policy. I searced for policy of my wagon r on policy bazaar. Got a call immediately from bharti axa. They explained very quickly and asked for the online payment of policy renewal. I have done that within few minutes. After that the company is in silence mode. I have called for the policy to the company approx 150 times in these 3 months and asked for my policy but they said that due to tax issues we are not able to generate the policy. in this way i called daily many times and they passed the first 2 months with the excuse that your policy is not showing in our system. sorry for that and call again later. After 2 months they said that we got your policy and i asked for the hard copy. They said that it will be delivered at your address within 10 days. i called again after 10 days that i didn't received my courier. The biggest blunder is again here. The tracking airway bill number they provided was not working. I called them again and asked to track the courier with the number they provided. They tried to track and said may be there will be some mistake in the tracking code number. They said that we will again deliver the courier and provide you the tracking number. After 5 days again i called them that what is my tracking number of courier they said that they are working on the complaint and when they will deliver the courier i will get the sms with tracking number on my mobile. Today i am writing this after 3 months of payment for my renewal policy of wagon r. My previous policy is expired and still I didn't get my policy. Who will save my challan from the traffic police now. This company hangs up with everything and failed in their own work.

            Bharti Axa Life Insurance — Customer officer calling and harrassing

            The customer officer is calling again and again, even after telling them that we are not interested, the person who they are trying to contact is not here and that we do not want any policy they are harrassing us.

              I have made an online payment of Rs. 3258.00 on http://www.bharti-axagi.co.in/ through quick pay as directed by their executive on phone dated 6-Apr-2016 and transaction reference number FHMP[protected] against application number FA0101.

              Till now, i haven't receive any soft copy neither any hard copy on the same. I have call several times on toll free number and whatever number i got through internet but no help and i have mailed them aslo on their mail id like Customer.[protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in; [protected]@bharti-axalife.com; Kiran.[protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in; complaints.[protected]@bharti-axalife.com

              Customer care dont have any idea what to do and redirect to go to nearest branch. Went to Noida, sector 18 branch and they dont deal with online policy. What the heck!!!

              Please take stern action on this people. Taking policy is so much pain then God knows what about when claiming.

Didn't thought that just writing on Consumer Complaint it would be lot easier or may be some higher management steps in as i have posted on their FB page too.

                2. After contacting the policy bazzar employer (Pw01014, name- priya), finally i received a call from surveyor team asking me to pay additional amount for conveyance of surveyor team, which was not told to me by the above employer.

                3. Firstly, would like to know why this delay of five days & secondly why was i not told about this policy that i have to pay for their conveyance. I would like to get refund back.

                  1. The a/m car was under insured by bharati axa general ins. Company vide policy no. Hax/s9692044 dated 20 april 2014.The car got accident and was deposited for repair at sant hyudai, kangra. The condition of accident was in the condition of driving motion, the car was drived by the owner and deposited on dated 10 march 2015.
                  2. The repairing charges worth approx rs.97772 was produced vide sant hyundai credit invoice no. B[protected] dated 16 april 2015 in which bharti axa insurance company has given do amt rs.70353 and cash rs.25420 taken by customer.(Total amt.Rs.95773)
                  3. As per invoice of sant hyundai kangra noted above the painting expenditure is approx rs.19720, removal denting repairing charges rs.15296 and replacement of parts worth rs.62756.
                  4. As the purchase cost of car is approx r.4 lacs it is not with stand that how the cost of repair denting-painting, etc. Had all ready been taken approx rs.95773 (Including insurance company and customer).
                  5. The sant hyundai has not be returned salvage items even though i ask for.I have lodge a complaint on dated 21 may 2015 at serial no. 6 and a letter was send by me on above subject on 19 june 2015. I applied rti to know about matter but sant hyundai firm denied to give any information saying that this firm did not come under section 2(H) of rti.
                  6. You are requested to take appropriate action and provide information on the subject whether the charges have taken juridically. I'm serving in army it is not feasible to look after the matter routinely.Hence, your honour is highly requested to look into the matter as a defence personal.

                    Policy no. -FPV/I2149509.
                    It's extremely frustrating experience with Bharti AXA insurance. I had gone for renewal of my car insurance. During the time of renewing i got 15 calls from AXA. But immediately after getting the insurance money from me, they told that i will receive my insurance paper withing 5 working days. Its been more than 15days, I am waiting for the insurance papers to come. The customer service is extemely bad and donot respond to pain points.
                    Neither any escalation process is there. I thing my money is lost.
                    Worthless experience. Bharti AXA simply don't care about its customers.

