Sir, my parents have taken this policy about 3 yrs before. They have told that your child have won a prize and you have to come to collect that. My parents are not that much educated as my mother is 5 class pass and my father is 8 class pass. Your agents have forced my parents to take policy. Now due to very bad financial problem we are not able to pay the rest premiums. My father is a small employer, and the amounts given my us is very big. I have given police complaints also. Kindly look the matter. I shall be very thankful to you.

      Your excutive was called me yesterday from mumbai goregaon branch to explain about policy.I was talking with him nd he was explaining me all the detail about policy.then I ask some question about policy withdraw processor to clear my doubt then suddenly some other excutive has come to me on phone line and he talks vry much rudely with me. Wich waz vry bad.

        This is to inform you that one of the representative of Bharti Airtel came to us and he informed us that their company is interested in installing Mobile Tower at our plot situated at Tedesara, Dist – Rajnandgaon (CG). They informed us that for that we have to take an Insurance Policy of Bharti AXA Life Insurance as a Security Deposit. So, we had taken the Bharti AXA Life Secured Income Plan (Policy No.[protected] on 28/03/2015, we are attaching here with copy of the said policy. After which we have been regularly following up with both Bharti Airtel & Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company regarding the above said matter but we are not getting any response from either of them.
        Recently, we were informed that we have to take one more Insurance Policy of Rs. 3.00 Lacs then only they will do the further process of installing Mobile Tower at our site. Even the Bharti AXA Life Insurance did not inform us about the Renewal Premium which was due in the month of March’16. Now they are saying that we have to pay huge amount of Fine (as late fees) for the due premium and also they are saying that if we do not take another Insurance Policy of Rs. 3.00 Lacs from them they will not install the Tower at our site and also the amount paid by us against the above said Insurance Policy will also lapse.
        You are kindly requested to look into the matter and lodge the complaint against Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company.

          I have bought Bharti Axa- Aajivan Sampatti Plus plan in 2015 and that also from Robinhood insurance ltd (Now Beeinsuared.com), at the time of Policy selling both the companies behavior was extraordinarily good to me because they wanted to sell their product and now None of them respond to my complaint positively after 56days of registering my complaint.

          Problem is, the benefits explained at the time of policy selling is totally different and verryy verryy less compared to Actual Benefits and total payout as per Bharti AXA. I agreed to buy policy because the benefits explianed were as follows:
          -I have to pay monthly premium of 5400 INR for total 15 years.
          -Annual payout will start after 6th year of policy commencement that will be 34000
          -Annual payout after 10th year will be 64000.
          _And MAIN THING IS "THERE IS FACILITY OF CLAIMING LUMP-SUM AMMOUNT AFTER 17TH YEAR OF POLICY COMMENCEMENT AND THE AMMOUNT WILL BE 22Lacs INR.

          But before1 month when i contacted Bharti AXA for Some explanation regarding policy they explained completely different plan and i was shocked like electrocuted, again i tried calling that Mr. Ibrahim from robinhood insurance, but they said ibrahim has left the job, I tried explaining them my trouble and kind of fraud they have done to me. they listened it genuinely but response was ZERO

          Bharti AXA also replied after 56 Days that, I have to continue with this policy as i came to know about this Fraud after15 days freelock period of policy.. they give excuse like "my renewal premium was regular that means i was verry happy with policy.. "

          I want to Clarify that I complained only when i got doubt of fraud from some source and after talking with Bharti axa customer care executive regarding Actual benefits of policy, till then i was trusting both the companies to the best so there is no use of 15 days free lock period.

          And My Monthly premium was deducted using ECS facility so it must be regular and after knowing the fraud i myself wanted to Stop that monthly premium since August-2016 but i didnt do this because i dont want to Create new dispute from my side of Policy Discontinuation or Policy Lapse whatever it is.

          as per actual policy i ll pay total 9, 00, 000 Rs. at the end of 15years premium and will get Sum insured of 4, 10, 000 only. after 85th year of my age. and there is no facility of lump sum amount after 17th year of policy, which was explained during policy selling, that agent emphasize on this lump sum amount and i asked him very clearly at that time again and again for giving me copy of that presentation which he explained me, but he responded ignoring way.

          Till Now i have paid total premium of arround 1, 50, 000 rs.and i want my all money back, i dont trust them anymore, already Registered Grievance on their respective site but they respond just to safeguard there Customer care policy of 14days response time, never solved the actual problem.

          Hi, I am Vignesh. [protected]@gmail.com. I got cheated the same. Bahrati Axa outsource the policy selling agents. They claim they will give u a loan ten times the premium and cheat you to death. Bharati Axa is the biggest fraud in the whole world. they trap and suck your money. I paid 60000 and have stopped. now if I ask for a return they claim they have no possibilities to return or not even a plan change. If I want to cancel my policy then my hard earned money is lost for ever. They claim to give back only 5000 of the 60000 paid. They are nothing but rotten cheaters. I borrowed money to take this policy as I was promised for a loan with this policy now stuck up..

            My new Polo Highline petrol was hit by Bike causing damage to the bumper and
            dents on the door. I registered my claim ans took the vehicle to service center. I have Bharti Axa comprehensive insurance policy with zero depreciation cover. The vehicle was surveyed by some unknown person from the insurance company and approved only for the repair of bumper portion. I was never in the loop during survey. I registered my complaint but it was never addressed to my satisfaction. When I approached their office in Vidyanag, Hubli to submit written complaint from the VW Service center we were answered by some Rowdy who behaved in unruly manner for taking written complaint from VW Service Center.

