Respected, Sir Iam from Secundrabad and my name is REKADISATYANARAYANA we are purchase to 2nd hand Hyundai i10 4wheeler with HDFC LOAN and we take BHARTI AXA VECHILE Insurence 300000/- value through to HDFC BANK on 1/10/14 . But recently my VECHILE is accident. And we go to garage he was eastimated and claim to insurence ( claim no C0862505/F0703919 / policy no-l1735570) Then the insurance servior person was come and chequered and he was telled do and complete the job to mechanic after 3days and the mechanic was completed to in 10 days after completed the job and again we call the servior person and he was look and check but still 3rd month running now he was tell to more than reasons he was didn't gives to our claim amount (32000/-) please help me

    I am having HYUNDAI Santro Zing. I met an accident on 9th october 2015, in that accident some parts of my car got damaged so, we went Fourtune Hyundai(Aspire Automobiles pvt.LTd.), Greater noida. They went through my whole car for repairing under insurance but they didn't gave full claim. So kindly go through the whole process and please clear my claim as soon as possible.       We have paid a sum of Rs.5380/- towards Insurance Premium for Car No. WB20U9499 HYUNDAI i20 MAGNA by Cheque No.190687 drawn on Syndicate Bank Esplande Branch Kolkata on or about 24/09/2015 . The Cheque was cleared on 30/09/2015 . Insurance for the above car has expired on 27/09/2015 . Till date we have neither received the temporary cover note nor any soft or hard copy of renewed Policy . This is not expected from a Company like you and in future we will not like to repeat our mistake of buying insurance from Bharti Axa G. S. Kanoria

        I wish to submit that I have taken the policy[protected] on behalf of my wife with full confident with the Bharati AXa life insurance company, and paid four installments regularly. Due to the mischievous, cheating and fraudulent activity of the people in that company for my Policy No.[protected], I have lost my confidence and not paid further premium to to my wife Policy No.[protected]. My Policy No.[protected] have been cancelled and settled the amount by that office. So, It specifically prove that some fraudulent activities have been done in thatr office people. so I don't want to continue my wife policy[protected].           Bharti axa is doing fraud sales they taken data from bag it today online portal. They saying that u won 4. 5 lacs but bag it today dont have bank so that will pay from bharti axa life. But u first give 25000 rs check to bharti axa. I given 25000 rs check. They said that 4. 5 lacs realesed ofter 15 days from policy document release. But i know this is a fraud call lots of people suffering and these guys r blaming indians. And our culture pls take action on bharti axa as well agent also

            I, Sudarshan Ghosh, resident in Delhi, had purchased 2 MIPS Policies in my name, from Bharti AXA Life Insurance in 2012. I was informed on phone by the company agent that I would get good discounts on premia, if I purchased a 3rd MIPS Policy . Accordingly, I purchased a 3rd MIPS Policy for which 2 premia - of 2012 and 2013, have been paid till date. However, till date I have not received any discount ( supposed to be paid back in my bank account) . I have written applications and contacted Complaint Department of the company through e-mail, for cancelling the 3 MIPS and refund of paid up premis, as I had been missold the 3rd MIPS . But they have not paid any heed to my complaint and my Rs 1 lakhs ( already paid as premia), is stuck with the company for past 3 years.               I have bought insurance from them but they are not transferring the insurance on my name. I bought a motorcycle, paid for the insurance. transferred the vehicle to may name. Now they want me to pay the inspection charges again, I have already paid it. They told me that the insurance will be transferred for only Rs 50. now they want me to pay Rs. 200. After going through all the trouble, I decided to pay the inspection charge again, but now they want a NOC for the insurance transfer, I bought the insurance, since there was no insurance, how can I get a NOC when there was no insurance when I bought it? They have been mentally harassing me for a long time. I am tired and fed up with them.

