premium : 30000/yearly
Policy Effective Date: 10 th Dec 2016

I got this policy from Ajay tripathi ( Bahrati Axa Agent) his number is [protected]. He offered me 5 benefits in this policy.
1. sum assured 5* basic premium
2.20% cash back of basic premium
3. 2% refund every every month
4. 2 Lacs Medical policy for 5 members
5. and money back after 10 years.

He mentioned, for verification first 3 calls you will be getting from Bharti axa, where these benefits will not be discussed, but in 4th call (which will be from our branch) you will be discussed all the benefits. And Exactly same thing happened. I got 4 calls out of which last call mentioned all the benefits.

But, when i have received the policy documents after sometimes, the benefits he offered were missing in there. When i called him he said, this is the welcome letter u have received, you will receive the policy document with all the benefits i have mentioned after 15-20 days. As this policy is given by the branch, it takes sometime but you will get it for sure.

After sometimes, i got call from his branch for some branch code, i simply refused. I asked him to provide documents first.

It's been 3 months now, he doesn't pick up my call, he doesn't reply to my message. lodged a complain on Bharti Axa ( complain NO:[protected], but ddn't get any response from them. Now planning to take legal action against him. Please suggest !!

I gave 53500 amount in April for life insurance policy to Bharti Axa SMC broker Sanjog Bhardwaj([protected]) for Elite advantage plan that was discussed over call by representative Divya Chauhan ([protected]) stating that they she is calling directly from Vediocon tower 6th floor Bharti Axa office Jhandewaala Delhi.
I keep following about the issue of my policy but they keep on giving excuses. Now almost 2 months have passed they have my money but I have not received any policy or bond from their side. Each time they said policy is under process.
I am a middle class person and 53500/- matters a lot for me. I maid this payment via credit card as they promise to reimburse processing fees of EMI. but neither have received process fees amount for any document for my policy.
Please take serious action against them, so that they will think twice before making false commitment with any customer.
Same things happened with me .. after further investigation found that those are not from Bharti AXA, those are broker from whom Bharti AXA getting jobs .. I also complained Bharti AXA but they don't take any actions & refusing to refund my money... Totally fraud company...I am publishing this on social media...
One person was Sanjog Bhardwaj & other lady was Kashish mishra from SMC also given me same offer attaching both photographs to just for aware ness

    I am abhishek kumar bohra i have given complaint before also and this is fraud company and i think we should take legal action against such company. i renewed my car insurance but still i did not receive my policy and they saying policy not made due to some mistake made by their agent now i am facing so much of problem nor they refunding my amount back. cheaters they are i suggest people to never take policy from such company.
    my vehlicle reg no ka-03-mv-2176 i spoke around 4 persons of this company but all are useless. i will take legal action now.

      Respected Sir

      We have been getting calls from [protected] and [protected] and other such numbers since last three days.
      We have politely been requesting not to call again but everytime a new person calls and is saying he has called for first time.
      If this continues we shall have no other option but to file a case of harassment and mental torture as my mother is 80 yrs old and is not keeping well.
      These continous calls is disturbing her sleep and causing mental agony to her as well as to us.
      request you to please look into the same and stop such calls else we shall have to proceed legally and to put in all social media your stupid tactics of so called aggressive marketing.
      Please also let us know the names and address of the people who have been calling from these numbers.
      Your cooperation would be highly appreciated .

      Completely shameless people. The same method used here. I am an invalid person and I have been receiving calls at[protected] from this number [protected] Some person called Pradeep who says he is from the wealth management section. WHen he called up for the third time I asked him if he even knew my name and he said that I must be in a mental hospital. These lumpen elements are your employees? Disgusting. Really disgusting. Have you no shame at all? But I am going to follow this up. Let us see how much you can get away with.

        Hi

        My father has purchased car insurance from Bharti Axa for last 2 years.

        Policy number is FPV/12249226/91/09/00517
        Car owner name - Yoginder Pal Sood
        Car number - PB12U2124

        Initially he had given a cheque on 26 Sep 16 for Rs 16502. This cheque could not be encashed initially because of some reason or the other.

        The 2nd cheque given on 28 Sep 16 got encashed for Rs 16510.

        When he checked records few days back, both cheques have been deposited with Bharti Axa and money has been debited from the bank account.

        He has been following up with the Bharti Axa agent for many days now but no solution is in sight.

        Please check your records and refund the money on immediate basis.