                        We acknowledge the receipt of our new policy, As per our policy this is to inform you that our policy issue date was[protected] but we received this policy after six month on[protected] firstly your policy agents told us you will get 10% sum assured with return but now we are not getting such amount. Your every commitment going false whatever you have committed us at the time of giving policy. Therefore I have cancelled my policy within 10 days but I didn’t receive any letter or documents for cancellation of policy from your side. Regarding the cancelation I have sent you lots of mail, letters and calls but not getting satisfied answer from your side. So I request to you send me the policy amount with interest @10% as soon as earlier. Otherwise I will go for a Consumer Court because I will send you so many letters or so many mails and so many calls but you didn't response any mail, any letter or any phone call.
                        This is the last reminder to cancel my policy or refund my policy amount as soon as earlier.

                          Dear Sir,

                          With reference to above subject I have a motor Insurance 0% dep. Comprihansive policy from Bharti Axa General Insurance Jaipur vide their policy no. FPV/ I1503376 /R1 /01/ D1R11L issued on 22.01.2015.
                          I have submitted all relevant documents with Police FIR copy to service centre at the time of lodge the claim.

                          now the car has repaired on 22nd January 2016, and they sent final invoice to insurance company to settle claim amount and issue Delivery Order for the vehicle .

                          since last 25th January 2016 I am trying to get DO from Insurance company but they haven't issued it till today.

                          I am suffering without car and travelling in rented taxi for going here and there.

                          I have speak with several time to concerning persons at Bharti Axa office over cell phone at Jaipur and Delhi but they are not given us proper answer for the same.
                          After that I have sent mail to GRO Bharti Axa General Insurance on Dated 30.01.2016 for settle our claim urgently.
                          I have received a mail from Insurance company customer care on dated February 2, 2016 stating that they will settle the above matter urgently and revert back to me.
                          Till today I have not received any information and massage from GRO Bharti Axa General Insurance about my accidental claim.
                          You are requested please lodge my complaint against Bharti Axa General Insurance company and take appropriate action upon this matter.

                                  My car was parked at Volkswagen workshop on 5th Feb 2016 after an accident. After that it was a nightmare dealing with Bharti Axa. My one foot was on plaster and I had to move on cabs everyday.

                                  Bharti Axa surveyor, was ambiguous on every call. Sometime he would say that I will help you car be sold at Rs 1 lac and you take 3 lac from Insurance. Sometimes the workshop person would call up and say that surveyor has said that they can go ahead with repair.

                                  As a customer I was never kept in loop. After demanding estimate so that I can understand the quantum of damage and actual payout- it took Bharti Axa 20 days to send one email.

                                  By which time I had got an estimate done from Volkswagen which had a higher estimate. In the meanwhile Volkswagen guys also told that the car is not repairable and it will be a costly affair.

                                  Now Bharti Axa says that they were in touch with Volkswagen and then created their estimate but how is it possible that there is a difference of INR3lac+ between 2 estimates?

                                  I asked these questions as to why is Bharti Axa being ambiguous and pressuring me to salvage my vehicle instead of giving the full insurance value?

                                  Surveyor was once again ambiguous over phone and first said that the estimate given by him is final and then contradicted by saying by tomorrow we will again touch base with Volkswagen and share estimate. He almost sounded as if he is a greater expert than volkswagen workshop guys.

                                  The surveyor of Bharti Axa was not only persistently ambiguous but also rude, as if he is the customer and I am the vendor!

                                  On 4th March 2016, I gain get a call from Volkswagen stating that they have again called BHARTI AXA for taking a fresh estimate and I will receive a fresh estimate now.

                                  This is again contradictory- BHARTI AXA stated that their estimate is final, so why are they sending a fresh estimate now?

                                  Volkswagen gave an estimate, so why are they inviting BHARTI AXA for doing another survey?

                                  Which implies they both sent wrong estimates to me earlier. And they are consuming time to put pressure on me

                                  I had to move with plaster on and spend roughly INR 500-700 in every day and suffer physical and psychological trauma. The matter is still pending, surveyor boasting that I can talk to anyone in Bharti Axa it doesn't effect him.

                                  If this is the case with private insurance companies- who are already suffering with trust deficit- then it is better to go for a Govt. General Insurance company. Please save yourself from the trouble- do not buy Bharti Axa Car Insurance