                Dear Sir, I am Chirag Panchal, I have provided IT services to Bharti AXA General Insurance CG Road branch at Ahmedabad, 2 payments ( INR 3500/- for laptop on rent and INR 2350/ for Dell LCD Repairing ) are pending since more then 2 months local IT at branch is not responding on any commitment we have provided service on time but due to accounts team lethargic behavior at their HO we have not yet received any payments. Pls help us and solve it for all. I am constantly following up with them but Ahmedabad team always says one word that it is in process only.

I had been receiving calls about the money will get credited into my account, but it is stopped now.                     I renewed my Car policy online through Bharti Axa General Insurance, while my previous policy was from New India Assurance. I had paid the policy premium amount on 30th May 2015, after the verification of my car at my residence. I have been issues a proposal form, which I filled and reverted back, and after 2 days O got a proposal policy, which I can use till my original policy comes. But even After 45 days, my policy is still not in place, I do not have a policy number also .I made a regular followup from the agent in Bharti Axa and she kept me dark saying due to some technical issue in software, it will take 1 more week and so on. Even I have made up a complaint on their complaint department, but the reply was it will be solved as soon as possible, without any date for resolution. Please help.                       Dear Sir/Madam, On the advice of Bharti AXA co. I surrendered my two existing policies & purchased three policies (Secure Life Income Plan each with a premium of Rs. 1 Lacks for one year for myself, my wife & my minor son) from Bharti AXA throw Mr. Vikram Singh Deshwal, employee of Bharti AXA last year on a illustration shown me that after one year the company will give the spl. surrender value of 23% additional. When I received the Policy bond, I returned the same to him that the terms are different which we agreed. He took the cancellation application within 7 days but not submitted to the company and informed me that the policy has been altered. After one year when I called him for surrendering the policies, he started not responding me over my calls or SMS. I approached his boss Mr. Mazhar for the same but he always told that I will discuss the same with Vikram only. When I went to his office in Jhandewalan, the grevance cell officer asked me to file a complaint against him. I filed the same (attached herewith for your kind information & needful). I got to know there that I got cheated by Mr. Vikram. I didnt received any coommunication from the company as he changed my Mobile No. & email id. The details of my policies can be seen in the below email sent to Bharti-AXA co. Today I got reply from the company that he has done nothing wrong. The company is not taking any responsibility. I am socked when I got to know this. Now the Company has rejected my complaints & denied to refund my money i.e. Rs. 3 Lacks. Now I am in a deep tention, I dont know what to do.                         Dear Sir/Madam, I am K. Rajarao from Indore. In the month of February, 2015, I had submitted my requirements to Bharti Axa General Insurance regarding Family Health insurance. I was given a call by their an executive to detail me about the health policy and its benefits. I was quoted poilicy amount against certain health coverage for the family. However, when time came to submit the said amount I was told that the premium for the said coverage would be more than I was quoted earlier as my age was taken wrong by the executive therefore, the premium amount would be higher than it was quoted by the earlier executive.Which was very disappointing, however, realizing the mistake of theirs I agreed to give the increased premium amount to the company against which I was categorically told that they are offering me some rebate on the premium amount and I made online payment to them, it was needed. Since, the premium amount was changed earlier, I requested I need an audio recording of our conversation, which they promised they will send. After nearly a month the payment was done I received health cards for my both family members (my spouse and son) but not of mine. I made requests couple of times to resolve the matter. Eventually, I was called and told that the premium amount paid is lesser than it should have been, that is why they did not issue me health card. Whereas, I was specifically quoted the premium amount that I paid to them.                           Hello, I have paid 12973 rs to renew my Car insurance in Bharati AXA web site on 1st of June. till now I haven't get any information on this I.e no vechile inspection no calls no documents. regulary I am trying to call customer care number no one is providing proper response. they are saying only one thing we are forward it to concern team they will get back to you it has been 5 days no one has call from Bharati Axa. its very irritating. is there any way to get my paid amount back Thanks, Hajee