          I want to close bharati axa elite advantadge want to close policy in the first year itself so the agent has not given you proper feedback regarding submission and not filled up the form in front of self taken signature also it was shocking to know that no calls or sms or email was send by the agent or bharati axa whosoever was connected in my policy.
          I'm speaking frankly please close my policy [protected] due to terms condition is cheating by Bharti Axa Agent.

          This cancel conformation was delay from my side due to suffering on medical problem.

            I had my car insured with Royal Sundaram and claim was smooth. Due to lesser premium amount I decided to switch into Bharti Axa which turned out to be disastrous mistake. Right after calculating quote, I received call from an agent Khalid and from very beginning he started to talk about payment. I should have had doubt but seeing brand name, decided to finalise. This agent was in hurry to receive payment and sent me 15 payment link in desperation. After having basic question answered, I made payment and my struggle started from here. I provided almost every possible vehicle detail (including previous insurance copy) to insure correct details in upcoming insurance certification. Within 48 hours I received soft copy with incorrect policy period. Tried contacting agent who promised to send corrected certificate (this is about 15+ days ago) but didn't happen.
            Agent stopped picking phone call. When contacted though call and mail, they promised to send corrected certificate and fail to deliver on every estimated date. I have sent several mails with cc to Kiran.[protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in but still haven't received certificate with this small correction done. Called customer care 4 to 5 times and sent similar number of emails yet no resolution. Everytime they send a diplomatic reply starting with "We regret for the inconvenience caused" followed by "Your request for correction in policy period has been taken and forwarded to the concern team" but nothing being done for final resolution. Also tried registering my policy online and as expected, everytime their server fails to register policy with server error response code.

            People who are reading this, be careful from spammers of Bharti Axa insurance company and don't take insurance from here or be ready for endless frustration.

            Finally problem resolved! However, why I had to go through pain to get this done? You people should be more responsible towards handing consumer problems and tighten screw on your related people to make sure they seriously listen and provide resolution at earliest.

              Its a fraud company i made payment last year and till date i have not received my copy now if i call customer care they telling no insurance on this reg number i have made payment online i have receipt. after so amny complaints and and so many mails still no proper response from company.i have to face so much of problem due to thid fraud company.

                I have VW Polo [ Reg : AP28DM9968 ] which got damaged in a minor accident.I went to the VW Workshop in Prashanthi Hill, Khajaguda, Hyderabad and left my car for repairing.I went for the clain through cashless option.[Policy No. I1541993, Claim No.C1196999]
                Later i got an sms from one Mr Kishore Kollipara that the vehicle has been inspected.In the mean while I got an sms from the wokshop that a bill of Rs 18269 has been to Bharati Axa.
                I did not receive any further information how much was actually being approved.
                When I went to get my car back I was told that only Rs 10912 has been approved and i have to pay the rest.
                There was no information prior to that was given to me regarding amount not getting approved and when reached Bharati Axa i was told no such information is given and left to the Customer to understand from the policy, Really felt cheated.

                  I am pradeep pandey and i insured my family under the bhartiaxa health insurance .
                  Here is my policy no bih/q0088592/2c/03 . In the month of the august my wife's operation had been done in the sath manulaal hospital jabalpur and from that date health insurance company would not give a satisfy answer since last 5 months. They always give a requirment since 3 month and not given satisfy answer.

                  Mr.pshiv849pandey, if your claim paper with required documents given to insurer, they have to settle the claim within 30 days or to infm you specific reason rejecting the claim in writing. Pl insist for claim settlement, if no response is received in writing or no response or not satisfied, you may approach insurance ombudsman for your grievance. Oral information by insurer are not valid & insist for the same in writing.

                      I am Avinash Karpe & policy holder of Bharti AXA General Insurance & Policy no .HAX/S8235453. I mate an accident on Sunday, 15 Jan & same intimate to call center that my cars both Bumper damage due to accident and narrate every thing with details to your call centre and on claim form, but the surveyor and Mr. Desai is denying to give my claim and arguing with me regarding accident.Its very clear my both front and rear bumper was damage on 15 Jan. and same picture send to your surveyor and Mr.desai by Mr. Pathak who is handling my car in Kundan Hyundai, Themax chowk, Pune.
                      As I know survey was not done properly i request you kindly arrange proper surveyor to revisit because i am in loss because my both bummer was damage and own suffering from monitoringly and also its was pending from last 1 week & its very difficult to transport without vehicle.it get affect (loss) to my business.i had taken policy from bharti AXA because somebody suggest me regarding but if such type of escalations and argument happen with customer then might i made mistake to transfer my policy from Bajaj to Bharti AXA.My only request to you please cover up my loss.