            I am paying Rs.25, 000 premium every year. This is the worst insurance company, looting people all the time and still surviving in India. They should be shamed. I am looking for appropriate platform where they are exposed.

                Hi sir,

                I am pradeep sharma from delhi. I received a call in july from your agent amit singhania (Mobile no [protected], [protected]) and kanika sharma (Mobile no [protected], [protected]) and team. They told me a policy that have following benefits:

                1) invest rs 30000 one time and after 5 year will get rs 60540.
                2) death benefit of 6 lack.
                3) me + 4 family member medical insurance of 4.5 lack for 10 years.
                4) self agent commission 50% (Means 15k) will credit in your account with in 45 days.

                I thought policy is good and i decide to invest in it. They send a person at my home to collect all document and a cheque of 30000 in faviour of bharti axa life insurance company limited, after 4-5 days they told me that this scheme will not applied directly company will register me in another policy and then will convert/add that policy benefits into this policy.

                And they done all verification of above and ask me to wait for bond and that will dispatch by speed post. On 20 aug i receive bond and bond don't have any benefits as describe by them. I told kanika and amit that bond don't have any benefit told by them.

                They told me that this bond will be replaced by correct bond and they will send executive at my home that will give me correct bond and will take family members details for medical insurance and also relies my agent commission amount on 3 of sep.

                After 3 sep i call them no of time but no one answering my call.
                I call customer care of bharti axa and they told me that policy will not cancel and i have to pay remaining premium (270000) if i don't want to loss my money.
                It is cheating with customers.

                Please help me in this matter.
                I have all voice recording with amit and kanika i am attaching it in mail.

                    My car had met with a minor accident on friday[protected] evening around 4.45pm. So i took the vehicle to the dealer. He said the insurance personnel will be available only on monday[protected]. Later on monday i received a message in the afternoon about the registration of the claim. When i checked the website it states that it does 24x7 work.
                    How come there is a delay?
                    this is not the first time in an another occasion too there was a similar delay.
                    Please dont get bharti car insurance

                      I'm really sorry to say this, it's been 45 days since I made the payment to you guys and don't have the policy yet, not steps are taken yet.

                      I'm really sorry to say this, I'll cancel the transaction which was made to you guys and I'll buy new insurance at Oriental which they'll response to my concern sooner than Bharthi AXA. I have already spoke to them and also with my bank by this Friday. I'll process the request. Thank you so much for your help and support which you've given to me from past 45 days.

                      Sometime I think am I asking you a favor or are you guys do it for free of cost for me. (I have made the payment 5 days before the policy expiry date) I'm not asking it for free.

                      I already submitted the complaint in this website thinking this will resolve however nothing changed. Thanks once again for a giving WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

                        This is regarding my car insurance which i renewed on august 6th. After that long conversation i got receipt. Yesterday because one accident i had to go to fiat service center.. Today they called me and told my insurance is not valid!!!

                        I am attaching my receipt and payment confirmation details. Please check it and do the needful asap. Don't forget my car is in workshop. This is kind of cheating only. I tried to call customer care and sale team. Both not able to give explanation for that.

                          The name of the representative is sabya sachi ray mohapatra. after telling him many times that i need a 0depyh insurance he told me that ok sir i will give u the 0 depth insurance in a discount price of 11200.
                          I need justice and plz look into the matter. iam ready to pay the actual price of 0 depth insurance but i need that.

                            I have renewed card insurance for card on at bharti axa insurance company however it's been 1 month where i have not received the updated insurance, i tried calling the merchant but they are no responding to me request. Please help me with disputing the transaction on my credit card account.

                                Hi, i purchased online insurance for my 2-wheeler but as promised company not send me hard copy after -1 month, when i mailed them they send me wrong tracking id and they had mentioned wrong address on policy even i have mailed them my complete details and address as per their format (I have proof)

                                Executive promised but did not send a hard copy, but when i do follow up then after send intimation on[protected] they mailed it to wrong address on[protected]

                                  Hi all, my name is kamal garg, i have taken a car policy (fpv/s8464117/2c/03/003511 :[protected] from bharti axa and renwed the same for 2 years, when i amnot claiming anything theses guys are good but i met one small accident when i am going my hometown, i have to fly back to london next day and hence not able to report it in 3 days time. i requested my brother to raise a request a get the things done but the peoples behaved badly with him as they need favour to approve the claim.
                                  One of the worst insurance companies. there claim process is very bad, the representative mr. dharmendra rawat were very rude and misbehaved and finally requested details like he belong to 007 james bond team, he threathen to reject the claim giving a baseless reason stating policy holder is not present and the accident can not happpen in that way. they just wanted the person to take the policy.
                                  Consumers beware of this bharti axa insurance group.

                                    I worked with Bharti Axa.. Faridabad Sector 16 branch in 2008.. Due to some reason I was not able to withdraw the PF till now.

                                    The HR Mr. Deepak Khanna, is not at all supportive and is neither picking the calls nor responding to SMS. This attitude is not at all accepted from the responsible person designated by the company for HR support. This leaves a bad impression about the company in the minds of employees who have either left or are still working.

                                    Please help me in withdrawing my long pending PF.. I shall be grateful.