                            Hi sir, I took the policy on 24/07/2008 when I was working, paid 30-32 instalments continuously. I lost my job and came back to my native in Andhra Pradesh. I updated my mobile number and paid few instalments online whenever I had money. I was short of money and asked customer care to settle my account. They suggested me to continue the policy for 5 yrs, pay instalments once in 6/12 months so that the account will be in force. After an year when I was unable to, pay online I asked customer care for the reason, they told the policy was lapsed and they will send their person to collect payment and few documents for policy continuation. No one came to me for next 3 months and I got a reply that I will receive a cheque worth 59k approximately in a month as a settlement amount of my policy for which I paid a total of 78, 000 in 39 instalments. Now three months back I got a call from company saying my cheque was sent to Bangalore ADRESS and it was not collected so they kept the money with them. There was no email/call/message intimation regarding the cheque delivery. At present they are asking me to collect cheque of 59, 000 from the nearest branch. They are not ready to pay any compensation for money since it's expiry after 3 yrs. Firstly I lost 20, 000 from policy. Secondly company used my money since 2008 and not at all bothered to pay any interest for 59, 000 which they kept with them form past 3 yrs. kindly help.

                              D/Sir, I have invested Rs.15, 000=00 (Semi Annual) in Bharti AXA Life Insurance Monthly Income Plan+ [ Policy term 15 years] through BAJAJ CAPITAL INS. BROKING LTD., Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand), PIN 827004, Broker Code- 035125 on 26th December 2014 and also received Deposit receipt of Rs 15000=00. After One & half month approx I received Original Policy [the entire booklet]. I found so many discrepancies in Policy document which are as follows: 1. Photo pasted on Proposal Form is not of mine. 2. Forged signature made on photo and in documents also. 3. Mobile No. is not correct. 4. Email address is wrong. All discrepancies are knowingly made on document by Mr. Bikrant Kumar ([protected]) of Bajaj Capital Ins. Broking Ltd., Bokaro Steel City. I approached after 02 days to Bajaj Capital Ins. Broking Ltd., Bokaro for above discrepancies. Bokaro Office told me that mistakes have been done by office and assured me that amendment will be done shortly. But till date no amended copy has been received. I would like to mention that how it is possible to make such blunder like :- PHOTO AND SIGNATURE. Fraud have been made knowingly. I attended Bokaro Office for about 02 months regularly as I am 65 years old man. My faith in your Company has been lost. I, therefore, request you to kindly cancel Policy No.[protected] and the brokership of Bajaj Capital Ins. Broking Ltd, Bokaro immediately and refund my invested amount of Rs.15000=00 with interest and oblige at the following address otherwise no option will be left to take suitable action.                               Today i received a call from New Delhi. The person mentioned that he is call from Lok Pal Department. I enquired from me all about the case. Then he asked mme to submit more amount of rest 6 months to complete the annual figure. He asked me to create a cheque in the name of "HDFC Life Insurance". He asked my Pan Card Number & Driving License Number as well. Asked to send photocopy of Driving License Pan Card, Voter ID, Aadhar Card and a cross cheque with 6 photographs.

                              First thing, why should i submit more money, instead I am asking to refund my money back with interest. Secondly, he why he asked to send the cheque on the name of "HDFC Life Insurance". Third, he asked e to send the cheque on some residential address. I think, this is a fraud call. There is something big fishy going on. Please get into this in detail and resolve my case ASAP.

                                Sub: Fraud made with Policy No.[protected] dt. January 07, 2015 D/Sir, I have invested Rs.15, 000=00 (Semi Annual) in Bharti AXA Life Insurance Monthly Income Plan+ [ Policy term 15 years] through BAJAJ CAPITAL INS. BROKING LTD., Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand), PIN 827004, Broker Code- 035125 on 26th December 2014 and also received Deposit receipt of Rs 15000=00. After One & half month approx I received Original Policy [the entire booklet]. I found so many discrepancies in Policy document which are as follows: 1. Photo pasted on Proposal Form is not of mine. 2. Forged signature made on photo and in documents also. 3. Mobile No. is not correct. 4. Email address is wrong. All discrepancies are knowingly made on document by Mr. Bikrant Kumar ([protected]) of Bajaj Capital Ins. Broking Ltd., Bokaro Steel City. I approached after 02 days to Bajaj Capital Ins. Broking Ltd., Bokaro for above discrepancies. Bokaro Office told me that mistakes have been done by office and assured me that amendment will be done shortly. But till date no amended copy has been received. I would like to mention that how it is possible to make such blunder like :- PHOTO AND SIGNATURE. Fraud have been made knowingly. I attended Bokaro Office for about 02 months regularly as I am 65 years old man. My faith in your Company has been lost. I, therefore, request you to kindly cancel Policy No.[protected] and the brokership of Bajaj Capital Ins. Broking Ltd, Bokaro immediately and refund my invested amount of Rs.15000=00 with interest and oblige at the following address otherwise no option will be left to take suitable action.                                   my byke has been stolen as on 31.01.2015. i have completed all formalities within a week. but no claim paid.kindly tell me how much time for paying claim as per guideline of IRDA. otherwise i will submitted a complaint in consumer forum. and request for paying amount soon and also with interest.