                        I took a policy with Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co. Ltd in April 2014. Details as follows :
                        Policy No:[protected] dt. 16 04 2014 issued by Bharti AXA and signed by Shri Sandeep Ghosh, MD & CEO (Based in Mumbai)
                        Policy Holder : Ms. Krithika Chandrasekaran
                        Plan: Bharti AXA Life Monthly Income Plan
                        Premium amount Rs.5000.35 p.m.

                        I gave them an ECS mandate for monthly deduction of premium from my salary account. They deducted the premium from April 2014 to May 2015. After this, the deduction abruptly stopped for reasons unknown, without any intimation to me. Unfortunately this was noticed by me only in March 2016 when I wanted to approach them to request for premium collection statement for the[protected] for purpose of IT exemption.

                        I immediately contacted a senior officer of the Chennai office of Bharti AXA who assured to look into the matter and revert. They gave lame excuses about lack of intimation and their negligence re regular premium deduction. Since there was no further reply from his side, finally in September 2016 I took up the matter with the MD of the company and after couple of weeks I was informed by the Company that (in their words) “the transaction was failed in our collection file due to Miscellaneous and actual reason for failure provided by your bank is due to technical issue at bank end. Hence ECS is active for policy... and due to non payment of premiums your policy is become paid up and you can stop paying premiums if you wish to. However on maturity you will get reduced sum assured amount.”

                        This meant, I assume, that out of Rs. 74, 854.80 collected from me they were prepared to pay only 10% i.e. 7, 485.48 and balance is to be foregone for absolutely no fault on my side.
                        I enquired further as to why I should suffer a loss for absolutely no fault from my side. I argued that had they informed me immediately in June 2015 about the technical issue at Bank or whatever they claimed was the reason, I would have without delay set right the issue as this is still my salary account; why they were keeping silent till I raised the issue and why should I be penalised for absolutely no fault of mine. No one has a satisfactory reply for this.
                        This point was not replied to by them but on the other hand I was informed by them that they are reactivating the ECS and I should pay upfront a sum of Rs. 1, 01, 075.00 duly accompanied by a request letter to reinstate the policy and also a declaration of good health in the prescribed form.

                        Since I am a salaried employee I informed them that I cannot afford to pay such a large sum and requested them to pay me back without any deduction, whatever premium was collected from me along with due applicable interest.

                        All I request for is the money I have paid till now along with the applicable interest to be paid back to me. This is my hard-earned money, I trust that this reasonable request to the Insurance Company will be considered a fair one and accordingly justice done.

                          I buyed a comprehensive insurance for my i-10 vehicle in bangalore. Payed Rs 7, 978 ( Payment Reference No. :- BAXAGEMLP[protected]) But in reurn i got a third pary policy from there side with premium as Rs 2, 745 (Policy No. :- FPV/I2288877/2C/01/004641). Now i am continously chasing them but everytime there customer care excutives say the same thing that trust us you will get a policy by today end of the day ( Alas, but no corrected policy given till yet).

                          The excutive that treated me first was Begum A. Riswana, then came some manager called as Ahmed who gave me a assurance that i will get the policy and now some new executive called as Mahalakshmi is commiting the same.

                          I just need my full refund as this so called company BHARTI-AXA GENERAL INSURANCE IS ALL FAKE.

                          THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE TALK ABOUT CASHLESS INDIA #CRAP

                              I have lost my bike on 29th April 2016 and i got FIR and the all required proofs after 15 days then i have raised Insurance claim request since without proofs they will not agree whether bike has been theft or not.

                              Now i have all the required Documents to claim my insurance from Bharati Axa, 1 month back i went to Insurance office and i have given all the documents, but they are not taken since there is 17 days delay in informing to insurance team due to FIR delay, they said there is 50 - 50 chances to claim my amount and i am keep on calling from 1 month they are postponing my claim.

                              If they not claim the insurance i will be losing 45, 000 and also bike, if we pay insurance after many days also they will renew the policy, coming to claim part they will not consider delay and they will be not able claim.

                              I need some alternative solution on this.

                              Note : I have shown the all Documents with Mookambika (Bangalore) and continuously following up with her and requesting like any thing, she said all the Documents are clear but only thing you have intimated after 17 days so that they are not able to process claim.
                              I'll suggest to my friends not to do policy in Bharti Axa.

                                But after 2014when I inquired about my both policy to My adviser he told me that I have left the job you can directly contact office.
                                After searching of new office at least I got office but i was asked that your 1st policy has been LAPSE Due to non payment & you will not get single Rupees from that amount.
                                I requested to Manager at Bhavnagar ofice but they clearly refused that we can't do for lapse policy as your advisor had not paid nor informed us about your money problem.Hence you continue with 2nd policy it will give you good return & FORGET about 1st policy !!!.
                                Sir My grievance is that Why I should not get 50% or 80% money which i had already paid..You can deduct some of the charges +paid amount to your advisor, but you must refund maximum amounts from our Hard earned money.

                                    I recently bought one Samridhi plan policy conveyed by Broker - India infoline insurance broker Ltd. (Broker Code- 155851)

                                    Annual Premium - 70, 000/-
                                    Sum assured on policy document - 6, 89, 513/-

                                    Very sad to tell you that that broker has explained this policy completely different stating that i'll getting back total amount appx 15, 00, 000/- after 10 years. i.e.

                                    (sum assured) 6, 89, 513+(Total payed premium) 7, 00, 000+non- guaranteed bonus 4 to 8% ~ 15, 00, 000

                                    Which is completely wrong. This i came to know after calling bharti axa customer service. They told me after 10 years i'll get max to max 8, 00, 000/-.
                                    This is very serious fraud happened.

                                    Apart from that that representative told me that there is additional free rider we will be providing with this policy which is free of cost. But in policy document i can see that they are deducting rs 2266/- for same and benefits explained were also different.

                                    In view of all this i want to raise a complaint and i want to withdraw from the policy asap. I am feeling very sad and hope to get back my hard earn money asap.

                                    Request you to process refund and cancellation of policy and take some serious action against such agents which are very harmful for your organization.

                                      I have lodged a complain regarding the cancellation of above mentioned policy Complaint no:- CRU067769 Dated:- 24/11/2016. Due to some wrong information mentioned in the policy like my account no.
                                      The company did not provided any solution neither by telephonic call no by email. But when called the customer care they told me that your request regarding cancellation is declined. I asked to speak the person who provided this resolution regarding the cancellation of above mentioned policy they transfered my call to Mr. Rohan (Bharti Axa life insurance Mumbai Tel no:- [protected]). He asked me to provide a proof that i have not received particular policy by hand. I accepted this and posted a RTI regarding this to the indian postal department As per the information provided by CPIO/Sr. Supdt of Post Offices, Ghaziabad division via an RTI under RTI ACT-2005 this post has been delivered to some person named Manish (As seen by signature) not to me (pankaj singh yadav). The proof provided by CPIO/Sr. Supdt of Post Offices, Ghaziabad division i attached and requested Bharti AXA to provide a solution by another complain on[protected] complain no:- CRU-068656.
                                      Once agai they did not provided an solution to me till[protected]last date they requested to wait)
                                      When i called Mr. Rohan on[protected] he told me that some else is looking after this complain, today he is not available, as soon as this complain will be closed i will let you know the status.
                                      But today when i called customer care they informed me that solution to this problem is already provided on[protected] and a copy of that has been already sent to me. Again i checked my mail box no email has been sent to me. the information provided to me by customer care that my request has been declined once again as i have received this policy on[protected]. This solution is absurd because i am proving a proof that i have not received this policy even they are saying that it has been received.

                                      Bharti AXA is not canceling my policy Even they are accepting that the policy bond should be received by particular person to whom it is for, it can not be delivered to any other person. Any as per IRDA guidelines i have complaind with in the free look up period of 15 days. Bharti AXA is trying to mentally harass me. As i belong to middle class loosing 40000/- is a huge amount for me. They are trying to make me mentally sick by their deeds.
                                      If something happens to me in future Bharti AXA and Employee Mr. Rohan will be solely responsible for harassing me to let end my life.

                                      I am here with attaching all the proofs i have submitted to bharti axa regarding this complain.

Auto trally hit my vehicle my car damaged on left and right when auto hit my car on right front side so my car moved to left side and damaged on back side no insurance for that saying only one part can claim this type of wost insurance I never seen in my life this is last and final and I will not renewal with this and I request all o[censored] not to go with AXA insurance I going to lodge a complaint In consumer court