                                    Dear Sir, I am Rohit Kushwaha from Mumbai. It’s been nearly 1 month back (14- March-2015). I had made online payment for new policy from Bharti Axa website, but till date I haven't received any policy issued documents from bharti. I have called many times to bharti axa agent Ruchita and Revor ([protected]) but he/ she is not giving me proper answer. Below are the Premium Payment details:- Name : Rohit Kushwaha Application Number (if any) : SER0101 Mobile Number : [protected] Email ID: rohit.[protected]@gmail.com Payment Amount (Rs Ps) : 18302.00 Payment Date :[protected]:56:25 Transaction Identification Number : BHCC[protected] And from last week I am calling to Miss Pranali Rode ([protected]) but she was saying sir you will get policy documents today end of the day. But till date eod is not coming. At the time of online payment Miss Ruchita told me that Premium Amount will 18302/- which contains (Zero percent depreciation.+ RSA) and IDV is Rs 6, 36700/- and Now they are saying I have to pay extra Rs 100/- So there are always false comment from Bharti Axa. And now I have already paid extra 100/- on Friday. But there is no proper response from Bharti. So, I am requesting you to kindly refund my full amount. I am totally frustrated. I have called customer care on Saturday (Complaint Id:[protected] they told me that I will receive a call on Monday. But I have not received any call. Due to wrong commitment and bad service at this stage. What service i will get at the claiming ??. So, requesting you kindly refund my amount.                                       Hi, My name is Bhargav Kesarapu, I work for Tieto Software technologies Pvt Ltd, Pune. My company provides health insurance to all employees through E-meditek services limited. For the AY2014-15 Bharti axa insurance is provided to us as part of health insurance for all employees.(Bharti AXA General Insurance Company Limited) I had Lipomas (Swelling under skin) on my hand, thighs, back and some other parts in the body. Since those swellings are causing pain Doctor has suggested me to get it remove. Since E-meditek people are the one who provide service to us, I have explained the situation and shown the estimation cost to them and they said it can claimed. Around 48-50 Lipomas are removed from my body after surgery. I have spent almost 56K+ till now and I have submitted my claim for 52K. After surgery (24th Jan'15), I have submitted all required documents for claim. I have submitted all the required documents/consultation papers and receipts/bills as per there request. I have received rejection of claim mail saying the surgery which I underwent is comes under cosmetic treatment. Since mine is a genuine case and doctor certificate also says that the surgery has done because of pain, . I have asked them to re-check on my claim. It has been almost 3months now submitting my claim and knocking door-door to get my claim approved. I have faced huge money loss and severe pain.                                         I had filed for a claim and was asked to sumbit the original bill from the car showroom which i did promptly and after that i was given a number to contact in Bharathi Axa from the car showroom... now i called a couple of times to follow up with that person MR VIJAYKUAMR who is the manager of claims i suppose... he just started raising his voice on the phone and shouted "How many time will u call and ask dont i have any other work and so on i was just shocked to get this response from a manager.. i was totally harassed and finally he cut the phone threatening how i ll get my claim kind of thing ... Pathetic state of affairs in a democratic country how will a common man get justice
